Beautiful remodeled condo with almost everything we needed for our stay. We loved being able to see the ocean from the bedroom, and hearing the waves at night to lull us to sleep. And beautiful sunrises each morning from the lanai. Really appreciated the air conditioning when we needed it too. We mistakenly thought that there was a washer & dryer in the room, but found out when we got there that there is a community laundry room on the 2nd floor to pay for use. Will pack more clothes next time so no need to do laundry. Looking forward to staying here again in the future, Mahalo!

Exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, beautiful beaches steps away. Watched Honu and Hawaiian Monk Seals sleep across the bay in the sand. Swam with tropical fish and Honu (kept our distance as required as they are wildlife) at Lawai Beach just around the corner. Peaceful vacation.

Excellent location overlooking a beautiful cove that always has sea turtles. The sound of the waves are great for a restful sleep. Wonderful ocean sunsets on the back lawn. Numerous great restaurants within minutes of the property. Perfect for a couple visiting the Garden Isle.

Gorgeous views! Warm lanai, perfect for sunbathing or sipping coffee in the am and wine in the pm! Very comfortable living area. Fun to watch the current sports games too after a long day out and about. The amenities were great. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Super clean. My only complaint was that all of the towels had the mildew smell and the bed could stand to have a topper on it for additional comfort.
The location is wonderful. Close to many beaches, restaurants, shopping, excursions, botanical gardens, spouting horn! There’s so many things to see and enjoy in the south side of the island! ❤️

What a wonderful place to call home during our 9-day stay on Kauai! Loved watching the sunrise every morning from the lanai! The location was perfect and the condo was just as the listing and photos described. Enjoyed the AC and comfortable bed after warm days exploring the island. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to return again someday!

Beautiful condo with the most amazing views. My husband and I loved having lunch on the patio and taking in the amazing weather and views. Condo had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kauai. Only thing we would probably liked different was the BBQ grill area as it was in the parking lot and covered in bird droppings. My husband tried using the bbq area and got pooped on by a bird but other than that there was a full kitchen so the bbq wasn’t necessary. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

This condo is wonderfully situated on the South Shore. Excellent snorkeling next door, beautiful water views with ability to be lulled to sleep by the ocean and a quick drive to Poipu or Spouting Horn. Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed and more!

The location was perfect for the island. Ample restaurants, markets, shops. All in close proximity. The condo is quaint, but sufficient for a stay. Great view from the balcony and we never had difficulty with finding a parking space within a few feed of the entrance. The condo was clean and had ample stock of the necessities needed. There is plenty to do on the island. We visit Hawaii annually, but this was our first time on Kauai. We normally stay in Maui (Lahaina or Kaahanapali), or on the Big Island. Obviously, we were fortunate to be on Kauai this time. The Garden Island is nice and we will return. The only negative was where the complex decided to put the bar b q pits!
This condo is a good choice if you are traveling to Kauai and looking for a nice place to call home.
We are all praying for and keeping the folks on Maui in our thoughts.

We had an absolutely amazing time in Kauai, and this condo was a big part of that. Amazing views of the water and we could even see sea turtles from the lanai! The place was clean, comfortable, and very open. Bob was very easy to communicate with, and he was so accommodating. The place was in a very convenient location. Absolutely recommend!

Everything was great! The only thing I would recommend is having more towels & washcloths. Wish there was a washer & dryer in the unit like our condo in Maui. We saw plenty of turtles and my adult daughter was able to snorkel in the water below our balcony which was neat.

We spent 5 days in this condo, and had an amazing experience. Modern remodel is awesome, bed very comfortable, and can't say enough good things about this place. The beach accessories (umbrella, snorkel gear, chairs) were the nicest we have experienced. View off the balcony had regular sightings of turtles, and snorkeling at Laiwa Beach was solid, with a turtle sighting our last day. Breeze kept the place cool without the need for AC, and we would highly recommend this property.

This unit provided every possible desired amenity - even binoculars to see turtles from the balcony. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, even a first aid kit. We snorkeled all over the cove east and west of the building and saw dozens of turtles each time.

The property was great and our hosts provided us with everything we needed for days at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, towels, and boogie boards.
We saw sea turtles from the deck and seals at Poipu beach, about five minutes from the unit. We enjoyed reading how the hosts renovated the unit, great job guys!

We love Poipu! This condo is 2nd floor, right on the water facing east. You can just walk out to the oceanside and see sunset. Well stocked condo for all your needs. Included basic spices, cooking spray, fully stocked kitchen

The view speaks for itself! Photos as described. Kitchen fully equipped which was so nice! Shower pressure was perfect! AC was much needed and the fans definitely helped. My only con was the bed, it gives a sinking feeling once sat or laid on. Not so comfortable. Otherwise everything else was great and we would come back!

We’ve had a great time. Condo is lovely and quiet. Balcony has shade all afternoon so we could sit outside comfortably and listen to the sea and watch the waves. Great location and well equipped - would highly recommend.

This condo is exactly advertised and very comfortable. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and the chefs knife was sharp. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai drinking wine and watching the turtles in the lagoon below. The air conditioner worked well. There are beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers in the closet. This will be my first choice for our next visit to Kauai.

We had an amazing stay at this well-designed, well-equipped place with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. You can catch the sunrise each morning from the lanai. Highly recommend walking out to the southwest lawn with chairs and a bottle of wine around 6:00ish to watch the most amazing sunsets you’ll ever experience - truly unforgettable! Peaceful atmosphere. Great location within minutes of Poipu beach and an easy drive to Waiemia canyon.

Great space and comfy king bed. Fully stocked although we didn’t use much of the things, since the best restaurants in the world are steps away.
Washer and dryer are on each floor so bring your quarters. $2.75 to wash and $2.75 to dry, but it takes two rounds to fully dry clothes.

Very Clean. My only disappointment was not seeing any sea turtles, but we did see incredible sunsets . There were plenty of supplies, including beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Cupboards had some supplies as well. We enjoy our stay and will plan on coming back when we return to kauai.

Great location! Snorkeled almost every day. Just walk over and see a lot of different types of fish. Also lots of turtles can be seen from lanai. Had some great sunrises in the morning and a large group would hang out every night for sunset on other side of condos. Excellent restaurant next door. Had a great time and would rent this unit again!

We enjoyed our time at the condo! We thought the open concept was great and loved that you could shut the bedroom off if desired. There were plenty of nearby restaurants, beaches, and shops. We had New Years dinner at The Beach House which is immediately next door. Most major parks and attractions are a reasonable drive away including Nepali coast and the Waimea and Koke’e state parks. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us our we would be back to stay here again.

We originally started planning our trip in January 2020 and intended to hit multiple island resorts. COVID hit and we rescheduled and then cancelled. When we rebooked in early 2021 we changed the plan and found this gem of a place and boy are we thankful that we did. This condo, the complex, and the location are simply perfect. We may have celebrated our 25th anniversary a year and 1/2 late, but it was so worth the wait. If you’re looking for a vacation rental right on the water, this is the one for you. This was an amazing place to stay in the Poipu area. With modern amenities including AC, a deck looking out onto the bay/ocean, and situated next to the Beach House Restaurant, we spent nearly every evening in the back property lawn watching the sun go down while the surfers practiced their moves in front of us. Couldn’t ask for a better last leg of our trip and place to stay in Southern Kauai. Would absolutely consider staying again.

Beautifully updated, clean, convenient, comfortable and quiet.....this is how I would describe this property.. Watching sea turtles while having breakfast on the lanai was fantastic. There are beaches to walk to, or the location made easy to drive to all corners of the island. We feel lucky to have been able to stay and wish it could have been longer. We just returned from a week in Kauai. We booked this particular unit after seeing many units without AC. It may not seem like a big deal because you think you'll get trade winds and ocean breezes at night.... Well it was the best decision. The AC made all the difference! There is nothing better than after a hot day on the beach to return to a cooled down condo. The unit is spacious and updated and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. The BBQ area is kind of a bummer ( in the corner by the trash with poor lighting) but overall we loved the place and area. Can't wait to go back!!!

When we walked through the door and looked past the bedroom and family room area we saw 20 feet of glass looking out onto this beautiful ocean bay surrounded with gorgeous palm trees and blue ocean. Hearing and seeing the waves and feeling the ocean breezes while you sit on your lanai or lounge on the family room make you appreciate this condo. This condo is highly upgraded. We fully recommend this condo in Kauai!

This condo was the perfect place for our stay. Right near Poipu and many other great attractions. Lawai Beach, just outside condo was awesome for snorkeling where many turtles and even massive Manta Rays could be seen! The condo was perfectly laid out and Bob and his family saw to it that everything that would or could be needed was on hand. Bob is also very receptive and will make sure your stay is the best it can be. Already looking forward to our next trip to Kauai and Kuhio Shores #204!

My husband and I honeymooned here for a few days and we loved it. You can really tell there has been a lot of thought put into all the details of the condo. There is a full kitchen where we cooked breakfasts, a cozy bed to relax in, a closet full of things to take to the beach on a sunny day, and an amazing lanai to watch the waves. The Beach House restaurant next door has amazing cocktails and the Living Foods Market down the street has the best breakfast pizza and gourmet groceries. We also spent a lot of time snorkeling at Poipu, which is only a 5 minute drive away.
It was a great couple of days and we would love to come back soon!

My family and I loved the condo and the view from our balcony which was where you would find me enjoying a cocktail after a day of sightseeing or relaxing from one of beaches of Poipu.
The condo was a tad smaller than the appearance of the picture but we were very happy with everything that it had to offer. The closet had everything we needed for the beach which made it very comfortable for all of us.
The only complaint was the television that we would watch in the evening. If it was programmed better I wouldn't need to write this one negative.
Bob thank you for letting us stay at your place. When we go back in a few years we will book it again.

What a wonderful and above quality condo to stay in! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements, including the deluxe sleeper sofas! The Lanai view is perfect and offers sea turtles, and wonderful sunrise views. The sounds of the ocean waves fill the condo! The condo is very well equipped for all our cooking and daily needs. Everything was so clean, and the condo complex is a very quiet and clean as well . We were even there for the 4th of July, and it was very quiet. The location is perfect to all our points of interest and beautiful beaches. Bob has fantastic travelers advice and information and tips for time spent on the island. It was a perfect fit for our family! One day we hope to return!

Everything was delivered as promised. A gorgeous view of Turtle Bay, cooling winds throughout the day and night, a beautifully upgraded condo with all the accoutrements needed for a delightful stay. This remodeled condo is immaculate. The shower with multi head sprayers is big enough for two, and the decision to open the bedroom wall to the kitchen with retractable shutters there to cut light or sound as needed is genius. The Kuhio Shores complex itself is extremely well kept, ideally located, and a site of true respite to recharge and enjoy. We could not have been happier with our stay. And yes, we snorkeled and say turtles multiple days during our visit. Our stay at 204 was simply sublime. Relax and enjoy....

Our stay lasted a week and it was absolutely perfect - due in large part to the wonderful accommodations. This is a beautiful, quiet place right on the edge of the sea. From ice packs for the beach cooler to a drying rack on the lanai, the condo has absolutely everything one needs for a relaxing beach vacation. We found the location to be an optimal launching spot - whether we were headed out for a lazy day at the beach, a picturesque drive up Waimea Canyon, or an adventurous hike along the Na Pali Coast. The condo itself is modern and clean and the location is ideal. The owner, Bob, is very easy to work with and has many terrific (and practical) suggestions to make one's trip the best it can be.
