Property is in a very nice townhome location. The amenities were all great. We used the grill and the A/C worked flawlessly. More importantly everything in the home was in great condition, clean and organized. All the beds were comfortable. So Sleep - 10, Cleanliness - 10, Location - 10, and no noise other than wildlife. This property is beautiful, very large & spacious, well-appointed inside, and provides tons of water sports equipment. What a wonderful and spacious condo. Our family of four (mom, dad, and two boys ages 7 and 9) had more than enough room. The beds were super comfortable (maybe the best of any VRBO I've stayed in) and the place was fully stocked with everything that you'd need to make meals at home. Great location, close to Princeville Center and 10 minutes from Hanalei. We had a small issue that was promptly dealt with by the management. All in all, a great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook dinners, and the living room had new, comfortable couches where our family could relax together, watch TV, and enjoy each other’s company. The bedrooms were clean and inviting, and we really appreciated being able to use the beach gear—especially the cooler, which was perfect for packing lunches and drinks. We stayed for 6 nights and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We have enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The condo has met our needs and was comfortable. Plenty of space for our group. It was nice to have a garage. The property surroundings were quiet. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed. Beach chairs were nice to have. The kitchen could use a few more items. It would be nice to have casserole dishes and a large pot. Neither were in the kitchen. It would also be nice to provide a few more kitchen towels and to provide kitchen rags.

Our family of four absolutely loved this place! Check-in was a breeze, and their communication throughout our visit was quick and helpful. The kitchen is extremely well-appointed with a large center island and all of the basics you need, plus some nice extras like a rice cooker and food storage containers. The interior looks like it's been recently updated, and we really liked that there's no carpet anywhere in the home. The layout is perfect for families with kids or young adults children. Primary bedroom has a beautiful lanai and large bathroom with walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. We were impressed by how well thought out their supplies are -- a well-stocked laundry room, garage loaded with helpful goodies like beach chairs, coolers, and snorkeling gear, and games and books for downtime. The downstairs lanai has a lovely view of the greenbelt, and I enjoyed watching the birds hop around each morning while we enjoyed our breakfast. The community this home is located in is also beautifully maintained, and conveniently located near groceries, beaches, walking paths, etc. We would return to this condo in a heartbeat!

Pros: This condo is very spacious! We were able to use the second living room as the baby’s play area without cluttering up the main living room. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the utensils and supplies we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept great! Having air conditioning was amazing after being out in the heat all day. All three bathrooms were extremely clean (even the ceiling fans and air vents were clean). The furniture is very comfortable and in good condition. I slept on the couch one night because it was so comfortable and I was too lazy to get up. The balcony was great to relax on and the view was lovely. If you’re staying in Princeville this condo is perfect. The complex is a nice quiet area and the grounds are well maintained. I was extremely happy that we picked this condo to stay in!! Communication: The dishwasher wasn’t working properly but they had someone promptly come fix it that afternoon while we were out. I was impressed with their responsiveness. Cons: One of the bikes had a flat tire and would not hold air so we were unable to use it. The carpet truly needs replaced. It’s obviously had stains over time (like all carpets do) but whoever cleaned it used something that actually removed the coloring from the carpet. It’s the only negative thing I can say about the place.

It's a unit on Nihilani, which is right in front of Bali Kai. The unit is as shown in the pics. Garage with remote. AC working perfectly. Full kitchen, full stocked garage with beach accent and 3 bicycles. Very well cleaned and maintained. 2 suites. It's much better than Bali Kai, if you find something in Nihilani, just book it.

We cannot recommend this home more! The house is very clean and well maintained; the kitchen has everything you need; laundry; beautiful patio that we ate all our meals on; spacious rooms and living area; and the beds are comfortable. The pool was just a short walk and the property is close to so much in Kauai. We strongly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

We liked the location close to Hanalei and not too far from other north shore beaches and attractions. It was also conveniently located near a supermarket (foodland). Lots of nice places in the area to get prepared meals or things to cook at home. We also managed to find pineapple whip truck at the Wyndham opposite while we were there. Beds were comfortable and we made use of the snorkelling gear and beach chairs. Having a washing machine and dryer was also very handy to get our clothes all cleaned and dry before our return home. Would stay here again. Suited our family and was like a home away from home.

This is our 3rd stay in Nihilani and it's difficult to publish anything but a 5-star rating. The privacy/quietness of the overall property, and nice combination of lodging's openness, are top-tier. However, each unit's contents have varied greatly. As a family traveling w/ 4 kids this time around, the boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel/mask combos, and cooler were nice, but it would have been great to have a smaller cooler option (maybe soft-sided), and prior units had ample "tupperware" and ice packs for easily bringing lunches/leftovers on our daily beach trips. Still an easy 5-star though... unit was very clean, quiet, spacious for all. Oh, the rubber stopper on the master bathroom toilet was broken so that toilet was unusable because the water just kept running.

Check in was easy; good communication with host both before and during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked. There was a coffee grinder which would have been helpful to know ahead of time so we could buy coffee beans at Costco. Also, they had a nice selection of spices even though the description said there weren't any. We had a little trouble with the dishwasher but maintenance responded promptly and took care of it while we were out at the beach for the day. The condo was very clean; great, quiet neighborhood; but yet family friendly. They had everything we needed including: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and snorkels. Very nice pool and hot tub and barbecue area. Walking distance to the beautiful Pua Poa beach and the Neighbors Coffee shop on the top floor of Hotel One - with magnificent views of Hanalei Bay. We would definitely recommend and stay here again sometime.
