Nice roomy place. Beautiful setting with some cliffs over the sea and chairs for viewing not far away. No privacy on either outdoor deck. Did not realize, when we booked that this is a timeshare property. FYI: Parking is 15/day extra. we had no qualms with any of the staff or the property but we will stay elsewhere next time.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and so comfortable. It was great to sit on a comfy couch and enjoy the view. The covered lanai was a beautiful place to eat and hang out with the chickens. Our host checked in on us and was quick to communicate. We would definitely stay again.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall! The property is in a great location and the pool area is absolutely fantastic for kids — plenty of space, multiple pool options, and lots of fun features to keep them busy for hours. The unit itself was bright, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family stay.A couple of things to note: there was some construction work happening on the building during the week, which did mean a bit of daytime noise and wear and tear outside the unit. Also, the master bedroom has both beds in the same room. The unit while clean and well maintained, is showing its age and does have air conditioning, so it could get warm during the hotter part of the day.Despite those minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our time here. The friendly management team and great family amenities made it a memorable and pleasant stay overall.

Great end unit with partial ocean view, we loved being on the end. Great breeze from the patio to the bedroom. The unit itself is really large, 2 very nice bathrooms, kitchen was adequate. Gas BBQ's right outside. We were there in early October and it was pretty warm. There is no A/C, and we didn't need it, although if you stayed in a warmer month, I could see it being too hot without it. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The mattress has seen a few better days, we did let the property management know and I feel confident they will replace it. We most definitely would stay there again (as long as the mattress was replace) and look forward to returning again.

Beautiful, clean condo in the lush trees. Amazing tropical pool and cliffs with gorgeous ocean views less than a 5 min walk away. All the amenities and beach supplies were handy. Fully stocked kitchen. Only 15 min to Hanalei, perfect for our surf trip! Would stay here again!

The property was very good with beautiful ocean views and a great location. The property is listed as having air conditioning but it only has air conditioning in one out of 4 bedrooms. There is no air conditioning in any other rooms. This seems misleading and it was warmer and more humid inside than I expected and I am used to.

This was great experience. From the beginning, they provided detailed information about payments, check in, information during our stay and check out. The condo was as nice as pictured.We love Kauai and hope to return again!! Our favorite beach was Hanalei beach and we enjoyed the Kalalau trail(hard) to the waterfall and Stone Dam trail(easy) both are in North shore.The cliffs has a beautiful pool and grounds.

This was our 2nd stay at this unit and it is always a terrific experience. The mornings and evenings on the lanai are always a positive and welcome time of relaxation. We alway enjoy cooking at the BBQs and having dinner on the bluff at sunset. As a plus the floor fan and snorkeling gear we bought and left at the unit last year were still there. We’ll be back.

Very clean..LOVED the Lani and ocean view..sunrise and sunset from the lani and bluffs were spectacular...loved that were lots of fans, and air conditioner in bedroom made the stay and sleeping so comfortable. Loved the pool and all the farmers markets. Also got alot of use of the beach gear and coolers,umbrellas etc. Very comfortable even if we spent most of our time outside and the bedroom air conditioner was so NICE to have. That alone is big reason we will definitely come again! Thank you and Mahalo.

The management company was really efficient and helpful. The place was clean and nice. AC should really be added to the living room, it was too hot to sleep on the pull out couch. Near really cooled down in living with just the fans. There wasn't much wind during our stay. Luckily there was just my daughter and I, so we shared the primary bedroom that had AC. Although it was so loud with AC and fans going, you have to deal with the white noise. After reading other reviews, I agree with putting a curtain by the front door for the hallway light, it is very bright if you have to sleep in the living room. I also agree that the pool water seemed a bit cloudy, maybe with everyone's sunscreen washing off? IDK. Great location overall. It was great to have beach chairs, ice chest and umbrella to borrow.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. There is no AC, but the rooms have ceiling fans and two other fans are provided as well. We loved having two full bathrooms and laundry. Nothing like sitting on the balcony in the morning listening to the roosters and admiring the beautiful grounds.

We loved the condo. The view was amazing and it was a great launching spot to do all the fun activities on the northern part of the island. Luckily there was a nice breeze so AC wasn’t necessary. Unfortunately the roosters would wake us up all night long, but that is obviously out of anyone’s control.

The condo was awesome and the view, just wow... mountains from the kitchen, living room, mezzanine and lanai; ocean from the kitchen and lanai.The Cliff amenities were great, especially the pool, and the sunset space overlooking the ocean is unbeatable. Cleanliness could have been a little better, and the umbrella was broken.Apart from that, this is the best place in Hawaii we have stayed so far (3rd time) and our 3 kids (10, 14 and 16) really enjoyed the place. Would definitely book again!

Loved: beautiful inside/out, fun pools, sunset on grass near the cliffs, puzzles to borrow in common area, sport court/playground, proximity to Hanalei/Anini beaches, boogie boards.Could be better: no card reader for doorlock--just a physical key that was supposedly owned by maintenance which i had to argue to borrow so i could lock our door, 82 degrees when we arrived and it didnt cool down first night--subsequent nights were good just had to leave windows open all day, had to kill a monster cockroach, ants got our food on the counter--had to put it all in the fridge, dvd player didnt work due to seabreeze-rusted hdmi inputs on big tv.

Our stay was amazing. When we checked in the guy at reception said we were in the best unit, to which i said, he probably says that to everyone. He was right! Top floor, out on the end with an unobstructed view and an ocean breeze that kept the place nice and cool. Unit was just as described and owners were amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Milo and Theresa’s condo! Perfect location, quiet, lush gardens and exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and daily activities offered on site by The Cliffs.Owner was very responsive and check in was a breeze! Our family of 5 rented both sides and of this condo and it was exactly what we were looking for as we spent the majority of time exploring beautiful Kaua’i and mostly just slept at the condo. We also enjoyed many sunsets from the cliffside. We had reservations about no a/c, but with the large sliding glass doors and windows open and multiple fans going, if you showered before bed and opened the doors between the units, the breeze was almost always enough from one side or the other to keep both units cool enough to rest well at night. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property location is great with some beautiful ocean views and a nice breeze that’s almost constant. In addition the grounds around the area give plenty of space to feel like you’re not cramped. I walked quite extensively through Princeville and passed many other properties and was always appreciative when I returned to our location because of its view, quaintness, and proximity to some amazing snorkeling just off the cliff.We used the kitchen extensively and had just about everything that we needed.
