We stayed at Alihi Lani 5 with another couple for 5 days. This beautiful oceanfront condo had a wonderful ocean view and location. We took many morning walks along the water and it was very convenient to everything. We all enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee, evening dinners, and sunsets. The condo was extremely well appointed with anything you would need. It was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of room to spare. We would definitely recommend and return to this fantastic condo!

We had the best stay at this property and can't wait to stay again! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Sitting on the lanai was our favorite activity. We could see turtles from there and we just loved watching the water and the spectacular sunsets. The location was great. We enjoyed walking down to the beach at the Sheraton. We thought it was a great location to access everything we wanted to see on the island.

This was our first visit to Kauai and everything was perfect! Communication with the owner was fantastic from the start - thorough and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults. The view from the lanai took our breath away! We loved sitting out on the lanai listening to the waves crash on the rocks & searching for swimming sea turtles. The condo was immaculate and so well stocked. Cynthia has thought of everything and is so organized. I wish my own home was this well equipped. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Kauai was at our fingertips. The pool was lovely. We really enjoyed being in such a small complex. It really felt like home - quiet and private. The location was perfect. Close to beaches as well as shopping and restaurants. We look forward to the next time. Mahalo!

We absolutely loved our stay. The minute we walked in we were wowed by the view, but also just how nicely put together the place was. The kitchen was beautiful, and every tool you might need was there. The place was bright with perfect beachy decor. No need at all for air conditioning with all the ceilings fans and thoughtfully placed floor fan too! The bed and pillows were brilliant, we had great sleeps with the ocean waves right outside the window. Cynthia is so well organized. We really appreciated how easy to find any info we needed in the guide book she has put together. Also it was so great having the closet full of beach chairs and cooler bags and boogie boards! If we are ever lucky enough to come back we would not hesitate to stay here!
Also watching the turtles brought us so much happiness!!!

Views from this property are stunning from all living areas and master bedroom. We enjoyed watching the turtles right in front of the complex. Unit was well stocked and host communication was easy. We canceled a “luxury” resort reservation to book this unit when it became available and were so pleased we did! We look forward to staying here again.

This building has the best location looking right at a cove full of turtles, and in our case this trip whales, as well as having only six units giving a very quiet, private feel. It’s walking distance to just about anything you might want and is fully stocked with all the beach things you might need. Cynthia was fantastic and the property is well maintained and very clean. I will be back!!!

We had such a great time here! The property is immaculate and the condo itself we found to be the same! There is absolutely everything you could possibly need!! From the kitchen to extras like lotions, sunscreens, first aid kits and of course all you need for the beach! Which got alot of use! But our favorite part was the view! The host, Cynthia, was great with communication and was readily available if needed.

The condo is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, time at the beach etc. Cynthia is very good with communication and she was fairly quick to respond to issues that unfolded ie the pull out bed not keeping air and then coming up with solutions. There is information in the condo and as well Cynthia gave us lots of suggestions that were very helpful in planning our adventures on Kauai .

This property has a incredible view of the ocean. We so enjoyed the lanai and listening to the waves. Our adult children enjoyed snorkeling nearby and the variety of nearby eating locations. We did cook most meals and the kitchen was very equipped.

We loved our stay here and will definitely return. Amazing ocean views, lovely pool and terrific location. We were surprised that the master bedroom had an accordion door so it wasn’t soundproof but it was fine for our family.

It was a spacious 2 bedroom condo. The views were amazing from the large balcony. It not only had wonderful views and many locals came to watch the sunsets. That was enjoyable. Close walking distance to some good restaurants.

LOVED this property and location! We saw multiple turtles swimming in the ocean and even saw 1 whale. The property is updated, very well-stocked, great room sizes, and views forever. Sitting on the lanai every night to watch the sunset was amazing. Cynthia was attentive and responsive, very helpful with suggestions on beaches and turtle watching. We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo has everything! First of all, the view from the lanai is spectacular. We watched whales and turtles every day. The sunsets were amazing as well. The pool area was beautifully landscaped and the bbq grills provided a great place to cook dinner. The condo itself has everything you need and more. All the amenities you would find in your own kitchen were there, and then some. The owner has thought of everything: boogie boards, beach chairs and toys, snorkel fins, binoculars, beach towels. The full size washer and dryer were great. We didn’t need to pack as much stuff. There were dvds, books on Kauai, and TVs in the bedrooms and living room. Plenty of space on the lanai to eat our meals, which we did everyday. We will definitely be back!

I was shocked. Every time I looked for something it was there. Fron very high quality kitchen supplies to outdoor equipment. No rusty, old, cheap anything. Even the bathrooms were fully stocked with the. I felt welcome and respected. Appreciated finding condiments in cupboard and fridge. Property is close to several lovely restaurants. Very convenient. We'd love to stay again.

Amazing condo with 180 degree ocean views in Poipu. Green turtles hang out in the water all day. Saw a pod of dolphins come through as well.
Short 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach or to many local restaurants and shops.
The condo is appointed with everything you might want. We love to cook and the condo was stocked with everything you may need. So many nice touches throughout. Almost as if someone thought of what you might want and put it there (ok - Cynthia - a great host did)!
