This townhome was perfect for me and my 2 adult sons. It's in a great location and had everything we need. Although the A/C went out, the maintenance person came quickly and provided portable units to keep us comfortable.Hoping to go back soon.Carmen

Fantastic! Location / space / amenities Wonderful property. Easy to get in and out. Very clean with plenty of space. Right across the street from the golf course made for some wonderful morning coffees on the lanai. Pool and hot tub where great. The only, and I mean only challenges. No masks or snorkles (fins yes/body boards yes) and the markings on the stove wore off and it was difficult to make out. Other than that, great place. Enjoy the football we left. My son and I played catch almost every day on the beach.

Our family of four spent three weeks here in September and had a wonderful time. The unit is right next to the pool, which made it incredibly convenient, yet surprisingly quiet most nights. The pool typically cleared out by 10 p.m., so noise was never an issue.The condo was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning kept things cool and pleasant. We loved the balconies and outdoor seating — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings.The location couldn’t be better — just a quick 10-minute drive to Hanalei Bay, and the Nihilani complex itself is beautifully maintained. We had perfect weather during our stay and really enjoyed every day. This is one of our favorite places to stay on Kauai, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thanks to the host for a great experience.

Wow! So happy we chose to stay here, what a beautiful week. The condo is five stars in every way. Beautiful design, clean, very well appointed/ stocked. Furnishings comfortable. Fans throughout and air-conditioning if needed keep it at a nice and comfortable temperature. plenty of beach equipment, beautiful grounds. Enjoy sitting on the lanai, (which is huge) eating our breakfast dinner drinking our coffee looking at the lush garden landscape. Fun to lie on the couch and watch the rain at night. We were lucky with very good weather. The host is so easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We did not need to contact them except to request a late check out. Washer and dryer makes even more convenient. Beds are comfortable. Very close to nearby beaches snorkeling great restaurants all within 10 minutes or closer. Don’t want to leave and we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, thank you thank you!

We loved everything about our stay in this property. It was beautiful, loved the location. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our family of six. The condo was well decorated and had everything we needed. Check in and out was very easy and we were contacted with all information we needed, responses to questions were prompt. The property was larger than I expected. It was clean, the neighborhood is very pleasant. The management let us in early so that was appreciated. There are kids toys, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and other beach supplies in the garage. The air conditioning worked really well. Two minor things worth mentioning. The wifi isn't strong and didn't reach to the bedrooms or the lanai, so if you want to work, it must be done in the downstairs portion of the house. Also, the pool is quite shallow, 4 ft at the deepest portion. Everything else about the property is excellent.

Beautiful condo. Clean except for one dirty toilet. Loved gift box and kitchen amenities. Towels were damp and needed to put them in dryer before using. Never met site manager to get parking passes. Kristen was very helpful.

Property was great! Just as advertised. There was plenty of beach gear and the grills at the pool were nice to use! Unfortunately The snorkel gear was broken and leaky and the cooler for the beach was broken (the handle) so it was difficult to use. The property was very walkable and there was a cute park about a mile walk with exercise equipment and a walking trail! Also many food trucks within walking distance.

The Resort complex was beautiful and we loved every minute of staying there. It was clean and neat and quickly became our home away from home. Unfortunately initially entering the condo was a challenge as the Door Code information was inaccurate. We had to place a call immediately in order to figure out how to enter! Fortunately Kory picked up!

The house was as described for the most part and was roomy enough for my family of 7. The neighborhood is residential and I assume the HOA type of situation dictated a very long list of rules we needed to abide by, so make sure to read, ask about and understand the things you can and can't do. Also understand the cash only cleaning fee and the pretty high cost for that. I have young, and sometimes loud grandkids and the need for quiet and no toys/floaties etc at the pool was difficult for the kids. Hosts provided good amenities, kitchen tools could be newer and more useful (pans, knives, etc.) Overall no complaints, but I would likely only stay here again with an all-adult group. Location to other things (beach, shopping, etc.) was very good.

Property is in a very nice townhome location. The amenities were all great. We used the grill and the A/C worked flawlessly. This property is beautiful, very large & spacious, well-appointed inside, and provides tons of water sports equipment. What a wonderful and spacious condo. Our family of four (mom, dad, and two boys ages 7 and 9) had more than enough room. The beds were super comfortable (maybe the best of any VRBO I've stayed in) and the place was fully stocked with everything that you'd need to make meals at home. Great location, close to Princeville Center and 10 minutes from Hanalei. We had a small issue that was promptly dealt with by the management. All in all, a great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook dinners, and the living room had new, comfortable couches where our family could relax together, watch TV, and enjoy each other’s company. The bedrooms were clean and inviting, and we really appreciated being able to use the beach gear—especially the cooler, which was perfect for packing lunches and drinks. We had an amazing stay at Dhivya’s place! The location is perfect, and the home was incredibly comfortable for our family.
