We loved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals on the lanai. Lovely furnishings and finishes, comfortable beds, great pillows and towels. Beach chairs, coolers, are all provided. We had a Kona Storm come through with lots of rain, but our accommodations allowed us to make the most of it with the views out to sea. The list of things we loved about this stay goes on and on. The pool, the location, the view, the view, the view. Great communication from the owner with prompt responses and helpful information about the area and things to do all over the island. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property and great location! Views from covered porch are fantastic. Best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at- awesome beach chairs and beach towels supplied as well as paper products, laundry pods and Brita water filter provided. Cynthia was easy to communicate with and replied promptly. Loved everything about it!

The pictures are totally what you'll find in the actual condo, but the views exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful, from start to finish. You can hear the waves from the bedroom. Everything about this stay made it so relaxing. We will be back!

This is just simply an amazing condo rental experience! Not only is the condo furnished with tasteful decor but it is set up with EVERYTHING you may need for an awesome vacation. I mean, beach chairs/umbrellas/floaties all the way down to coffee supplies, ziplock bags, spices, and every kitchen gadget you could ask for! Totes with first aid, toiletries, swim stuff with “Take some/leave some” labeled on them.
The view off the lanai is incredible, we saw incredible sunsets every night and whales jumping as well as sea turtles swimming right by the shoreline.
Very quiet and beautiful complex, we felt very safe there. Multiple restaurants, coffee shops, drugstore, etc within less than a mile.
Loved loved loved this vacation, Cynthia was a wonderful host!

There is nothing quite like eating a breakfast of fresh mangoes and pineapple on your private lanai while watching sea turtles in the pacific ocean. I highly recommend this place - ocean view is magnificent, owner is extremely responsive, beds are very comfortable, and the location is great - a short walk to the Sheraton Beach, very close to Poipu beach and all activities in Poipu. Thank you for giving us a vacation our family will always remember!

We LOVED our trip! The condo was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location for our family. Being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach was key. We were also able to watch the sea turtles swim in the cove from our balcony! Cynthia was wonderful to work with and we really appreciated all of the information she provided before our arrival. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Kaua’i.

We were so impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. The pool was amazing and the beaches were a quick walk or drive away. I have rented quite a few condos/houses and this by far was the best! Looking forward to returning.

We loved our stay at Cynthia's vacation residence. We especially appreciated the walkability to everything we needed, including groceries. The sunrise every morning was very special....and a reminder to us of the importance of appreciating every moment on this wonderful island. At one point during our stay we needed to communicate with Cynthia, and she was extremely responsive and helpful. All around perfect stay in Kauai!

We went to Kauai for our second time this year and decided to go to Cynthia's condo, based on the excellent reviews. It is a beautiful place. The balcony has comfy furniture and a fan, beautiful views. We were up close to the water and my 5 year old daughter and I would count turtles every morning. Each room has an air conditioner and a TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/condiments. Most importantly there was coffee AND FILTERS !! We always forget filters when we stay in a vacation rental. Cynthia has beach chairs, towels and boogie boards ready to go, my daughter used everything in the unit. The laundry machines were also well used. Walking distance to the Sheraton beach, you have to drive to Brennake's beach if you have a child.

Everything was as advertised or better during our stay. Cynthia really has thought of everything to make your visit relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations are beautiful, the condo is blissfully quiet, and the island itself is fabulous. We definitely plan to come back.

We found the condo to be just as the pictures showed, very nice and very comfy for the five of us. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. We spent 2 weeks here and we spent alot of time on the lanai. The road in front did get busy before sunsets with cars and people watching but the sunsets were beautiful! We were delighted to see all the whales breaching and the turtles swimming out front. We were happy with the great beach towels, coolers, sun umbrella, chairs and all the outside equipment the condo had for us to use. We enjoyed eating at Savage Shrimp, Brennecke's, the Beach House and Keoki' Paradise...just a few of our favorites! We loved all the different beaches and were so happy we went to the North shore and spent the day at Hanalei bay...great beginning surfing and wonderful little town! Snorkling by the Beach House was great--tons of beautiful fish. We did so much and every thing was so much fun!!!

The unit was exactly as described in the ad. The pool glowing with the blue light at night was beautiful. We even saw whales from our balcony the last morning we were there. The only downside of this place was that the beach across from this unit was not useable due to the rocky terrain. We went a short way down though to a wonderful beach for the kids. Cynthia was wonderful to work with. Thanks.

My husband, 3-year-old daughter and I rented this condo for one week in July 2011. After a very long travel day, we entered the condo a little unsure of what we would find (have had a bad luck with VRBO in the past). We found paradise! A beautiful space, and a view that literally washed the travel stress out to sea.
The unit is beautiful and relaxing. The waves at night are so soothing. The complex is small and quiet. The location is great. Near shopping, beaches, and restaurants. We very much appreciated the well equipped kitchen- very family friendly. The pool area was lovely. The pool needed some TLC, but I understand the property is/will be starting some renovations. The owner was easy to work with, and made sure that the everything was set up as we needed. I have bookmarked this VRBO listing for future trips! Mahalo,

We specifically wanted a condo with a kitchen and a view. Our stay during Thanksgiving 2010 wildly exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is AMAZING. The view is un-beatable. The pictures are very accurate, if anything we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We would sit on the huge lanai for hours watching the water, reading books and enjoying Hawaiian music on the stereo. We saw whales with the condo’s binoculars (apparently they were a little early), watched scuba boats, and every morning would cross the street to watch the turtles while we enjoyed delicious and freshly-ground Hawaiian coffee. The condo is so thoughtfully outfitted: every kitchen tool, condiments, toiletries, grill tools, beach towels, games, videos, music—and most importantly--wonderful furniture on the lanai—we ate all our at-home meals there, and my husband would take his afternoon nap on the outdoor couch. A paddle in the pool during the heat of the day, happy hour during sunset on the lanai, then we’d fire up the grill to make dinner. The grounds of the building are very well-kept as is the building itself. The condo is luxurious, including very recent bathroom and kitchen renovations. It feels like an upscale hotel or resort, but without the crowds. All of the great Koloa restaurants are just a short drive. We toured the canyon, went on a Napali coast sunset cruise (not to be missed!), went to a luau (could be skipped), and enjoyed more kalua pork and mai tais than your doctor would recommend. You will be thrilled with your decision to stay here.

This condo is right next to the ocean located only a few minutes walk from the Sheraton resort with a beautiful beach in front. It is extremely well maintained and decorated with everything you could possibly want for your Kauai vacation. Dealing with the owner was a dream, our holiday could not have been easier to setup. Ron, thank you very much for having us ... we will definitely be back!

I stayed here for a week with my husband and two young children. It was perfect! The condo is cozy with plenty of space. The kids loved the pool and had it to themselves much of the time. Cynthia is a great hostess providing everything we needed and then some. We did not want to leave!
