We liked the quiet location and the green belt behind the property. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Unfortunately, there was no central AC, just a unit above the front door which did not cool all the rooms sufficiently. The third bedroom upstairs was small and very hot. The bathrooms could use some updating. The unit had a washer and dryer but the dryer did not work properly. The community pool is very small. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing beach access nearby. Hosts provided folding chairs, and other gear for the beach, as well as travel guides. Main bedrooms were air conditioned and very comfortable. Enjoyed our time there!

We were so impressed with this property!!! Immaculately clean, well-supplied with everything we could ever need, insanely gorgeous views, comfy beds, A/C in the main bedrooms great sleep, and tasteful tropical decor, quiet peaceful neighborhood, I could go on and on. We even found some toys and children’s books for our four year old. So many beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, even some sunscreen for my husband who refused to wear the mineral sunscreen I brought. We absolutely adored this place and are so happy we chose it! We were torn about whether to stay in Princeville or Poipu for my first Kauai experience and I’m so glad we chose this location. The lush Mountain views were everything. We even woke up to a rainbow right outside the balcony on the first and second morning there. Magical!

The property and Princeville area was a wonderful choice for our stay. We experienced some issues with figuring out the "smart" oven but were able to use the other appliances to complete our task. I would recommend maybe some directions.The home was full of all the things we needed to enjoy our trip; linens, appliances, chairs, etc. Note that the AC is only in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We were there in August so a bit warm without the beautiful Hawaiian breezes. All correspondence were helpful and timely. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us.

The host was horrible and we were unable to enter the home for three hours! Then the freezer didn’t work and we had food in it! The host gave us a link to pay to fix a freezer that did not belong to us!! Then the host filed a claim for damage against the insurance we purchased!! I suggest you find something else more accommodating!!

The views in this property are stunning. Every day we enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. The mountains are breathtaking. We loved the location. It was close to Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach where we spent a lot of time. Princeville has all you need. We enjoyed the Princeville art night on Sunday. It was fun and we loved the Filipino food tent, it was very good. Location is really good on this VRBO. The property is in a small gated community and the grounds are very well kept up. The pool area is nice and there is a grill. The property is spacious with a full laundry room. The 3 bedrooms are spacious & the three bathrooms worked great for us. Beds were comfortable. It is a tri level with stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare meals. The garage has beach chairs and all you need for a great beach day. There is a parking spot & the garage for parking. There isn’t air conditioning and we kept the windows open. It cooled down at night. No AC wasn’t an issue for us because we were out and about exploring during the day. The property management is fantastic and always willing to help. They were great to work with. We had a late flight and were able to purchase a late check out which allowed us to enjoy an additional day at the beach before leaving. I would stay again. The stairs and no AC wasn’t an issue for us.

We had a ton of fun! Everything was great. The association rules were a little excessive and intimidating for the kids. Threats of fines for noise, splashing in the pool, not putting trash in the dumpster, etc. Of course, this had nothing to do with the host property but it created a little discomfort. The accommodations were nice and the location was great as well. I would suggest they add some TV’s in the bedrooms as only having one TV kind of limited viewing. Basic TV was also limiting especially when you can’t get sports channels during conference finals.Other than that the villa was very enjoyable.

We are a family of 5 (three teens) and this condo was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures portray. There are two master suites that both have a/c and one queen guest room that had a full bathroom across from it. The condo was very clean, well appointed, and had the most gorgeous mountain views and a lovely covered lanai to sit out in. The upper master suite has its own lanai as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, has a nice pool, spa and grill and is in a great location to any North Shore location. We kept the screened windows open and in May it kept the condo comfortable temperature wise. It was nice to have a garage for our car and plenty of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, soft cooler, and beach toys (we didn’t need the toys but there were plenty of toys for kids). We loved our stay in this beautiful condo and would definitely stay here again. The North Shore is just incredibly gorgeous!

This was ideal for my husband /me and our college son and friends . The place was spacious and stocked with everything we needed . There was space for us to have quality time together upstairs as well as for the boys to hang out alone in the basement. It was the perfect layout and the walls are solid so I could sleep while they played cards in the kitchen. The only complaint was the water pressure in the basement shower was minimal. However there is a shower on the main floor . We were so pleased to be able to have beach towels, chairs, etc for the beach as well as a spigot and wash cloths to wash the sand off our feet. I can't say enough great things about this place. It was perfect!

We have rented condos at Villas of Kamalii for several years now when visiting Kauai. This particular unit is away from the main road and is very quiet and receives lovely sunlight due to the location. Look forward to staying here again.

Lovely clean property in a quiet neighborhood, near shops and around the corner from the golf course. Easy access to Hanalei. Mornings on the lanai were beautiful. Equipped with all you will need for a visit to the beach. The pool is OK, not as nice as a resort pool. The property is a bit hilly.If you are looking to visit Kilauea Lighthouse or Ke'e Beach, get online well in advance to check out the rules for reserving your spot. Also some top restaurants in Hanalei like AMA and Bar Acuda take reservations 60 days out and fill up quickly. There are lots of great restaurants in Hanalei. don't miss the Bread Company.
