We stayed at this property for five days. This is the second time we have stayed here and the pool and hot tub are very clean. The house is immaculate. We loved the beach chairs and took them with us daily. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bedding was very comfortable.

Phenomenal property! One of the best we have experienced! We really appreciated how things were labeled clearly so that we could immediately move in and start to enjoy the space. Beautiful pool and kind neighbors, located not far from stores, dining, beaches. Plenty of space. Note the closest beach is a short but moderately strenuous hike from the property. Although we did not need to use it, AC is additional charge.

We booked a week to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our daughter and her family--three generations ranging from 10 to 75. The condo was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms provided plenty of privacy, the pool and grounds were immaculate, and the location was very convenient. We used Princeville as a base to explore the north and east coasts, from Tunnel Beach to Lydgate beach. We enjoyed a couple of local fairs, dined at food trucks, and shopped at outdoor markets. We had a great anniversary dinner at Jo2 restaurant in Kapa'a--highly recommended. All in all, our week's stay on Kauai was everything we'd hoped for and more.

This was our second time renting this condo (previously in 2021). We had an excellent time previously. This time was a little more lack luster, and I can’t quite put my finger on why that is. Master shower glass door was broken and there was a curtain in its place. The kitchen was overly stocked on glasses and flatware, but no spices, oils, anything to cook with. Large expense for renters, and I am guessing these items are left behind by every renter. The frogs were terrible on this trip. I don’t think we got a single nights sleep and were exhausted most of our time on the island. There were bullfrogs in the pond / fountain right across the street, and they were really getting after it every single night. We contacted the property manager to reach out to the Bali Hai Wyndham property to assist and ironically, it looked like they were pumping the pond down to eradicate the frogs literally as we were packing to leave. Not necessarily a reflection on the quality of the rental, but not sleeping did have an impact on the overall enjoyment of our stay,

We had a wonderful week, the condo is a short drive to Hanalei, and just minutes from a few other beaches as well. We made use of the bikes, beach gear, and pool area was never crowded at all on any of the days we hung out there. Princeville shops and a cute little park is about a mile away, Makai golf course is walking distance too..awesome location for anyone looking to stay/explore the north side of the island. We also did a few day trips to the south side..back into Lihue for brunch, and took a drive to Waimea Canyon/Kekaha (about 1hr30min drive) Place was very clean and the owner reached out multiple times pre-check in with information and tips on markets and places to stop/shop. Would recommend staying here! We miss Kauai already, it’s beautiful.

This home was a wonderful fit for our family of 8. Plenty of room for everyone and Shirley made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed an early morning walk around the golf course as well as visiting nearby beaches. We would definitely stay again.

Our extended family stayed here during spring break. The until is very clean and spacious. The deck is amazing and we used it for endless card games and puzzles. As other review have stated, it is equipped with everything you could need.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spotless, spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and all the beach gear we needed. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood and getting coffee at the food trucks parked across the condo complex. Home was as described and included a lot of amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, bikes). Plenty of room for our group to spread out and have some privacy. Didn’t need AC since 2nd floor gets nice breeze and the house has many fans. Pool is smaller than it looks in pictures but it’s steps away from the house. Nearest beach can be a tricky walk to access so make sure you’re prepared to climb down some rocks. (We preferred other nearby beaches that were more accessible We’d stay here again

We were disappointed the AC wasn't working, but know they did their best to help with window units. The garage parking was tight for 2 vehicles and we hoped for a guest parking pass but we weren't given one. It all worked out though. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property! It was 3 adults and 3 kids…with two of them being 2 or under. If you have young kids this is the property for you. They had high chairs, bouncers, 2 pack-n-plays, bouncers and many other things for kids. The property itself is very spacious…even more so than the pictures show. The boogie boards and bikes were very nice to have and lots of fun. The house has every kitchen item you can think of which made cooking nice. I would highly recommend this place whether you have kids or not. The pool, hot tub, and grills were also a nice addition. Check in process was simple and house was very clean. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This bright, cheerful home was perfect for us. The pool is a block away and is lovely. The yard was fun for the kids. The dining room table fit us all. Decks on both floors meant adults could ready quietly outside. We appreciated having beach towels and boogie boards so we could go to the beaches everyday. And we were glad to have a place to park. Ive always prided myself about being respectful and i read all the rules of the house and they had A LOT of them mind you, do not turn house below 75 degrees, ect ect ect ect ect lol but nothing about smoking.

Check in information was texted just before we left and everything was clearly explained. Upon arrival we had further information on check-out procedures, which were very doable and minimal, as well as things to check out on the island during our time there. Our family of 8 (4 couples) all had a space to call our own which was very nice. I especially loved my morning's on our master bedroom lanai, listening to the cheerful sounds of the birds. We found the fridge stocked with some items left from the previous renters, so that was appreciated. When I found the broom was broken, Andrew was quick to replace it. Communication was excellent! The whole family felt safe and comfortable in this home. We also loved hanging out by the pool, which we were very close to (about a 1-2 minute walk). It was well taken care of. The hot tub after a busy day of pool, beach, shopping, or hiking was just the way to end the day! We loved the location and if returning to this beautiful garden Island, we would not hesitate to book the same home again! Mahalo!!

We are a family of 6 who visited from Canada for 11 days. Some of us had been to the area previously, and it was new to some of us. This property offered lots of space for us all including beautiful patios. Ample beach chairs, towels, cooler as well as a cooler bag, snorkel gear and beach umbrella were convenient and very much appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this rental with lots of walking in the neighbourhood and minutes away from Hanalei. The common pool area was clean and beautiful, and offered many lounge chairs and a covered area. We didn't ever have to wait for one of the three bbq's, and the accommodation is situated within steps of the pool area. We would love to return to this location.

Things we liked: open floor plan, large, well-appointed kitchen, dining for 10, 4 bedrooms three en-suites, comfy beds, outside lanai with furniture, lots and lots of beach chairs/floaties/umbrellas/aqua-shoes and plenty of beach towels! This property overall is fantastic; the photos won't wow you like your eyes will when you walk into the suite. Everything was neat and clean and the space and amenities in the suite, additional beach items in the garage, even having a garage, and amenities like the pool and BBQ made the whole trip easy and enjoyable.
