We have just arrived home from a 2 week visit to Poipu and Princeville. We spent 6 days at Jerry and Barbara’s beautiful condo. This is oceanfront and pictures do not lie!
This condo has everything you might need! It was immaculately clean. The grounds are beautiful and even the grill was clean! My husband and I travel frequently and we would not have any hesitation staying at this condo again. Thank you, Jerry and Barbara for making this visit one we will never forget.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The views and location on the property were great. The unit was super clean, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed in the bathrooms. There were also a lot of beach/leisure items available for our use (chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc.). In some ways the unit is dated (popcorn ceiling, tile countertops, etc.), but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the property.

Our trip to Kauai was absolutely amazing, and staying at this property was the icing on the cake. It was clean, very comfortable, with everything one needs from kitchen to beach accessories. Too many thoughtful details to mention. And the pictures do not do the view justice. Absolutely beautiful! We pretty much lived out on the lanai, it is that incredible! The owner went above and beyond to provide us with property, as well as island information. He checked in with us a few times before our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The Cliff's personnel were equally as friendly and accommodating. This property is situated in a quiet, safe, convenient area. No negatives here, only a strong desire to return ASAP! We have stayed at over a half dozen VRBOs. This was the best yet! Well supplied kitchen. Great utensils, storage stuff, spices, appliances. Great layout, 2nd bathroom is a plus. Very courteous and helpful staff at The Cliffs. The Cliffs pool and jacuzzi seemed over-chlorinated, and upstairs neighbors a bit noisy, but that is not under owner's control. You will love dining on the ocean view lanai!

This condo was perfect for our trip. It was nice and clean and the air conditioner in the bedroom was so appreciated. The location was wonderful. The only downside to our trip was parking at beaches. Other condos offered free shuttle service and that would have been nice but overall we had an amazing experience.

The unobstructed view of the ocean from the lanai was stunning - from sunrise to sunset. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment needed to prepare our own meals. Unit is not air conditioned - stand alone unit in bedroom only which helped but mostly relied on the breeze blowing through the unit

This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, even by Princeville standards.
The owners spend a fair amount of time there so it’s outfitted with many extras that made our stay comfortable.
The Cliffs staff is excellent with a special shout out to Tiffany and Bea.
Restaurants, a large grocery store and shopping are a five minute drive (we actually were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go).
Hanalei is a ten minute drive away with plenty of options to enhance your stay.
We were happy we found this special spot.

This was easy to rate at 5 stars in all categories. "Just bring your swimming suits" really is true. We appreciated having a supply of paper goods, laundry supplies and kitchen spices and cookware. Bikes and pool toys came in handy. We would definitely stay there again. We felt right at home.

We had a great stay at the Cliffs and would come again! The condo had everything we needed, including a great view (especially at sunset), a stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, 2 full baths, and A/C. The resort also has an awesome pool area with multiple pools/hot tubs, including an adults-only hot tub area which was great after a long hike. The resort staff was very helpful, even calling around to find us a taxi to Hanalei for dinner and back.

We stayed here for a beautiful 4 days. Condo was just right for all or our needs and condo owner was prompt with answering any questions. We enjoyed the pool and shuffleboard courts as well as touring the island. You can watch beautiful sunsets each night without leaving the condo or go out to the chairs on the lawn. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I had a really nice stay here, enjoyed the breezy and private lanai listening to birds and watching the ocean and sky. Location is great for exploring the whole north end of the island by car, and the complex also has bikes which made it easy to bike around in the neighborhood to see sunsets, a local art market, to a happy hour nearby, and to the grocery store. Condo had everything we needed (and more really) for a comfortable stay. Owner was attentive in making sure we had everything we needed before and after check-in. Wish I was still there!

This condo had absolutely everything you would need. The view from the lanai, and the kitchen is incredibly beautiful. Staying in Princeville insured we were close to Hanalei Bay and a bunch of beautiful little beaches. The condo had air-conditioning in the bedroom, which was perfect. There was a nice breeze in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen had every imaginable tooll! There was a great fitness center and the pool is gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

Can't say enough good things about this unit. It was such a nice place for my husband and I to spend the week. First, the view is amazing! The furnishings were outstanding. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals and none of them have come close to providing all the great kitchen and dining tools this one has. Bedding was comfortable. The living room furniture was great, too. Highly recommend this unit.
Also, Jerry was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to all my questions and made our stay extremely pleasant.

This condo is perfect! It's spacious, bright and breezy with 2 decks and lots of windows, amazing view of the Ocean - even from the kitchen! That kitchen was a joy to cook in.
The Cliffs resort had a welcoming reception desk and concierge to assist with activities, excursions and great knowledge of the island.
We will definitely stay there again, thank you!

The pictures really don't do this place justice. It was a perfect place to decompress from a hectic life. The ocean view accompanying a wonderful morning cup of coffee was only made better by watching the local birds make their rounds. The location was wonderful, we would love to come back some day.

There is a nice ocean view from this property and The Cliffs resort that it’s in is really nice! There were lots of things provided, from the pools/hot tubs to the tennis courts and more. The unit itself provided much of what we needed, such as coolers and other things for the beach. It was a little hot inside but there is a small standalone AC unit with some fans to help. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to come back!

We stayed first week with time share Bldg 7 so this condo in Bldg 9 was great to have close when moving . Very homey and comfortable condo with amazing views too. Be aware of ceiling fan in bedroom if your husband is 6’ 6” .LOL
Every convenience of home is provided. Would book again for sure.

We were so sad to leave this beautiful place. It exceeded our expectations! The condo is larger than it looks on the photos, spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you might need to be comfortable. Wonderful fully equipped accommodations. We couldn't figure out how the dish washer worked, but between the two of us it was no problem. Loved all the equipment available to us (boogie boards, towels, umbrella, etc.). A great vacation with pool, jacuzzi, tennis and pickle ball courts.

First, the view is great, the bed is comfy and the AC was excellent.. But that's not the real story....the real story us the owner's meticulous attention to detail.. Wow! Talk about all the comforts of home! The very thoughtful owner has provided EVERYTHING you could need, including a spice rack, great cookware and silverware, a first aid kit, coolers, chairs, boogie boards....and on and on and on. My husband and myself stayed in this wonderful condo while celebrating my husband’s retirement. We loved the convenient location and all the great amenities the condo had. We enjoyed using the new beach chairs at Hanalei and Tunnels beach. Two beautiful beaches that are close by to the condo. Jerry was a wonderful host and made us feel welcome and cared for. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

More spacious than appears in pictures and the most comfortable bed as I think I’ve ever slept in. Tons of kitchen stuff. Loved leaving the lanai door open with the screen to hear the waves. Ac in just the bedroom more than adequate. Pool area is very nice with multiple hot tubs and other pool areas. The food trucks were great to have when I didn’t feel like going anywhere. Would absolutely recommend to anyone planning on staying on the north side who is traveling alone or as a couple.

The view from the lanai is beautiful and we spent many relaxing hours out there or down at the bluff in front of the unit. The condo complex as a whole has great amenities and a attentive staff. We were here for 5 days in September. We made sure to bring flashlights because we heard that streetlights are few; the condo had like 5 of them. Binoculars- ditto. Coolers - check! I feel that, if we mentioned something missing, the owners would have it there for the next guest. Loved sitting on the lanai and watching the nenes fly in every morning.

This is a beautiful condo in the beautiful area of Princeville. From the balcony is an unimpeded view of the ocean. The bedroom is spacious and it was such a treat to have two bathrooms for just the two of us! Jerry was extremely thoughtful and communicative throughout (and even starting months before our stay).
He sent me information about the activities available around the property (eg farmer's markets, morning yoga, water painting classes) without me even asking. Importantly, he informed me that Ke'e beach now requires a reservation. I've been to Kauai twice before and I would have been really disappointed to find out about after I arrived.
It was also extremely impressive how well stocked this condo was! They've thought of *everything*. Seriously! And whoever is taking care of their property does an excellent job organizing everything. The attention to detail is darn near astounding.
Then there is the balcony area. What a highlight. Not only a beautiful place to take in a sunset, but a great place to eat each meal. There is even an amazingly quiet outdoor ceiling fan to manage the heat.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Kauai, made even better by our lovely accommodations. The sunset ocean view was AMAZING!!! There's no need to go anywhere...you can just melt away watching the waves all day. The owners are so kind, thoughtful and responsive. They provided SUPER comfortable plush seating, a well-stocked kitchen (including spices), and useful beach equipment (coolers, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, towels). The carpet throughout was sink-down plush under bare feet. (Make sure you remove shoes as Hawaiian red clay infamously causes serious stains). We used the free and convenient concierge service to book fun adventures and borrowed free tennis rackets/balls from the front desk. We hit the jackpot in finding such a great rental unit and gracious hosts that truly care and embody the ultimate in hospitality. It was AWESOME!!!
