We loved the location of this unit! It was very close to the pool and an easy walk to a stunning viewpoint and beach hike. It's on a golf course and every morning we could see many Nenes outside. It's quite spacious and everything was clean and convenient.

Wonderful corner upstairs unit with great view and breezes. When we arrived, the WiFi wasn’t working, but property manager handled the problem right away by contacting Spectrum who found out our modem needed to be replaced, which was done right away.

Great property, very spacious, walkable distance from Hideaways Beach and 1 hotel beach. Clean washrooms, has all kitchen equipments and utilities. Very helpful host and everything was seamless and breezy. Would highly recommend booking this property.

The pictures shown on VRBO is not what it is when you walk in. All upgraded, comfortable furniture AND there is a split A/C unit in both the living area and the bedroom. Bed and bedding is very comfortable. Already scheduled our next visit here.

As advertised, it was a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo, right on the golf course, with a view over the ocean not far from Hanalei Bay. We didn't know till we got there that someone else would be staying upstairs, although they were good neighbors. We appreciated the condo having beach gear available! Clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fine. The scenery, accessibility to services, local wildlife and vegetation... all fantastic.

Such a great place to stay. I stayed there with two of my friends and it was beyond perfect. Views are incredible, kitchen is huge and well stocked, beds are comfortable, master bath shower is so beautiful. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed on Kauai.

On arrival there was no accurate description and no assistance to help find the property. There was major construction throughout our month long visit with much noise, debris large machinery operating around the property and parking parking problems from the many machines and vehicles. We could not use the lanai because of a constant rain of construction debris.

The name really says it all..the views are amazing incredible. Any minor issues we had were quickly addressed. Communication was easy and great. The house was very well stocked (beach gear and kitchen supplies), so you’ll have everything you need. The pictures must be old because the kitchen was very nice. If you’re thinking of staying on Kauai’s north coast this is the place to be!

We enjoyed our vacation in Princeville as it is a beautiful place to visit. This unit is spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located to the beach and shops. We enjoyed walking down to the 1 hotel and sipping coffee overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. The pool in the complex is clean and close to the unit. The BBQs were accessible and well maintained. Overall, a nice unit that is spacious and well located.

The condo was in a perfect location! The view and appointments of the rental were good. The master suite was superb. However, the extra bedroom was less than comfortable. The other couple was not comfortable with the beds or the bedding. We called and asked for extra blankets for that room, which we did not receive. I also asked for some Windex so we could clean the beautiful glass tables, and were told they would deliver some in the afternoon. It did not arrive. We were not prepared for the roof being replaced during our stay. There was constant banging, sawing, drilling during every waking moment. It was hard to keep the windows open during the day because of the outside roofing noise.Note there is only AC in the bedrooms. No napping during the day was possible because of the noise. We choose to remain content with our stay because of the view and location of the condo. When we asked for a late checkout, there was no problem getting a late checkout. Thank you for thatI I think it would have been good to have warned us of the roofing being done in the building we were occupying before we arrived. I would highly recommend this condo unit. However, you should check on things such as maintenance being done. We understand maintenance needs to be done, but we should have been informed.

The mini unit A/C was a bonus for the warm nites. The views and location on the 7th green and 8th tee of the Princeville Makai golf course was splendid. It was a very short walk to the bluffs with great vistas and majestic sunsets. Close to everything Hanalei and food options.

The beds were comfyWe are not air conditiong people, so it.was.great.to have 2 fans.supplied.to keep the place.at.a.good temp - we were here in the fall ,so we.only needed the.air a.couple of days.We requested a.couple.of extra hours before we.checked out because we had a late.flight and we received a.prompt response and the.ability to stay a.bit.longer.The unit is directly across from the pool, which was nice, and we.could walk to sunset viewing place in 5 minutes , there is a.walking.path that goes everywhere - nice for morning and evening excerciseWe.would definitely come to this specific unit.again.
