We stayed for 10 days and are very happy with our stay. The unit is just across the parking lot from the shared pool/hot tub/grilling area which makes it very convenient. The unit was clean, and the AC was appreciated (many rentals in the area do not have A/C, so I’d recommend you inquire about it if you’re shopping around). The common areas of the condo development are meticulously maintained by a full time on site caretaker named Chris who keeps everything spotless and looking great.

We loved our vacation, and the rental location did not disappoint. The Emmalani Court is a perfect location and central to Princeville and Hanalei, lots to do between the locations and close to beaches, grocery stores, shave ice, golfing, walking trails and more. I highly recommend staying here. The unit is clean, has plenty of space for 4 adults/children and is well stocked; there is nothing that we missed or needed that we couldn't find. The king size beds in each room is a bonus and each bedroom having a dedicated bathroom was wonderful. The living room/dining area is spacious and leaves you plenty of room to sit, relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and lots of extras for storage, etc. Emmalani Court has a heated pool that we found great during March. During our stay, the pool area was not busy and the kids had a blast. We saw several people leveraging the gas grills (in the pool area) which was a great offering. I highly recommend getting a car for your trip to see the whole island, but this is the spot to stay! We will be back!

We have stayed in several properties on Kauai, and this was absolutely the best. The location is great, between Anini and Kalihiwai beaches and Hanalei. Also love that Foodland right down the street. The beds were comfortable, the master bath shower was very nice, and the property was clean and organized, with plenty of houseware and kitchenware. The air conditioning helped out on warm afternoons. The complex was great and has a really nice pool. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay in Princeville! Great accommodations in the heart of it all. The condo satisfied our needs, pool and hot tub were immaculate, crystal clear water (very little chlorine if any) which we thoroughly enjoyed in the evenings after the pleasant days on the beaches. The condo comes with everything you need on the beach including boogie boards, snorkel gear, and lounge chairs. The host was always available through text and promptly replied with any questions. We would surely stay again! Thank you!

We had one of our families’ most wonderful vacations yet at this beautiful property. The condo has literally everything you could want for kids of all ages and adults to have a lovely and relaxing vacation. Being able to open the drapes in the morning and have gorgeous views of the Pacific was priceless. The very first morning we saw multiple whales from the patios! Our host (Jeff) was outstanding, as was the property we stayed in. The manager (Chris), of the complex in which our condo resided, was very attentive, helpful, and informative about the island. The pool and hot tub on site were temperature controlled and the grill’s (2) in the pool area were very clean, easy to use, and had all the cooking utensils you would need. The guests and residents were all very nice and helpful.
Princeville sits on the north side of the island close to the pacific ocean which has many beautiful views from sunrise to sunset, always on the horizon. Wake up and go to bed with the sounds of the ocean hitting the sand. Many places close by to walk and or hike to see outstanding views of the cliff’s, mountains, beaches, many variations of unique flora, trees, shrubs, and vista’s. However the island has so many other destinations to check out from there food and coffee trucks, the Kauai coffee plantation, the Napali coast, The many different small towns with their unique Hawaiian made jewelry, clothing, and gifts. There are many beaches to explore. We found Anini Beach to be the best for snorkeling and it is close to the condo. The trip down to Waimea Canyon and up to the summit is breathtaking with so many picture stops that you can’t get anywhere else. Have been to Oahu and Maui before and in my opinion Kauai is the best of the 3. Not nearly as commercialized which has kept this paradise pristine for current and future generations.

We had the most enjoyable vacation in Kauai, in large part due to the lovely accommodations. In fact, the best in the 26 years that we have been traveling to all the islands.
First, actual condo/home/hotel rooms are never as great as the photos make them out to be. In this case, what you see is exactly what you get. The condo was spacious and the decor was both comfortable and stylish. This is clearly not your average vacation rental. You can see the care and pride of the owners from the comfortable and roomy sofa, the well stocked spice pantry, top of the line appliances and utensils, to toiletries and detergents. The furniture in every room was lovely - everything you would hope for in a vacation getaway.
This was our first time staying on the northern end of Kauai. Princeville is lovely, and the perfect base for the days we spent exploring Hanalei Bay and nearby beaches. As experienced island travelers, we always bring our own beach towels, cooler and sun shelter even if the listing indicates that they are provided, as we've had many surprises with broken beach umbrellas and coolers and flimsy towels. Jeff called me prior to our arrival and reminded me that these were all provided. I honestly can't think of a thing more that I wished they had provided.
The lower level location close to the edge of the golf course provided great views from the lanai and living room.
I could go on but I'm out of characters. You won't regret staying here!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our time on Kauai. The area was fantastic, the home was incredibly clean, and the views were gorgeous! We were a group of 7 and were all very comfortable. We especially appreciated the closet FULL of things for the beach including chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and more. We used those things almost every single day. The views were exactly as depicted in the listing. We enjoyed watching the albatrosses from the patio and seeing whales spouting and jumping off in the distance. Very quick to drive to what quickly became our favorite town, Hanalei! Thank you to these great hosts for providing such an amazing place to stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home on Kauai!

We met some of the full time residents and Chris the property manager. They had true Aloha spirit. They sat and chatted or helped us know where things were in town. The property is very quiet. We had the pleasure of staying 37 days at Jeff's Emmalani condo in Princeville. It surpassed our expectations. A bright and beautifully remodeled condo overlooking hole #8 of the Makai golf course. A short walk to the shore to see the waves crashing against the cliffs and also to view the gorgeous sunsets behind Bali Hai in Hanalei. We were able to walk to Pu'u Poa Beach next to 1 Hotel and also Hideaway Beach. You can actually walk all the way past Pu'u Poa beach and end up on Hanalei Bay if you wade through the little river there. We walked everywhere in Princeville from this condo including some great restaurants. Jeff was very easy to work with and his lovely condo accommodated all of our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed and we did enjoy making many meals there. We liked using the hot tub and pool there as well. We will miss hearing the waves crashing and mostly all of the nesting and courting Albatross directly in front of the condo. They were so entertaining to watch!

We had great communication with the property management. Easy check in and check out process. Clean with smoke towels, cooler, beach chairs. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of rainbow over the ocean on our first day. Lots of books to read.
Sadly the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance issues while we were there. But everything else was great.
Appreciated flexibility with late check out options and would stay here again. One of the most beautiful places in this special island.

Fantastic property in Princeville. The condo included everything you could ask for in a Kauai condo. Great kitchen, living area and bedrooms! Perfect access to the pool and grills. Beach chairs, snorkel gear and coolers! You name it, Marla thought of it! Loved the proximity to Princeville shops, Hanalei beaches/restaurants and Anini Beach and Kilauea Lighthouse. The Saturday Farmers Market was a special treat. Great location for our Kauai getaway. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

The home had everything you’d need. The living room had floor beach recliners which were not too comfortable even for kids. Also the pool heater was out the entire two weeks, so it was too cold to get in. Which was kind of a bummer since came from Alaska. Overall our stay was great. Checkin was smooth.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo and were so glad we decided on Princeville as our home base. The condo had everything we needed, boogie boards for all of us, snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels but most important it was quiet and peaceful. The location on the golf course is beautiful and there are so many amazing beaches within a 10 to 30 minute drive. Our favorites were Secret Beach, Tunnels and Kealia Beach for boogie boarding. We went to Poipu area for a day but found it way too crowded. We loved having Foodland nearby (you can get a visitor pass for the discounts). Access to the pool was convenient and the beds were comfortable. Also, the town of Hanelei is not to be missed. We loved our stay and highly recommend this accommodation!

Frankly speaking it's cleaner than our own house, ha! So we were surprised happily at arrival, and started to enjoy our stay from the 1st min. Princeville is so convenient for beach access, especially some small hidden/secret beaches, super relaxing w/ shallow water, from streams to the sea.... Will definitely return on our next trip.

This was a top notch property. They had everything you could possibly need for your stay from kitchen items, to plenty of towels and blankets, to beach gear - they had it all. The property is well maintained and gorgeous. The location could not be better. You can see the ocean from almost every room and the Main Bedroom is a dream with ocean views out every window. Check in/out was a breeze, everything was very easy. Definitely would recommend staying here! It would be great for a family group or a group of friends. We loved being so close to Hanalei too.
