Property was just as advertised. My 6 year old loved being so close to the pool. My older kids, my wife, and I loved the proximity to several beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers. The place was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We couldn't be happier with our stay at Pili Mai.

We had a fantastic time on our vacation and loved this condo! It fit our needs perfectly, and the location was excellent for everything we wanted to do, see, and eat.
The property is clean and comfortable, with easy access to the beach, shopping, and dining. It was peaceful and quiet for those mornings and evenings we spent on the deck.

We had a really nice stay at the condo! The pool was right out the front door, it was clean and had a big whirlpool. The people staying there would let their children jump at you from both sides of the pool during the afternoon, but around dinner time they went in.
Condo was nice, but patio furniture was not that great! One of the large swivel chairs had a broken base and would not be a sturdy seat of you were the lucky one to sit there. Close to food and beaches. Beds we’re comfortable and kitchen was nice, but the freezer door at the bottom was always going off the tracks and no ice or water dispenser on the fridge. Had to make your own ice every day. But when you’re on a beautiful island you look past these things - miss it already!
If these items were fixed we’d stay again.

The property is really nice with modern decor and central AC. Location is next to the pool and the garage was filled with beach chairs and pool floaties. Property manager was really responsive to all my questions.
My only only complaint is that the shower curtains were dirty and had a musty smell which spread to the bedrooms. I had to wash to shower curtains which remedied the problem. Over all I would recommend the property.

Great condo. Lots of space. Beds were very comfortable. Nice that all 4 of our grandkids had their own beds and the parents and grandparents had their own master suite. Kitchen is great for cooking with a large group. Just steps to the pool and BBQ. Complex is very nice, pretty quiet and just a few minutes to the beach or shopping

Our stay at Pili Mai 2B could not been better! We enjoyed the Condo and the facility. Everything was as described. We had a wonderful family vacation. Check in was easy, our stay was just perfect. The location can't be better! Koloa is wonderful! We played golf, hiked, scuba dived and took a trip to see the Na Pali coast. Our trip was truly magical! Check out process was super easy and convenient as well. We highly recommend this place for any family vacation!

Overall we had a really good experience, the property was very clean and exactly what our family of 6 was looking for. We thought the location was perfect in terms of things to do, places to eat, and spot on the island. The amenities like the pool area were also really nice! We would totally recommend anyone to stay here when on Kauai.

We had 3 generations (7 of us) staying together. The condo was fabulous. The floor plan was great for providing some separation so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The property was as described/pictured. They also had plenty of beach stuff in the garage. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

This place was amazing! The rooms were terrific! All the beds were actual beds not like some other places were they say it sleeps 8 then you get there and find yourself sleeping on a questionable pull out or foam pad. This place was a 10/10 for us. So nice and clean. The host sends texts upon arrival and before checkout which is so nice, especially if you have any questions. And the gift basket waiting for you when you get there is a sweet bonus.

This unit was perfect for our extended family. We had 8 people stay for 9 nights and had a great time. There were a few maintenance issues but they were addressed promptly. The location just can't be beat and the unit is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen as well as towels and beach paraphernalia. The beach chairs were MUCH appreciated. The grandkids loved how close the unit was to the pool. We did wish that the pool was kept a bit warmer - it was quite cold. Poipu Beach is just a 5 minute drive from this unit. All and all, we'd stay here for vacation again!

Wonderful property! Plenty of space for our whole family and we loved the location. Close to great restaurants, shops, and beach. The garage had beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear! Saved us from having to rent. We will definitely stay here again.

House was super clean and so close to the pool as promised! There are no extras in the house like oil/seasoning etc…. But kitchen is well stocked with glassware/plates. All rooms had TVs which was super nice when we all wanted to have some alone time. Walkable to small shopping but will want to take a car to the beach (3 min drive!) would stay here again for sure!

We found our stay to be just what two families of four needed. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for all. We took advantage of the items in the garage, the cooler, snorkel gear and chairs definitely came in handy. We only had one issue which was on the arrival date. It was already dark and the condo was somewhat hard to find. After we got settled we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This property is very central you are walking distance from everything if you like to walk. If you don't mind driving everything is 5 minutes away from Pili Mai. I absolutely love this community, the units are very spacious and well equipped. Nice place to relax after a long day of activities.

Everything went smoothly during our visit. The place was spotless other than having to remove copious amounts of hair left in the drain of the main bath’s shower. This is something the cleaning person should pay attention to. Beyond that, the property was as listed. Pool access couldn’t have been quicker and the beach gear in the garage was super! I would definitely stay there again or recommend it.

This place was awesome!! Clean, spacious and great location. We were so happy to find a place that had beds for each of our 4 kids and my parents that came with us. We appreciated that it also had AC and was so close to the pool! Also loved the garage full of supplies for a day at the beach, so we didn’t have to worry about purchasing anything. Absolutely loved this place and would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

This place was amazing. Perfect for the our family (both sets of grandparents, my wife and I, and our 3 year old son. Tons of room for everyone, best side of the island, close to beaches, shopping and adventures. This place has it all! Small bit of confusion with the mid-trip clean, but that was the only issue.

This was our first trip to Hawaii, and won't be our last. We traveled with a group and were looking for something to accommodate all us in one space. This property was perfect for us according to the pictures, and it exceeded expectations upon arrival. Super clean, very roomy, and a kitchen with all the dishes you will need to save money and cook. The place even had extras like a pack n play for my nephew to use (a nice surprise). The owners provided us with chairs and beach items in the garage, which made beach days super relaxing and fun. Highly recommend this property to anyone coming to visit.

Our stay at Pila Mae was wonderful! The property was well stocked with all basic supplies & instructions. We used the pool, gym, and sand toys provided for the beach. It was clean and comfortable. We had a hiccup with being locked out at one point but they reset the code when they got the message.

The house was very nicely maintained, in a great neighborhood and great amenities.
Pros: Vacation rental company maintained the house very well. They thought of little things like hair dryers in each bathroom, tissues, even zip lock bags to use. Left a nice box of chocolates and cookies as a welcome gift. Very nice touch! Balcony was a nice place to relax. We (kids too) used the pool and hot tub - right across from the house. Nice and quiet!
Cons - the code didn't work when we got there. So they gave us the spare key. The central AC also did not work. That was an issue as we had elderly parents with us. The vacation rental company seemed to take a very laissez-faire attitude - blamed everything on the "laid back island" rather than simply apologize and address quickly. The repair guy came 3-4pm the next day and decided it was a part he needed to replace (but too late in the day to get it). So he came back late afternoon the next day and realized it was the actual compressor so ordered it. But again, late in the day. In the meantime, no one called us the 2nd time to let us know he even came. I found out when I called. And then I asked if they could provide fans or better, window unit air conditioners for the bedroom. They did so the next day, which was great. Just wish it wasn't us constantly suggesting things instead of the vacation rental company proactively getting window units on day 1. The air compressor came and was installed on day 4 or 5 (basically got 2 nights worth of AC out of 6). The repairman and the handyman were great-very good at what they did. And last con - there was a smoker on the floor below us so we couldn't open the window in one of the master bedrooms even with the AC out because the constant smoke in the air. The vacation rental company didn't do anything about that and couldn't even tell if it was illegal either by law or by condo regulations. So my 14 yr old looked it up in under 2 min - it is illegal in Kauai fyi.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Fully stocked with the essentials such as toilet paper. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. We loved how close it was to the pool. Loved going in the pool after a day out exploring or going to the beach. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well. The area was very quiet and relaxing and just a short walk to Poipu shopping village where you can find restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo and we have stayed in many over the years. I loved how you could just check in and check out without any fuss. I loved that we didn’t have to spend hours on check out day doing laundry like the bedding or towels that other rentals have made us do in the past. Mahalo for sharing this condo with us!

Five adults and two children shared this four bedroom unit for a month. Everything we needed was provided from a blender for margaritas, to beach towels and chairs, to beach toys for the kids. Being right next to the pool was very convenient.
