Kitchen was fully equipped. I did leave a coffee grinder for the next guests. Very comfortable unit. It was just right for our family. Our only issue was the renovations of bathrooms in the units above and next to us. It was quite noisy.

The condo was as described. We enjoyed our view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was well supplied with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and even umbrellas.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-equipped condo. The location was perfect for our excursions to Ha’ena State Park, the botanical garden, and exploring Hannalei.

The room was exactly as listed. Very clean and well laid out. The communication was always very fast. We have stayed at the Cliffs several times, but this is the first time at this unit. We’d definitely stay here again. There was even 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and a cooler for us to use. Fantastic place to stay, especially if you have 4 people in your group.

Love The Cliffs, and this space was awesome.Not as updated furnishing-wise, as some of the other units we've stayed in, but felt more like home.Had everything we needed- the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, the bed was comfy, and it was nice to be in a ground floor unit- made getting out to cliffs a bit easier.We were greeted by a late in the whale breaching when we went to check out the view...Would def stay here again!

We loved everything about the property and the only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that we could hear everything that was happening upstairs and they literally hardly slept. They would get up in the middle of the night and start making all kinds of weird tapping sounds and walking all o er. They got yo at 5am every morning and walked constantly back and forth across the unit. We even bring noise machines when we travel and could hear absolutely everything. We finally had 2 nights of peace after they left.

It’s absolutely worth every penny! The views and the neighborhood are fantastic. The only upgrade I’d suggest is the towers, which are starting to feel a bit dated. Otherwise, everything is great!

Beautiful home with an amazing view. Pricey but that’s to be expected for what you get. Only downside was the hot tub didn’t work our entire stay. Great stay regardless, but it was a factor in our booking and no consolation was offered so it has to be mentioned. Would still recommend.

We loved our stay here! The unit exceeded our expectations. We loved the patio views, the bed was comfortable (portable AC in the bedroom was a plus!), the property was well-maintened with a lot of little amenities that added to our trip.I was also very impressed with the priperty management company and the level of communication we received.We plan on choosing this listing for our future visits to the island!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs. We’ve stayed here before, but this was our first time in an oceanview unit—and it felt like such a treat. While the unit isn’t modern, it’s comfortable, well‑maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay, including full kitchen necessities, umbrellas, beach chairs, and even a boogie board. The layout and size were perfect for our family of six, offering plenty of space to gather together as well as room for privacy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed in other units on the property but none have compared with this view! As a family of four with growing kids, this unit seemed slightly bigger than others we’ve been in and the extra wiggle room made a difference on the couple of heavily rainy days we had.

Beautiful location to explore the north shore of Kauai and condo location on the property/view were beautiful. The condo definitely had a lot of wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms. There isn't an elevator - so be ready to carry suitcases up and down several flights of stairs. Those are the only drawbacks. The space/layout was great for our family of 4 (two teenagers), the beds were comfy and the views were unbeatable. It was a great location to get out and explore all the beauty on the North shore of Kauai.

The unit was lovely, with tall ceilings and lots of air flow. The lanai had an incredible view over the lawn out to the ocean, with views of whales and endless birds. It was a lovely place to spend a few nights for our whole family!

We loved our stay here with our family. The space was perfect—having two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and two large patios made everything comfortable and easy. The Princeville location is beautiful and very convenient, with great restaurants and a large grocery store nearby.It was an ideal base for exploring—we spent our days visiting nearby beaches, checking out food trucks, and surfing and hiking around Hanalei and Haena.A big thank you to Doug & Tracy for being so gracious and accommodating when our arrival was delayed by the airline. We’d definitely stay here again!

The place was what was advertised. Only thing missing that was in pictures on rental list was a microwave & small refrigerator in downstairs primary bedroom. Very few maintenance items but best part was the beautiful view from our lenai. We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property

Beautiful, very quiet. My only recommendations, provide shampoo etc, and laundry detergent. Your appliance's are top notch and after a long vacation, it was nice to wash our clothes. But, we had to go buy detergent. We left the detergent there. I hope it stayed in the condo? Providing both would be a small sacrifice and would be a nice thank you for renting your property.

I do not wish to be redundant so I concur with all other positive reviews about the property. Even our teenager was amazed by how clean the windows were (and everything else). We felt absolutely safe in and around the property and were leaving the bedroom door half-open at night to cool down and get fresh air. But the roosters woke us up at 3, 4, 5 am and that was a major inconvenience. The host is Premier.

Great property. The staff at the Cliffs were super helpful and nice. They swapped out beach towels when requested. The proximity to Hanalei was great. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. Property had boogie boards and chairs for use, which was great for us. Heads up that it does not have AC. We thought it cooled down quickly at night with windows and screened doors.

Overall the location in Princeville is great but the unit needs some attention. The mattress is very uncomfortable and the pillows provided are lumpy and old. The bed spread appears clean but could use updating. The blinds and curtains are in poor shape throughout - some of the blinds are broken or simply don't operate. The ceiling fans work, but the two free-standing floor fans are inoperable - they 'turn on' but the motors are either seized or seizing creating what could be a fire hazard. The furniture is dated and the pillows/cushions, etc need to be either cleaned or freshened. The dishes/utensils were 'ok' but the pans/cookie sheets were either rusting or not cleaned thoroughly. The range, refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster were fine - we did not use the dishwasher. The disposal works. Internet works. The TV/cable 'works' but requires patience to operate - probably more Spectrum's issue than the property management. There is a DVD player available. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc on the outside patio for use. The owner/manager was responsive but they're apparently not local so if you have specific questions it might be a guess on the answers you receive. We've stayed at The Cliffs several times over the last 10-15 years in different units, but overall the entire property and the amenities are becoming very tired and dated.

Was nice to sit on the lanai at the bar to watch for whales. Good views of the ocean. I like to stay at the Cliffs. Good ocean views in the bluff, good location in Princeville. This unit was 3 bedrooms with a lock out unit that made the 4th bedroom. Tamera answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend this unit.

The whole complex is well maintained. There were plenty of beds for the whole family (all 8 of us) and we particularly enjoyed the pool. Absolutely loved the trade winds keeping the well appointed condo cool. The coffee machine made the most amazing coffee which was thoroughly enjoyed on the lanai while watching the whales.

The Cliffs is an excellent condo community. Great pool and hot tubs and several other activities are available. Our particular unit was perfect. Super comfortable, sea view from the back patio, lots of extras like beach chairs and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again.
