I have stayed in units at this establishment for at least 25 years and this unit, Sunrise Central on the Beach. is by far my favorite! Hopefully, I will continue to stay in this unit for many years to come. You can't beat the incredible views and sunrises from your lanai. The tradewinds only enhance this remarkable unit. It's as close to perfect as you can get!

Communication was spot on. No issues checking in. Loved the property, condo had everything we needed. Costco and Safeway being so close was a bonus, grounds keepers and housekeeper were so friendly and helpful. And pumpkin was an absolute joy! We would love to come and stay again soon.

This is a fantastic place to stay for the ultimate relaxation opportunity. My wife and I enjoy just sitting out on the balcony and watching the surf. Easy access to Safeway and the local restaurant by Auto Zone (I can’t remember the name but they have great food for a great price)
We can’t wait to book the room again in the near future

This place has it all! Amazing view, great location and everything you need to have the perfect vacation. Michelle is wonderful to work with and goes above and beyond to ensure all needs are met with special little touches. There are plenty of extra pillows, blankets and other little things you may need. The beds are comfortable & with the windows open you get the glorious breeze from the water to keep you nice and cool ( not to mention the beautiful sound of the waves to lure you to sleep at night). There are plenty of beach supplies provided. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and boogie boards all week. Michelle is also quick to answer any questions that you may have during your stay as well. The patio was my favorite spot for morning coffee and it is where I ended all my nights. We lucked out and saw a sea lion sleeping on the beach during our stay. You can not go wrong with this beautiful condo. Thank you Michelle for making our vacation feel like a home away from home!

My friend who lost her husband this last year and I went back to Kauai Kailani to stay and honor Paul. We have been coming to this resort for a very long time. We especially enjoy the end units, the views are great and we appreciate hearing the surf and not other residents. The unit was well appointed and clean.

My husband and I along with my Sister and her Husband spent a week here and absolutely loved the condo and location- central to everything and right on the ocean with beach access. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean and spending our days relaxing before and after heading out for our adventures! Michelle had the condo well stocked in almost anything we needed in the kitchen and lots of snorkel gear and beach chairs. It was a fantastic week and made our stay in Kauai unforgettable!

The owner sent all information to us ahead of time covering parking and electric footlocker operation. The unit was excellent, exactly as seen online. No refrigeration, but being the end unit the ocean breezes kept us comfortable. Easy walk to nearby grocery stores & dinning.

Everything went very smoothly! Starting with the direction from the airport. I had a small issue with the ceiling fan not working, and Michelle answered my texted right away and had the maintenance person there the next day. We were very pleased with everything!

Everything about our trip and this property was a wonderful experience. The property looks exactly as it does in photos and included everything we needed to enjoy the beach, the pool and the kitchen. The property was within walking distance to multiple restaurants, the grocery store and shops. We were spoiled by the central location and the beautiful views! If I could give more than five stars, I would. We will definitely be coming back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else :)

This place was an incredible find! Wonderful location with grocery store and shopping just across the street and tons of dining and shopping options on either side of you. The view is amazing, didn't miss a single sunrise or sunset during my entire stay. We ordered food to-go more often than eating at the restaurant because we enjoyed the view our patio offered so much! Just steps out to the beach with tidepools that our kids explored every morning. Super comfy beds and the lovely sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep each night. Not having an AC isn't an issue with the how open and airy the unit is. Very much looking forward to our next trip back to this lovely island and home.

“Perfect” is the best way to describe this condo! Centrally located to explore both the island in either direction and an end unit on the corner with a 180 degree view. Walking through the door, you can tell that so much thought has gone into the decor and furnishings…so tasteful and comfortable. We never lacked for anything. My husband said it’s the best kitchen he’s ever cooked in. Beds are comfortable too! The owner was super responsive to any questions we had. Can’t say enough. We will definitely stay here when we return someday!

Four friends got together and recreated an experience from 36 years ago in the same establishment we had visited before, This time however, we we're able to rent to places instead of putting us all in one. The condos have been remodeled and still have the incredible view of the water and courtyard. We we're on the end unit which was about 20ft from the water. Sun rises were amazing and snorkeling was not far away. Breezes daily kept the unit comfortable. We contacted our host once during our stay and she was very helpful. Highly recommend this unit. I know I will be back!

This was an amazing property to stay at!! We had a family of 4, and the property was perfect for us. We used the pool, BBQ, Game room, and enjoyed the sunrise each morning! The location was AMAZING, my wife walked to Starbucks each morning, as it is a short walk. Shopping for groceries was easy across the street. The location was also great for excursions, we felt that we were right in the middle of the island. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 10 days and it was perfect for us! The beach in front of the property is being renovated but there are beaches everywhere to go to for an alternative. The end unit was great with reducing noise and the view of the ocean was amazing. The unit doesn't have air conditioning which is fine since there's always a breeze moving through. Michelle was great with being flexible with our unexpected flight changes and was always available if we had questions.

My family had a great stay. Loved that we were able too see all parts of island, with minimal travel. Nice beach within feet’s of apartment. Two great beach within half hour drive. Gilligan’s Island beach and Secret beach. Many good restaurants near by. Owner was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful vacation with the ocean right out the patio door. Loved the sounds and smell of the ocean, with a cool breeze blowing through the space. The condo had everything we needed, most importantly, a coffeemaker.
We watched the sunrise, swam, and most of all, relaxed.
The grocery store was right across the street, as well as some other nice shops.
If we ever return to the island, we’ll definitely book here again. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. This condo was very well supplied with all the amenities of home. Having a washing machine and dryer right in the unit allows you to bring less clothes than what you would have to at another place. Very clean, and definately met our expectations.

The condominium complex shows it's age (though it is very well maintained), but this unit is completely up-to-date within, featuring a full-function kitchen, spacious and comfortable beds, and a pleasingly appointed bathroom. The ever-present sound of the waves (so close by!) underscores the island ambiance, lulling you to sleep at night, and drawing your attention to the beautiful ocean view as you take your morning tea on the deck.

We loved this place you can't get closer to the ocean than this. We enjoyed the sound of the waves each night when we went to sleep. Coffee on the lanai watching the sunrise was spectacular. We had everything you need to cook in the condo or they had bbq down stairs if you wanted to bbq something local. The swimming pool was great most of the time we were the only people there. Shopping was just across the street if you needed anything. Thank you sooooo!!!!! much for sharing your little piece of paradise with us we will be back.

I have many things to say, This was a great family vacation!! Great view, You don't need A/C, The trade winds kept the place very comfortable, We slept with the windows open so we could hear the ocean every night. The place was stocked pretty well with extras, we added to this with some beach chairs and some stuff for the pool and the beach for the kids if other families are using this unit. This is a great complex, Everyone that we met was great. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. You are right next to Waipouli beach resort but would never know it. Beach and ocean are only steps away, ocean is great for the kids with the protected wading pool from the reef. Our first morning there produced a resting monk seal on the beach and whales splashing around out in front of the condo as we enjoyed our coffee's in the morning from the Lanai and an un obstructed view of the beautiful Sunrise. You are only as few minute walk from Safeway and you can enjoy an 8 mile walk or bike ride along the ocean front right from the condo. 1 Queen and 1 King bed both very comfortable. Michelle was very accommodating with our check out. I know we will be back and I look forward to it. Thank you Michelle and we look forward to booking with you again.

The condo was beautiful! We cooked alot while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! Everything in the condo, down to the kitchen, was great quality!!! And the view......well, we fell in love! Every morning we would be up in time to see the beautiful sunrise while enjoying our coffee! And the sound of the ocean would put us to sleep every night! And the beds were soooooo comfortable! We chose this condo originally for the location! We loved that it was centrally located and so easy to get around the island! We were in our happy place while here! Thank you for having such an amazing and gorgeous Condo for us to enjoy! We will definitely return and enjoy it again! Now we can say "We have found the best condo on Kauai". All the condo pictures lived up to our expectations.....the closeness of the surf and view of the coastline is more than spectacular.
The condo is very comfortable and is equipped with everything needed to make it feel like home. We spent hours on the lanai enjoying the sound of the surf, whale watching, enjoying a fantastic sunrise while drinking our morning coffee or just doin nothin. There were a few days we didn't leave the property..... just to busy watching the tides come and go.
We want to thank Michelle for her prompt reply to any inquiry....she is a joy.

A second floor condo that is the perfect marriage between function and luxury. The ocean breeze kept the condo a very comfortable temperature. With the spectacular view, the vacation truly started the moment we walked through the front door. We were truly impressed with the value. Everything comparable was over $250 a night.
The condo was also very easy to find our first time on the island.

We loved Michelle & Dan's newly renovated condo. We found it exactly as depicted in the pictures and very clean, with many extra amenities. Especially liked the camping chairs that we used on the beach under the shade, or out, whichever suited at the time! The condo was a perfect size for the two of us, as we used the second bedroom as additional living space, watching evening tv, reading a book, afternoon nap, etc. We did not miss having a dining table at all, as the Lanai was such a lovely space with a spectacular view, and the bar counter was perfect too. Michelle was wonderful to deal with, professional and quick to respond. We loved walking south along the beach & the hotel boardwalks. There are several great restaurants nearby, especially Lava Lava, Bobby V's, and Kahalui Lanai. Safeway and Foodland were a very short walk across the street, so extremely convenient to pick up stuff daily, rather than big shopping trips where you're guessing at which items. The only thing I would suggest is bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. The Ocean high tide is only approx. 20 feet from your bedroom window, and the surf could wake you up! LOL, I know... big problem to have!! We'll be back!!

Driving up to the condo first impression wasn't great. Looks like an older apartment building. But don't judge a book by the cover. The condo was completely remodeled a couple of years ago and was beautiful throughout. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you'll need for a great time. Two comfortable bedrooms with new beds. It is literally on the ocean, in fact the sound of the waves is quite loud but you soon adapt to it and enjoy it.
Location is ideal, across the street from grocery stores and numerous restaurants to choose from.
Kauai, has become my favorite island. It's of course more green from the rain but it also has more accessible hiking, nice beaches, and a greater selection of restaurants with local flair.
We are definitely planning on a return trip, this time in spring or early summer when the island will have more flowers and improved ocean conditions, the surf is quite high in the winter.
