Family of 5, with kids aged 11,15,18 visiting Kauai in December. The condo was clean, roomy, and the washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, and all other things provided were top notch! We appreciated the boogie boards very much!! The location was so perfect to walk to every sunset and sunrise, as well as 3 beaches.

Excellent info on the website. Entry to this exceptionally clean condo was easy. Nicely equipped kitchen, spacious with comfortable furniture. Everything worked, every time. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Aside from the A/C, great location, and beautiful condo the details are amazing. Motion sensored night lights, batteries, plastic wraps/forks/baggies, lots of games, extra fans, 3 TV’s, laundry detergent….so many little things that make a big difference. The beach gear is also an amazing haul and all of it in great condition. As one who is super picky about cleanliness (think Monica on the sitcom Friends) I didn’t have any complaints or concerns. Super clean, no bugs, and no smells. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. It’s so much bigger than expected and the Murphy bed a great bonus.

We usually stay on the north shore but decided to stay in Poipu to be close to some family. Amazing property in a great location, and the hosts were communicative and lovely. It’s a quick 5 min walk through the beautiful community to Poipu beach. The hosts have equipment for you to use and we a absolutely loved our stay.

Pictures as advertised! Place was much bigger than expected! Very roomy and spacious. All amenities needed for your stay! Pool/spa/bbq was about 500 feet away from the condo. Be sure to grab a parking pass from the dining room cabinet to avoid any ticket violation, we learned the hard way. Poipu beach is just either a short 1 minute drive or about 8-10 minutes walk down the path in the back. Poipu is close enough to town/Lihue for all your shopping needs. Make sure you do a Costco run before heading to the condo, we didn't buy much food, but we threw out a ton of food! Communication with the host was great. We had a few encounters with the toilet and Angelica was so quick to remediate the issues and even replaced the toilet in main bath (during our stay) as we still had issues. Lydgate and Poipu were the best beaches to take the kiddos to. Makauwahi Cave was fun, make sure you bring water! Take the scenic route down and back up instead, much easier!

The condo was as advertised, clean, and in a great location. My family very much enjoyed our stay. There is a strong musty smell that does not seem to go away no matter how much you air the place out, but I understand this is probably normal in a tropical environment. Some of the towels that were put away clean smelled like they had not been dried properly, we just re-washed and dried them and all was well. Although the air conditioning in the bedrooms is great, the front of the condo does not ever seem to cool down, which was a little rough for our kids who slept on the Murphy's bed as it was super hot and humid during our stay. None of this would stop us from staying again though. Owner was very responsive. Pool was great as well for days we did not go to the beach. Beach equipment provided is a huge plus as well! Great place!!

The property was located just in the right place for our plans. The beach equipment was great and very useful. The A/C also help a lot especially after coming in from outside. We would stay there again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The location was perfect!! The house was everything we wanted, including A/C. It did smell a little musky from humidity but understandable being Hawaii. The murphy bed was addition and also why i chose this one. The pool and hot tub were right outside the front door. So happy!!

Our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents loved this condo. The location was perfect - with walking access to beaches and dining. Both ACs in the bedrooms made our stay very comfortable. The lanai closet, bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped for our stay. Angelica was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend this home.

Vancouver and Calgary airports were in chaos with multiple cancelled or delayed flights resulting in us missing connection to Kauai. Nothing we could do except rebook, spent 3 nights in Vancouver.

We could not have been happier with our stay at this condo! The location is lovely - within a 10 minute walk to 2 great beaches and steps away from one of the resort pools. The beautifully remodeled condo has everything you need for a Hawaiian vacation including beach gear, all the kitchen essentials, three quiet lanai for enjoying just sitting outside. Angelica was incredibly helpful and communication was very easy for check-in and check-out.

We hadn’t been on a vacation in four years, so when we arrived at the condo and saw how large it was, not to mention how close one of the 2 pools we had access to, we were thrilled!
There were beach chairs, boogie boards and even golf clubs for our use! We will definitely be back.

All around wonderful place to stay in the Regency condos at Poipu Kai resort. Tons of space, solid air conditioning in the bedrooms, lots of beach toys in the closet. We had a great time staying here!

My family of five fit perfectly at this property. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, sand toys, boogie board, and wagon were so nice to have. We were able to walk to Poipu beach a couple times thanks to the wagon! The location was perfect! My entire family loved our stay here.

Lovely condo with a few pools, tennis courts that lead down to Poipu beach. The condo was spacious even though a 2 bedroom. ...the murphy bed in the living room helped as we had 3 teenagers. Perfect location for visiting other parts of the Island like Waimea Canyon and the Secret Falls in Kapa. The furthest part of the island in Princeville only took a little over an hour. Only 25 mins from airport and Costco as we were on a budget and fresh Poke was great from there.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Easy access. The only thing was that the blue tooth speaker system did not work and I would recommend instructions on how to navigate the multiple remotes for the tv sets. I'm pretty good with this stuff but took me a minute. Otherwise, fabulous.

Our family felt really great staying at this apartment.
Pros:
+ Great kitchen with everything you need including bottled water, foil, zip lock bags - these small things really help feeling like home
+ Two bathrooms with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash
+ Three beds though we didn't really use murphy bed
+ Great pool with no crowds
+ Fully staffed locker with all beach equipment you may need: boogie boards, umbrellas, water shoes, snorkling masks, even freezer bag
+ Dedicated parking lot
+ Nice short walk to the Poipu beach
The only thing I wished was the view of the ocean to enjoy sunsets and stargazing at night.
Cons:
- We missed 4 pieces out of 1000 piece puzzle.

My mother and I stayed at this beautiful property January 3-10, 2021. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. The two bedrooms were air conditioned and it was enough to cool down the entire condo. The property owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and they even provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, boogie boards, etc. The condo was very clean, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location was fantastic! So close to several beaches and many restaurants and shops. I walked on two mornings to Brennicke's Beach where you can find turtles frolicking in the rocky area right next to the beach. It took me 7 minutes to walk there at a leisurely pace. The owners were so nice to deal with and communicated everything we needed to know. I highly recommend this Regency at Poipu Kai condo. I look forward to renting with them again!

The condo was clean and owner has it very well stocked with essentials. Loved the beds sooo comfortable. Slept soundly every night! The air conditioners in the bedrooms was a huge plus. Only downside was you could here every step from unit upstairs children running and the scraping of dining chairs being moved.

We are 4 older adults who spent a lot of time driving to different parts of the island. The condo has great parking and access to the roads but no street noise. And the walk to the beach was lovely! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a great time!

The property location is great a short walk to the beach. A/C units worked great! Although we wish it had a unit for the living room area. We also didn’t find the fans until late in our stay but those definitely helped. The place was comfortable and easy to locate.

This is a beautiful property. The location of our rental was exactly as described. The location to the pool, BBQ, parking lot were a few dozen steps. The beach was a 10 minute walk. The beach? Boogie boarding, snorkling, turtles, sunrises, sunsets all at a 10 minute walk.
The downside was the WiFi and it is controlled by the property's management group, not the homeowners. We did not get consistent WiFi our whole stay, though we did ask the homeowners to check into it.
The weather was sunny all day long (with a little rain here and there). We would stay here again and not let WiFi stop us.

We were unsure if we should stay South, North, or the West side since this is our first time to Kauai. I am pleased that we picked the right location. This rental is in a great location with a pool. It is near everything. The property is set up nice and pretty much had everything that we needed to have fun. We stayed here with our 2 recent college grads. We enjoyed having our on decks to hangout on when we needed a breather from our cool kids :P The A/C units work well in the bedrooms. They have ceiling fans in each room you would hang out in. There are portable fans in each room, but we didn't use them except one that we moved near the Murphy Bed. The girls didn't want to share the king bed in the second room so one slept on the Murphy bed. A nice screen panel would be a welcome addition, however, the Murphy bed option was great to have! It was one of the reasons we chose this rental so we didn't have to pay for a 3 bdrm rental. The washer and dryer inside were so handy to have available <3 We would definitely stay again if ever our travels bring us to this island again.

Every day went smooth with cooking, doing YouTube workouts on the large TV in the living room, breakfasts on the lanai, and walking to the beach and restaurants nearby. Angelica has great communication to prepare you for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning from bedrooms is just barely enough to cool the murphy bed area for sleeping in the dining area. Could have had more towels and at least one spare roll of toilet paper. But these are minor compared to the overall great experience.

The apartment was extremely clean and had plenty of space for 4 people. The kitchen was functional and had pretty much everything we needed. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, but it wasn’t a huge issue.
