Property is conveniently located, with Safeway across the street and about 15 min to Costco and airport. It has all the amenities that are needed, appliances are new, kitchen cabinets are pretty. The views from the property are very beautiful with being able to see the beach and the water up close, and you can seep listening to the sound of waves. About a block away starts a walking trail along the beach, if you want to exercise a bit or rent a bike and ride. If you like to watch sunrise over the ocean, you just need to look out the window or step on the balcony. Note for people that want to swim in the ocean: entrance to the ocean near property has rocks that you need to pass through to get to the swimming part; there are some gaps but not much; I would recommend wearing water shoes with sturdy/rubber soles to protect your feet.

If you would like to be as close to the beach as you possible can, this is the place to stay. It is 10 feet from the sand. If you are not wanting a resorty feel, this condo at Kapa'a is a wonderful place to stay. Don't let the driveway/exterior fool you-it's basic. The elevator allowed us easy trips up and down from the third floor with our luggage, groceries and beach supplies. The condo has all the ammenedies for four people. The washer/dryer made our packing lighter and clean up from all our outdoor excursions easy. Air conditioning was not needed as the warm Hawaiian trade winds will blow through the unit, keeping you at a relaxed, comfortable temperature. Being on the third floor, the lanai affords panaramic views looking north and east. It is a wonderful place to relax, eat and watch the sunrise. The pool is easily seen from this vantage. The pool is on the small side, but adequate and was never crowded. There was an extra foam mattress that we used for our daughter who did not want to share the queen bed with her brother. The second bedroom has a triple sliding pocket door that opens up the space but allowing for privacy when used. The kitchen had many staples which we checked on before going to Safeway and then did not have to buy. There is an outdoor closet with 4 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, a cooler and other such items that will make your beach trips more enjoyable. This gem will not disappoint.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo unit! We enjoyed the incredible ocean view from the lanai and the waves lulled us to sleep each night. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a nice beachy feel to it. We preferred to do our own cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped.
Fyi: Having an assigned parking space & pass AND an elevator were very nice features too.
We'd definitely return again on our next Kauai trip - a must-see destination!!!!

Booking the rental was super simple and what you see is what you get. Gorgeous views and the condo was comfortable and clean. Location of the condo was perfect for us. Central location for everything qe wanted to do on Kauai. Communication with the condo owner couldn't have been easier. She's super quick to respond to questions or issues and she provided a welcome letter with all sorts of tips for food, groceries, shopping and activities around the island. You will not be disappointed!

This property is better than the photos. Prime location on the beach front in the middle of North and South Island with shopping area cross the street and restaurants and beaches close by. Unit itself is spacious for a family with two children and very clean. Unit comes with beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boars which made our beach hopping very easy and enjoyable! Hostess Vicky is very responsive and accommodating when we asked for more shampoo/shower gel. She even allowed us to stay till 8pm on the departure date due to our late flight. Overall, this is a great rental experience for us with its reasonable price. We would definitely refer to our friends!
One little minor thing, It would be perfect if hostess can stable the second bed to the wall to avoid its moving with two teens on it. :-)

This unit has the best location in the building. It’s bright and airy. Because of the unique location, the unit seems to be surrounded by the sea. You can see ocean from almost every window of the unit which has many. We also like the decor, modern but cozy.

We loved our stay at Vikki's lovely ocean front condo. The place was nicely set up and ideal for a family of four. Vikki was very responsive and easy to communicate with when we had questions. The location was great - easy access to the grocery store and several amazing restaurants. Morning coffee on the porch watching the sunrise and ocean waves was definitely the highlight of our stay.

We love this condo! The location doesn’t get better. Love falling asleep with the ocean breeze and sounds right out the window. Layout is great with everything you need. Had coffee on the beach every morning ( just steps away) to watch sunrise. Love it here.

The beach there is great for kids exploring tide pools when the tide is out, (however with the tide in the surf is too much for little kids) the sunrise view is amazing, a quick walk across the street to Safeway and other stores, and the condo is fairly well located for exploring the rest of the island without having to spend all day driving.

This is an older property that has been updated in Kapaa. The location can't be any closer to the water! Kapaa is convenient to both sides of the island and the unit is walking distance to restaurants, groceries and the beach. We'll be back!

Truly perfect, right by the sea, right by a cute town with restaurants and the place is so well maintained! Location location location! You can get everywhere in an hour of this location which made it awesome for our trips to north and south shores! Also has the best balcony and view can’t recommend enough! Also Victoria was so kind! We arrived early and she let us check in early no problem, was so kind and we were welcomed with Hawaiian cookies chocolates and wine! Does it get any better? Amazing place!

This place is perfect. The view alone is priceless. Falling asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing was unbelievable.
Kapaa is a fun little town that is centrally located to any of the other shores.
Vikki, the owner, is quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Anything you might need, they have thought of. You're right on the beach and a short walk away from stores and restaurants. So nice to find a quiet spot that's close to the bustle. Could not have asked for a better first time Kauai experience!

A very clean, well-equipped condo unit in a central location. The kitchen lacked nothing for preparing our meals. Great communication with the owner, and we appreciated the flexible check-out time. The exterior of the development is undergoing some renovations (possibly adding an elevator?), but this did not impact our stay. The condo unit itself is immaculate, and definitely the best location in the complex. We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean every morning. We preferred having the ceiling fans and ocean breezes rather than A/C. Thank you for the wine and goodies for our anniversary stay. We can't wait to return!

The condo was well furnished with nice furniture all the dishes and towels we needed. She also provided laundry and dishwasher detergent which made things very easy for us. There is a Safeway right across the street so we were able to buy breakfast and snacks to help reduce expenses. The linai is incredible, looking right onto the ocean and large enough for all three of us to hang out there. There are also lounge chairs on the grass area and the beach for watching the sunrise or hanging out by the water. The pool is nice also. We only went in a couple of times for a dip, there is so much else to do on the island. The location is great. We drove to the north shore or south shore repeatedly. It is close to the airport and all the east shore attractions. A few minutes away is Lyndgate Beach which is great for kids and adults that are not strong swimmers and for snorkeling. Everything was easy with renting the condo. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends and family.

We enjoyed coming back to this comfortable condo every night. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The best part was the location. It is literally a stone throw away from the ocean which puts you to sleep every night with the sound of the waves hitting the shore. The location is also central on the island so it was convenient to go north or south for your adventures everyday. The owner Vikki was very easy and very accommodating to work with which was appreciated.

My family had a wonderful stay at Kauai Kailani. The view of the ocean is amazing and we just soaked in the ocean breezes. The condo is very welcoming, clean, and very well decorated. With such a great view, we tended to get our meals take out and then enjoy them on the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked. The pantry had lots of oils and spices. We really liked the central island location in Ka'pa. We went all over the island hiking, beaching, biking, kayaking and enjoying the beauty of Kaui. Vikki was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive.

This condo is the one closest to the beach and 3rd story so awesome view. Kapaa is ideal bc it is central. Less than 1 hr to anywhere on island.
We hit every town on the island and loved this place as home base. Also great if you want to hang as well. Nice pool and Rec room.

We could not have asked for a more perfect unit for our stay on Kauai! It was clean, well-equipped, and ever so close to the ocean. We went to sleep each night to the sleep-inducing sound of the surf hitting the beach--so relaxing! The location is great with grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, and miscellaneous shopping just minutes away. Thank you for letting us rent your unit for our vacation!
