Great location. Parking is easy. Excellent area to take long walks and close by several beaches. Overall a wonderful place to call home while on vacation! Host was extremely communicative and responsive, and there were zero issues with anything, so we really only conversed a few times with basic questions. Home is well stocked for cooking in, which we did half the time we were there. Nice quiet porch to have coffee early in the mornings. Bedrooms were very nice, comfortable and each with own bathroom and shower (upstairs is detached). Would strongly consider staying in the same place next time in the area.

We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was hands down the best of them. Booking process was seamless and fast response to my questions from the office. The property is in a great area very close to everything we wanted to see. So much space. Having 3 bathrooms was such a luxury. The laundry area was fantastic even with a sink. Nice to have detergent supplied and really everything was well supplied. Typically it seems rentals run out of crucial supplies like TP. This place had more than enough. Everything there for the beach. Even some snorkel gear. The icing on the cake was the view! The balcony and lower patio had great comfy furniture and we had coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening soaking in those beautiful mountains. Highly recommend this rental!

Host was very unprofessional. We arrived at the site and the AC unit was not functioning. The host then messages us and informs us that the AC unit wasn’t functioning since the housekeeper told him. They label the unit as “AC” but only had a single unit that didn’t even work. The host tells us that he’ll get somebody to come by tomorrow yet nobody ever did. Then I message him and ask him the update days later after nobody showed up . He tells me that the maintenance couldn’t come by since the tube that the AC unit needed was out of stock. He said that they would try to look for it. He gave no update for days and then one night was hottest that it had been. We had about 6 fans on us and we were still miserable. I messaged him that night complaining about the heat and wanted an update. He told me that the island had no tube and that they’d have to get one from a neighboring island. AKA “you won’t get it during your stay” Then towards the end of our trip we decided to go down to the basement where the AC unit was. And to our surprise we saw that the tube was magically put on the unit!!! The tube was “taped” on the window and was already falling down. This excuse of a fix is completely unacceptable. Not only did they not tell us that they came by but they also did a poor job. On top of the AC not working the fire alarm in the basement went off the entire time. I told the host and he told me that we could either fix it ourselves or that the maintenance team would.

This villa was beautiful, right across from the heated pool, mountain view front door, porch overlooks wild life area. Very clean, had everything we needed for the beach, to cook at home. Would stay here again. Only thing is they close the main gait at 9 pm and we didn't know that so had to go in a different way, no big deal, must have missed the note about that.Thanks for the stay! The property was clean and served us well. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking items such as measuring cups and a tea pitcher. The ceiling fans ran on low only, microwave didn’t work (replaced quickly), and the downstairs blinds were broken. All beach umbrellas are also broken. There is one ac in the downstairs bedroom and one upstairs ac that makes the front bedroom hard to cool. Management was quick to respond to our concerns, property exterior was clean and property was in a great location. We were told the blinds would be replaced and ceiling fans recommended for replacement also. That didn’t help us, but hopefully the next renter. All in all, good experience in Kauai.

My family and I were absolutely in love with this lush property! We'd stayed in Princeville last year but strongly preferred this location over the more busy "heart" of the condo areas. This place is large and in charge - tons of room to spread out and relax. One thing to be aware of is that it gets relatively hot in the upper living area by late afternoon / early evening. We found that leaving the front door open when we were there was a great way to let in some trade wind cross-breeze. This condo area feels uber-safe, and it's right next to some stellar views of Hanalei on Hanalei Plantation Rd there. Communication with Parrish was a breeze. The price was very reasonable considering all we got. All told, we loved our experience with both this property and with Parrish. Mahalo!

This place is so comfortable and very clean! The kitchen is well-equipped (including kid plates/bowls/cups and utensils) and spacious! I found our bed to be quite comfortable! There are toddler step stools in at least two of the bathrooms, and even a toddler toilet insert! Easy access to near-by family-friendly beaches, and the Princeville shopping center, which has Foodland. The view of the mountains from the living room is absolutely stunning! There is plentiful access to beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and even a few floaties (we left our sand toys for the next family). We appreciated having the vacuum and access to the brooms! The pool is perfect sized (only3.5-5ft) and a short walk from the condo. The neighborhood is very quiet (except for the roosters lol).

We had an overall nice stay at this property. The location was great, peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The space itself was very spacious and worked well for our family.However, we did experience an issue with the hot water during our stay. We reported it and tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately there was no improvement and we had no hot water at all. The water heater appeared to need servicing. We understand that sometimes issues like this come up and may not be fixable right away. That said, it was a significant inconvenience for us as a family of six, especially with children, and having only cold showers made things quite challenging.Management was responsive initially and mentioned they were looking into the issue and would follow up, but we didn’t hear back which is disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed the property and its peaceful setting. It would be helpful for future stays if maintenance checks are completed ahead of guest arrivals to ensure everything is working properly and avoid similar issues.

We had such a great time staying here. The location is great, it has a nice open space behind it with walkable paths. It's very close to the grocery store and close to numerous beaches and hikes. The place itself is clean and comfortable. I recommend a stop at the Safeway in Kapaa to get basics like extra toilet paper, detergent etc. as they are not provided if you run out.Would definitely stay here again.

Initial communication was excellent, although the amount of paperwork was a lot. Check-in was challenging with lock box. Key fell out of the lock box into rocks below and had to be retrieved by climbing over a wall. My bed had sand in it. Upon closer inspection there were marks on the sheets and someone else's hair. I stripped the bed to wash the sheets and found smelly wet laundry in the washing machine and laundry left in the dryer. I send photos of everything to the host. His reply was the cleaners said they changed the sheets. This began numerous emails including other sanitation issues that were not addressed well, in my opinion. Dishes and flatware in the cabinets/drawers had food particles (poorly cleaned dishes). Tongs were put away with food and grease still on them. Stained towels smelled yucky. I washed mine again. The knife block and all the knives were splattered with grease. The jacuzzi wasn't working. The host's audacious response was "you must have received the email," which I responded no. I also didn't receive an email with the wi-fi password. When I requested it, the host told me it was in the information sent earlier. I looked through it all, and only found that "it would be sent via email." Rather than have the password handy for guests, I was sent on a search for it, and when I couldn't find it or the email I was told would be sent, another was finally sent. Communication was horrible. It soured my vacation. This was NOT luxury as described.

There was both snorkeling gear and beach chairs available, umbrellas and a large cooler. We only wished there had been some sort of dresser or armoire in the middle bedroom, we found it seriously frustrating not to have a place to put one’s clothes.

Spacious, well-designed condo with beautiful mountain views, remarkably well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Separation between bedrooms makes the space great for sharing with other adults. The management company was so responsive and easy to work with and fielded an onslaught of questions from us before our arrival. The only thing to note is that the unit is right on the road so there is some car traffic beginning around 7 am. This place is a find - highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful, from the host’s communication to the spacious living space to the breathtaking views of the mountains. This condo is even bigger and nicer than the pictures make it seem. There was more than ample room for us with three adult children, and everything we needed for a fun week on Kauai! Tons of beach equipment available for use (also beach towels.) Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Comfy beds, and everywhere was super clean. Awesome pool and hot tub. We loved our stay!!

This is a great property with plenty of space. We really appreciated having air conditioning, and the beach equipment in the garage was a huge bonus. Having boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella made our beach days so easy. The kitchen also had lots of storage containers which was helpful when packing up lunches.We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the management team was very responsive and resolved everything quickly, which we truly appreciated.The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with lots of full-time residents vs all vacationers. That has both pros and cons. It was very peaceful, though we did feel a bit stressed about our kids being too loud at the pool since it seemed residents prefer a quieter atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.The view from the deck really made evenings feel special.

Everything in the condo was perfect. Two primary suites, and third bedroom locations allowed privacy for everyone. The beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and wagon were an added bonus. Everything in the condo was high quality. The management team provided excellent communications and responded to questions quickly. Wish they managed condo's on the mainland because they are that good.
