Stayed here with my 4 adult children and we had the most incredible week. House is convenient to great places to see on north shore. Was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and towels. The view from balconies is beyond explanation. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Well appointed condo with stunning views. Walk to the beach. Kitchen well supplied. A few items broken and host jumped on it right away, great communication with host. Great location for the North Shore. Loved this place, can’t wait to return.

This villa is the best view on the island and made for an incredible week long stay. So many beach items are provided for all ages so you don’t have to haul it from home: beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, snorkel gear for adults and kids, beach towels and even a cooler. There’s even extra sleep mats if needed. We had some rainy days but just looking out the windows and being in the balmy breeze in the villa felt like a paradise. I hope to be back.

This property is a fabulous spot to enjoy the North Shore of Kuaui. The villa has beautiful views of the mountains and easy access to the beaches, Princeville, the lighthouse, and Hanalei Bay. The villa was clean and comfortable and perfectly spacious for our family of 5. We loved our stay here and plan to come back again soon as soon as possible!

We had a great time on our visit to Kauai. This villa was great. The views don’t even feel real and pictures just don’t do it justice. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkel gear. Leave yours at home! The property managers were quick to respond throughout our entire process of booking and during our stay. The beds are comfy and the temps (even without AC) are perfect because of the constant Kauai breezes. This is the second time we’ve stayed in the villas and would never choose another location. Princeville is close to many great beaches, our favorites being Tunnels, Anini, and Kalihiwai. Hanalei Bay and town is a short drive away. Don’t think twice - stay here!!!

Upon arriving to this beautiful location with stunning views, the unit was gorgeous and we enjoyed the stay. We were disappointed to learn upon arrival there was no air conditioning unit, this was quite apparent because it was rather warm in Princeville. Our suggestion would be to include this in the description. We also were disappointed when we contacted the property manager with a question and we did not receive a response. Fortunately the question was not an urgent matter, we do suggest better contact information would be provide in case there is an urgent issue the tenant needs assistant with All in all it was an enjoyable trip and stay. The condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular.

We pretty much ate all our meals outside on the balcony looking at the views and enjoying the breeze.
The house comes with all you need for snorkling including masks and fins.

This vila has better view than picture. Property is very clean and very well stocked kitchen. The only drawback is the construction noise close by early in the morning around 7 am. Sometimes it was earlier. Other than that, beautiful stay.

Clean and spacious property, a short distance from a beach. The nearby Hideaways beach is excellent, but make sure you're in a decent shape if you want to go down there often. The path is very steep. Hotel beach is also nearby and is more approachable, but is shallow, would not recommend. We went to the Hideaways beach almost every day though.
A great view of sunset is just a short walk away. Mountains are right outside the window. Balcony gets windy, but this also allows the wind to cool the house down. We never felt like we're overheating.
Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Gorgeous location! If you are going to be visiting the island of Kauai, I highly recommend staying at this location. Not only is it close to the beach, it has stunning views, and ample space for a family to stay. I couldn’t be more pleased with this rental.

The Villa was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The views of the mountains are gorgeous and can be viewed from different parts throughout Villa. I enjoyed having the windows open at all times when we were there. Noise was never an issue. We wanted to stay on the north part of the island for the first part of our Kauai trip and Hanalei Bay Villas was a great, centralized location. Sunset views and beaches are only a few minutes walk. I highly recommend and would rent again if we return to Kauai.

Hi was a great stay, the house was in clean status and comfortable. Location was great, however, I would like to point out that it's not a simple walk to the beach.
Due to the hotel construction, the walk to Pao Pao beach is around the hotel and quite a bit of stairs. It's not hard, but it isn't as easy as a half a mile walk to the beach. The other beach, hideaway, is closer but to access it, you have to go downhills holding onto a rope. Again, not hard but my older parents weren't able to join there.
There is no AC but they provided plenty of fans. The kitchen was stocked. They had all the beach toys one may need. Great communication.

This was a very nice place to stay. Our group was 5 adults (2 couples, one single), and the condo was big enough for us. Spent a lot of nice time on the deck chatting and enjoying the great view. We mostly ate in and the kitchen utensils were excellent. Highly recommend this property for anyone considering a peaceful stay in Princeville.

We had a really nice time having family time with husband and two kids. The North Shore is just so beautiful. We had some nice weather but even when it was raining, we didn’t mind so much. The house was just perfect size for us and we made use of the kitchen making breakfasts and Christmas dinner. The only complaint I have is that the exact description of the property is misleading. I was expecting a view of the Hanalei River , instead it was just a view of the golf course pond. There’s a small glimpse of the ocean as well and there really isn’t a close access to a swimming beach. On the description, it mentions about a swimming beach at St Regis 1/4 mile away. First, St Regis is under construction , it’s more than a quarter mile away to the actual beach and get ready to climb some steep stairs.

We've been coming to Kauai for years and have stayed at other units in this community but this unit is now our favorite and we've already re-booked for next year :) The view from the balcony really sets this unit apart from the others. Morning coffee is made magical while looking out at Hanalei Bay and listening to all the birds. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, had more towels and linens than we could ever need and everything did a day at the beach. Communication was excellent and no issues came up during our stay. Perfect in every way!

Hanalei Bay Villas #17 was a wonderful condo and we enjoyed everything about the place. This condo was in a gorgeous location with great views of the golf course backed by mountains. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and even some spices. There were also beach chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and even a surf board available to use. It was in a great location, with a short drive to Hanalei and some great beaches in walking distance.

This unit is especially nice as it is a stand alone villa, not a condo or hotel, so privacy is really enhanced. The view of the golf course and surrounding green space attracted all kinds of beautiful birds. The place was super clean and the kitchen had everything needed to cook with. Loved it!
