We had a wonderful stay in this condo and were so glad we decided on Princeville as our home base. The condo had everything we needed, boogie boards for all of us, snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels but most important it was quiet and peaceful. The location on the golf course is beautiful and there are so many amazing beaches within a 10 to 30 minute drive. Our favorites were Secret Beach, Tunnels and Kealia Beach for boogie boarding. We went to Poipu area for a day but found it way too crowded. We loved having Foodland nearby (you can get a visitor pass for the discounts). Access to the pool was convenient and the beds were comfortable. Also, the town of Hanelei is not to be missed. We loved our stay and highly recommend this accommodation!

The property is in a small quiet community on the golf course. The morning views on the lanai with the sunrise and a cup of coffee were the perfect way to start the day. The condo was quite spacious for our family of 5. I loved how we had most of the amenities of home in the kitchen!

I stayed at this condo with my husband and 2 kids, aged 6 and 9 for seven nights. It had everything we needed and more. The fins and snorkels and colorful beach towels were a bonus! As were the multiple coolers and beach chairs. The condo is super comfortable, it's honestly nicer in person than the pictures even show. The location is desirable as well, with walking attractions like Hideaways Beach and Queens Bath. Being close to the grocery store made the week super easy. Highly recommend.

Y’all! The reviews do not lie! This condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was so clean, spacious, decorated beautifully and had ALL we needed and more. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and snorkel gear to use. The location is incredible - so close to all the great beaches and the beauty of the north shore is unbeatable. Hideaway Beach was our favorite! We loved the close proximity to the town of Hanalei as well. The owners messaged us during our stay to check in which was very nice. You will love it!

Our family of six (my husband and I plus our three teens and my mother) had a wonderful stay at 422! The condo was spacious and clean and had plenty of room for all of us, including comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The grounds of the condo community were lovely and peaceful, and we had fun picking different spots to walk to every day for sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice. Beautiful views of the grounds and golf course exactly as their pictures show. Condo was nicely updated. Bathroom floor tiles could use an update, but overall, very nice condo. It's right across from the pool which was really nice for afternoon dips in the hot tub. Met a lot of nice people at the pool during our 10 day stay. Lots of walking paths surround the property. Just a short 5 min walk at most to the point of the golf course to watch beautiful sunsets! Also, maybe a 10 minute walk down the road to Hideaway Beach. It's a small but nicely secluded beach. Our favorite was Anini Beach (about 5 miles from condo in total). Snorkeled there and saw some different fish and quite a few sea turtles. There were beach chairs and coolers provided in the condo which came in very handy. We wished for a beach umbrella as the sun got pretty intense at times on the beaches that didn't have much in the way of shade available. There was a Food Land grocery store (about a two mile drive) and they had pretty much anything you might need food/drink-wise. We cooked breakfast and most dinners at the condo and ate lunches while we were out and about exploring. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and very friendly. We recommend this condo and would stay here again on our next visit!

We loved this property. The condo was in a great location in gorgeous Princeville. It was very spacious, nicely decorated, and immaculate. The beds were very comfy which is always a plus. The area was very quiet especially at night which is very important to me. Marla and Tyler were extremely responsive and attentive to any inquiry I had. They reached out every step of the way prior to the trip and during our stay to make sure everything was acceptable. Located in the Princeville area of Kaua'i this unit is spacious, comes with good beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, beach towels, coolers), well stocked kitchen and has air conditioning. There are a number of oils, condiments and spices left behind by previous occupants. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
One nit - the TV in the main bedroom didn't work well (lagged a lot).

I love the layout of this condo. It had everything we needed. Super organized and clean. Clear instructions. Super quiet. Comfy beds, hot showers, stocked kitchen, all beach equipment is nice and so useful. Parking was always open and close. Highly recommend this place.

I came with friends for my 30th birthday trip. It was amazing to be up on a bluff with beautiful views of the ocean, and also only a 7 minute walk to the coolest little beach, Hideaways. There’s a steep trail down, but it has shade from a huge avocado tree, a gorgeous polished black wall on one side, and turtles everywhere. One evening we saw as many as 10 turtles as soon as we got in the water with our snorkels. Its not a crowded beach, even in the summer.
As for the house, it is stylish, clean, modern and has a great floor plan. The beds were so comfortable. The bedrooms don’t share a wall and because of how the bedrooms are situated, we were able to sleep one couple in the living room on the blow up mattress and it still was quite and private for them also.

We were two families with little kids (under 2) and it was decently child proofed with a large living room. Kitchen was decent, but we would have appreciated more pans for cooking. We enjoyed our stay here. Although it is an hour drive away from the airport and a 2 hour drive to waimea canyon state park from this place, it was decent stay. Would recommend this place if you primarily want to relax in princeville

The unit is exactly as described and expected and everything you need for a wonderful stay in north Kauai. It’s spacious, bright, updated and clean. Stayed here with my 8 year old and husband and it was a truly pleasurable stay. I took walks along the water and golf course in the mornings and we all enjoyed the heated pool at the start and end of each day. A 5-minute drive to the Princeville Center and 15 minutes to Hanalei, it’s provided us a great home base to explore the area. Only good things to say about the condo, the complex and hosts!

My wife and two kids (12 & 14) had an amazing time at Emmalani Court! Marla and Tyler were extremely communicative and responsive from start to finish and they made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, very well appointed, and perfectly located for all of our North Shore adventures; a ten minute walk to the entry points for both Hideaways and Queens Bath and a quick drive to Hanalei and so many other gorgeous beaches. And you can’t beat the view from the bluffs behind the condos! Usually we just traveled light to the beaches (towels, snorkel gear, some sandwiches), but it was great to have the option of beach chairs and boogie boards, which we took advantage of at Anini Beach. The pool right across from the unit was a great way to relax after a day of adventures and nature.
Oh, and as lovely as the Kauai breezes are, having the AC was a much appreciated added plus for our July trip!

Marla and Taylor are exceptional hosts . This place is amazing with great views and a serene ambiance. What mattered most was Marla was very accommodating about our schedule, we requested to check-in early and checkout late and Marla gave us that option , infact we were not charged for early check-in and late check-out despite us asking Marla to charge us. Marla made us feel very valuable keeping in touch with us and making sure we had everything necessary to make our stay enjoyable.

I’ve been visiting Kauai since the early 1980s when we found private condo rentals listed in the classified section of Sunset magazine. Everything is so easy now, with a code in the door making life extra simple by not needing to carry a key.
Emmalani Court is truly the best ever, for many reasons.
The property is very quiet. The pool is warm and beautiful. The location is excellent for walking to many of Kauai’s most splendid beaches. The owners are delightful and extremely helpful and responsive. We’ll definitely return to this unit someday, the sooner the better.

This property is in a fabulous location in Princeville, the owners are amazing and take great pride in their home. It was incredibly clean and all the necessities for a great vacation are there! Walking down the golf course for the amazing sunsets and whale watching was a highlight! The community pool right across the parking lot was so clean and new feeling(recently renovated it seemed) and most of the time we had it all to ourselves! Taking the chairs and boogie boards to nearby Anini beach was such a fun day! Hanalei food and shopping was incredible! We have been to Kauai a number of times, but not to the North Shore, we will be back for sure! And we will definitely recommend Marla and Tyler's home to other friends and family that want to visit. 10/10!!!!

We couldn’t have been happier with this condo. It was completely home away from home. The beds were really comfy and our family of 5 didn’t feel cramped at all… super nice to have all the beach gear on hand and in-suite laundry. Marla & Tyler were very accommodating and always responded quickly. This little spot tucked away in Princeville was just what we needed- the weather in the North was beautiful almost every day too. We had such a nice holiday!

The property is as pictured. I haven't stayed in this complex before but have stayed in Princeville a few times. The property is beautiful. There were lots of little extras like boogie board, beach chairs, sand toys etc.
We had an issue with the coffee maker on our first day and our hosts had it sorted asap.
My only note would be - if you are coffee drinkers come prepared. We arrived in the middle of the night and when we woke up had to run out.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, nice and open. Quiet complex and beautiful views.

Beautiful 2nd story condo that has been updated. It was well stocked with snorkel kits, boogey boards, beach chairs and sand toys. The kitchen was well stocked. My children loved playing at the pool and it was a close walk to the beach. We could hear the waves at night. The owner provided a detailed list of instructions and information about the condo and the area. It was a wonderful place to stay and I will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is great. The condo is well equipped with modern amenities. Lots of extras to use at the beach. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful. The AC was cold and cooled the living room as well. Marla is a pleasure to communicate with and always responded promptly. She gave lots of local suggestions and places to check out.
We used the blow up mattress and was surprised at how comfortable it was. We hope to make it back here someday and would not hesitate to book this condo again.

I particularly liked the top floor location - it afforded me a great view of the golf course - and lots of birds - and was very quiet. Rarely did I hear any outside noise.

The place was prefect!!! It had everything we needed for our stay. Tyler was great and communicating with us prior to our stay! The A/C was replaced in the master bedroom and it was quite refreshing. The door lock has been replaced with a keypad entry, which makes it very convenient. Plenty of parking in the complex and the neighbors were lovely. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying on the North Shore. We are already planning our next trip and plan to stay here again!!! Mahalo!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tyler's place, everything that we needed was included. Very comfortable beds, good a/c made coming back after long days of sightseeing, snorkeling and eating very relaxing. We made breakfast every day, everything we needed was there. The location is great and the complex was very quiet, also plenty of close parking. We really appreciated all of the attention to detail. This will be where we stay the next time we are in Kauai.

We had a great stay for the most part. The apartment is nicely furnished and very big. It was well equipped with beach supplies and the kitchen comes fully stocked. However the bathrooms are in need of renovation. The water pressure from the shower head is very low as well. The air conditioning unit in one of the rooms does not work. We had all of the fans going and it was still very hot. Overall we had a pleasant stay but probably would not return unless the air conditioning was fixed.

We had a fantastic time staying in Tyler and Erin’s condo. The place was freshly renovated and beautifully decorated. Had great amenities to include a well equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs with DVDs, Netflix etc. The beach chairs and snorkel gear came in handy. The beds were comfortable. Had an issue with the extra inflatable queen mattress and the wonderful Michelle had a new one on our door step by mid day the next day. The sleeping conditions were quiet. Having been to Princeville and Hanalei several times I know how loud and annoying the roosters can be at 4am. No roosters here. It was lovely. Only issue we had was the warm evening temperature and lack of air conditioning in the master. The ceiling fans and floor fans helped. We loved having the pool and spa across the way. Made for a nice refresh after full day in the sun. The new Weber barbecues were a nice touch. The location was perfect for an easy walk to Hideaways, Queens Bath, and the sunset lookout spot. This place felt like home away from home for the 8 days we enjoyed. Thanks again Tyler, Erin, and Michelle.

We loved the beds super comfortable and we liked that the condo was all updated. We loved the pool, hot tub and party area! The view from living room window and balcony was of a beautiful golf course and on a clear day you could see the ocean in the distance. I especially liked their were 3 flat screen TVs since there were 4 of us with different TV tastes! Princeville is a beautiful lush area probably because it rains a little bit everyday but somedays it was sunny and sometimes just cloudy. We saw the Waimea canyon and went on a Catamaran ride along the Napali coast and snorkled. The water here is especially beautiful with many wonderful beaches. My favorite was the Salt pond beach. There is so much to do and so little time! We wish we could come back someday!
