Location is very convenient - easy walk to Kapaa downtown for all restaurants and shopping. The unit is right front of the ocean and the view is amazing. Very spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The second bathroom is also well equipped and nice. Kitchen is big and has all basic needs including coffee.The unit is remodeled so looks nice but some electrical work is a bit crappy. Light switches are confusing. Some doors are not aligned tightly or cables visibly hanging behind TV, such unfinished work is here and there. But if you are in Hawaii then you may not care such details. I happened to have a chance to talk to the host. She is very sweet and caring. Overall, I really like the unit we stayed.

The host answered questions when asked. We were a bit disappointed in the response to the condo flooding the first day of our vacation. We spent several hours the first day cleaning the condo following the flood and having to do laundry because we had to use every towel in the unit to clean up. All that was said to us was thanks for letting us know. Never heard from them again

WOW is the best way I can describe this place! Steps from the ocean and a miles long walking/bike path. We watched dolphins and whales every day from our patio. This place is a 5 star hotel! The best way I can describe this place is it felt like home as soon as you walk in. We will be staying here again. The host was awesome to work with.

Great place. Calling shenanigans on the AC situation. Told it didn’t work and the repairman is coming but the portable AC units have been there for quite sometime. The mini split unit outside is a piece of rust. Should just advertise the there is portable AC units in the place and not that someone is coming to fix it. Being honest is a better policy. Vacasa was very attentive to fixing the internet/TV issue. We’ll sticked place.

Jared was amazing. So responsive and very instructive. The place was also amazing, really easy check-in process, the resort is nice and feels safe, the room itself is very spacious and includes all the essentials for your stay. We particularly were grateful for the beach wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkel gear that were available to use for free. So much cheaper and easier than renting gear for the week. The central location provided us the ability to enjoy both the north and south shores of the island from a nice “home base”. Kapa’a itself was awesome as well.

When we arrived, the walls around the doors and light switches eere, so I washed then down myself. There were not enough dishes in the unit(6 plates, 6sauces, etc) necessitating hand-washing dishes between meals or running a mostly empty dishwasher. There are no small-medium storage dishes. The only skillet does not have a flat bottom. We were provided only two each of towels and washclothes for a whole week. There were dead flies on the bedroom window sill. On a positive note, maintenance was quick to respond when the slider door needed repair. All the people we encountered.were friendly, helpful and responsive

The condo was adequate but a little tired and could use some updates. The pool was closed and unavailable. It took 3 days for Vacasa to call back and address a TV issue that we experienced. The location is great, close to everything with plenty of services close by.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. Spacious and very functional with everything you need for the beach and kitchen available. Steps away from the coastline trail which extends 4 miles north and 2 miles south of the unit was a highlight. Also convenient walking distance to countless shops and restaurants not to mention in a location centrally located on the 83 mile stretch of road from one side of the island to the other. Upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy but we don’t know if they were permanent or temporary, but with the convenient access to the trail I wouldn’t have traded the ground level for an upper unit although there was disagreement within our group on that point. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for us! Host was outstanding as well and both empathetic and accommodating to a special request we had.

If you’re looking for a relaxing environment, this is the place! Super chill complex with a stunning view. Each morning you’re greeted by the rise of the big, beautiful sun. There's a lovely little beach just across the lawn and the paved for miles walking path. Great place!

This very clean beachfront condo was perfect for us. Communication was easy and access was even easier. The condo was very clean and quiet. We appreciate it being able to walk into town. We could see the whales in the far distance blowing spouts. The water in front of the condo was perfect for teaching my niece how to snorkel. We had a fantastic week and we’ll probably return in the future.

We faced the pool-only issue is that there is a really bright light in the pool area that shines into the living area at night-so closing the curtains at night is a must. The grounds are beautiful and the views of the mountains very lovely. Room was clean, very nicely decorated, quiet.

The best part of this condo is watching the wales play, right from the balcony! The little beach area steps from the home is a perfect place to lounge and play with kids. It’s centrally located with so much right within walking distance. The perfect little paradise! We’ll be back!

Condo was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. It was equipped with everything you could possibly want - from every type of kitchen appliance and amenity, beach chairs and boogie boards, books, game, etc. etc. And the finale was the breathtaking views of the ocean from the condo and lanai. The owner was so accommodating - from the time we made our initial booking almost a year before our arrival until the day we checked out. We 100% recommend this unit and will definately try to book it again in the future.
