We had a wonderful stay at Pili Mai 10B. This condo was so spacious, with ample room for all 7 of us, and was very well equipped. There was everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and toys, and our 4 year old especially enjoyed the sand toys and boogie boards! Also, the large beach bag came in very handy!
The pool area was a great spot to lounge, and our 4 year old loved swimming in both the large pool and the little wading pool.
The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed to prepare some great meals, and the lanai was a perfect place to enjoy them. Great views and stunning sunsets.
The location was good, quite central with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was also within walking distance, although we preferred to drive as we took beach equipment with us. Only downfall was walking at night, as it was pretty dark. The complex itself could use a little more lighting in the common areas, and walking down to get to Poipu Shopping Village was dark in the evenings. Definitely helpful to have a flashlight!
Overall an excellent stay, and a wonderful condo. We would definitely return.

It was centrally located, just a few minutes to the beach, and great shopping, and equipment to go to the beach. Would love to come back and stay again. My family loved every bit of it.

We so enjoyed the unit. It was perfect for our group of 8. The layout of the condo could not have been better. Privacy and comfort were key. My wife, who is a gourmet cook, had all she needed in the kitchen....and more. Being a moderately sized complex, we were surprised at how quiet it was. The pool was fabulous and made new friends there. We were extremely impressed by the accommodations and beauty of the property. We will be back!

This was the perfect place for my family of 7. Every couple was able to have their own room and ample common spaces and bathrooms made this place exceptional for us. The home has everything you need and more.
Questions were answered promptly even during off hours.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. There were 8 of us staying there- 4 adults and 4 kids (1.5 to 10 years). The kitched was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. The garage had floaties, sand toys, snorkel gear, and boogie boards. It was a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beach. We would come again.

We had a group of 8 stay for 8 nights and we all really enjoyed our time! Great location for the beaches, and a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the beach accessories were an awesome added bonus! The house was clean, spacious and homey. Mornings and evenings on the lanai were our groups favorite way to relax at the house. The complex is quiet (minus the roosters) and convenient for our many excursions.

Our group of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pili Mai. Proximity to the beach (short drive), the pool (very short walk), Kauai’s attractions was perfect. Condo worked very well for us. Upstairs air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived but they were able to fix it within a few days when AC guy was available. Would recommend staying here.

We rented this 4br unit with another family (4 adults, 4 kids) - the layout was IDEAL with two master suites downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed to cook several times a day and the garage was a treasure trove of beach gear. Super close to Poipu beach, Poipu town, and an easy drive to Lihue and Waimea Canyon.

Pili Mai 10B was a perfect fit for our family! There were seven of us and we needed 4 bedrooms. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient for our daily excursions. Having the pool and hot tub so close to our location was a bonus. We appreciated being able to walk to Poipu Beach from the condo also. The condo was just as described and was clean. We would highly recommend this condo to a friend. We especially enjoyed seeing the green sea turtles and monk seals at Poipu Beach. We explored every part of the island and enjoyed everything that we saw and did. It was helpful that there were brochures in a notebook in the condo to give us information about the island. Although we didn't need to contact the manager for anything it was nice that they texted us to touch base without being annoying. We would all love to come back and stay in this condo again!

We had a great time, the property location was fantastic! The unit is gorgeous and has amazing sunsets over the golf course view. We had 7 people and everyone had plenty of room. We had a few small hiccups, property management took care of the issues immediately! My only flaw that I found with the unit was the beds/mattresses were too firm. A memory foam mattress topper or some other topper would have been perfect. For me it was really difficult sleeping on. We loved having the beach chairs, boards, cooler, available in the garage for us to use! The unit is walking distance ( not with beach stuff ), just for a nice walk to Poipu beach park! Lots of turtles and saw a few seals there! Will look into this unit again when we come back to the island.

We stayed in Kauai for a family trip. The place is spacious for five adults and a toddler. We loved the four bedrooms and appreciated having use of the pack-and-play and high chair. The location is convenient, with the beach, shopping center and dining within walking distance. The lanai is a wonderful spot for dining and to watch the sunset and the roosters. We enjoyed going to the pool often. The kitchen is beautiful and well-stocked, but as addressed in other reviews, it still would be nice to have some of the basic cooking items in the kitchen such as oil, spices and sugar, instead of having to buy more than is needed for your stay. Aside from that, the condo was well-equipped with beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We also used the barbecue once, which is a nice feature. Both the primary bedroom and second bedroom had great layouts with walk-in closets. The upstairs AC is very loud. The fan in the upstairs bathroom did not work. The upper area had some dust and garbage under the beds and was not as clean as the main level.
The property manager answered any questions we had before our trip. We received several instructions by text and email. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great trip. I would give the place a 4.5 rating.

This condo is a great home away from home. There was more than enough space for 6 adults to spread out and have spaces of our own. I particularly enjoyed the number of bathrooms (3.5) for the 4 bedroom condo. We had an issue with the door keypad, but were promptly helped (even on Thanksgiving!). On the last day we were there, it absolutely poured. We were able to entertain ourselves with the puzzles and games in the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Seven of us stayed in this very accommodating and well appointed home for two glorious weeks full of fun. The rooms were comfy and there was plenty of space for us all. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai overlooking the golf course and could see ocean in the distance. The pool was enjoyable and beach, stores and restaurants were a short distance away. Best vacation ever! Hope to return.

We had a group of 8 stay at this property for 9 nights. Ages ranged from 28 years to 66 years in age (plus 1 baby). The accommodations were spectacular; baby items, FULLY stocked kitchen, games, beach items (chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, etc) and the washer/dryer was much appreciated. The only negative/suggestion would be to give the pool code out so people can come/go to the gym/pool/BBQs. We were provided 1 FOB for access the area but when people where in the gym, others couldn't go to the pool unless they went together. We asked for the code but were told no. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back.

It was a little too far to walk to the beach but the beach hear was awesome. Although there is a pop up tent, we highly recommend an umbrella or two as many beaches have limited shade. All in all, it was fantastic and the property was great for our 2 families to spend time together. Thank you.

I stayed here with a family group and really loved the apartment. It was well stocked, had plenty of space for everyone and a convenient location not far from beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. would highly recommend.

Rental was a 15 minute walk to the beach by the Sheraton and Marriott (nice beaches where you can snorkel and see turtles and sea Lions come out at dusk) and central for drives toward Princeville (just over an 1 hr) or toward Wimea Canyon and Koke’e State Parks (just over an hour to the 2nd). View of the golf course was nice. The carpet and sectional sofa are quite worn and need to be redone. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware, plates glasses and serving pieces, but make sure you bring your own spices etc. Some people in our group did not love the constant sounds of the roosters, though they didn’t bother me. The one pool is nice and wasn’t crowded though the picture on the website makes it look prettier than it is. Overall a nice place to stay and a good value.

We loved our stay at this property. It was conveniently located and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The home was nicely decorated and the bedrooms and baths were large and accommodating. Having the washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen were a definite plus, however there were no condiments or spices there for our use. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area and gym were clean and accessible. There were a couple of instances when we had to call the property manager and she responded very quickly and professionally to resolve our issues. If we return to Kuaui again we would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Very nice place, good location, beautiful pool, clean and beautiful grounds. A little dirty in the bathroom upstairs on the floor and corners but not terrible. Bathroom fan broke while we were running it. There were dead bugs on the stairs, but we were in Hawaii, I just picked them up. Other than those things it was nice and well stocked. The living room couch wasn't the most comfortable one we've sat on, but we weren't on it much! I would have liked a little more information about some of the things to do and see around us with maybe a map, but we managed! Loved our stay!

Pili Mai at Poipu was just what we wanted! It was clean and beautiful and convenient to all that we wanted to do. Shopping was close by, and so were restaurants. Every morning we either walked or drove to Ship Wreck Beach to see the most gorgeous sunrises. And we found Salt Pond Beach for our beautiful sunsets! We went on a Rum Tour that was very cool, atv rides, sunset cruise and raft trip to Nepali Coast. highly recommended!!

Will definitely rent in this area, if not this exact unit again! The apartment was beautiful, clean, functional. Beach supplies available in the garage to use (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc). Loved that there was a bathroom for each room (upstairs rooms shared). Great location on the island, super clean space and fun pool just a short distance walk away. Great trip!

Pili Mai 10B is perfect. Two master bedrooms for two sets of parents, and an upstairs where the kids can safely romp. The lanai is the perfect place to start and end your day. And the appointments (from the kitchen utensils and dishes to the decor, etc) are well-thought-out and luxurious. 10/10 Will return!
