We had a lovely time and would highly recommend. The location is beautiful and easy to walk to a variety of restaurants as well as the coconut market. The unit itself is well provisioned. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. The only thing that was not perfect was the wifi connectivity. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you need it, it’s not great. Also, know that the unit is NOT air conditioned. The bedroom is in the front of the unit, by the front door, so you’ll want to have the windows open to keep it cool…there’s a lot of light outside…so you may want to bring an eye mask! Overall this was a really lovely stay.

Check in was so easy thanks to our host providing great instructions. The condo was nicely decorated, everything we could need was provided, the A.C. in the bedroom was perfect for sleeping, and the view amazing. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay there again. Our hosts were gracious and so accommodating.

This place was excellent! It was perfect being centralized on the island. The host was responsive, the condo was clean, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. The pool area with the grills was perfect. Sunrises on the balcony every morning was great! The condo manager was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the ocean view, especially when we were having breakfast early in the morning. The laundry in the unit was great. We liked being on the ground level close to the pool when we grilled and came back for the day to swim. We made our host aware of a fan not working and it was delivered to our condo instantly that same day.

Perfect property with a stunning ocean view right out the patio door! The condo is situated within walking distance to many restaurants and the Coconut Marketplace Shopping area. The location was also centrally located for visiting the northern beaches, as well as all of the southern beaches. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella for beach days. We definitely recommend this place!

The view from the lanai was amazing! Every morning, we drank our coffee on the lanai, listening to the ocean and seeing shooting stars. Every evening, we ate dinner on the lanai, watching the hydrofoil surfers who zipped across Wailua Bay and the ocean. Ilse was quick to respond to my questions, and we appreciated her flexibility. The central location was convenient for shopping in Kapa'a and in the Coconut Marketplace, as well as for accessing the north and south shores. Highly recommend!

There was a lot of maintenance issues that I don’t think have been addressed in a while Toilet flapper issue. Sliding glass door issue need new rollers. Screen door need new rollers ants in the kitchen. Lots of bugs in the unit. The levalor knobs we’re not working in the living room and the elevators in the door to get a nice cross breeze we’re mailed shut so it was pretty miserable in there doing the day. We couldn’t find a close place to dispose of our trash. We lived the bed and I loved the glasses they had. It was ok but needs to be updated. The umbrella that was provided was broken. Counter top was chipped. And the knives need to be sharpened but they did have quit a few kitchen supplies but the 2 frying pans need to be replaced as the coating was coming off and that’s hazardous to your health. I let the property manager know all these problems. Not sure if anyone has mentioned these issues before. The bedroom was very cool

The view was wonderful and the condo had everything we needed. Cindy was easy to get in touch with and Bryan the property manager was always around and helpful. This has nothing to do with the condo. But a word of warning do not use lanikai st to make a left hand turn on Kuhio hwy. We got in a really bad accident. The police have been trying to get the county to close it to left hand turn because it is so dangerous. So turn right and go down to the next left and turn around it may take an extra 2 minutes but it is worth it. But don’t stop that from staying at the condo because it is great!!

Pros: Great condo with more amenities than expected. Very well stocked with condiments, kitchen and bath accessories.Very effective air conditioning, double ice maker, coffee bar, blender, washer/dryer, water quality, flow rate and hot water worked great. Location was nice. Located near locals beach to the west and tourists beach to the right... a very short walk to Lava Lava, a highlight for drinks, happy hour, dining and beach front chilling. Pool and grills were wonderful.Bonus: owner communication was fast and considerate. Above and beyond with assisting with check in and out.This wouldn't be an honest review without the Cons: a beautiful pool, clean and well maintained however a bit small, located off parking lot, not beach side, and a bit rule oriented by one peculiar resident concerned with jumping in water. The beach access required a bit of walking off propery however the view from room was great. The last couple of nights, a bad septic smell at front of property. Unknown source. Bed was a bit soft for my liking. Building layout felt like a mouse maze as you make your way to/from: parking, stairs, pool, garbage drop.All in all, I recommend this condo and owners, I would stay here again if available.

Very nicely updated condo that is close to a supermarket and several good places to eat. Everything was clean, and we had no problems during our stay. Only minor thing worth noting is that the AC is only in the bedroom, so the main living room/kitchen area can get warm, even with the windows open. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a well-appointed condo, with a fabulous view of the bay from the lanai. Shayne sent us a welcome email with helpful information about the condo, the pool, the neighborhood and things to do, see and where to dine and shop. All we needed was food for our stay. Every other need was met and well thought out by our host. Lovely to just come in and feel right at home!

It’s a condo by the ocean, that’s what you’re paying for. Needs to be seriously updated. All the floors in the kitchen are warping. The bed feels like a prison mattress. My wife and I had to take turns sleeping on the couch. The towels need to be updated. The pillows need to be updated. Cooking utensils, pans, etc. minimal and old at best. This review is in comparison to an identical unit, in the same condo, in conjunction with the same stay. It was above and beyond with amenities, comfortable bed, cookware, etc. compared with this unit. It was also closer to the street which we were concerned about, but actually provided a better view. The headlights did not come directly at us every time we looked at the ocean due to how this unit is positioned.

Stunning views of the ocean. Sunrises from the lanai. The condo is well appointed and very clean. The lanai is spectacular. Pool is nice though it’s in a parking lot so not scenic , but it was well maintained and nice to have. The one opportunity is to get a more powerful air conditioner for the bedroom as is it tough to cool it down. Oh and the resident roosters and chickens provide great entertainment.

This was a fantastic place to stay, the unit was fully stocked with everything that you'd want for a beach vacation and the location was perfect. The hosts answered every question in a fast manner and even sent us updates for unforeseeable things like an area wide power outage. These guys are awesome!

Beautiful condo. Loved hearing the sound of the ocean when awaking in the morning. Loved eating on the balcony. Loved the daily sunrises. Entertained by the chickens! At times the wailua Bay Area has a very strong sewage odor which I was not aware of which could be a turnoff for some but really did not detract from our overall stay and we would stay here again. Only other issue was the dishwasher didn’t really clean. The settings didn’t seem to work so hand washed dishes which also didn’t detract.

10/10 but...only the bedroom has A/C. We stayed mid-October and it was over 80 degrees inside the unit everywhere but the bedroom. The balcony door has a screen but very little airflow comes through. Everything else was great. The provided beach chairs were great to have. Lae Nani Beach is just a very short walk away. Free parking was nice. This is a great spot to stay if you plan on exploring all sides of the island (which you should). We spent the majority of our time on either the north side or south side, so it was nice being in the middle. I highly recommend snorkeling at Poipu Beach and also going to Hanalei Bay. A Na Pali Coast boat tour is a must. The Jammin' Banana and Aloha Liege are great breakfast spots in Lihue. Taco Libre food truck in Koloa was incredible. Merriman's happy hour Mai Tais also a must.
