The condo was just as it was advertised and perfect for our needs. Right on the coast and within walking distance of shops, food, the beach, and elevator access was a huge bonus. We watched whales, porpoises, and the sunrise right from the balcony. Hope to visit again someday.

This condo has all you’ll need for your stay. Well equipped kitchen and all the beach items you’ll need. Communication with Donna was great. The only exception to the listing is the 2nd bedroom bed size seems more double size than a queen. There’s A/C in LR, Master BR and 2nd BR which was good. Some units at this site don’t have 3 A/C units. We enjoyed mornings on the lanai watching the beautiful sunrises. Walk to town and beach was short. Grounds are beautiful and other than the roosters is a peaceful setting. We so enjoyed our week.

The entire property is old and not well maintained. Many signs of wood rot and rusted metal. The patio door screen was rusted and off its track, making it unusable. Unit B101 was large enough, but the air conditioning temperature controls weren't accurate for the living room and bedrooms. The best feature was proximity to the ocean and restaurants in Kapa'a.

This is our second time staying here. The location is great - centrally located between the north and south sides allowing for easy drives to all activities. The view from the property is beautiful and the beach is just steps away! The hosts were communicative and prompt with responses.

I wish the condo had a up to date property manual. The one that is there has miss information or outdated information. For example information on operation of cable TV, the info on pool usage is incorrect.

We have rented this unit several times. It’s right on the ocean and the bike path so there’s always something to watch. Everything you need is provided and everything is in good condition. We also love funky downtown Kapaa. Mermaids has the best food in town and you can’t go wrong at Pono market for authentic Hawaiian cuisine. Go early as they sell out quickly.

My 3rs visit to island and while Kauai may have some larger resorts, this place was a total steal, especially for the breathtaking oceanfront view. Waking up to that view every morning was truly a highlight of the trip – it was absolutely gorgeous!The location is also fantastic. It's just a 15-minute drive from the airport, so getting there was super convenient. Plus, all the best restaurants and shopping spots are within walking distance, making it really easy to explore the area.Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a perfect balance of stunning views, a prime location, and great value. Lena provides so many extras like Kleenex, shampoo and conditioner, soap, ziplocks, laundry soap in addition to beach chairs, cooler snorkel gear and anything else you might need for a beach day. She responded immediately whenever we had any questions. Perfect unit except for the noisy neighbors upstairs on our last night. Stomping around until 2 am. Should have gone upstairs and knocked on their door but just tried to sleep through it.

First the view is fabulousl! But the bedroom - there are issues,there: first the a/c unit. The water from the unit empties from a hose into a plastic bucket. We were lucky to return on Sunday early and the fluid was just starting to drip onto the floors we got the bucket empty or it could have been a lot worse. Second, it is a small room into which is a placed a king sized bed. On my husbands side he could barely get out.

Just a perfect piece of paradise.The condo resort has everything you need. The location is excellent, and the sunrises viewed from the lanai are spectacular. There is a beach front path that allows walking to restaurants great food trucks nearby. The inside of the condo was fully renovated with new modern appliances if you wanted to stay in a cook. There are also newer Weber grills out by the pool are if you want to BBQ. We had the best time during our stay and hope to visit again. Just Perfect!!!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. The kitchen was not missing anything. We loved watching the sun rise every morning. Our kids slept on the pull-out couch. Access was super easy and we had all the gear for the beach each day. There is a place to rent bikes that is a 5-minute walk to get to so it was great to ride the bike path one morning along the coast. We walked into town a few times to get something to eat or shop. Kapa'a is pretty sleepy after 8 pm so don't go here if you are looking for nightlife, but we weren't! We wanted ease, convenience, comfort, and affordability and we got it. We very much enjoyed the hot tub at the end of our days exploring and we also played a lot of ping pong. This condo is a great location because it's the mid-point between the north and south shore, so we didn't feel like we were driving too much to get to either. If you are looking to cover as much of the island as you can, this is the spot! It was painful to leave and come back to the real world.

The condo staff does not cooperate with units that are not owned by them. We had to call the property owner to get into our VRBO rented condo. The condo staff denied any knowledge of code to get into our rental. Luckily the owner answer his phone, otherwise we would have been left standing in the lobby for hours/days !!!!!!

We had a great vacation and great experience. The property management company was attentive and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. We had plenty of space for out family of four and everything was there that we needed. The views were amazing and we enjoyed many a sunrise sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee. We were within a short walking distance of the shops/cafes/restaurants and the walking path right outside our door was also great. The amenities of the complex like tennis courts/swimming pool/equipment rentals for the beach/putting green/etc were used quite a bit and it was convenient to have all of that on the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay, never had any issues or concerns and would definitely stay here again.
