The condo was in a perfect location! The view and appointments of the rental were good. The master suite was superb. However, the extra bedroom was less than comfortable. The other couple was not comfortable with the beds or the bedding. We called and asked for extra blankets for that room, which we did not receive. I also asked for some Windex so we could clean the beautiful glass tables, and were told they would deliver some in the afternoon. It did not arrive. We were not prepared for the roof being replaced during our stay. There was constant banging, sawing, drilling during every waking moment. It was hard to keep the windows open during the day because of the outside roofing noise.Note there is only AC in the bedrooms. No napping during the day was possible because of the noise. We choose to remain content with our stay because of the view and location of the condo. When we asked for a late checkout, there was no problem getting a late checkout. Thank you for thatI I think it would have been good to have warned us of the roofing being done in the building we were occupying before we arrived. I would highly recommend this condo unit. However, you should check on things such as maintenance being done. We understand maintenance needs to be done, but we should have been informed.

We had a marvelous stay in a picturesque lodging. Lots of room for our one year old granddaughter. We walked the area and found geese eggs and albatross eggs that we watched from afar. Accommodations were great. Parking a little tight but we managed. Wouldn’t change this week for anything

Really smooth and easy booking and check in. Place was very clean. Kitchen incredibly well stocked for cooking. Appreciated the stock of condiments, coffee filters, sunscreen, beach chairs and coolers. Jeff is a great host and goes out of his way to personally call several times before your trip.

The mini unit A/C was a bonus for the warm nites. The views and location on the 7th green and 8th tee of the Princeville Makai golf course was splendid. It was a very short walk to the bluffs with great vistas and majestic sunsets. Close to everything Hanalei and food options.

Condo location in a desirable area of Princeville. Well-appointed and very comfortable home with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The views are as relaxing as the environment—a lovely, well-cared-for home. Our host was helpful and available for any concerns. We will return.

Everything was very clean when we arrived.Kitchen was well equipt for cooking, which was VERY nice. All allpiances were.clean.and in great working order. The beds were comfyWe are not air conditiong people, so it.was.great.to have 2 fans.supplied.to keep the place.at.a.good temp - we were here in the fall ,so we.only needed the.air a.couple of days.We requested a.couple.of extra hours before we.checked out because we had a late.flight and we received a.prompt response and the.ability to stay a.bit.longer.The unit is directly across from the pool, which was nice, and we.could walk to sunset viewing place in 5 minutes , there is a.walking.path that goes everywhere - nice for morning and evening excerciseWe.would definitely come to this specific unit.again.

Beautiful property, location was outstanding. Halfway between Hanalei and Kīlauea. The north part of the island is just beautiful. There was a fun art & live music festival by the golf course. The condo is spacious and has an open floor plan. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the rooms are spacious. Very relaxing to drink morning coffee and read a book on the lanai. Jeffrey was very communicative and easy to work with. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

It was clean, spacious, and very close to beaches (a few walking distance, and several driving within 15 minutes) Home was stocked well, very comfortable beds/bedding, and included a washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of seating for the 4 of us. The beds were also comfortable. Plenty of towels for bathroom and beach. We did not use the pool as there was no shade areas. My only issue was the air conditioning units in the bedrooms. They were very loud which made it hard to sleep.

The condo seemed very new, was beautiful, clean and well kept. Views were fantastic and the grounds were immaculate. We had a great time! The space was clean, bright, and the best location. Plenty of beds, bathroom space, and fully stocked kitchen. The free parking and washer/ dryer is what did it for me. It made our stay so much more efficient. The location was right next to the golf course, and stroll to the cliff with an amazing view of the ocean. We were a short walk from the gorgeous 1 Hotel. I highly recommend their brunch, beach, and drinks at sunset! I would definitely stay here again!

The unit was beautifully appointed, very fresh and clean with attention to details. The kitchen area was set up well and easy to use. The bedrooms were very nicely decorated and beds very comfortable. The owners were a delight to talk with and very responsive. Quite complex with a lovely view, great patio area for breakfast and short walk to sunset views. We had a wonderful stay!

The condo was in a perfect location for us. Much larger than appeared in photos. Easy to walk to a couple of beaches and resorts with excellent restaurants. Master bed was very comfortable and the updates in bathroom and kitchen were beautiful and well done. Host communicated with us from time of booking to check out. We have not experienced this kind of attention from other hosts. We are looking forward to rebooking in the future.

Great unit! Our family had a great stay in this condo that overlooked the 8th green at Makai! It exceeded our expectations. Nice well equipped kitchen was very appreciated and the expansive living area was a hit as well. Nice to have the air conditioning after a warm beach outing. Would definitely stay here again!

Probably one of our top 1 or 2 stays using VRBO in all the years we used VRBO to book vacations. Minka and Kristine were excellent to work with. We had no issues with this wonderful stay. The accommodations were perfect. Spacious, comfortable and views that were incredible! The unit had been updated since the pics that are posted on the VRBO site. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. We would and will book this unit in the future on return trips to Kauai!

We had an incredible time. The home is spacious with stunning views and immediate access to coastal trails. The cookware and dining space was perfect and well equipped to prepare meals at home. Check-in was a breeze with our entry-code and welcome packet, and our host Marla was incredibly responsive, communicative and kind in advance of - and during - our stay. We’ll definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The views are to die for and it was nice to have the grassy area outside the condo for the kids to run around in the evenings. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well stocked! Minka was very helpful and quick to respond. I only gave 4 stars because of two things not controlled by the owners: the washing machine wasn’t functioning correctly during our stay so I had to wring out all our clothes by hand. Minka was very quick to figure out a solution and we were able to use a washer at another condo a few days later. It wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t her fault! Also - know that this is a bottom unit. The family staying above us were quite heavy on their feet, had small children running around loudly upstairs, and talked loudly on their lanai. Again - nothing that could have been controlled by the owners of this condo, but it did disturb the quiet beauty of nature. Thankfully Kauai is not a place to go and sit at home all day though! We will always remember our time here and are grateful for the beautiful place we had to come home to each day.
