I've been in the travel business for 40 years and I have traveled the world. This is one of the best properties I've staying in with an amazing view of the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and views of the turtles each day from our lanai. The interior of the condo is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. They have everything you need. A lot of privacy including on many days a private pool just a few steps from our condo. The reserved parking space is a plus, easy to bring things in and out without climbing stairs. Close walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. We will absolutely return to this location and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting Kauai. The management company was very quick to respond and easy to deal with. We have been coming to Hawaii for 30 years and have stayed in many properties, my family agreed this was the best one yet.

If you’re looking for oceanside serenity and comfort, look no further than the all access Alihi Lani. The Host communications, cleanliness, location, pool, and sunsets were spectacular. Our young cubs were entertained around the grounds for the entire stay, enjoying short daily walks to the beach and late afternoons poolside right next to our private Lanai. Speaking of the Lanai…one of the most memorable places to enjoy our morning coffee, sunset libations and meals.
We look forward to returning many times to enjoy the properties outstanding allure.

We booked this last minute and couldn’t be happier - hope to stay here again! The location is perfect and so central to so many yummy and beautiful things, the accommodations are so clean and spacious and full of amenities like binoculars, snorkels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. I have no complaints and the property management co was EXTREMELY responsive! We had an amazing stay - will definitely be back on future visits to Kauai. The most beautiful sunsets and view in general. We loved watching the turtles every morning while eating breakfast on the patio. Unit is well stocked with all the things you will need. Property managers were easy to get a hold of and helpful. The pool and area around the pool was our absolute favorite - a blast for our kids and nice for us to drink up the view with an ice cold drink in our hands. Really great location - close to restaurants/shopping/great beaches - yet just far enough away from the big resorts so you don’t feel like you are in a crowd.

This condo was perfect for the five of us. The ocean view was excellent, with the best sunsets and views of turtles—plenty of shops near by and a short walk to the Sheraton and the beach. I loved the pool, and most days had it to ourselves.
The locals like to sit on the sea wall and watch the sunset, but all left by the time it was dark. We would definitely come again and stay here.

We had a wonderful stay a the Alihi Lani 3. Our two kids, 5 and 7, loved the pool! The view is 100% as pictured. You get the best seat in the house for the gorgeous Kauai sunsets. Condo was clean and had every amenity needed. We will be back!

This was such a gem! Our little family of four just loved this property. It was a great size for us and was located within walking distance of multiple restaurants and some shops. It was quick to drive everywhere we wanted to go as well. The condo is well appointed with kitchen supplies, beach gear, etc. We appreciated items left by previous renters (like spices, pancake syrup, and mustard). I know those types of items can differ over time, but I love that there were items there to use. We only used the AC the first night we were there and found that we were very comfortable sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crashing at night, The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The parking is great and right by the main door into the unit. The pool was warm and there were rarely other people in it. The sunset location cannot be beat. This is the place to be at sunset.

Wonderful place to spend a week. The proximity to the ocean was a great feature, the accommodations roomy and comfortable for the four of us.
Loved walking/running along the shoreline. Easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

We all loved it. Would’ve preferred separate beds for 4 ladies. A few minor repairs needed but we advised, so should be fine going forward. Gorgeous sunsets!!! Almost private pool spectacular for our little group. Impressive grounds maintenance.

We loved this property! The rental itself was immaculately clean and so well appointed. Appreciated the reserved off-street parking. Lanai was amazing and offered such incredible views. Loved the pool (but could have passed on the chicken droppings that accumulated on the lawn 😉). The dishwasher didn’t work, but it certainly didn’t lessen our appreciation of this beautiful rental. Great location. Would absolutely stay again.

I rented a few properties VRBO before but this one was truly amazing. Great location, super clean, fully stocked right down to beach towns and snorkel gear. Management staff is great, super accommodating and very responsive. The pool and the grounds are kept in very nice condition and we used the barbecues and quite a bit. I would definitely rent this property again and also recommend it to any of my friends that are visiting Kauai.

This was our first time to Hawaii and this property was perfect for us. Location was great and we enjoyed the pool every day. We loved that there was a washer and dryer, air conditioner, etc. - it checked all the boxes for us! It was very comfortable and clean. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. We absolutely love staying at this property. There’s nothing better than to be able to see and hear the ocean from the property, even from inside the condo! It was stunning! We saw the beautiful sunset every night and our kids loved the pool! Everything was amazing!

Overall this was a great pick for our vacation. The complex is cute and small, with a nice pool area overlooking the ocean. There are multiple beaches and snorkeling locations within walking distance, and the road outside is a popular running trail. The views are beautiful from the deck.
The condo itself was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen has all the equipment and utensils you could possibly want. I would not call this a luxury condo by any means, but rather a nicely maintained rental. I think the pictures posted in the listing give an accurate feel for the place. It has a few quirks like tall vanities in the bathroom and sticky dresser drawers. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

It made a wonderful place for us to stay as we explored the Garden Island! This condo opens to the pool area and has a beautiful ocean view (there is a small road and wall between the property and the ocean). The unit was quiet. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need; beach items were available. The listing is accurate. A shopping/restaurant "village" is only a few blocks away and it is also very nice.

We loved this condo. It has a stunning, expansive ocean view. The location is ideal, with the offerings of Poipu and Koloa within easy reach. There are shops and restaurants (both upscale and casual) very close by. The unit itself is modern and very well-appointed with everything you need - including a well-functioning and quiet A/C system, which is a big plus. The beds are very comfortable with luxurious linens. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The local management is very accessible and responsive. Our thanks to the owner; we had a wonderful time!

This is our 2nd trip to Kauai and Ron's accommodation was by far the best! I don't want to rave too much and let the cat out of the bag...but it really beats out all the 4 & 5 star properties on the island. Perfectly situated for all the activiites; nice size so it doesn't feel like a hotel room; all the amenities including washer/dryer; friendly property manager (Terrie) and above all...quiet except for the relaxing sounds of the ocean directly in front. The majority of the time, the pool (shared by 6 condos) was empty and the bbq available. We are already planning our return trip to this picturesque spot in Poipu. Thanks Ron!

Our family of five (three teenagers) just returned from enjoying 10 days in this condo. The location of the condo was perfect for us, and we had a wonderful memorable vacation. The condo had all the necessary items we could ask for, it even had beach chairs, a rolling cooler and boogie boards. We utilized the BBQs a couple of evenings and they worked great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and in order to do laundry.
We thoroughly relaxed as a family and enjoyed many beaches, hikes, farmer's markets, shopping and all the waterfalls. We saw sea turtles everyday in the ocean right across from the condo! The heavy waves the last two days of our stay provided a good opportunity to watch the surfers from the condo.
Thank you Ron for the excellent accomodations and communication. And thank you for quickly returning our deposit. We certainly hope to return soon as a family!

We walked in the back door and were immediately happy that we selected this condo! The accomodations were perfect for the four of us. The plan was to be able to get up in the morning, have breakfast on the lani and then walk down the couple of steps to the pool in the "front" yard. Well, it rained the entire time we were there, but if the sun were out, it would have been perfect!! We did manage to take walks in the area, and it's in a great location for taking a walk. Right across the street you can watch the sea turtles. We prepared several meals in the condo, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Close by are some excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. We drove to the west end of the island in search of the sun, and the condo is equiped with beach equipment, including an ice chest. It's also equiped with umbrellas, as we unfortunately needed them. Parking is easy right behind the condo and just a few steps to the door. I think the condo is in the best location in the complex. It's downstairs and doesn't get the direct afternoon sun heating up the rooms. Ron was great to work with. Absolutely no problems with the reservation and he promptly returned the security deposit. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo Ron.

What a fantastic getaway to re-charge! The owners anticipated our needs and saved us having to run to the store on our first night by providing all of our essentials. Being tired from the long trip over, we had a wonderful night's sleep in comfortable beds with our choice of comfy pillows. The wonderful never ending ocean breezes kept our unit always at the perfect temperature. And what a beautiful property and breath taking views. Each morning I started the day doing an hour yoga workout while looking out over the Pacific. With the swimming pool a few steps from the living room, it felt like it was our personal pool. The location is perfect for having everything you need within walking distance to a small local mall. The south shore of Kauai is by far the best location and this is the best property we researched and have stayed in. It is going to be difficult to leave this idyllic spot, and we can't wait to return.

We went for spring break with our daughters. We did everything from surfing lessons to amazing hikes. We went to Costco on the way and hit a couple of farmer's markets for fresh fruits during the week. The condo and its location were amazing. Thank you Ron for renting us your great place; we had a vacation to remember!

This was our second year at this condo and it was just as wonderful the second time around. The location is perfect- you can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and see the whales, boats and sunsets while sitting on the deck. It is beautifully decorated with updated furnishings and flat screen TVS in the bedrooms and living room. The pool is an added bonus and there are BBQ grills just steps away. Both stays made us feel right at home. We've been to other places on the island and this one wins top spot- hands down!
