We spent 10 days in Kauai with a group of 11, including 2 3-yr olds and a 16 month old. The condo was perfect for our group and had everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beaches and walking distance to many local places to visit. I highly recommend this condo!

This was an amazing property, with a fantastic pool, and a short walk to the best beach in a Kauai. We stayed with eight people ranging in age from one year to a 75 years, and everybody had an amazing time. The elevator straight to your living room was Very handy for the people at the ends of the age spectrum. Lots of fun, pool and beach supplies in the garage, and plenty of parking.

Very pleased with our accommodations!! Very clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! Including coffee filters and night lights! The elevator was dependable for older guests. And we enjoyed our garage with everything we needed for the beach! The grounds were beautiful and well manicured! A lovely vacation spot!!

9 of us greatly enjoyed the Villas at Poipu! Michael was very responsive to any questions before and during the trip. The pool and grounds were fabulous and the walking paths to Grand Hyatt and the beaches couldn’t be beat. The condo had plenty of space for all of us and all the amenities that we needed. The patio was great for relaxing and it was so nice to be able to open to patio doors in the evenings. The garage was full of toys, chairs, and wagons enjoyed by the adults and the kids. Many close restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again and already planning when we can come back! Mahalo Michael!

The condo was exactly as listed. A lot of space for our group of 7. Everyone had their own room, multiple lanai for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Bathrooms are a very good size. Short walk to beach. Great location.

Beautiful condo. Immaculately clean. Room for our family to spread out. Walk to the beaches, the pools, the bars and restaurants.
So much to do and explore on the island.
Surrey, the property manager, was friendly and very helpful in all ways. Very responsive.
Since check-in is not until 4, you can put your bags in the garage and hang at the pool or take a stroll to Poipu beaches, shops and restaurants.

We had a family vacation with 7 adults ranging rom 21 - 87 and this property was perfect. Decorated beautifully, beds were comfy, lots of room to all sit together for meals, talking, or playing games. And we felt so swanky getting to the unit in the elevator, which was really helpful for getting Grandma up to the unit so she didn't have to take stairs.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and just the general outdoor living.
Short easy walk to multiple beaches (that were all beautiful). We really appreciate all of the beach supplies that were there (chairs, umbrellas, noodles, etc.)
We were all very impressed with this property! Would LOVE to go back:-)

Nice upscale property. Our condo was nicely decorated with plenty of space for the family or multiple couples. perfect place to use as a home base for your daily excursions to the rest of the island. The two smaller bedrooms with private baths were a little warm at night and HVAC controls were unable to be lowered.

Loved this place great location - short walk to fabulous beaches. Had a wonderful time. Fun walk to the Grand Hyatt which is spectacular. Loved seeing the turtles and seals sleeping on the beach. Having access to all of the beach related items was added bonus. Excellent pool. Spent 15 nights and loved it.

All of the little details have been covered in this wonderful unit. The kitchen was well stocked. Pool towels and beach gear were provided. The unit was clean and comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub as well. Great shopping and gorgeous beach nearby. We had a great stay and highly recommend!

My husband & I took our kids/grandkids for a 10 day family vacation & our experience was fantastic! The unit immediately felt welcoming, comfortable & clean. Lots of space for 9 of us…3 where small children. They loved daily pool & hot tub time! Great location minutes away from several beaches (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas included) & shopping. Kitchen is well stocked & lots of sitting space to visit. I would not hesitate to book again!

This condo was absolutely perfect! We were amazed at how much more beautiful the area is in person. It is in a lovely community located near everything that we needed. The condo itself was super roomy and amazing to have 3 master suits! The elevator straight to the condo is super amazing with Costco trips, and wet kiddos. The pool was stunning and so so fun. All of the staff on the property were very friendly and helpful. If we ever needed anything the host responded very quick and we had everything we needed. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach and pool. There were a lot of life jackets and chairs, umbrellas , sand toys, cooler. So so amazing. Won’t stop raving about it and hope to return again and again!

We rented two properties from Surrey and Mike for our extended family of 18. The condos were beautiful,, and comfortable for all of us! Plenty of space for family meals, and so close to the beach!! The kids lived the snorkeling, and the boogie boarding!! The beach "supplies" in the garage were great. Thanks, Surrey and Mike!! Lots of good memories!

This is a great condo for a family (8 people) vacation to Kauai. We did not have a view of the ocean but it is a short walk (4 minutes) to the beach. It is also a great location for walks in general, from walking to the Hyatt to the Sheraton hotels. There is a pool near by which was very popular and a jacuzzi that our group enjoyed. There are tennis and pickle ball courts that are available for a fee to play on. This is a great home for a poipu beach vacation.

Comfortable, quiet, well-stocked condo for my family of eight. Enough room (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) for all of us with plenty of outdoor space in three lanais. Close to three beaches but property had a pool and hot tub which we enjoyed almost daily as well. Close to Koloa for food and shopping. Condo was well stocked in the kitchen and beach toys for the kiddos as well as chairs, umbrellas and cooler for adult convenience. We would love to return!

Property is enjoyable. It is walking distance to the ocean. We watched the Green Turtles beach at sunset and go back to sea in the morning. Our family enjoyed the pool and BBQ area. This was like home away from home. Our young grandchildren came, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, stroller, pack 'n play, and extra cot so that our grandson could sleep in the room with his parents. This property also comes with what is necessary for outings such as snorkel items, life jackets, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. This property is also close to great restaurants, whether driving or walking. We had a great time at this property.

Everything about this 4 bedroom unit was on point and met or exceeded our expectations for our family of 10; 7 adults and 3kids. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. King room is on one wing and is fabulous with its own large deck and great views of the grounds and beautiful bathroom. Private Elevator opens into the unit. Great location in Poipu, walk to Poipu beach with the wagon and beach toys provided. Lovely grounds and pool was resort style. By far the nicest of any nearby accommodations. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a party of 8 use the condo for our recent stay in Poipu. This was our 4th trip to the islands but for 2 other couples it was their 1st trip. All families were blown away with the condo. Kitchen was well-stocked, as well as the garage with beach chairs and toys. AC was a necessity for us. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to swap out one of the queen beds for 2 twins. We had a couple of cousins who had to switch off from the couch to one of the queen bedrooms due to being the opposite sex. Not a big deal, just wanted to make the suggestion. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 6, (kids’ ages 17, 14, 12 & 8) had a wonderful time in this unit. The unit was very clean (and I am particular about cleanliness) and spacious. The property was beautiful and we loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was overall relatively stocked but was missing measuring cups, measuring spoons and some Tupperware type storage containers. We would love to return to the beautiful island of Kauai and would love to stay in this unit and area again!! Thank you!

This property was the perfect place for our family to call home while we explored Kauai. Plenty of space for the 5 of us to relax and unwind. Comfortable beds, lots of of towels (both bath and beach), complimentary toiletries and detergents. We enjoyed all the beach toys in the garage although, due to covid, the owner couldn’t make available the snorkel gear. Not to worry, there’s a surf shop right across from the beach that rented snorkeling equipment very inexpensively. It was really convenient having the elevator come directly into the unit, even though we should have taken the steps because we ate and drank like crazy on this first trip to Hawaii! The kitchen is beautiful and well-stocked for the nights we cooked in. It was also great having access to the grills by the pool. The pool was never busy (it really shouldn’t be because the beaches were RIGHT THERE!). The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and the area did not disappoint: whale sightings, monk seals and turtles hauled up on shore, awesome snorkeling and intense boogie boarding! The condo is close to shopping and restaurants; I’d suggest making advance reservations though, as many places were fully booked. Any questions we had were quickly responded to by the property manager or the owner. I’ll definitely be recommending this condo to friends and, if we’re lucky enough to return to Kauai, I would quickly book my dates for this beautiful home away from home.

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo. I was traveling with 3 of my adult children and their spouses plus 2 young grandchildren. We had plenty of room for all of us. The location was so nice as we had walking access to Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach. The sea turtles rested every night on Poipu beach from 6pm-6am. It was amazing. We also saw a couple of monk seals. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost every day. They had a pack and play and highchair available at the condo which helped us a lot. Would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Kauai.

We - our family - spent 10 days at this lovely location in the Poipu area of Kauai. The condo was perfect for us. It was roomy allowing us to have spaces to gather together to dine and celebrate as well as have spaces to be alone to read and rest. The elevator was a major plus! We stayed in this villa with a group of 8 adults. The 4 bedroom villa is large and very well appointed from the kitchen, to the bed rooms and the toys in the garage. The outdoor deck is large with a table to enjoy your breakfast or evening cocktail. Poipu beach and other popular beached are an easy walk from the villa. There were turtles everywhere during our visit; we even had one bump into us while we boogie boarded at Poipu beach. Other shopping options and groceries are within an easy driving distance. There is plenty of parking as well. I highly recommend this villa for a large group.

Two master suites accommodated all the adults and kids got their own rooms, plenty of bathrooms and clean. The property comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards etc) as well as accommodate all types of families (pack & play, extra cot, etc). The pool is nice and kid friendly. Poipu is great and your only 5 minutes (walk) from the beach can't be beat.
