Highly recommend!!! Great location, everything was as pictured and described. We stayed 7 days in this condo with life long friends. They thanked me over and over for making these arrangements. The lanai was perfect for coffees in the morning and a short walk for gorgeous sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and the décor beautiful. Our host could not have been more helpful. Beautiful remodeled condo on the Makai golf course with a marvelous view. It supersedes your expectations from the already nice pictures. I would love to come and stay again. I came with my brother for my daughter’s wedding and we were greeted w a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a card from the host. Very nice sentiment.

Overall a great condo in Princeville. We loved the bed, well stocked kitchen and the relaxing patio for wine/dinner time. Great location too. Cleanliness could have been a little better, especially in the master bath. We also noticed a bit of musty smell from the AC unit. We had some issues with the front door not locking properly so probably needs a little maintenance there as well. The place is perfect if these minor maintenance issues are taken care of. We enjoyed our week long stay here.

The property is in a beautiful location. It has recently been remodeled with beautiful finishes, including gorgeous tile work in the bathrooms and one of the most comfortable couches I’ve ever sat on. Unfortunately the new cleaning company that the owner recently switched to did a subpar job. We had some other issues that caused us to check out early. Jeff, the owner, issued a refund without hesitating (we had extenuating circumstances). Jeff was receptive to all input and did his best to rectify the issues we experienced. This property would make a great vacation rental once all of the issues have been addressed.

Spent an amazing 8 days in Kauai. Had a great time at Queens Bath and snorkeling at Hideaway Beach, both were very close to the property. Also loved Salt Pond Beach, its worth the drive. There were several seals both times we went. Would definitely visit again!

Stayed for a week sunsets where amazing you could walk right to the cliffs and watch the sunset. Also has pool and gas barbecues at the pool. I didn’t know when I booked that there was barbecues or I would’ve planned for more grilling. It’s cheaper to shop on the south side of the island for groceries also.

Right on the golf course and a 3 minute walk to the most beautiful sunsets overlooking Bali Hai! Look no further, this is unit. We booked this with two moms and our kids. It’s the perfect proximity to Hanalei and beaches. We lived walking out for sunset and sunrise each morning. The views are incredible. The size and condition of this unit were spectacular. The garden level lanai is an extra treat. The kids loved the heated pool at night.

Jeff is a fantastic host- quick to respond, friendly and accommodating. We were looking for peaceful setting for our last 2 weeks ( of 4 weeks) in Kauai. The condo is updated and views are spectacular. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Loved visiting the beaches nearby. Great place to recharge before heading back to mainland!

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It was much bigger than expected and was decorated beautifully. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, living room comfortable and spacious and kitchen stocked with everything we needed. When traveling with larger groups there are doors to section off the condo for additional privacy and both bedrooms have their own bathroom. We started our days with beautiful sunrises from the lanai and watched incredible sunsets just steps away from the unit. We made full use of all the beach supplies (towels, chairs, cooler) and the market just up the street had the most amazing deli. We traveled all around the island but spent most our time in Hanalei and at the north shore beaches. The condo was a perfect home base for the trip and we loved it so much we actually spent time at “home” we didn’t plan on. The property is amazing and we highly recommend it!!

Jeff’s place is absolutely incredible. It’s 2 bedroom but expansive in size and all of it seems like it was renovated in the last year. Each area of the condo has thoughtful touches, well stocked and lots of “toys” as well (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, etc).
The location is also amazing. The community is quite and well situated to great spots on the island. Only a few steps will take you to the cliffs where sunset is phenomenal and views of the golf course and birds are right out the window.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai.

If we are privileged to come back, we would stay here again. we basically only slept here, cooked only a couple of times. we were busy exploring the islands ' we had everything we needed here.
People of Kaui are very nice. Worth mentioning the staff at of the Golf course no longer want you on their property. sneaking over to watch the sunset and to see the Queens Bath is discouraged now.

Condo is beautiful inside - it has recently been remodeled and the interior decorations are beautiful. Very clean and had everything we needed to make it our home for 7 days. Beautiful golf course - we don't golf but the condo is located on golf course. Scenery of the ocean and beautiful sunsets was a bonus. Loved smelling the beautiful flowers outside every day! Property area is well kept. We took advantage of using the community hot tub - which was nice to soak in after a long day of walking - and used the community grill that is located at the pool area. Jeff - the owner - what a nice guy and he loves his property and it shows by how well he tries to take care of it. Very easy to communicate with and responsive. Would definitely stay at this condo again if we come back to Princeville to visit again!! Thank you Jeff for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

This condo is in the perfect location for exploring Kaua’i. The condo is comfortable & spacious. The sunset views from the golf course are amazing. Lots of pots & pans for all your cooking needs. An easy walk to a few fun places like Happy Talk bar & Hideaways Pizza. Easy check in & check out & Jeff is a responsive host. A few little things missing like dish soap, coffee filters & spices & a bit of mold growing in the shower & on the lanai. But truly the perfect location.

We loved staying in this beautiful condo. It was probably the best part of our trip. I highly recommend staying here if you want to base your trip in the north of Kauai. It was within walking distance to Hideaways beach and probably the prettiest sunset view. The sunrise was also gorgeous too! Princeville is a gated community of various condos and hotels so the entire area was very safe and manicured.

We had such a lovely time at this beautifully located condo. The master bedroom mattress and pillows were so comfortable that we slept soundly every night, which is a rare experience for us when staying at vacation rentals. We especially appreciated the ductless mini split AC units which are much needed on hot days and nights. The sunset views just steps from the sliding glass door of this unit are some of the best offered on the entire island You're walkable to Hideaways Beach, Queens Bath, Happy Talk Cocktail Bar, and just a short drive to all that the North Shore has to offer. The unit is well appointed, and had everything we needed to cook and pack lunches for the beach. Our only complaints are that the rental isn't well ventilated. You can smell what the second story guests are cooking at night and in the mornings. The unit has also accumulated a mildew/mold issue (on account of the humidity I imagine). The moisture in the unit upon arrival was palpable. The window blinds and the blades on the AC unit have developed black spores on them and the master bedroom had a particularly strong mildew odor. We deep cleaned the mini split filters and fan blades (since we are familiar with these units having owned one at our last home) and that helped with the odor. Regardless, we had a great stay and appreciated many things that this unit had to offer!

Easy to communicate with owner. Good location, on the golf course with beautiful views, beach chairs a plus, very short walk to ocean cliffs, sunrise and sunsets were beautiful, ate every meal on the protected lanai, pool was clean and warm, parking wasn’t a problem, comfortable furniture, beds and linens, nicely remodeled condo. It is a ground floor (no stairs) so you can be affected by the noise of who is above you, but that is condo living.

My friends and I had a lovely time at Jeffrey’s place. Check in is easy. Plenty of bath and beach towels. There are 4 chairs, umbrella, cooler, and 2 boogie boards that are free to use. Modern interior and updated kitchen. The views outside are just outstanding. Our friends got married at the makai golf course and the backdrop for the ceremony was our backyard! Highly recommended if you are planning on staying in Princeville.

I had a wonderful time at this property. There was everything I needed to enjoy myself. I really liked spending time on the lanai and taking in the tradewinds. The interior was beautiful! Since I am a regular visitor to Kauai already new where to go but the condo had great suggestions for recreation and dining. The only thing I would recommend is including the unit number on the check in information on the VRBO site. I had to refer to my rental agreement contract to figure out which unit I would be staying in. The address given took me to the property next door for some reason. Anyway I loved my time there. and would definitely book again.

Right on the 8th fairway. We bought a 3 day unlimited golf pass and player 36 every day. Beautiful course with views of the ocean. The condo is huge and incredibly well put together. I was most impressed with the kitchen. Usually rental condos have horrible pots and pans, etc but this place was very well stocked with everything we needed, and then some. Princeville is a quiete area so we stayed at the condo a lot. It was a great place to spend Christmas

This rental is the most homey rental we have ever stayed in on Kauai. Spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipment with everything you need. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are big. Living room couch is large, comfy, and the set up feels like home. The washer/dryer is a must for our family and it didn’t disappoint. The AC units work quickly and very very well. The walk to watch the sunset is short and worth seeing every chance you get.
The biggest standout for us was that this unit actually gets the trade winds. Opening up the living room windows, doors, and enjoy the breeze, or simply sit out on the patio.

Words cannot describe how wonderful Jeff's condo was. Beautifully decorated, kitchen with everything a chef could want, and an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean from the lanai. Jeff was great to work with and very helpful with local activities and restaurants. We travel to Kaua'i on a regular basis and Emmalani 211 will be our "home away from home" in the future.

This property is exactly as listed- clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished and decorated. This by far was the best vacation property we have ever stayed in. The owners have anticipated everything a vacationer could require and have provided high-quality kitchen items, sheets, towel, beach chairs, etc. Owner, Jeff, was readily available to address questions/concerns leading up to the check-in date and also provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. The property is situated on a beautiful golf course and a very short walk from the North Shore cliffs where it was perfection watching the sun set every evening with a chilled glass of wine. Lots of walking trails and challenging hikes to the beach walkable from the condo. There is also a grocery store (Foodland- which has great poke), seven restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops within a 5-minute drive to Princeville Center. This was our first trip to Kauai and we fell in love with the Garden Island. This will not be the last trip and if and when we return- we will once again reserve this beautiful property.
