Andrew was great! The place was super clean and inviting. Had extra beach towels, snorkels, cooler, water shoes, surf boards, chairs, etc. all available. Was fantastic that we didn't have to buy or rent any of that when we arrived. Community was super nice, pool, hot tub and barbecue were all great. The only two things we struggled with during our stay was getting good wifi service. It was very spotty. We like to cook and felt like the kitchen supplies were a little sparse. Overall had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Great location, neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. Was able to sleep with the windows open, fresh air and listen to the rain. Was able to hike/walk to a beach. Local grocery store 5 min away, great playground, pool and hot tub. House was well maintained, beds were comfortable and it was a great fit for my family of 8. Also, there were beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards , snorkeling gear for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a salad spinner! We would stay again if we return.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were at home. The condo was more than comfortable for our stay and had everything we needed to cook delicious meals and enjoy ourselves to the fullest, from boogie boards, snorkel gear, coolers, and a shop vac to get the sand out of our rental car. The pool area and BBQ area is beautiful, and always clean. The Condo had everything that we needed. Chairs, coolers and boogie boards for the beach, and even a drying rack in the garage for wet suits. The Kitchen was well equipped with everything that we could need!!

The condo is beautifully furnished and very spacious. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I've seen in many VRBO rentals. The beds were comfortable. The resort's pool really is lovely and very close by. Doreen reached out with helpful advice in advance of the reservation and made it very easy to contact someone local in case we had any issues during our stay. I didn't see any shampoo or conditioner in the showers, but not really a big deal since we brought some of our own just in case. Otherwise, we had everything we needed (and more)! Great beach and other outdoor equipment, even bicycles. Hope to stay at Eddie's again soon!

The condo was very nice. There were some problems with the WiFi the first couple days but seemed to be okay after that. There were dirty frying pans and cooking utensils in the cabinets. The tv cable box was disconnected so we left it that way so just a heads up on that.

Our family of 5 adults had plenty of space and everything we need for our stay at this condo! The instructions provided in the condo are very clear, same as the instructions provided from our host Dhivya! And it was a pleasure communicating with Dhivya throughout the booking process and our stay! Dhivya was always prompt in responding to all our messages! We would love to stay here again for our next visit to Kauai!

We walked into a well maintained and clean space. Very spacious condo with an incredibly well stocked kitchen (you could bake if you wanted) and laundry room. Beach amenities were in great shape and we used everyday. The lanai was a welcoming space. The location is top notch w just an 8 minute drive into hanalei. Tanya was easy to communicate with and she accommodated a late check out.

Great house for a family with grown children. Everyone had their own space but the common spaces were largest enough the spread out. The house is well maintained and comfortable. The only complaint is that the WiFi is a little slow.

We had a wonderful stay in this very spacious and modern town house. There were five of us and we were very comfortable. The two upstairs balconies were a treat for morning coffee and the office nook upstairs came in handy for work. The kitchen was well stocked which made preparing food a cinch and everything in the unit was in working order. The Foodland grocery store was a quick five minute drive away and stocked all of our needs. The subdivision was very well maintained and pleasant to walk through as were the neighborhoods in the area when walking to the beach. We appreciated the clear instructions from the owner/rental agency which made our stay stress free.

The Hanalei beach was very close by.The pool on the property was also a nice addition with the waterfall and hot tub. The host was very responsive if we had any questions. Make sure to read all the fine print! This is someone's home, so I understood the need to clean up after ourselves when we check out. I also understand the need for the cleaning fee, as this is a very established area. Despite that, the stay was one of the highlights of our trip! The neighborhood was very quiet. The amenities were more than what we expected-- we made breakfast almost every day (and I LOVE the round ice lol!). The house was beautiful and most of all, very clean! We were a party of 6, and every room was spacious. To put in perspective of garage space, we brought in a Kia Carnival and it was able to fit in the garage! We made a lot of good memories here and we thank you for being a part of such a memorable trip!

This unit has it all- the good, the bad, and the ugly. It is the newest development in all of Princeville- early 2000's. Up to date and in a good location. Unfortunately the pictures were taken a long time ago before it has been used and abused. I would not recommend staying here.The biggest issue was it advertised having AC, which it does. However, they do not allow you to set it or turn it down below a preset threshold to get comfortable. In the evenings it was fairly warm even with the provided fans running. When inquired they refused to unlock it and said to close the windows all day long instead and enjoy darkness to help cool the unit down. It made for miserable nights with a pregnant spouse who sleeps hot. If AC is a requirement for your stay, do not consider here. It was surface clean, but it is in need of a deep clean. Fantastic! Location / space / amenities Wonderful property. Easy to get in and out. Very clean with plenty of space. Right across the street from the golf course made for some wonderful morning coffees on the lanai. Pool and hot tub where great. The only, and I mean only challenges. No masks or snorkles (fins yes/body boards yes) and the markings on the stove wore off and it was difficult to make out. Other than that, great place. Enjoy the football we left. My son and I played catch almost every day on the beach.

Our family of four spent three weeks here in September and had a wonderful time. The unit is right next to the pool, which made it incredibly convenient, yet surprisingly quiet most nights. The pool typically cleared out by 10 p.m., so noise was never an issue.The condo was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning kept things cool and pleasant. We loved the balconies and outdoor seating — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings.The location couldn’t be better — just a quick 10-minute drive to Hanalei Bay, and the Nihilani complex itself is beautifully maintained. We had perfect weather during our stay and really enjoyed every day. This is one of our favorite places to stay on Kauai, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thanks to the host for a great experience.

Wow! So happy we chose to stay here, what a beautiful week. The condo is five stars in every way. Beautiful design, clean, very well appointed/ stocked. Furnishings comfortable. Fans throughout and air-conditioning if needed keep it at a nice and comfortable temperature. plenty of beach equipment, beautiful grounds. Enjoy sitting on the lanai, (which is huge) eating our breakfast dinner drinking our coffee looking at the lush garden landscape. Fun to lie on the couch and watch the rain at night. We were lucky with very good weather. The host is so easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We did not need to contact them except to request a late check out. Washer and dryer makes even more convenient. Beds are comfortable. Very close to nearby beaches snorkeling great restaurants all within 10 minutes or closer. Don’t want to leave and we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, thank you thank you!
