Close to stores and restaurants but feels very private. Easy to get around the island. Poke bowls at Pono Market are the best! Bike rentals nearby and the Kapaa trail is great for ocean views. Property management company was quick to respond if we needed anything. We’d definitely stay here again!

This property had everything we needed, and the location on the island was convenient, whether we wanted to go to the north shore or the south. The best part was to be right on the beach. The sound of the ocean and the beautiful sunrises made this a perfect vacation. The owner was so easy to deal with and very responsive. This was one of our very best vacations ever!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is great. Across the street from Safeway and a quick walk to a very quiet beach. The AC worked great (once I figured out the correct setting). The condo was clean though some high places like the fans need to be dusted. My only complaint is that the front window for the master bedroom doesn’t keep out sounds very well so I could hear traffic and chickens. I was able to sleep with the help of some white noise but it might be hard for light sleepers. I did see some beach chairs in the closet though we didn’t use them. There was also a small cooler available. No spices or oil other than salt and pepper so bring what you need. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for breakfast.

Had a great time in the condo. It lived up to the pictures. It was clean, well stocked, the a/c worked when needed, and we had no noise issues from neighbors. The beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed them so much we came back home and bought the same mattress. The only issues we had was the one TV in the unit didn't work and the beach directly in front of the complex isn't swimmable (we didn't feel comfortable swimming there and didn't see anyone else in the water). The TV wasn't a big issue for us since we didn't go to Kauai to watch TV.

We loved the place! Perfect location on the ocean/beach and central to everything on the island. The beach is not good for swimming but that is not a deterrent. 20 steps to the beach, yes, but not a beach you could actually swim in (not a big deal for me but YMMV). Got by with no a/c but I _really_ liked listening to the ocean at night, which is why I selected this property. 5 stars for that, but minus one for the beds. The king bed is actually 2 twins stuck together (not a big deal) but they are worn out. I had to sleep on the "hump" in the middle. I especially liked having a cigar every night at the beach with no hassles (I brought my own ash tray). The hot water always ran out but you get used to testing when it is available.So there you have it, the good, bad and ugly. Would I return? No, not with those beds but otherwise yes. We really liked Kapaa even though it is very trafficy. Again, we got used to it and found the people there extremely friendly. Shout out to the Big Wave Dave's bar and grille, we will miss the folks there. And a big Mahalo to Jay for being responsive to our needs!

We have a returned many times to this complex for our annual spring break trips with our two kids since my son was two years old (he is now 10) and this property is our favorite. The location is perfect (right next to tide pools and wading pool) along with swimming pool. My kids have a blast. In addition, grocery store and our favorite shave ice shop is just across the street. The condo is clean and has a fully stocked kitchen for us to heat up our takeouts or make our own meals. The sound of the waves crashing at night and the beautiful sunrises every morning cannot be beat. Thank you for another amazing and memorable trip.

We enjoyed the low-key local environment in Kapaa, which made day trips to other parts of the island a breeze! The kitchen was well appointed with everything you will need and the washer/dryer was a life saver! We had an issue when someone parked in our assigned spot, we called management and they reached out to the onsite manager. They kept an eye on the car and were quick to chat with the owner when they showed up. Problem solved! El Rey Del Mar has amazing tacos! And don't skip Java Kai! Shhhh...don't tell anyone, we loved it there!

This place was just what I needed! It would be a good place for 1-2 guests. Great location on beach and close to stores and restaurants. It was so nice sleeping with windows open at night and listening to the ocean. Great having the elevator to second floor. Place was clean and had everything I needed. Owner was very responsive! The property is just off a busy road in downtown Kapaa which can be tough to get in and out of. It is comfortable but nothing special. Beds are fine and LR is small with no table. Seems overpriced to me. Very basically equipped. Would probably look elsewhere if our stay was longer.

Aloha,I was expected a clean( newly washed sheet, towels,bathroom curtain..) but none of that was delivered to us.Did I mentioned the roof was leaking right above the TV from the unit above. With the cleaning fee that we had to pay, 125, I think I expected much better, cleaner room.The room has no window and may I suggested that the owner should add that in the room description( it was not mention in the room description). The owner, at first mentioned that there will be no AC for our unit due to trade wind and cool temperatures of Kauai therefore no AC needed?????Our unit look like a storage room since there are more than 4 potable fans and 2 vacuum was stored ant our unit.The bed located right at the entrance and it was so closed to our bed that my boyfriend had to sleep on the wrong side of the bed ( closed to the door) for my safety. We only stayed for 1 night but it was not an pleasant experience, unfortunately.

We had a great stay in this condo. We could see and hear the ocean and were very close to the pool. The grounds are really nice and we occasionally were visited by a local rooster. Just across the street is a Safeway grocery, Ross, Subway shop, ABC store and ice cream shop. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the owner replaced it the same day. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds are comfy, and we enjoyed having meals and morning coffee on the patio. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was a great location. It was located on the east shore, so going north or south was very easy and not that far. There is a shopping center across the way for food and grocery. Right behind the place is the beach that you can go to anytime. Be beach at anytime you want.

This was the perfect home base for our vacation! This place had everything we needed for our family. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed to do a bit of cooking avoid eating out all the time. Though you could do that too as there are plenty food options within a short drive. Grocery, ABC and shave ice are right across the road for the essentials. The pool was so lovely to enjoy every day. The east side was breezier and cooler than the scorching south which we loved, but almost no rain during waking hours at the end of March. Nothing better than cooling down with those trade winds blowing through the condo. Absolutely do not need AC! I miss falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Property manager was very responsive and attentive the rare time we needed her. If we’re lucky enough to return to Kauai one day, we hope we’re lucky enough to snag this place again. We spent 6 nights in this condo in March 2025. The back patio, which is quite open to the public is right near the beach with an amazing view. The condo had all necessary amenities and is in a great location. Short walk to groceries, restaurants and a great VIP Sweets bakery. Kaap’a was a great choice for a Kauai vacation. Would definitely stay again if I was going back to the US.

This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We spent every morning and evening on the deck enjoying the amazing view of the beach, and we fell asleep to the crashing waves. We really enjoyed the central location, as well. We could easily walk to anything we needed and we found it easy to drive up to Hanalei or down to Lihue for the day. We also enjoyed the books in the side table, especially the one about hiking on Kauai and the Kauai visitors guide. The condo was spotlessly clean! Thank you for an amazing week in Kauai! Overall, everything was good to great. Kids had fun in the pool. I enjoyed the lounge chairs along the beach. The nice central location made it easy to explore the south and north sides of the island. Proximity to grocery store was convenient. Pool was small but nice. Really appreciated the daily pool maintenance and cleaning. The end unit condo is perfectly situated in the complex w easy access to the beach and pool. We also appreciated the snorkel gear, boogie boards, floaties, and chairs in the storage room. Very nice amenity. The beach isn’t super swimable at this location but amazing beaches are close. Sheila was very responsive but the internet and pool codes weren’t provided. The kitchen is well stocked w cooking pans and utensils. Overall we enjoyed the low key and mellow vibe of this place and would return here.

Is a little hard to find it, but eventually we found it. This place is right at the beach! We had balcony view which is what I love about this place. The price was very affordable compared to the other options. This place had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. I love that the kitchen had all the basics and loved that we had a washer and dryer! Loved that it had 2 bathrooms and plenty of living room space! I do have to mentions that the coffee maker wasn’t working, which I did mentioned to David as a feedback. I stayed in room 207 for reference. Overall my family enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back! Don’t hesitate, book this place!

The condo was in a great location with easy access to both sides of the island. It was the perfect size for our family of three. The deck was a nice place to hang out in the morning and after a long day of exploring. We’ve stayed in several condos over the years and we all agreed this was the nicest! There was plenty of beach equipment for us to use over the week (4 beach chairs, several snorkel sets, an umbrella, cooler, boogie boards) no need to rent anything extra! We had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back!
