Ck out instructions for a unit that charges out cleaning & represents sanitizing the unit. Our sheets felt sticking & had body odor, the floors had a film of street dirt that Indicated that the unit was cleaned prior to our ck in. I do not recommend staying at unit that is not properly cleaned & sanitized for safe conditions for guest. Check-Out Instructions from owner.
2. Start a load of laundry in the washer with any dirty sheets/towels you have used. Put it on Quick Wash.
3. Make sure you don’t have any dirty dishes remaining.

This was our first VRBO and I am impressed. The unit was clean, well stocked and had newer appliances. The location is great and convenient to shopping and dining. The hosts are very responsive. The microwave stopped working Saturday night, I messaged the host. He called me within minutes, and we had a new microwave the next morning. Absolutely awesome!
Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Location was great - place was as described. Liked that there were beach chairs we could use. Two bathrooms was nice!! Only thing not great was the window of the BR off the LR looked directly into the next apartment's LR (it was at an angle to our's). Nothing to do about it, but had to close that BR window at night since they were loud talkers from their couch (and they could see into our BR). Would definitely stay here again.

The property is centrally located and perfect for us. The beach and pool are fantastic just outside our door. The sunrises were beautiful and the surroundings are clean. The closet with beach chairs, boogie boards and shade umbrella were a plus. Will stay again.

Overall the property was nice. As pictured, however no homeyness/coziness, which would be nice. Pretty clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, which was important to me. AC, ceiling & standing fans were all great. The condo was supplied with paper towels & tp. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes & small appliances. Only salt & pepper in pantry, which was a little disappointing, we are accustomed to have some pantry items available. So you’ll need to buy all. Left some things, hoping the next renters can use (waters, unopened soda, butter). Beach chairs, umbrella available. Very nice lanai looking out on grassy area, pool & ocean view. Wonderful sunrise views!! The grounds were pretty & well maintained, pool cleaned daily.
Minor issues: The floors were a little dirty, felt sandy & damp the whole time, even with shoes left at front door (May have partly been the humidity); the cooler was flithy, so didn’t use it; parking spot taken one night & loud neighbor, although didn’t let any of those bother us.
Condo was nice & comfortable. Great communication with owner. Dave supplied all information needed and we had no problems with property. The property was pretty quiet, people respected others. The pool was refreshing, Beach area was very nice, with lots of lounge chairs.
Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking at it. Thank you to Dave for sharing your condo.

Perfect stay for my husband and I on our trip to Kauai. David, the owner, was so helpful and kind, and was prompt to respond with communication. The a/c and fans provide plenty of relief on warm days. Amenities were updated and clean, we loved having a washer and dryer in unit. The photographs of the property and view actually don’t do it justice! A nice safe area and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. We will absolutely stay again when we return!

This property and apartment is really nice. Actually, the pictures make the ocean look further away, I think. Perfect walk to the water (about a minute) into summable areas.
Location couldn't be more perfect.
walk to safeway, maybe 20 minute walk to the town on the street. we often took the beach route- not the easiest in some parts but worth it.
Apartment was great. everything you need to have a great stay.
Communication was super easy with the owner/manager.
the beach chairs and the cooler were exactly what we needed to throw in the car and stay at the beach all day.
Only problem (completely out of anyones hands) were the neighbors. The second bedroom by the hallway is loud even with the window closed and "sounds" being played on my phone. if you sleep with the doors and windows open the echos from everyone in the complex seem to be directed into the apartment. There wasn't alot of consideration from any of the neighbors...what can you do.

This condo worked great for our stay.
It was difficult to find a two bedroom unit- so was happy and hopeful that this condo work work for our need.
It was great!
Each morning we would take our coffee right outside and l watch the sunrise from the beach!
We loved being able to cook meals in the kitchen and wash our clothes when needed.
Check in was easy and the host was gave great instruction and information before the trip; so there was absolutely no problems.
Over all it was a great location and a comfortable place to call home for a week.

This condo worked great for our stay.
It was difficult to find a two bedroom unit- so was happy and hopeful that this condo work work for our need.

I would mention for you sun lovers that this is a north facing unit, no sun all day with the exception of about half an hour first thing at sunrise.

My wife and I needed a place to stay just for one night and this one fit the bill nicely. Adequately clean, it was within walking distance to some good restaurants and close to the walking path that goes for miles along the ocean where we had a nice jog the next morning. Host was very responsive and kind. The fire alarm battery ran out and needed to be replaced during our stay, the host addressed the problem immediately. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

We came to Kauai for a little escape and this condo by the beach was the perfect location. It was well stocked with everything one might need. The view was amazing and the area was perfect (close to so many amenities). As mentioned by another poster the neighbors can be loud, as I think the walls are thin. We had a young group next door to us and we could hear them throughout the night. I also thought of asking the upstairs neighbors if they wanted some felt on their chair legs as every slide of a chair was very dramatic. But even with some noise, this condo was in such an amazing location it was well worth it.

My family owned a time-share at this site from 1972-2012, so I was very familiar with the property. I was happy to find David’s condo available and excited to stay there once again.
It’s a very comfortable place, with a lot of small touches that added to our convenience & comfort, especially in the kitchen.
An outstanding feature of this unit is the view, which is excellent. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony lanai each morning and watching the water from inside the living room at night.
