Princeville is a great location for walks around the golf course. We had access to the pool, the tenant allowed us to use beach towels, snorkeling gear, sun umbrella and boogie boards. unit is very clean and provided all the essentials, no laundry machines nearby however.

Well appointed small condo to enjoy for a few nights. Very comfortable bed with large fan overhead. Lanai is square with comfy chairs for relaxing & small table for dining - like a family room outside. Kitchen area has all you need for breakfast or lunch, fridge is large for a studio place. Heard some noise by neighbors tho not very late. Pool & hot tub pretty nice, close by

We have been coming to Kauai regularly over the last 15 years and spend a few days on both north and south shores since they are so different. This is the first time staying at Sandpiper. We were staying on island 3 weeks this time and wanted to stay more budget friendly and this place fit the bill I am giving it 4 stars based on the level of place it is not on the effort of the host. The place was very clean, had nice furniture and the A/C was definitely a plus. I would have appreciated more than a half role of toilet paper for 4 days, maybe some tools for the grill, and the kitchen could use some more equipment. Another suggestion on improvement would be more than two towels for two people. I know there were 4 turkish towels but we had to choose whether to use them for the beach or shower. When a person is coming to the island for such an expensive vacation, the last thing they want to worry about is toilet paper, washing towels and doing the laundry for the towels and bedding before you leave.

We were looking for a quiet getaway from Midwest cold and were very satisfied. The unit has a handsomely landscaped lanai providing some privacy and is very close to the pool. With the window vents open and the fans on the climate was always comfortable. I cooked at least once a day and the kitchen appliances and cookware was fine for my needs. The bed was very comfortable and we had no challenges sleeping. Princeville center was about a 20 minute walk away and like 5 for driving. Hanalei is less than 10 minutes away for great evening dining or a day at the beach. Possibly the prettiest beach I've ever seen and never crowded. Beach chairs and an umbrella are in the closets. We borrowed the cooler as well to have nice picnics at beach and elsewhere on our sightseeing adventures. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and the availability of a French press and great Hawaiian coffee made every morning on the lanai a treat. Overall the experience was everything we wanted and look forward to a return.

This condo at Sandpiper Village was fabulous…exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated with quality furnishings, and Erik was an amazing host…always accessible and fast reacting to any message. The location is ideal for a short walk into Princeville for groceries, ice cream and even live music. We traveled by car all the way around to the western side of Kauai and found that the best location for our stay was right where we started out from. We stayed three nights at Kimberlee’s cute studio. There was designated parking, pool towels and beach chairs… all things one would need for a relaxing vacation! The lanai was perfect for working in the morning and reading at night! There was enough kitchen utensils that we did not have to buy anything. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking around !

Kimberlee was a great host and her studio was a perfect stay for my partner and me. The communication and check in was all easy. A dedicated parking spot was great. The studio has everything you need for your stay. Kimberlee also had beach equipment for use which was very handy. The studio was comfortable and more than enough space for two people, with a nice balcony. There are plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. We were there in January so the weather in northern Kauai was kind of chilly, and the beaches aren't super swimmable in this area at that time of year apparently. If you are doing things in southern Kauai it may be a long drive (1-1.5 hours), just something to keep in mind. It's very close to Na'apali Coast park though. We'd definitely stay at Kimberlee's again if we wanted to go back to Princeville.

We had a wonderful vacation staying in your condo. We loved that it is only a 10 minute drive down to Hanalei and would drive down to walk the beach every morning. Princeville is a great community for walking. If we needed something from the grocery store we would walk the mile to pick it up. Walks in paradise is wonderful. Our rental car was a Tesla. Mike very kindly arranged for us to charge the car overnight at a condo that was close to the parking lot. We circumnavigated the whole island several times and always had plenty of power. Thanks Mike.

Kimberlee was wonderful, she was very attentive to our needs. We were there on our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more perfect..The bed was soooo comfortable , cottage was very clean, it was great having a parking place, we got a chance to use the ocean toys and snorkel gear provided. We really enjoyed having coffee in the morning and a nice drink at sunset out on the lanai.The beaches on the North shore are wonderful and very relaxing. And there was plenty of supplies. The room was comfortable for our short stay on Kauai. The bed was comfortable and the host provided items for the mini-kitchen, books, extra towels and fans for our stay. Although there isn't AC, in December, the air gets cool enough that we were comfortable. The location was close to the golf course and on the edge of it had a sidewalk walking path and was great for a morning or afternoon walk. The room is near places to eat and explore. We did have an issue with the code when we arrived, but I was able to contact the host and she settled it immediately. In fact, the 2 times I called, she was readily available. We look forward to visiting Kauai again and hopefully get another one of her rentals.

Kimberlee's place was very tastefully arranged and organised, with plenty of little attentions. The space was large for a one bedroom, and we found most of the comfort we were looking for. She was very easy to communicate with and the check-in and out processes were very easy.The only watchout we'd advise to keep in mind is that the construction, as is pretty common in Kauai, includes venitian blinds as walls to let the air in (when opened). This means the sound insulation isn't ideal (to no fault of the owner, it's just the architecture of the area), and since you're staying near a small road, you're likely to want to use earplugs at night if you're sensitive to noise in the evenings/early mornings. We did ok, and again it's a fairly standard construction standard on the island, so you're likely to find this in most places you rent. But better be a little prepared!
