This condo is excellent - new inside and very clean. Has almost everything you’ll need. I’ll provide the review I wish I read before coming here: first, definitely park in the garage as close to the building as you can. We walked around with armfuls of things for way too long before we could determine where exactly the location was. Take the path to the left and up the stairs and it’s right there on the corner. Also, maybe we are slow but we didn’t realize the keypad with code was INSIDE the “screen” door so we pecked away at the key lock box out side the door for an embarrassingly long time. Condo is amazingly well stocked - the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. There are two beach chairs, two coolers, an umbrella, plenty of TP, napkins, paper towels, Clorox wipes, ziplock bags of all sizes, tin foil… basically every single thing you’d ever want or need is there. The one thing they don’t provide is beach towels. So bring your own of those. There is also shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We left some sunscreen under the bathroom sink. The view isn’t to die for but that was not a big deal to us. This condo is the furthest from the street you can get. The bed is pretty comfy but the pillows were way too soft for us. That is just preference thing. Also coffee maker is drip, filters provided so bring your own ground coffee from a local market. They also have a vacuum, broom, cleaning products, etc. awesome place just made better with a few tweaks you should know before! 9.5/10

This place is decent. The parking fills up fast.
Get up to the north shore too. The problem is sound coming from the balcony front. The roosters and chickens probably out number the people. The crowing comes and goes all night. Good luck with sleeping very well.

This property has everything you need and all in a great location. Right across from great snorkeling and a restaurant with great sunsets! Short walk or drive to Poipu beach. Highly recommend, and would stay here in a heartbeat!

Better than the photos! Very nice place. Beach is across the street. Not much in walking distance and the area is busy out on the street but not bad.

Check in was easy, location was great. The beach was right across from us however it was mostly for snorkeling. We drove 20 minutes away near the airport and found a great beach to swim. The place was cute. It had easy instructions on how to check in and out. We were only in town for a short time so we were only in the room at bed but over all no complaints. Would definitely book again!

Property photos don’t do it justice, it’s immaculately maintained and very nicely furnished. Has everything you need including washer/dryers in shared space. Pool area was always very clean and beach is literally right across the street. Also conveniently located where you can walk to the shopping center for several restaurants and grocery stores. We will absolutely come back to this unit!

This was honestly the nicest rental I’ve ever stayed in!! Cleaner and more beautiful than the pictures, and in a perfect location. We will definitely be returning when we come back to Kauai. Mahalo for such an amazing stay!!

This place is amazing!! Very clean and updated, We felt like we were at home! It!has everything you need and MORE! Check in/out was easy and Matt was very helpful and friendly. The beach to snorkel and relax is literally across the street, maybe a 2 min. walk. If we ever visit Kauai again we will book in advance to make sure we can stay here. You really won’t find anything better!

Great quiet place. A/C works well. We did not see the beach towels at first. Make sure to look through al of the drawers. Also, there was no snorkel equipment so we couldn’t snorkel in the evening when we arrived. Did not expect to have to rent the equipment. Also, the code to get the key wasn’t listed correctly. We had to try to some different last numbers to get in the place. I called the Vrbo contact number but no one answered. Also no one at the check in desk, ever, to help. Otherwise, stay was wonderful!

My husband and I were celebrating our 50th Anniversary. The studio apt was Perfect! Had fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, & ice chest. Was quiet, and great patio with beautiful view of flowering trees. Walked across street to one of the best restaurants and one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. Near shopping center too that had Farmers Mkt. Will definitely stay there again!

The place was newly updated, very modern and clean. Check-in process and parking were very easy. The owners went above and beyond to equip the kitchen, nice linens and decoration and even provided beach gear and towels! Location in Poipu is great, awesome mai tais at the Beach House, great sunset and turtles at Poipu beach. Highly recommend this property!!

Very nice studio in a nice location. Well stocked kitchen. It has a ninja blender for making smoothies or smoothie bowls, cookie sheets, & everything else that we needed. There is also 2 beach chairs, beach chair umbrella, multiple coolers, sunscreen (if you forgot). For this unit, parking in the parking garage is closer and more convenient to the condo, and also keeps your car cleaner (the other lot has trees w/ birds leaving deposits all over your windshield and car😆)Nicely located near Kukuiula shopping center w/ Longs drugstore and other restaurants and shopping. Directly across from the Beach House restaurant (Spendy, but nice). Air Conditioner was a must for the time we were there. It was very humid, so this was a well needed extra that not all island accommodations have. We had to contact the condo rep when we couldn’t find the beach towels. She was very prompt to answer all our questions. Overall excellent stay. We highly recommend this unit!

Updates to this condo are so tasteful and nice. We loved it, especially the quiet corner location. Nice to have beach fear to use, especially sun screen since we travel w carryons only. Only thing we missed was a water view but in a 2 min walk, we got that. Agree w all other reviews, 5 stars all around. Going to book again.

We had everything we needed in this tidy studio. I would stay here again. Great location for walking to beach for snorkelling, close restaurants and large drug store. The kitchen (which we used a lot) is well equipped as well as nice BBQ area in the very common area (nice social area!). The unit has nice beach chairs, umbrella, coolers to borrow. Common area laundry takes lots of quarters - did not use. Our only tricky thing was finding places to hang our clothes and beach sarongs etc to dry out, as running down to pay for the dryer each day was overkill and balcony railings are off limits.

I enjoyed snorkeling and turtle spotting across the road on Lawaii Beach.
I cruised around Old Koloa and ate at both of the wonderful food truck communities there.
I spent an afternoon swimming at one of the many little beaches tucked into the shoreline in either direction from Prince Kuhio.
My one complaint is that there was so much Chlorine in the beautiful pool I couldn't stand to swim in it.
It's okay, I went for the ocean and found happiness.

This was a convenient location to explore the island and take advantage of the great beaches and snorkeling spots. The studio condo is newly updated with new amenities. The pool is clean and beautiful, a nice cool break from the sun of the beaches.

Location, decor, cleanliness all great, would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion for anyone staying here is to use the parking garage. Used the open parking lot one night and the birds in the trees left me a lot of presents on the hood of the car we rented.

This was a great place to stay. Very warm and updated inside. The grounds were quiet and well maintained. Easy parking available in the parking garage. Not much of a beach across the street but a good spot for sunsets. Quick few minute drive down to kiahuna beach for beach days. Thank you very much and would totally stay there again!

We loved this place ! Perfect for one or two people. Newly renovated and very clean. So close to beaches , great restaurants, hikes, etc. Highly recommend staying here ! One thing to note - parking passes can be checked out in the office , there won’t be an attendant but you fill it out yourself.
Definitely would stay again when we come back to Kauai !!

My boyfriend and I loved this condo. It’s updated, well laid out, and just nice. We appreciated that there were beach chairs, a cooler, towels etc for us to use. Also the kitchen has plastic baggies, Tupperware, etc to help with cooking at home and bringing food on the go. We weren’t sure what to do about parking during our late night arrival (all designated spots were taken) but it turned out totally fine. The AC works well, but leaving the windows open is also nice. We stayed in this area the first 3 days of our trip and then moved to other spots around the island, this was our favorite. Great snorkeling just outside the condo, great food, yeah. We loved it. 10/10 would recommend!

Walking distance to two nice beaches, restaurants, and groceries. Had a little trouble with check in but the owner was right there to assist. Hope to be back again soon.

My wife and I enjoyed a week at this unit. The location was perfect in that we wanted to take in all the sites on Kauai from Waimea Canyon to Ha’ena State Park. A great sunset watching spot was just across the street. The unit was clean and recently renovated and was well equipped. We took advantage of the pool and grills on site as well as the beach chairs when we decided to kick back after hiking. Overall a great experience.

When we arrived the code to get in our condo was incorrect, but we called the property manager and she politely gave us the correct code to our room. The property was beautiful . Great Hawaiian vibes , clean, and comfortable . The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with table and chairs outside to enjoy the fresh air . Next to the property was a park , across the street a small beach to watch people surfing or dip in the ocean . Pool in the courtyard surrounded by gardens and orchids and koi in a pond. Great location In itself or sightsee and shop , hike, or swim nearby . The only reason I hesitate to write a review is that I’d like to keep this a best kept secret for future trips ! I would definitely book again . The host even has chairs and an umbrella to use. Hop off the plain and enjoy your stay ! Everything you need is here.
