We had an amazing stay. Family of 5 (3 adult aged kids) and one boyfriend. The condo is amazing and has everything you need. Kitchen stocked and the condo has everything you need for the beach: towels/cooler/chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards/snorkel equipment. Great location in Princeville. right near the community pool and short drive to Hanalei. Can even walk to Queen's Bath. 100% would rent here again!

We had a wonderful time here. It was perfect for our family of four adults and two kids. Everyone had their own room and plenty of space. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Could use better pillows though. The kids loved the PlayStation and the pool. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie boards. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. We also enjoyed staying in Princeville. It was very close to Hideaways Beach and Hanalei. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This house was in great condition when we arrived. It’s is listed as 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, however there is an additional “room” with a 4th bed (great for a child). It was so roomy and accommodated all out needs. We traveled with ages 5-60 and we were all pleased. All the ‘extras’ provided were so helpful (multiple boogie boards, surf board, beach chairs, beach toys, numerous towels, more than enough kitchen supplies, ice chests, etc.)
The neighborhood was beautiful and a nice area to get a morning run or walk in.
The pool is very well maintained and we spent many hours there and the hot tub with the 5 year old as well (that was her favorite place to be).
I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting and looking to stay in Princeville.

We had an excellent experience staying at this property. We were impressed by how large and roomy the facility was. The pictures didn't do it justice ;). It is larger than we thought it would be.
The facility is very clean and well organized. It took us some time to find all the cleaning resources (broom, wash rags, etc.). We enjoyed the short walk to the pool and the facilities at the property.

We were overjoyed with our stay at Eddie's Hula Hut. The condo is pristine and beautifully decorated down to the last detail helping to make you feel that you are away from it all in paradise. The pool is amazing and the jacuzzi is the best we have ever used. Close to the market and beautiful path for walks. We appreciated the bikes! Golf course is scenic with beautiful walking path just a street away. Safe and wonderful for children. Doreen was always available to answer any questions. Aloha we loved it!!

Loved our month stay at this beautiful townhome. Traveling with two young children (3 yr old and 8 mo old) isn't easy but this VRBO had all of the baby things we needed like pack n play, high chair, booster seat, baby gates, sand toys, baby pool float, etc. The house is bigger than the pictures make it seem! Perfect location with close proximity to the pool and a quick walk to views of the gorgeous mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook (bring your own kids utensils, cups). The host and property manager were very friendly and communicative. I have nothing bad to say! Loved our time here.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as our home away from home. The house was fantastic! Plenty of room for 5 adults. Plenty of amenities and had everything you would need for a meal at home or a day at the beach.

Perfect property for our family of 5: modern, great layout, spacious and clean, had everything we needed and more! Appreciated the boogie boards, beach towels, snorkel sets, etc. and the pool with hot tub nearby. Nice and quiet especially with bedrooms on the 2nd floor and no one above or below which is not always the case with vacation condos. Princeville is a beautiful and charming neighborhood; we had amazing weather everyday and we were in awe of the natural beauty! Would most definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay in this community because it is in the middle of Princeville, nice and quiet. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, which was good since we ate most meals at home. The microwave is a little funky but we finally figured it out. The island configuration with the table was handy, we had another family for group meals frequently.
The proportions of the condo were really good for our family of five full-size people. The nook room functioned fine for our 17-year old son. The living room furniture was not really large enough to have all five of us watch TV, and was a little on the uncomfortable side because of the thin cushions. The TVs were great in each room, but we didn’t use them much.
I mention these items for accuracy, but want to emphasize that we were overall very happy with our stay, and would certainly recommend this for families. There was plenty of beach gear if needed (we brought our own), including umbrellas, folding chairs, standup paddle boards, surfboards, etc. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice.

We LOVED our stay! We have been to the island a few times, but this was the best place we stayed! They provided everything we needed for a day at the beach with our family, the proximity to the pool was awesome (and the local families we met at the pool were so friendly), it was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved Eddie’s Hula Hut. It was great for our baby so we didn’t have to rent bigger supplies like a high chair and pack and play. Great location to Hanalei Bay. The pool area is a huge plus, again, especially for infants/small kids since there is a shallow covered pool area. There were some inconveniences - the slider was broken and it required two trips to manage it (they came the first time without any tools to fix), the small fans were broken, we only got one roll of paper towels for the week. Certainly not deal breakers, just inconveniences.

Our stay at Eddie’s hut was one to remember. Easy check in and out, very clean and well equipped unit. Everything you needed was there. There was a lot of space for the 5 of us.
Getting to the beaches was not that easy.. a lot of driving and hiking involved. We had grandma with us so it was a little difficult. Hana lei Bay was the easiest, but hideaway and Tunnels were the best for snorkeling. We explored the entire North and really enjoyed it. Of course there is more rain then the south.
We found the best food at calypso in hanalei. Beware.. a lot of things are closed on Saturday.
The condo was in a beautiful area. I would highly recommend for a family.

We had to postpone our Christmas family vacation two days before leaving due to Covid. Doreen was gracious and allowed us to move our reservation to May.
Eddie’s Hula Hut has everything you need (and more) for your vacation. We had a mobile infant and there was even a baby gate for the stairs!
The condo is lovely and tastefully decorated. It is exactly as advertised.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The condo is a fantastic layout with bedrooms upstairs and common room downstairs, so early birds and night owls have there own Space without disturbing others sleeping. Very well kept, 2 story condo in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Princeville is lush and vibrant with tropical plants. The chickens are a bit a nuisance, but hey, you get used to it. The windows and sliding glass doors of the condo are fairly new and kept most of the noise out.

This trip was amazing. The house has everything for the beach! Too much to use in one day. Chairs, toys, surf board, boogie boards, umbrellas, snorkels. Goggles are a bit scratched but usable. If you’re a snorkeling fan might want your own stuff. The house was super clean, not cluttered. There is stuff for babies and plenty of dishes. Some people leave extra stuff so I recommend stopping by before going to the store. Close to everything. Amazing pool amazing views! Could not have been happier. We will be back

This property does not disappoint. The place was beautiful clean had every amenity we needed. We had enough space for four teenagers. Our kids especially loves the access to surfboards and the boogie boards. We spent long days at Hanalei Bay. And enjoyed soaks in the hot tub afterwards. The outdoor lanai’s were beautiful and a perfect place to have coffee in the morning. All of the neighbors and community were so very friendly and welcoming.This was a dream vacation. We had a great stay at this condo. The kitchen is very well equipped. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and one baby, and having the baby equipment there was very convenient. It was a great location for walking the Princeville paths and for the Makai Golf Course. The pool and hot tub were very nice amenities and we enjoyed our time there very much. The property is very close to the pool, but also very quiet. It was also nice to have the BBQ area close to the condo. This place was great! It was clean, good area, near a golf course (if you like that sort of thing). It had plenty of towels, great organization.
If you are going to stay awhile, you’ll need your own laundry soap jug as they provide a couple complimentary packets for 2 washes.
We had some questions and the owner graciously responded. They do take longer to respond than some since they are on the mainland. There is someone nearby that can be reached in emergencies, but we never had one.
We recommend this place. Would stay here again. Just a heads up, this is not near most of the touristy places that you find online and driving to most will average 45 min- 1 hour.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Doreen checked in on us and was easy to reach via email. The condo is lovely. I especially enjoyed the deck off of the master bedroom for morning coffee. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking. Although only 4 of us, this condo could easily accommodate 7 adults. We also appreciated the helpful binder for house tips and local to-dos. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The condo was lovely and perfectly located for getting to the best snorkeling on the north side of Kauai. There were two glitches: we were not given the unit number before we arrived and so struggled to find the condo at 10pm at night. Also, the AC broke on the second day and was not fixable for the duration of our stay. The owner was very responsive on both issues. We would love to return someday!

This was out first vacation since the start of COVID. Checkin was seamless and owner was always responsive and suggested many helpful hints on planning. The property worked well for our family of 5 adults - had everything we needed for the house - all appliances, house supplies for kitchen, laundry and cleaning. Lots of space for all of us separately and together. The house was fully loaded with beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels, mats, boogie boards. Wish we had a larger car that could have hauled the paddle boards - next time.
This was our first time in the Princeville area - despite being out of the way from the main areas of the island and the access restrictions to Hanalei due to the road repair - it is very picturesque and the neighbourhood is great for walks and bike rides and SUNSETS - would definitely stay here again.

The absolute best 2 weeks! Selfishly I would love to keep this hidden gem to myself :) .. We had the best time at Eddie's Hula Hut - it was perfect for the family, great location, walk to the sunset nightly (we voted best sunsets on Kauai are in Princeville), close to Costco and our favorite beach Anini! I never did see the pool, my kids enjoyed the jacuzzi - I never made it out there before 9am (wish they would keep pool area open til 10pm) not just for pool, but grill too. Can't wait to stay here again! Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Situated in Princeville the Nialani Condo development is one of the nicest in the area. The location of the unit is excellent, very close to the pool and BBQ area, which makes it much easier when it’s grill time. We stayed with our two adult children and their wife and girlfriend and found the layout perfect for six adults. Close to Hanelai and Annini beaches which were our favorites as well as many excellent restaurants. The beach amenities provided were well used (chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella etc) The pool iarea is beautiful and the hot tub is VERY clean. The garage fit two cars but it’s a little tricky to back into due to a tight angle and shared driveway with two other condos. You can’t park outside so you must get your car or cars inside every time. Overall we’d highly recommend this condo!

Six of us stayed here over New Years, myself and my bride, kids 17 and 15, and my wife's parents, two active 68 year olds. Everyone agreed that this was the nicest condo we have rented during any of our Hawaii vacations. So big and beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Beds are so comfy, the master bathroom is bigger than my first house, and fixtures and finishes are like new - especially the kitchen - which is stunning.
Having a garage is nice too, as the rental car was never super hot when we needed to go somewhere. The owners have provided everything you could need, as many other renters have mentioned. Someone used the bikes almost daily, and we used the beach chairs, coolers, and boogie boards every day. The owners have also taken the time and caring to put together a fully detailed information binder at the condo, with a ton of good ideas for things to do and places to eat, farmers markets, beaches, golf course info (you get a discount as a Nihilani renter), excursions, list of grocery stores and maps, etc etc. - this was very nice to have! There is A/C, but we did not need it once during our stay, with all the windows that can be opened, the many fans, and the cool breezes. We all did a lot of walking while there, as the location is perfect to access the many areas around the golf course and hotels. We found we went down to Hanalei a lot for dinners – Hanalei Gourmet and Kalypso were highlights for the adults, and the kids voted Chicken in a Barrels’ burgers best on the island!
We met Michele, the property manager, as she came to deliver some brand new frying pans one day and check how everything was for us. She and her son (Ryan?) look after the property very nicely; it is beautifully kept and the pool and garbage areas well maintained.
Communication with Doreen was super fast, both during booking and upon arrival. I highly recommend this property!

Everything you need is at this lovely beautifully decorated condo!! Boogie boards, 2 surf boards, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, swim shoes and more. Our grandchildren loved the 2 bikes that were here and rode them around the complex at every chance they had. Even though the pool was steps away from this condo, they had to ride the bikes down the street first before heading to the pool!! This is a 3 bedroom plus a den that has a twin bed - all beds were super comfy with great quality bedding. Bathroom towels were thick and absorbent. The kitchen is well equipped with just about everything that you would need. The only thing that we were looking for and didn't find was a crock pot. Beaches were close as well as a grocery store and other little stores. The owners were awesome to deal with - very prompt in replying to our emails. This was a fantastic place to stay!!!!! We loved it here!!!

Beyond happy with this place!! It is not only beautifully decorated but has every amenity you could ever want. The cupboards were well stocked with dishes/pans/etc and there were plenty of towels. The beds were super comfortable and lots of extra linens and pillows/blankets. We LOVED the bikes, we rode them around Princeville every night! People have left lots of sunscreen so no need to pack any! We also loved all the beach accessories!! snorkels ,masks, swim shoes, umbrella, chairs, fins...! The condo is steps away from the beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. We BBQ'd there a few times, large area with a lot of room to spread out. All in all, we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 5 years, we return to beautiful Kauai. Staying in Eddie's hula hut made our trip that much enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the housewares needs. The living quarters were roomy and decorated so inviting. We especially love the pool and BBQ areas. And, the location, was perfect. Afternoon walks to St Regis to watch the sunsets or walks to Princeville for am coffee. Just perfect. We will be back!

This condo home was a perfect stay in Princeville. It's pretty much a home away from home. I can't really think of anything that needs to be added to make it more comfortable for a vacation stay. Super well stocked of items that are not easy to travel with (coolers, beach chairs, boogie board, beach toys, snorkel gear, soft top surf boards, beach towels, etc.) The kitchen was fully well stocked as well including spices, sandwich baggies, foil, coffee filters). The AC was an added plus as even in March it would get a bit toasty. I would highly recommend this condo and stay here again. I also liked that you can walk right across the street to the pool area which was very nice and clean as well. My family would typically go to the beach in the morning and go to the pool and hot-tub in the late afternoons. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My family and I looooved our stay at Eddie's Hula Hut!!!! The condo is beautiful, very spacious, we had fun cooking family meals in the well appointed spacious kitchen and the dining table was perfect for our family of 6. The Jack and Jill bathrooms are adorable and we found the owners Doreen and Brian extremely sweet, very responsive and fabulous to rent from! We actually had other accomodations when we arrived in Kauai, but we're oh so glad we found this one! The rental manager lived just a couple condos away and she was such a doll - made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was so clean, convenient, and we highly recommend the supermarket closeby. Kinda like Whole Foods but much more unique nad "boutiquey" - fresh cheeses, breads, and produce. We'll definitely be back!
