In an older condo development, the unit is well-maintained and very clean. The parking space is within about ten feet of the front door, very convenient for us old tired folk! All the conveniences of home and a very comfortable firm bed.
We had one plumbing problem and the personable owner showed up with the plumber and the whole thing was fixed within about an hour. Very impressive service.

Had a wonderful stay for our first time visit to Kauai. This was a great location as a starting point for all the areas we visited across the island. Considering that it was early September, the breezes/air flow proved that only fans were required. Woke up every morning snuggled under the blanket since it was chill in the room.

We loved our stay here in Princeville, the location was great on the north shore where you could quickly get to many POIs nearby. The apartment was very clean and much larger than it looked on the photos. Having laundry in the unit was a HUGE bonus, plus the parking spot right outside the front door made things very convenient. Would recommend!

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and had breakfast every morning out on the private patio. Wake up in the morning to beautiful birds singing. Bed was comfortable. Only negative was when a kid moved in upstairs and I could hear the pounding of their footsteps.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was just what we wanted and somehow you couldn’t hear/see any chickens in the property like the rest of the island. The pool/hot tub was great. We took off one star because some dishes weren’t clean and this made us feel we should wash them all before using them just to be sure.

Clean and basic one bedroom condo in Princeville. Close to shops, Hanelei bay. The noise level both from next door condo, separated by a door, and from the outside was a bit excessive. Condo could do with some basic improvements, to kick it up a notch.

Similar to many properties in this area, this unit is pretty dated and there are a few minor maintenance issues. But the location is great and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and unfailingly pleasant.

pros: Nice area with proximity to north shore things to do, nice community hot tub and pool, decent bed.
cons: Walls aren't sound proof at all. You can hear above and next to you. We could hear everything the people in the next condo over were saying, as if they were in our same room.

Super sweet condo in a nice location. We had an event to prepare for and needed to check in early, if possible, and Janet made that happen. She also dealt with a minor incident promptly and effectively with an appliance that broke. We enjoyed our stay and this will definitely be the trip we will remember fondly and this rental was part of that.

Very nice place with tropical decor. Nice location near the neighborhood walking path. Simple directions to get in. I got a little confused about the bedroom fan since it was unplugged, but did figure it out. It was definitely needed to stay cool.

Space is really nice and cozy, simple no fuss. Great place to end your night after exploring the island. Close to Hanalei and a couple other good food gems. No AC if that’s important - we were totally fine 2 of the three nights but had an extra warm night but we’re still just fine. The washer and drier is nice if you packed light :)

Janet's condo was the perfect place for us to enjoy our vacation. Janet was very quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. She even called to let us know there was a cancellation if we wanted to extend our stay before listing again.The condo was very clean and spacious and looked exactly as pictured online. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The location was great for all of the things we wanted to do on the North shore. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Kauai.

If you plan to stay on the North Shore, the condo is situated in a convenient location to visit popular spots: Hanalei, Queens Bath, and Haena State Park, are all really close. The grocery store is also a short drive for any last-minute food shopping.
We checked in during the night and it was a breeze with a reserved parking spot literally right in front of the condo. Do note that the complex houses many families (and cats), so it is a little more low key which was perfect for us. We found ourselves out and about anyway, so it's nice knowing you can come back somewhere comfortable after a long day. The condo does have louvered windows so you might get a bit of noise from the rain, roosters, or any chatter nearby, but the added breeze makes up for it.
Janet is also quick to respond in case any questions come up during the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in staying Kauai!

The location is perfect to walk to queen’s bath.
If you wanted to walk to the grocery store, it would take 25 mins.
If you don’t have a rental, 25 mins to the bus stop.
Hotels near by are more expensive so why not stay in Sandpiper instead :)

The description matches with the pictures shown, the apartment has all the basic stuff you will need for your trip.
Princeville offers an excellent location to visit the island, very close to Hanalei bay and Kalalau trail, also a few blocks from the main island highway.

The owner is lovely and allowed us a late check-out which we really appreciated.
The condo is tired but clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed ncluding a laundry machine and dryer. The pool was great and a beautiful gf course community to walk around! Parking right in front of the condo which made life easy, and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella.
It was a good location with a grocery store, dining options nearby and access to all parts of the island which is truly paradise! Hiked part of the Napali Trail and enjoyed the beach in the park. Also hiked in Waimea Canyon and other spots. So beautiful. Lots to see and do on Kauai.
