This was a top notch property. They had everything you could possibly need for your stay from kitchen items, to plenty of towels and blankets, to beach gear - they had it all. The property is well maintained and gorgeous. The location could not be better. You can see the ocean from almost every room and the Main Bedroom is a dream with ocean views out every window. Check in/out was a breeze, everything was very easy. Definitely would recommend staying here! It would be great for a family group or a group of friends. We loved being so close to Hanalei too.

It's cliffside north shore, minutes from SO much to do and see. The condo itself is very nice, A/C works great, a closet full of toys like boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Huge kitchen, plenty of room to spread out. The patio is amazing, really cool trees just outside the door on a manicured golf course. You can walk to Queens Bath from here as well!

Minka was amazing! The home is simply beautiful! The views can't be beat. While we had some crazy rain, we always love Hawaii. It has a hold on our hearts. Their home had everything we needed for the beach, snorkeling. Its truly paradise!

We have been to Kauai many times in the last ten years and this condo had the best views of the ocean and the famous Makai Golf course on the island. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. The home owner thought of everything. The condo was fully stocked with the necessities. The A/C units worked well and quickly cooled the rooms down when in use. The heated pool was very enjoyable and at times we had it all to ourselves. We highly recommend the condo especially for the views. From one side of the condo we could see whales, dolphins and cruise ships crossing in the water and the other side we enjoyed watching the golfers on the Makai Golf Course. Looking forward to returning someday.

There were two problems which I not affect my ratings - a blown out window and a broken toilet. The owner communicated about both and I don't fault them for these normal occurrences. Regardless I would have appreciated the issues to be solved earlier, but I understand these things take time.

Our family stayed here for just over a week and were so impressed with the views from the property. From the ocean and sunset views to the views of the golf course, and the nene's, this was a nice peaceful getaway during our stay on the island. We were travelling as three couples and there was lots of space to spread out, including on the outside lanai which was fantastic. The booking and check-in process was easy and the condo had everything we could want for a short term rental. The individual air conditioning units in each bedroom and one in the living room were great, although we found we didn't need to run them very often given the fantastic sea breezes coming off the ocean.
Parking by the unit was sometimes hard to find, however there was ample parking throughout the complex so was not an issue. The only negative was that the condo is a bit dated so is showing its age a bit and the shower curtains in the bathrooms could probably use replacing, but overall we had a fantastic stay! Thanks so much for a great vacation!

The view and location on the golf course make this condo top notch! Gorgeous sunsets, ocean breezes, ability to walk around the course in the evening, and we got to see 4 albatrosses right out on the course. The unit itself is dated, but it’s clean, comfortable, and the view makes up for any deficiencies. The location is convenient to the market, Hanalei, and restaurants. We would stay here again! The duplex is really spacious and well maintained with beautiful views out every window. Some of the fixtures and appliances are a bit old/cheap, but overall the space was great and the kitchen had anything you could want. The AC also blasts super cold so you never have to worry about it getting hot or muggy inside. Nenes were outside our window at all times too which was really nice. Parking is a bit tricky with more than one car, but aside from these little issues it was overall a great stay at a fantastic value. Highly recommend.

The location was excellent, with great views of the ocean and the golf course all day. The condo itself was also very nice - beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with supplies. The property manager was very responsive, answering the phone quickly and sending additional supplies when we needed them. Overall, a great experience!

We couldn't have dreamed of a better place to stay for our Kauai vacation! The unit was spacious for the 5 of us, extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with everything from kitchen accessories and bathroom toiletries. Minka and Kristine were very receptive to any questions and were a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get another chance to visit this beautiful island! Mahalo!

This was a family trip with adults and kids. The communication and check-in process was very easy. The unit had all the amenities we could ask for: lots of beach/pool equipment (chairs, boogie boards/floaties, snorkel sets and a rolling cooler, plenty of beach towels). The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishware, coffee makers (including keurig), a rice maker and much more. Parking was easy and never an issue. It’s a short walk to Hideaways Beach. The views of the coast and golf course are unreal, whether from the inside of the unit or on the lanai. We were told that any leftover food we had would be donated to the Kauai food bank, which is just awesome.
The on island host and owner were accessible and communicated promptly to resolve a minor issue we experienced, so we were very appreciative of the responsiveness.

You couldn’t have a better location to watch the sunset and our 3 bedroom unit was very well stocked from toys to games to seasonings in the kitchen . We enjoy golf so bring on the golf course was nice other than early morning mowing : that was only one morning.. thank you to the owners for providing the perfect setting for our family to gather

This property is exquisite! The house was large enough and comfortable enough for 5 adults. The views are breathtaking. We could have just stayed at the house the entire week and been satisfied. Each night the golf course had a special sunset viewing via golf cart, which I'm sure was not cheap. We felt spoiled having that view every night as we had drinks on the lanai. The house was clean and well stocked. The beach toys including snorkeling gear was a great addition. Thank you Minka!!! We hope to be back someday with our children!

Our extended family group of 6 adults and children stayed for 5 nights at this Princeville condo. The condo was perfect for our group with 3 separate bedrooms and a very large kitchen and eating area. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were also lovely outdoor spaces for eating and relaxing. We enjoyed the views of the ocean and watching all the birds. The condo came with lots of functional beach supplies including umbrellas, chairs, snorkelling gear and boogie boards. We really appreciated that all the gear was in good working order! The stores in Princeville are not really within walking distance but they are a short 5 min drive for groceries, restaurants and shopping. There is a really good pizza place a 5 min walk from the condo. We loved the Princeville location because it was convenient driving distance to so many beaches and sights on the north coast. We also really enjoyed walking the 15 min from the condo to Hideaway Beach which was a lovely snorkelling spot with a bit of an adventurous descent that the kids and younger adults enjoyed! The kids also enjoyed the heated pool and stayed there for hours rain or shine! It should be noted that the BBQs are located at the pool rather than at the condo itself. It's a short walk (2 minutes) but just be aware if you are planning a big BBQ. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back and stay again!

Three bedrooms, patios overlooking the golf course with ocean views, super clean, and the property manager Kristine was fabulous to work with. We really enjoyed our stay here at Unit 110 in Emalani Court, Princeville. Everything was sparkling clean. The rooms were beautiful. But the views were the best part. Peaceful and beautiful.
We had a couple of hiccups at first which we felt should not have happened. Maybe the cleaning crew checklist wasn't reviewed? We certainly were helped out by Kristine, the property manager. She did a great job of solving those issues promptly with kindness and grace. We loved the pool area and met the Hula Aunties who later on Saturday performed at the Princeville Food Court area. They were kind to our mom while we celebrated her 91st Birthday. All said and done this was a wonderful vacation and we will return as soon as possible. Mahalo for everything Kristine.

From the all day shaded lanai looking over the ocean, to walking out for sunset on the legendary 7th hole of the Makai golf course everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you could need, and the extra beach items were a plus. We loved it so much we tried to extend our stay, but unsurprisingly, it was booked. It’s north shore location was very convenient to get to Hanalei and the numerous beaches around within about a 10-20 minute drive for most.

Without a doubt one of the best condos we've ever rented in Hawaii. The layout was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children). The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly want, from a variety of coolers/cooler bags, beach gear, snorkel gear, toys, games, etc. And the views are to die for! We loved watching the sun rise and set from both of the spacious porches. We can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay in Princeville! The ocean view is stunning! The home is equipped with everything a family would need both for the home and for the beach. Really appreciated the swim fins for snorkeling. We walked to Hideaway Beach, by far our favorite spot in North Kauai. Can’t wait to go back.
