The check-in process was easy. The condo was as described and clean. The view from the balcony was our favorite. We made use of the grills at the complex to cook a few dinners for the family. We watched sunsets in the evening from the many Adirondack chairs that line the cliff by the grill.

Condo was nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable (on the firm side). Spacious rooms. Beautiful view. Instructions and notes could use some updating (remote control instructions need to be updated). Did not see the Beach Equipment closet on the front porch until we were leaving we for sure would have used the chairs, floaties, and other beach toys in there! Shower heads are little extreme shoots out really sharp streams of water. Overall a nice little rental.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs but had a couple of complaints. The very good was that the place was spotlessly clean and was even closer to the ocean than the photos showed. Wide angle photos made the ocean seem far away and it was not. We spent 80% of our time on the outside balcony enjoying the sunrises and the fabulous views. The unit was well equiped with beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, fins and snorkels. Our complaints were with the bathroom exhaust fans that ran 24/7 and were very noisy. We had to close the bathroom doors to minimize the sound but still heard the fan while trying to sleep. We were told by maintenance that the noisy fans have been an issue since the complex was built in 1980. In addition, the unit was not very well stocked for 4 guests spending a week (a single roll of paper towels, 3 oz. of dish soap, two loads of laundry detergent, etc.).We still enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again but with lower expectations.

We just had an incredible 2 weeks at this property. Perfect location on the 3rd floor which gives you gorgeous views and a non stop ocean breeze. I was nervous about not having A/C but not an issue at all because of the wonderful breeze and floor fans included. We as a family of 4 had everything we needed....comfortable eating area inside and out and also included plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board and more. We cannot to stay here again!

Family had a great stay here. Great access to the North Shore. Place was well stocked with all the beach gear and kitchen things you need (except salt and pepper and olive oil, bring your own). Nice little lawn area to walk out on for sunsets and viewing the ocean. Kids loved the pool. Super easy access to the Princeville shops with a Foodland for grocery and dining.

Amazing 2 week vacation! Condo is beautiful and well appointed, the kitchen looks out over the ocean -you can see whales !-and is easy to cook in. The bed is a calif king, vey comfortable. Very quiet location makes for wonderful nights sleep. Pool has many different areas to relax and is fairly big. Loved having sunset cocktails in the chairs on the cliff. Location is excellent to explore North Kauai and only an hour drive to southern sites. We will be back sot 7302!

Loved the location...cool in the afternoon because sun side is shaded;nice renovation. We rented for 4 weeks...living room furniture not comfortable; bed in master bedroom was very comfortable; VERY limited drawer space for clothes; owner doesn't allow guests to use safe for valuables; bugs found in kitchen drawer; had issues with squeaky fan and smoke alarm,but repairs made; old/dirty hand held can opener; need hard cooler to take to beach--just some inadequacies that could easily be addressed and would make stay less frustrating and much more comfortable. Would recommend if attention is given to concerns. Still love the CLIFFS!

Wonderful. Property is exactly as it is pictured. Communications with the rental agency, Garden Island properties LLC, was easy and straightforward. The only comment that Other guests have commented on was the “fan noise” and it was a bit annoying, but we ran the extra fans (kept in closet) and it drowned the sound out, and shut the bathroom door while we slept. Loved the extra beach equipment kept in the closet - made for really fun, inexpensive beach days!

Overall, we had a very nice time at the vacation rental. The condo has a lot of positives but also a few negatives.
Positives: the view was gorgeous (we often saw whales), the grounds were nice, the pool was clean and it is close to a lot of places (grocery, hanalei beach, great beaches)
Negatives: the condo could have been better stocked with detergent etc; the washer and dryer are super tiny which was hard for us with kids, it's on the third floor which might be difficult for some, the furniture is a bit worn.
Still overall this is a solid choice if you want stay in Princeville

It's a lovely condo; great views. And we enjoyed using the hot tub and tennis courts. So nice to have all sorts of recreational equipment and beach chairs on hand. The upstairs bedroom gets hot though.

View was great. There were deficiencies in kitchenware,eg no ceramics to microwave in. It would have been nice to know what recreational equipment was available. We had already rented snorkel gear before discovering a huge stash of gear. There was a constant loud whistling sound through bathroom vents. I needed earplugs to sleep. There was no parking enforcement. Half of cars parked did not have a permit. We had to park as much as 200 yds away if we came in late. 4 stars. Is for beautiful location and watching whales and beautiful surprises from the lanai

This was my first time staying at a vacation rental property. I was apprehensive at first because of the contract and the Safe Hawaii health policy but let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations. The property was immaculate, the view was spectacular, and then all the amenities. I will definitely return there when I visit Hawaii again in a couple years.

This is an amazing unit with everything you need for a great stay on the island. The owners have a closet that has anything you need for the beach from chairs and an umbrella to snorkeling gear and boogie boards. The view from the lanai is amazing. Here we sat in the mornings drinking coffee and watching many whales, even some momma and babies, playing in the waters. Overall experience was great!

The Cliffs 7302 offers a gorgeous ocean view, and is comfortable and very functional for a couple or small family. Open floor plans allows for lots of elbow room even on the rainy days. The kitchen is well equipped and overall the unit was spotless when we arrived. Renovation of several close units was a bit bothersome while we were trapped home in severe weather. Some advanced warning would have been appreciated.

We enjoyed the views from our lanai everyday. Quiet location and great grounds overall. I’m giving it a 4 star for two reasons- 1. There was a gap in kitchen window between the glass slider and mosquito net due to which we had a LOT of flies come in. The cleaning service was good and they fixed it right away and came by the following day to clean too. 2. Would be nice to have few microwaveable dishes/ bowls in the kitchen.
All in all, very comfy, we will surely return.

The property was a short drive to Anini and Hanalei beach. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I also liked that they had food trucks on the property occasionally.

Nice condo with amazing view from both lanai. We saw whales jumping from the kitchen. Well equiped and very clean. A lot of beach gear in the locker (master’s Bedroom lanai). The tennis court seems brand new and you can borrow rackets at the office. Beds comfortable. A new can opener would be required because it is all rusted. You absolutely need a car to go to beaches, groceries or hicking.

My teenage girls and I absolutely loved this condo! The place itself was supplied with everything we needed, was decorated nicely, and the view/location was perfect for those who are drawn to the north shore. The service was better than we’ve ever experienced while on vacation, from the team who messaged to check in with us routinely, to those on the property. I ended up forgetting a shopping bag of things I had intended to carry on the plane. When I phoned to see if it had been found, Sarah, with Garden Island Properties, went above and beyond to make sure it was located and provided communication through the following day to make sure everything had been arranged to ship it to me. The only recommendation I would make is that the loft mattresses are due for replacement. This defiiitely WILL NOT deter me from booking this condo again in the future! I am already planning our next visit and i intend to stay here again. Mahalo to all who made our stay so wonderful, from the direct service team, to the ground keepers and cleaning team, to those I spoke to on the phone!!

#7302 at The Cliffs of Princeville was lovely. The view out the front was ocean and out the back from the master was mountains. Lots of beach accessories in the cabinet on the back Lanai (yes there are two Lanais!!). Plenty of room for dining and sitting. Beds were comfy, nice bathrooms, all the towels and toiletries you need were present, nice washer and dryer (perfect for longer stays). Kitchen was lovely and had the basics as well as a working dishwasher. The grounds were nice to walk and the pool area was beautiful. We were there almost every night. This is a very nice unit with a king in the master suite and two beds (queen and double I believe) in the loft. We wish there was a sleeper in the living room would be the only major addition that would make this place even better. Otherwise fit our party of 5 perfectly! Mahalo

This is a great place to stay in Princeville. The view is beautiful, the condo itself is well appointed, comfortable, and very very clean, and the Cliffs property has a lot of nice features (pool, activities). The staff at the Cliffs are very welcoming, hospitable, and helpful. The owner/manager of this unit makes check in very easy through the app and email updates. A very easy and relaxing place to stay.

Great stay in the North Shore. Wide open ocean view and well-located condo. Because of April 14 rain damage to the road, we were not able to reach the beautiful beach closeby, very unfortunate! We took an helicopter tour from Princeville (a must!) and were able to admire its beauty from above. Kids went horseriding and really enjoyed their ride.Just a great vacation in Kauai, my favorite island!
