We faced the pool-only issue is that there is a really bright light in the pool area that shines into the living area at night-so closing the curtains at night is a must. The grounds are beautiful and the views of the mountains very lovely. Room was clean, very nicely decorated, quiet.

This property was amazing! The view was a 10/10! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need! The hosts communicated very well leaving you not wondering about anything. Sad my time had to end here! If I should come back to Kaui I would definitely stay here again.

The best part of this condo is watching the wales play, right from the balcony! The little beach area steps from the home is a perfect place to lounge and play with kids. It’s centrally located with so much right within walking distance. The perfect little paradise! We’ll be back!

Great location on the island of Kauai, we enjoyed the oceanfront location and watching the beautiful sunrise! Also really appreciated the beach chairs available to use, there were also other pool toys and a cooler, so very nice to have those items there available to use.

Proximity to old Kapaa town is great, a lot of walk ability to stores, restaurants, etc. Property was exactly as pictured. Great communication with owner. It was nice to have things like assorted spices, cooler, beach towels, etc available!

Condo was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. It was equipped with everything you could possibly want - from every type of kitchen appliance and amenity, beach chairs and boogie boards, books, game, etc. etc. And the finale was the breathtaking views of the ocean from the condo and lanai. The owner was so accommodating - from the time we made our initial booking almost a year before our arrival until the day we checked out. We 100% recommend this unit and will definately try to book it again in the future.

Stayed in the G-Building with incredible views of the Ocean. Right out the backdoor there was an amazing bike trail and lots of places to shop and eat a very short walk away. Apartment had everything I needed to cook myself. Air conditioning was nice after a day out in the sun and they also had a nice little fitness center so I was able to keep up with my workout routine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family and I stayed for three was good overall and a pleasant experience to watch the waves from the balcony. The microwave was scary. It gave out a loud crackling sound the first time we used it and that terrified my children.Otherwise, everything was nice and pleasant. I would go back there if the opportunity provides again.

The condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location and ocean views were spectacular and the condo was stocked with everything we needed, including boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen utensils, large screen TV, great Air Conditioning etc. etc.The owner was beyond accommodating making this an absolutely perfect family vacation. Everything was as advertised- clean, quiet, beautiful apartment. Much better than hotel options! We had a lovely breakfast each morning if on the patio looking out at the ocean. The resort is in a good location, close enough to the beach that a brief sidewalk trek will lead one to the ocean walkway. We did not have ocean views from our condo, as it faces the center of the resort leading to the pool area, which did have attractive landscaping. The staff was fairly responsive to our needs.
Airport is a quick drive, though sometimes traffic can be a little heavy, especially if there is construction, of course. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, and the condos have full kitchens.
Our unit which was privately owned had extras in the kitchen, which was really nice. It also provided extras that our friends staying in the same resort did not have in their regular condo, such as beach chairs, a few toys, etc.,and a Roku for streaming which we loved, because we could easily catch up on our favorite Colorado sports teams in the evening.
Overall, our stay was a good one. Beach views would’ve been nice, but we were out on excursions and traveling all around the island throughout the day all week, and had walks along the beach daily every morning. Those are the very memorable moments.

It was our first time in Kauai and it was so helpful that Shirley gave us restaurant/activity ideas, plus a ton of island information. We highly recommend booking with these hosts! Awesome location, just steps from the ocean, and at a reasonable (for Kauai!) price. We had our morning coffee on the lanai watching lovely sun rises every morning. This condo was extremely well equipped, very comfortably appointed, cute, and quiet. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit Kauai. The owner, Kathleen, was very responsive to our requests for information, and had assembled a binder for the condo that contained all the information that you need to get the most out of your visit to this lovely island. We especially liked the central location in Kapa’a, which allowed easy day visits to all the island attractions. It was a perfect place to have one of the most relaxing and comfortable vacations we have ever had!

Great location and views. Very clean and welcoming. The living room furniture is actually updates from photos and has two recliners now. Such an easy place to walk by the icean or into town for a large choice of food options. We only used our rental one day for a quick trip to Poipu. The resort has a lot of easy to use recreational activities. Good communication with Property Manager.
