We had a great stay in the condo. I loved when the clouds cleared enough, we could see waterfalls in the mountains. We had binoculars and counted 18 one morning. It was very quiet and peaceful and accommodated 6 people very nicely. I would stay here again.

The area was quiet and felt very safe throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.One of the highlights was the pool — clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. We also loved having access to the community grill area. It was great being able to cook outside and enjoy meals in the warm evening weather. My family and I were absolutely in love with this lush property! We'd stayed in Princeville last year but strongly preferred this location over the more busy "heart" of the condo areas. This place is large and in charge - tons of room to spread out and relax. One thing to be aware of is that it gets relatively hot in the upper living area by late afternoon / early evening. We found that leaving the front door open when we were there was a great way to let in some trade wind cross-breeze. This condo area feels uber-safe, and it's right next to some stellar views of Hanalei on Hanalei Plantation Rd there. Communication with Parrish was a breeze. The price was very reasonable considering all we got. All told, we loved our experience with both this property and with Parrish. Mahalo!

This place is so comfortable and very clean! The kitchen is well-equipped (including kid plates/bowls/cups and utensils) and spacious! I found our bed to be quite comfortable! There are toddler step stools in at least two of the bathrooms, and even a toddler toilet insert! Easy access to near-by family-friendly beaches, and the Princeville shopping center, which has Foodland. The view of the mountains from the living room is absolutely stunning! There is plentiful access to beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and even a few floaties (we left our sand toys for the next family). We appreciated having the vacuum and access to the brooms! The pool is perfect sized (only3.5-5ft) and a short walk from the condo. The neighborhood is very quiet (except for the roosters lol).

We had such a great time staying here. The location is great, it has a nice open space behind it with walkable paths. It's very close to the grocery store and close to numerous beaches and hikes. The place itself is clean and comfortable. I recommend a stop at the Safeway in Kapaa to get basics like extra toilet paper, detergent etc. as they are not provided if you run out.Would definitely stay here again.

Initial communication was excellent, although the amount of paperwork was a lot. Check-in was challenging with lock box. Key fell out of the lock box into rocks below and had to be retrieved by climbing over a wall. My bed had sand in it. Upon closer inspection there were marks on the sheets and someone else's hair. I stripped the bed to wash the sheets and found smelly wet laundry in the washing machine and laundry left in the dryer. I send photos of everything to the host. His reply was the cleaners said they changed the sheets. This began numerous emails including other sanitation issues that were not addressed well, in my opinion. Dishes and flatware in the cabinets/drawers had food particles (poorly cleaned dishes). Tongs were put away with food and grease still on them. Stained towels smelled yucky. I washed mine again. The knife block and all the knives were splattered with grease. The jacuzzi wasn't working. The host's audacious response was "you must have received the email," which I responded no. I also didn't receive an email with the wi-fi password. When I requested it, the host told me it was in the information sent earlier. I looked through it all, and only found that "it would be sent via email." Rather than have the password handy for guests, I was sent on a search for it, and when I couldn't find it or the email I was told would be sent, another was finally sent. Communication was horrible. It soured my vacation. This was NOT luxury as described.

Rooms are clean, just some of the rugs and window blinds were falling apart. Property is close to the market, shops, and a variety of scenic lookouts and beaches. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

The property was great - exactly as described. Lots of space and a beautiful view of both foliage and the mountains. We enjoyed the North Shore, local restaurants and Common Ground farm to table tour and dinner. I really appreciated the communication from the staff in advance so I didn't need to worry about getting the lockbox code and other details. Very appreciative!

Tv was supposed to be a smart tv as there is no cable. It was not. Had to go buy a 80 cord to connect our computer to the tv in order to watch the tv. Also there is 1 grill for all of the units and it is not a qulity arrangement

Everything was wonderful, from the host’s communication to the spacious living space to the breathtaking views of the mountains. This condo is even bigger and nicer than the pictures make it seem. There was more than ample room for us with three adult children, and everything we needed for a fun week on Kauai! Tons of beach equipment available for use (also beach towels.) Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Comfy beds, and everywhere was super clean. Awesome pool and hot tub. We loved our stay!!

Not only is the house magnificent,, but the setting is superb. Tea at 6 a.m. on one of the patios overlooking the amazing plants and mountains, listening to bird life come alive on the island...I have never experienced such relaxation! The condo was perfect for my sons and their wives and my 5 month old grandson!We had our own spaces for privacy, and appreciated the large washer and dryer! The rockers on the lanai were wonderful for my grandson. We had a leaking toilet but the managing group responded and fixed it. The kitchen was set up well, although a salad spinner would be a nice addition.

I love this condo. It’s our second stay here. The host is so helpful and allowed an early check in. The beds are so comfortable and the air conditioning is so good that it’s hard to get up. Fortunately the beautiful Hanalei beach calls to you so you hop out of bed totally refreshed! Chickens are so welcoming! This condo has so many amenities that you really won’t need to buy anything. Lots of beach equipment, towels, coolers, san castle building toys and even sun screen! The views are beautiful and the location is very quiet. Very close the best beach in the world. Enjoy your stay!

The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again if we have a chance to return to Kauai!! We liked the quiet location and the green belt behind the property. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Unfortunately, there was no central AC, just a unit above the front door which did not cool all the rooms sufficiently. The third bedroom upstairs was small and very hot. The bathrooms could use some updating. The unit had a washer and dryer but the dryer did not work properly. The community pool is very small. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We were so impressed with this property!!! Immaculately clean, well-supplied with everything we could ever need, insanely gorgeous views, comfy beds, A/C in the main bedrooms great sleep, and tasteful tropical decor, quiet peaceful neighborhood, I could go on and on. We even found some toys and children’s books for our four year old. So many beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, even some sunscreen for my husband who refused to wear the mineral sunscreen I brought. We absolutely adored this place and are so happy we chose it! We were torn about whether to stay in Princeville or Poipu for my first Kauai experience and I’m so glad we chose this location. The lush Mountain views were everything. We even woke up to a rainbow right outside the balcony on the first and second morning there. Magical!

The property and Princeville area was a wonderful choice for our stay. We experienced some issues with figuring out the "smart" oven but were able to use the other appliances to complete our task. I would recommend maybe some directions.The home was full of all the things we needed to enjoy our trip; linens, appliances, chairs, etc. Note that the AC is only in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We were there in August so a bit warm without the beautiful Hawaiian breezes. All correspondence were helpful and timely. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us.

The host was horrible and we were unable to enter the home for three hours! Then the freezer didn’t work and we had food in it! The host gave us a link to pay to fix a freezer that did not belong to us!! Then the host filed a claim for damage against the insurance we purchased!! I suggest you find something else more accommodating!!
