This condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were lots of beach accessories, there was even a yoga mat and weights. The condo is designed to feel like you are at home. It feels roomy and cozy at the same time. Our favorite place to hang out was the lanai with an amazing view of the ocean waves just across the street. We watched turtles and the sunset while eating dinner and playing games outside.We also liked how easy it was to access the pool from this ground floor unit just steps away. This condo was a gem. We cant wait to go back!

The views from this unit are wonderful. We watched whales everyday and enjoyed every sunset. The road in front gets busy at sunset, otherwise is mainly a running and walking route.Unless they've updated the listing, be aware that they do not have twin beds. It was replaced with a king bed only.Otherwise, the unit was clean and contained all expected items. Plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, coolers, and snorkelling equipment was available.

We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at the Alihi Lani. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Location was great - able to walk to beaches right by/at the Sheraton hotel, which were favorite beaches of ours. Short drove to Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. Seemed centrally located to nearby spots for groceries and other local shops. We even walked to the Beach House restaurant, which was a decent length, but very doable (our kids are 7 and 11). The condo itself was lovely - perhaps a little dated, but it had everything we needed and could have wanted (including all beach gear!), and it was clean and very comfortable. More than enough space for the 4 of us. The outside balcony was so nice for morning coffee and evening relaxation. And the pool was clean and refreshing and easily accessible. Admittedly, I had been a little concerned that we were right on a “main” road, but it was truly not a busy road and we didn’t notice any significant noise or congestion. And once it was dark, it was super calm and quiet. No complaints! Overall, we loved our stay and hope to have an opportunity to visit Popui again!

The photos simply don’t do this condo justice. The unit features soaring ceilings, spacious rooms throughout, and a breathtaking view that makes you feel like you’re on a ship at sea. With few neighbors and the constant sound and scent of the ocean filling the space, it often felt more like a luxurious cruise than a typical condo stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—we lacked nothing during our stay. The location is absolutely ideal. While there was some initial confusion around the rental dates and check-in time, it was well worth it once we stepped inside. I would gladly recommend this condo to anyone.

After an initial hiccup getting into the condo, we enjoyed it endlessly! It is perfectly located to allow you to do all of the south side activities with ease. The pool always felt private as I was usually in it by myself. The fan and AC controls took a bit to get figured out, but was able to get the rooms at a comfortable temp. I really loved the dual sliding doors to the lanai…just drew you outside to enjoy the weather. I would stay here again next time I return to Kauai!

GREAT 2nd-floor, great view. Everything was a great couple of things. I texted them that the coffee maker needed help replaced within two hours, and the TV bracket required help. They were there on the spot. The pool was nice, it was a great place to walk every day, and it was very quiet on the south end of the island, which is the only place to say weather-wise, there was no rain before November, not bad after November, everything was 20 minutes away close to the airport just the best I give the place a 10 + Thank you.

Location and cleanliness was great. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! We own a luxury rental ourselves so I’m probably a little more hyper sensitive to what needs to be addressed. It needs SOLID interior bathroom doors to help with noise levels and slider to lanai is worn out and squeaky and needs to be addressed. I would replace the coffee maker as it is not working as well as it should. Suggestions.. Quick channel guide of basic numbers for the TV such as ABC NBC CBS ESPN news channels, etc. When I was cooking, I kept looking for a whisk to whisk up our eggs for our breakfast on the lanai that would be helpful to have one. I put together a binder for our place that had laminated sheets of information in it as well as brochures and suggestions to the restaurants and bars, grocery stores, etc., in the area all in one binder, the more information the better for my guests and I think that would work really great for your place too. Everything I mentioned above are definitely NOT dealbreakers and we would definitely come back again. We loved it. We had a wonderful time. These are just simply suggestions and things to look at as far as repairs go. I hope that you appreciate our input and you’re always welcome to call me if you’d like thanks.

For the second year in a row we have stayed at this beautiful property. It's exceptionally clean, nice layout and a spectacular view of the ocean. We love the pool is just a few steps from our lanai and it's a very comfortable temperature. It's in a great location close to Poipu beach, good shopping and a lot of restaurants.
