We stayed here over the Christmas Holiday and had a wonderful time. The condo was as advertised, very clean, new, and spacious. We enjoyed the deck, and are located directly across from the community pool that was not very busy. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating. Nice big screen in living room and tv in Master. No TV is 2nd guest room. Also their are extras like beach chairs, bikes and coolers for you to use. Overall very happy with our stay. The owners reached out to us several times to make sure we were comfortable and everything met our expectations.

Luxurious Quiet Princeville was the perfect place to stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and well supplied with all needed amenities. We loved that beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, and snorkeling gear were all available for our use. We took advantage of that daily as we visited the beautiful beaches of Kauai!
Our host kindly texted us recommendations of happenings in the area to fit into our Hawaiian adventure. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!! We highly recommend "Luxurious Quiet Princeville" home!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is well equipped with plenty of seating, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We cooked almost all meals at home even though there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. We chose the location to be able to explore the north part of the island without driving too much. The pool is very nice and right across the street.

Nice location, across the street from the pool. Small food truck lot located in next neighborhood for easy walking. We have a family of 5 and we had plenty of space! We didn’t adjust the air conditioner but would have been nice to use at night! The extra fan for one of the guest rooms is loud but luckily, I don’t mind that!

The condo is perfect for a family. It has LLC the amenities a family needs; spacious, clean, well maintained, all the items you will need to have a very relaxing time. I specially loved the coffee machine. The kids loved the huge bean bag. The location is perfect with views of the green mountains and very close to gorgeous beaches. The property management sido a great job to answer all your questions and give you your space to enjoy your time off. I will recommend this place to my friends and I am already planning my next trip there.

We had the absolute best time at this townhome in Princeville! It was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need for our family of 5! Dhivya was amazing and so responsive! This unit exceeded our expectations! We have stayed in many units over the years and this one was the most spacious, comfortable and best equipped of any we've ever stayed in! The women loved the kitchen, it literally had everything they needed to prepare meals, including all the herds & spices. Being a upper corner unit, the breezes were wonderful, and the beds were very cozy, we all slept like babies.

Stayed here with family for the holidays. Condo has a great layout and nice kitchen, with plenty of open space for baby to play. Great lanai for morning coffee and right across the street from the pool. Owners provided good suggestions of things in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is situated in a great location with walking paths and nearby hikes and beaches. The condo has a perfect layout and is well planned for the convenience of guests. We especially liked sitting on the porch and lanai in the mornings and evenings. The owner is very attentive and although we needed nothing, still kept in touch. This is a top property and we have many from which to compare!

We loved our stay. The place was spotless. The mattresses in every room were so comfortable everyone slept awesome.
They had beach chairs and a cooler and a umbrella for us to use.
The set up for 3 couples was perfect. It’s right by the most amazing pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Exceptional 3 bedroom condo with a lot of attention to detail for our comfort. The condo was spotless on arrival. Great beach equipment in garage including scuba gear, boogie boards and very nice beach chairs. Espresso /coffee maker was a bonus in the kitchen. Kitchen was very well organized and marked …had pretty much everything you need to eat in. The main lanai faces 2 fountains which makes for very relaxing spot to grab coffee , eat a meal, and just chill. Large capacity washer and dryer came in handy. And having AC for night time was nice bonus on island. Host and property manager were very responsive to our questions & concerns.

I don’t want to overstate this property so I will just say that it was amazing. The location is ideal. The unit itself is spacious clean and comes with every amenity you could possibly require. The owner was responsive and friendly and supplied us with an over abundance of information prior to our stay. Of course, needless to say, Kawai is the best of all Hawaiian islands for a idyllic getaway. If we ever come back… Strike that… When we come back, we will seek out this property again.

We stayed for a week at this lovely Princeville home. Upon walking into the place, my son declared this was the nicest place we’ve ever rented. The condo was well organized with labels, instructions and booklets. There was a lot of indoor and outdoor areas to relax and visit. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware and basic cooking items like spices, oils, etc. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels were nice, pool/beach towels provided…everything seemed to be considered to make anyone’s stay perfect. The pool is very conveniently located to this rental. Contact through the VRBO app with the owners was always promptly replied and even recommendations for places to visit and eat were provided. It was such a pleasant stay, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to others.

This condo was nothing short of spectacular! It's in a beautiful location just off the golf course. There are tons of places to walk around and there is easy access to shops and restaurants. The condo is immaculately kept; there was not spec of dirt to be found anywhere when we arrived, and I'm OCD about that. The owners were very communicative with every detail and quickly answered any questions we had. When we arrived we found they had anticipated everything we would need for our stay: board games, shampoo, hair dryer and a super fancy coffee maker, just to name a few. They even had a pack n' play in the closet for guests with babies. We spent lots of time out on the private balcony. If we ever have the chance to return, this is definitely where we will choose to stay!

Everything was as described. Our party was three couples, and the condo offers a great deal of privacy between the bedrooms with plenty of common space. The grounds are beautiful, and Princeville was a great place to stay. The owners provided us with many excellent tips for our visit and were always there to answer any questions we had. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Wife and I took our kids and their spouses on a trip to Hawaii “before we started having grandkids.” Then came COVID. Then came a granddaughter and two reschedulings later.
This property in Princeville is fantastic, and the owners have been terrific as well. One could argue advantages of where on the island to stay, but I doubt you’ll find nicer properties in a nicer neighborhood than this. We were not bothered in the least by adventuring to destinations on the north, west or south side of the island. All necessary amenities for a home are there and local groceries, restaurants and activities are not at all far.
The owners provide beach items which I didn’t figure to use, but what do I know? We had 20 somethings (and a 10-month old). And we found ourselves at the beach on multiple occasions.
The house is well-appointed, yet not overly furnished. You have what you need. Kitchen items are in good shape, though we mostly enjoyed the coffee maker and toaster. Otherwise we didn’t cook any major meals.
Again, the property is nice and quiet. We were just across from the pool, which is very nice. I could go on, but suffice it to say I would this property again in a heartbeat. I would also book with these owners anytime.

Four seasoned travelers greatly enjoyed our brief stay at this luxurious modern condo. The layout of the 3 bedrooms and attached baths was ideal, the well-equipped kitchen with coffee/expresso maker was a delight, and the owners were great at communicating details about the check-in and local attractions. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping all contributed to a fun trip to Kauai.

This property is lovely in every way. Check-in was flawless and the first thing you notice upon stepping in is how very clean and tidy it is. The floor plan is wonderful and provided our family of 6 plenty of space and gathering areas from the living room, kitchen and 2 Lanai’s The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you can imagine, great quality cookware and appliances, including a well appointed pantry items. All the bathrooms came equipped with bath products which was a plus. The location of the condo in the Nihilani development was perfect. Just steps away from the pool but we could not hear any pool noise from our condo. I think the best part was the the excellent communication from the owner. She answered all my questions before our stay and during our stay in a timely manner. She really put my mind at ease. She even gave us some great information on activities in the island.
We are already planning next year’s visit and hope to reserve Nihilani 12c once again. Mahalo Dhivya.

We were lucky enough to stay at this property in mid-October and it was the best stay we’ve ever had! The place was immaculately clean and luxuriously furnished. None of us wanted to ever leave! The beach gear was very helpful and we really enjoyed time sitting on the lanais. The beds were very firm and comfortable and the bathrooms were in excellent condition. The host was so phenomenal- very responsive, caring, thorough and helpful. We enthusiastically recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel spoiled. We had an amazing time in Princeville thanks to our gracious hosts! This is a beautiful condo with plenty of space and bright and cheery accommodations. Perfect for traveling families with little ones and kids or small family gatherings. The host was super responsive to questions we had about the area in advance and while we were on the island. The pool was right across the street from the condo and with all the amenities including jacuzzi, waterfall and bbqs. We had never stayed at a condo while on the island and this one exceeded our expectations. Thank you again for hosting us! We can’t wait to return to the Garden Island someday! Mahalo!

Our stay in Princeville was just perfect for our family! Dhivya's home was large, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The area was definitely baby-friendly, as we were traveling with an infant, and their home had all the amenities that we needed.
The pool needed repairs during our stay, so we were unfortunately not able to use it. However, Dhivya had prompt responses as she followed up with the pool updates and she quickly offered alternatives for activities we could partake in. Despite the little hiccup, our stay was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We would give our stay here above 5 stars if we could - the condo is really nice snd furnished with all that you could ever need. The neighborhood itself has a resort feel, and the pool and hot tub are great. Ideal location to all Kauai activities. Dhivya and family are very gracious as well.

This property is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! It has everything that me and my family could need and want! Top of the line cookware, linens, even bath products. We stayed for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and they were delighted. We used the pool and the BBQs, everything was seamless from check in to check out. The complex is beautiful and the hosts have done such a lovely job that we never wanted to leave! The home has clear and precise directions for everything from the espresso maker to the tv remotes. Even the garage is spotless! They were so helpful with things to do and see from farmers markets to beaches to sunsets. You really can’t beat this place, the only problem is you will want to move right in, forever. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and CAN’T WAIT TO BE BACK:)

This property was incredible. The owners have taken great care to keep everything clean and organized, and it was a pleasure to stay here. The pool is close-by and convenient, but there's never any noise we can hear from the house, and my children loved playing there. The house is within walking distance of several little coastal hikes including Queens Bath, and we loved Lapperts ice cream shop. Everything was gorgeous and relaxing, and it was a much-needed vacation for us. Thank you.
