Our stay at Jeffrey’s property was great. The property is an upstairs corner unit right off the 8th hole of the Princeville Makai Golf Course. The property was very peaceful. Never really noticed the other people living in the neighboring units. Bedrooms and living room are super spacious. Also a nice collection of beach going gear in the 2nd bedroom closet. Each evening of our stay we would walk along the golf cart paths towards the ocean and witness some amazing sunsets and views of Bali Hai. As a bonus, the albatross were nesting during our stay in a protected area along the path. Short driving distance away are Foodland grocery store and towns of Hanalei and Kīlauea which have fun restaurants.Communication with Jeffrey was great from the onset of making our reservation to after our stay ended. We had very minor issues that Jeffrey took care of immediately. I also want to recognize the on-site manager, Chris, who was amazing. He is extremely friendly and generous with recommendations for restaurants and activities.I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Princeville.

This condo is spacious, clean and quiet, with ocean views across the golf course. Huge master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and TV. Modern facilities throughout with all the kitchenware and appliances you could ask for, lots of beach stuff in the laundry plus games and books. Five minute drive or 35 minute brisk walk to the local shopping village. Ten minute drive to Hanalei Bay. The only downside was the pool was closed for renovations and we only found out a week before which was disappointing for our kids and it was too late to look elsewhere. The pool area is good otherwise, with a great BBQ and clubhouse.

Our stay was wonderful. The location was easy to find and parking was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. Beach towels and chairs were available. We also had the use of an ice chest for when we were away on beach days. The 2nd floor lanai was great for sitting and reading in the morning while drinking coffee or eating breakfast. I didn’t have to worry about being attacked by roosters like on my last trip to Kauai. The king size bed slept well and the shower was large.

The condo was cute and had everything we needed, including fully equipped kitchen, beach related items, snorkels/fins, and lots of games to play after a full day on the island. There is a short walk to the cliffside where you can watch the sunset over Hanalei Bay and hang out with about 30-50 NeNes. I also loved running on the path on some of the mornings. I highly recommend this condo!

The pictures do not do this rental justice. The owner paid great attention to every detail. The decor was so comfortable, warm and beachy. The kitchen appliances were new and the kitchen had everything a vacationer would need. We enjoyed our morning surf sessions in Hanalei, a 15 minute drive and a big breakfast upon return, sometimes a nap and back to the beach till sunset. We ate out a few times and drove farther down the 56 and had a great sunset dinner nearly on the beach at Opakaopaka. The washer and dryer were such a benefit and quite frankly the nicest I’ve seen in a vacation rental. Some evenings we curled up on the couch to watch a movie or read a book. We snuck out onto the golf course our last night to see the Comet. Which was truly incredible. This vacation rental is a must! You won’t regret it.

We especially enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning and coming home to the shared pool after a busy day. Minka’s condo was perfect for our family vacation. We brought our two kiddos and my in laws. The condo has everything and more than we could need for our stay. Toys for the kids (puzzles, coloring, books, toys and games) and then everything you could possibly need for a great day at the beach (chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, sand toys and towels). The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed to cook in for the few nights we wanted to stay in to just enjoy a drink and the gorgeous sunset right from the condo patio or out on the point of the golf course. The location of this condo was perfect. Right on the golf course with gorgeous ocean views, Queens Bath and Hideaways Beach within walking distance and princeville itself was just amazing. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help and accommodate us. I almost had to cancel due to an injury and I’m so glad we didn’t have to, this was a trip of a lifetime with my family that I’ll never forget. Thanks again for everything!

So many great things to say about this condo in Princeville. Excellent location in the complex, views of golf course and ocean from living room, bedroom and deck. Big and open, well lit space. Excellent parking options inside the complex and they are covered spaces. Nice pool, but spa was out the entire two weeks. I think the "spa closed" sign has been up much longer than the 2 weeks we were there, so that was not perfect. Pool was perfect temperature, very quiet pool area but they could use a few umbrellas at the pool area as it is directly exposed to sun with very little shade. Overall and excellent stay!

We have stayed in several rental properties on the island and this is by far our favorite. The condo was fully stocked with quality items, clean rooms, and upgraded furniture. The bathrooms and bedrooms are large and cool with the AC units. Note there is no central air so the living and kitchen can get warm. The views of sunrise from the living room and sunset from the edge of the cliff are not to be missed. There was also ample parking directly in front of the unit with was a bonus. This unit is perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4.

One of the best online rentals we have stayed at! A 10 for sure. We stayed in a big luxury-type resort hotel near Lihue for a work conference, and then extended our trip to the beautiful North Shore and this great condo accommodations. Glad we did!

We are so happy that we chose Jeff’s condo for our honeymoon. We loved the North Shore and this condo was just a short drive to beautiful beaches and Hanalei. We loved drinking our coffee on the lanai every morning. The property was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking to the edge of the property to view the sunset. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed to cook with all supplies to enjoy a day on the beach. Jeff was a wonderful host, always available for questions and suggestions. We are already planning to return as we fell in love with the North Shore and Kaua’i. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was our 3rd time in Kauai and we travelled with our 9 month old, 6 year old and my in-laws. Communication with the hosts was great and they accommodated a crib and highchair which were in the condo once we arrived. The location of the rental is on the golf course and a few minutes’ walk from the ocean. Location was fantastic! The kitchen was more than well equipped for our stay. The inflatable mattress for our 6-year-old was easy to use and worked nicely. The BBQ and pool access was a nice addition, and we used them quite often on our 2-week stay. Both BBQs were in new condition and temperature of the pool was refreshing and quite nice. There is tons to do in Kauai and don’t be afraid to go off the beaten path for a hike or to explore this majestic island. Will be back for sure and would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We had such an incredible time at the Emmalani Court. It was lovely having a place that had a homey and more personal feel than a resort. The lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean was perfect for our morning coffee and breakfast. The property was peaceful and spacious and we made sure to catch the perfect and unreal sunset views from the golf course. The condo was clean and included air conditioning which was a huge plus. We also had access to a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and towels so we had everything we needed for our beach days. We would absolutely come back again!

Overall, we had a lovely time here. The property was in a beautiful location with multiple routes to gorgeous ocean views, lots of lush greenery, and a walkable distance from Hideaways Beach (a solid place for snorkeling and a small beach with plenty of shade). The A/C kept things comfortably cool, the condo was clean and well-maintained, and the property manager was always responsive.
The only (minor) issue we had was that the refrigerator compressor would rev up for a while anytime the fridge door was opened, which was annoyingly loud, but not a huge deal at all.

We were pleasantly surprised with this place! Not only the condo itself, but the location! Short walks to watch the sun sets, or grab some pizza. Easy in and out location. Very comfortable bed and accommodations. It would be perfect for a family with two kiddos, as the front bedroom has two twins and its own bathroom, along with a door to partition the two spaces off! We loved the beautiful flowers on the grounds and all the geckos everywhere! They are so cute! You also have access to the pool, pool house and bbq’s. For a treat you can walk to the very end of the road to the 1 Hotel for a fancy breakfast or make reservations for dinner! It’s beautiful. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you.
