Clean, safe condo complex. Pool is nice but cold! Used the grills near the pool area X1 and that was nice. Beach is nice and not over-populated. Enjoyed the other guests-environment is calm and friendly. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellla, and portable cooler came in handy! Kitchen had adequate amenities, we were able to steam fresh clams and cook anything we wanted. Only constructive criticism is the quality of TP and scratchy set of sheets, but both are fixable :-)

My wife and I recently stayed in this condo which is very central to nearly all activities in Kauai. We had a minor issue checking in but Joshua was immediately available and responsive--so no big deal. The place is very clean, well stocked with everything you need including a well supplied kitchen. We mostly ate dinner out but there is a nearby Safeway to buy groceries (which we did for breakfast). We were just two people but two bedrooms with queen beds and ensuites could have easily handled two couples. Bed was very comfortable (only tried one but other looked similar). The patio looks out onto a nice lawn and beach. Nice twenty minute walk along the beach immediately outside. It is a ten minute drive from the airport to secure parking, a five minute walk to coffee places and two minute walk to Lava Lava restaurant for lunch or dinner. Fifteen minute drive to golf courses, multiple hikes. I thought the north coast was a long way away but Anini Beach (great spot for swimming and snorkeling) was only about thirty minute drive--Kauai is smaller than you think! About thirty minute drive to Waimea Canyon (the other direction). Kauai is beautiful and this is a great, convenient place to enjoy it from!

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! Very clean and has everything that you need. Stocked with lots of supplies. The owner checked with us during the first 24 hours to make sure that we were good! We even met the housekeeper, Marvis, a few times in the walkway and she made sure that we were having a great time. She was so sweet! Although we didn't use the pool, the area was very clean with nice gas grills. The grounds are very nice. Centrally located. Highly recommend!

Nice condo with everything you need. We stayed for three nights after extending our stay on Kauai. The views of the ocean are spectacular. There is the highway very close to this condo but the noise is minimal.The bed was very comfortable and opening the balcony door allows for a nice breeze through the condo.Walkable to the town of Kaapa and the Coconut Grove shopping center. The airport is a short drive also.

The view was completely outstanding and the condo had a ton of amenities. Thank you for this! Unfortunately, the toilet was not clean when we arrived late at night (so we cleaned it) and the drier was not working, which was not convenient. These issues were responded to as soon as possible however and we were either financially compensated or an alternative offered for the broken drier. This was appreciated. The property delivered well on the owner’s promises: spectacular views and everything that tickles your fancy within reach.From the balcony, the condo offers an unobstructed view of the ocean. A slight breeze invites you out on to the beach. To the north of the condo you’ll find bars and restaurants, to the south you’ll find plenty of open space and opportunities to dip your toes in the water. We did our best to take advantage of the condo’s central location: local hiking (Hoopii Falls was particularly beautiful), golf at Wailua, even made the short drive to check out the Napali Cliffs. This location is definitely on the short list for our next vacation.

We had a great experience at 207 in the Wailua Bay Condos. The location was ideal because we were able to drive to the north or south of the island with ease. I also loved sitting on the lanai that overlooked the ocean and the wailua beach. maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Balcony looked right out to the beach but right below to the right is an abandoned building which was a bit unsightly but overall a good view straight at the beach. Street noise is a bit loud but still enjoyed the stay. Good central location. Nice pool area.

The location was great as well as the host. Easy walking distance to a few restaurants and shops and one of the best bakeries is right across the street. This was our first visit to Kauai and after spending a week on the island visiting both the north and the south as well, we are convinced we chose the perfect stay location. First, the place was exactly as described and the view is even better in person! Super comfortable to hang out in, sit on the balcony, and the bed was very comfortable. But the location was so great - you are right next to a bakery and multiple restaurants and a brewery. If that isn't enough, just down the road is Coconut Marketplace with even more! We went almost every day to food or shopping. The beach we discovered just to the north was protected and not too busy. The access to Lydgate park to the south via a sidewalk was a wonderful 5k! We loved going on an adventure during the day and coming back to the condo to eat locally and have a few cocktails without driving in the evening and chill.During our stay the dryer wasn't functioning properly, but Marvis who was on site caught us to check in and she did a dryer load for us while we were out and about. She was very helpful and made everything easy. When first arriving and once or twice during the stay there was a strong sewer smell in the driveway to the condo. Once we got inside and throughout the trip we sometimes noticed it but it was forgotten once inside and you couldn't smell it.Some comments mentioned the street noise so it was on my radar. To be honest, it was the same volume as the ocean waves and didn't bother us at all!

The sound of the waves while sitting on the lanai was wonderful all week. The location is great for visiting all parts of the island and being close to stores and restaurants. I see that someone commented on the AC unit only in the bedroom. We never even used it. Although it was a bit warm for an hour or so in the afternoon, a glass of ice water and the breeze from the ocean made it barely noticeable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. All appliances worked great and furniture was comfy. We’d definitely stay here again.

This beach is great for sunrise/sunset strolls, sunbathing and quick cool-off dips, but not recommended for swimming. (Not to worry! There are others very close by!)The building has very friendly and helpful staff who were a pleasure to converse with and full of recommendations. It is also in a great location. (While it does sit right on the highway and as a result comes with some light traffic noise, it was by no means overwhelming or obnoxious. The highway parallels the coast, so any waterfront property will come with this as a caveat.)There is a brewery and a bakery right across the street, a market and ABC store within a two minute walk, and a Safeway for groceries/beverages a four minute drive North.Kealia Beach, our favorite in the area, is white sandy beaches, huge, with ample public parking, restrooms, and has great surf for boogie boarding if you choose, or just walk a few hundred feet to the North end of the beach and it mellows out in the shelter of the seawall. Perfect for casual bobbing about!Overall we loved this unit and are already planning our next trip to the island with hopes this unit is available!

We enjoyed ocean & beach views and the melodic sound of waves in this fully stocked condo which provided everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen had everything and more you would need for cooking. The manager is very attentive and provides great local information or anything you need to make your stay comfortable. In our case we needed a tub bath mat to be sure my husband wouldn’t slip taking a shower. I’ve recommended this property and the other one the owner has here to 2 people, and am pretty certain my sister-in-law has booked for their July, 2025 trip to Kauai.

Great location as you are about half way between the north and south side of the island. Kitchen could be upgraded otherwise facilities were great. Better cooking utensil, pots and pans would also be helpful. Had an issue with the washer and dryer but the owner was very responsive and even offered to help with our laundry. She also gave us a gift card for the inconvenience it caused. Overall we had a great stay.

Most prominent inconvenience is absents of soundproofed windows in the bedroom. Windows look toward very active road, where traffic starts at 5 am, this makes it pretty hard to sleep in the morning on weekdays. Some of adjacent apartments fixed this, but this one is not. Other to this, everything was pretty great. Location close to the ocean and many restaurants nearby, makes stay very convenient.

We had a fabulous time and the condo is in an excellent location and perfect for a family with small children. The ac unit in the guestroom was difficult to get working and not consistent during our stay. The water heater stopped working, but the owner got back to us the next day to make sure it was resolved. I felt the unit needed some blankets for the bedrooms and living room. Kid friendly cups with lids andwould be a nice addition too as we ended up purchasing our own.
