We enjoyed or stay tremendously. The view of the mountains from the lenai were amazing. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the lenai listening to the birds and roosters. The house was beautiful and spacious, however there is no air conditioning in the smaller bedroom which made it a bit hard to sleep in if you are not used to the climate. The house could have been cleaner as well, especially considering that there is a $355 cleaning fee that we had to pay. The oven hood was greasy and the high touch areas around the doors had visible dirt, and looked like they had not been wiped clean for some time. It might not bother most people but I am a bit of a clean freak.

Imagine our surprise when we entered your home for the first time!
The property was very spacious and modern.
The house was immaculate and we also appreciated the separation of floors that allowed us to have a degree of privacy.
The house did not have air conditioning in one bedroom which could be difficult for some .
All and all the house was well appointed with towels, kitchen utensils and lovely patios. We would give this property five stars!

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental-would definitely come again. Our party of 5 had plenty of space, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots/pans, a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, a spice cabinet with items from past guests, which was a nice surprise. The view of the mountains from the living room was unmatched-waterfalls and rainbows were seen daily. Each bedroom is on its own level of the house. Bottom floor has a large king suite with a/c, bathroom, and patio. Laundry room is also on the bottom level. The entry level has a bedroom with a full size bed (no a/c, but does have a ceiling fan) and a full bathroom across the hall. The top level has a king bedroom with a/c, bathroom and small patio, as well as the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Also the main deck. The living room couch could use new cushions, as they are getting a little flat from use, but otherwise all the furniture was very comfy.
There is a small garage with room for one car, and lots of beach equipment. We found pool noodles and floats, boogie boards, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and lots of snorkel equipment. Management was responsive and welcoming
Neighborhood was very tranquil. Walk to Nourish Hanalei for an açaí bowl, then walk the Old Club Med trail (about a mile), ending with a great view of Hanalei Bay or at Pu’u Poa beach if you take the fork to the right. Foodland is just up the road Close to Hanalei Bay. You won’t regret staying here!

Property was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable bedding, A/C in two King master suites, kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need and more, Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffee maker, spices, oils, rice cookers, huge refrigerator and commercial size washer and dryer. Smaller bedroom (no A/C)in front now has full size bed rather than twin. Beach supplies including snorkel gear, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boggie boards, beach towels, floaties were plentiful. Balcony furniture was comfortable and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. Quiet residential gated community close to all North Shore activities and attractions. Foodland about a mile away. Highly recommend Kilauea Bakery/Pizzaria in nearby Kong Lung Center. Can also walk to a hidden, small beach with views of Hanalei Bay. Garage was very small/narrow and would not fit a larger vehicle but parking in the driveway for one car is available and there is guest parking for another vehicle nearby. Meredith was very responsive and helpful host. Simple check-in/check-out. Only suggestions would be to replace seating cushions in main living area - worn out and flat. Showing some age in a few minor places but overall a very beautiful property which we would highly recommend. Loved our stay!!

I loved everything (except the constant crowing of roosters). Definitely first rate and very clean and safe. Furnishings were excellent. Great mattresses!!! Only a few things to change…white coffee mugs are not microwaveable. You will get burnt trying to remove. Water mixer in faucet doesn’t regulate Probably needs new faucet. All things considered these issues were minor. Would definitely stay again!

From checkin to checkout we had a fabulous time in Kauai. We loved our stay in our condo and it had everything we needed. I would suggest the owners replace the coffee mugs as the 4 white mugs had chips around the edges. Everything else was amazing. I had asked previously about what type of coffee pot the unit held and they said regular. The unit also has a kuerig. This unit also comes with lots of snorkel gear which I was told didn't have. The update to this unit would be nice for others that visit. The location is just AMAZING. I would definetly stay again!!!!

Amazing stay. The property manager, Meredith, was extremely helpful. When we arrive we found that the snorkel gear was not operational and not cleaned. When I contacted her the next morning there was four brand new boxes of snorkel Equipment delivered to our front door, amazing service.

We came to Kauai to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in the place where we spent our honeymoon, and brought our two marvelous daughters along, one of whom turned 15 on the trip. The condo was perfect: comfortable, spacious, and ideal for two teenagers, each of whom wanted their own bathroom. If you want to stay on the North Shore, you can't do better.

This property is in a great location with easy access to princeville beaches and Hanalei. I loved that there were plenty of beach chairs, cooler, towels and floats. My family had ample space and privacy, however, the front bed room has no air conditioning so our kids ended up sleeping with us because even with the windows open there wasn’t enough breeze to sleep comfortably. My biggest fault with the property was the lack of thorough cleaning. We found hair in the drains, a bloody tissue and a half eaten ham sandwich in the bed side table. The cleaning crew also left dirty towels balled upunder the vanity downstairs. The walls, doors and cabinets could use a nice wipe down. Lastly, there was not a single bar of soap or shampoo in the entire until. I thought that was pretty unusual given most people fly pretty long distances to get to hawaii and likely don’t bring soap with them. All in all the place is great but the cleaning was very disappointing and frankly pretty gross.

Huge space with great natural light. Very quiet neighborhood, walkable to a few hidden beaches. Short drive to a few restaurants and grocery store as well as Hanalei. Flexible booking and management staff, responded to all questions, no issues. Great experience.

The property was as shown - but, even more beautiful. The hosts provide everything you need - even some beach toys, chairs and umbrella and plenty of beach towels. The kitchen was equipped with most of the basics that I needed. The owners /management co. provide lots of suggestions and recommendations for local businesses. We did a lot of activities all over the island, but this was the perfect location for us. I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Wonderful 3 bedroom 3 bath property in Princeville. Immaculate on check in. We had 2 teens and each being able to have their own space was excellent. This is a quieter gated community after 10PM, so this might not be the listing for those who want loud late parties. The split fixture AC units functioned well during a July visit--one in the master suite and one in the ground level area. The smaller bedroom next to the entry does not have its own AC unit, so it relies on the overall effectiveness of the other two air conditioners. That smaller bedroom was certainly a few degrees warmer. The full size washer/dryer was fantastic and there were 5 (perhaps 6) high quality beach chairs,, good quality boogie boards, masks for kids and beach umbrella available in the garage. You can tell these hosts have given some thought to the enjoyment of their guests. The property manager was informative, responsive and on top of one specific issue we had with a jammed icemaker in the fridge. Many pots/pans available for cooking--a drip coffee maker plus a Kureg--kitchen was fully stocked with tools and items needed for most any meal. Overall an amazing property with multiple patios with excellent views. Easy access to grocery store/shops in Princeville. Visit the Kahala shirt store in Princeville. None of those cheap quality tacky Aloha shirts. Fashionable, stylish and great quality. Would highly recommend this property!

The property was clean and fresh. Everything we needed for the beach was there-beach towels, chairs, umbrella, small cooler. The pool is a short walk which was nice. Lots of space for our family of 4. Nice view of the mountains also! We ended up cooking in a few nights and had everything we needed to make dinner. Sporadic closings of restaurants and the road closure to Hanalei made eating out a bit trickier this time but enjoyed the meals we ate in Kīlauea.

Enjoyed our stay. Villa was unique in layout, great for our kids. It had everything you need to cook a meal at home. The grill was located at the pool which was a short distance from the Villa. Well equipped with all amenities you need for a day at the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, (for sun and rain), toys, which we did not use since our kids are grown, plenty of beach towels, and cooler to take some beverages to the beach. Location was very nice. Beautiful view of mountains of the lanai, though most days it was mostly cloudy. Villa was close to the pool. We spent most of an afternoon there by ourselves, so it was quiet. Walking distance to golf course, if you golf. It was located in a gated community which was very quiet. The only down fall was the main road in Princeville Hwy 56. was under construction the week we were there. The road had only one lane open certain hours of the day. So you were limited to trying to get to Hanalei Bay. The cars were bumper to bumper trying to get to and from there. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable and would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was clean and well maintained, and close to Hanalei and Haena, but in a very quiet neighborhood. The garage had everything you need for daily visits to the beach (chairs, cooler, boogie boards, etc.) The pool facilities were great when we needed a break from the beach.
The only negatives we encountered during our stay:
1. I didn't realize the third bedroom didn't have air conditioning, but that is probably my fault for not reading through the description closely enough. It wasn't an issue for us.
2. The shower door in the downstairs master didn't close completely.
That's it! I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again!

We spent 6 great nights in this house. It was clean and exactly as described. Lots of beach equipment available to use was a plus (chairs, umbrella, snorkels, floats). I was so happy that this house had AC. I'm a hot sleeper and it would have been very difficult for me to sleep without it.

I take my family on vacations all over the world. We prefer homes vs hotel rooms. This villa is outstanding in terms of space, amenities, conveniences, and overall esthetics. The view of the Wainiha mountain range is why we chose this villa and were surprised to find the villa was as beautiful as its surroundings. This trip was to celebrate my daughters high school graduation and it will be remembered by all of us as long as we live. I recommend this unit before anywhere else in Princeville. Hawaii Life was a breeze to deal with and promptly returned my security deposit. Well done!

This was a beautiful condo! Great location and views of the mountains and waterfalls were amazing. The condo itself was very comfortable and decorated so nicely. The windows let in so much light it was a wonderful stay. We also enjoyed the pool almost daily after our jaunts around the island. Mahalo for your hospitality!
