Great place, well stocked and beautiful view. It was clean and worked well for our family. Nice to be able to walk to Hideaway beach and have Hanalei a short drive away. The only thing we would change is having AC in the whole unit, not just the downstairs, got a bit warm at night upstairs, even with everything open and a breeze coming through.

We had a wonderful stay here in Princeville. There were a few bumps at the start of our trip, but the host was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated.The views from the lanai are absolutely breathtaking, you could sit out there all day. The main bedroom was very comfortable, and the house was stocked with plenty of towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, which made beach days so easy. The location is excellent, walkable to the new 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay and perfect for watching incredible sunsets across the street at Hideaways Beach.There is no AC, but with the many fans provided, it wasn’t an issue at all for us.Overall, a beautiful home in a fantastic location. We’re grateful for the host’s care and attentiveness.

An absolutely stunning villa with a beautiful view from every window. No a/c but still felt great with the breeze through the windows. Very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy and had all the basic amenities you need. Would love to stay here again!

Great location in Princeville! Beautiful views of the lush green mountains from the balconies! We also enjoyed watching golf players attempting their par 3 on the nearby golf course. Walking distance to Hideaways beach and 1 Hotel for fancier dinners. Kitchen is fully equipped. Quick 5 minute drive to Foodland grocery store and 10 min drive to Hanalei Bay town with plenty of dining and shopping options. Rooms were perfect and the washer and dryer were very handy. An AC would have been the cherry on top but the fans made it manageable on warmer nights. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! Location was perfect , walking distance to two of our favorite beaches for swimming , snorkeling, and amazing sunsets. Our villa was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen , towels, small cooler, beach chairs and more. Check in was simple and our hosts kept us up to date and were easy to contact with questions. We love staying in Princeville and this villa has been our favorite. Bedrooms are comfortable offering plenty of the cool ocean breeze in the evening. The views are amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

Our family had a wonderful time here! My husband sailed (solo Transpacific race) from San Francisco Bay to Hanalei Bay, and our family made a vacation out of it: our 2 adult daughters and their boyfriends. We not only had an amazing time, but this place was PERFECT! Privacy; incredible views of the lushness & greenery as well as partial view of Hanalei Bay, and across from the ocean viewpoint. Napali properties were wonderful to deal with; by far the best experience on any of the islands. 2 balconies, really nice upgrades throughout, and listening to the birds and roosters - we all loved. Nearby awesome snorkeling spots. We will definitely return!

Great location. Walkable to several things. Certainly warm when it rains and the humidity is high (no a/c) but fine as soon as it stops raining. I know having snorkel gear is just a bonus, but was very disappointed when we hiked to tunnels beach and only realized once we were there that the snorkel gear was defective. Beach chairs and umbrella were great!

Perfect location. Very clean and had everything a family could need. Enjoyed the early mornings having coffee and watching the birds. And the evenings strolling along the front and watching the sunset. There was amble beach supplies and hiking gear. Close to the beach about 5 min walk one had a lot of steps but was paved. Parking was easy but had a few people that would park in the location when it was sunset time, they did move when we asked. Would highly recommend this location it’s perfect.

This is our second time staying at this location. We stayed here for two unforgettable weeks—and honestly, we could have stayed forever. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, with fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and breathtaking views in every direction. Beaches are just a short walk away, and we loved starting and ending our days with birds, rainbow-filled skies, and a stunning waterfall view right from the lanai. Due to late booking, we used three locations for our vacation which actually worked perfectly as we focused our outings by area. This location in North Shore was by far our favorite. The highlights were right across from the most amazing sunset, while the other side of the house had complete opening into the views of the mountains, which came with rainbows and numerous birds. Absolutely perfectly clean, everything worked very well, we even got to use the grill on one of the nights on the balcony, which was very convenient and homey. Also best of all, we were able to walk to the best snorkeling beach on Kauai in our opinion which was Hideaways beach. Also a lovely walk to the 1 Hanalei hotel and its restaurant as well as lovely views into the Hanalei Bay. Look forward to going back. PS the washer/dryer were perfect for the Red dirt there :)

This condo has everything you need. The location is perfect as it is just steps away from Hideaway beach. The cool breeze helps keep the condo cool. Our best memories were sitting on the lanai and enjoying the beautiful views and chirping birds. This home was exactly as advertised. It had the most beautiful views of both the mountains and the ocean from the patio. We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning and the location was perfect, it was close to all essentials like grocery and dining (we LOVED Hanalei) and yet it felt quiet and away from the huge resort crowds. The house itself was perfect, so spacious, clean and had everything and MORE (like umbrellas for the bursts of rain, towels, and snorkel gear, coolers, ice packs). Would absolutely recommend!
