Communication was excellent, the unit has everything you need. The location is great, with a bakery right across the street, walking distance to Lava Lava club restaurant and the Coconut Marketplace. The property is quiet also which was a huge plus for us.

We’ve been to Kaua’i several times, so we’ve “been there, seen that”. This trip we just wanted to relax, close to a beach and local stores. Kapaa is perfect for us and Wailua Bay Resort makes it even better, especially this condo. Incredible views, just steps from the beach, and a very short walk to the Coconut Marketplace.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed listening to the waves from the living room and kitchen during our stay. The condo has a great location which made it easy to get around the island! We both slept well and found the bed to be comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked well, and the room had doubled pained windows which we left closed, so we didn’t hear any road noise reported in earlier reviews. The waves can be heard as soon as the bedroom door is opened. The property manager on site was very nice and helpful. We felt at home.

We loved our entire stay. The views were amazing. It was so tranquil and quiet. All the chicken added to the charm.
35 steps to the property door was a bit too much to climb each time you entered the condo. Wished the unit had an elevator.
The condo itself was very spacious, nicely furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen, The bed was very comfortable.

Location was great. Property was well kept. Kitchen was large and entire place was clean.
Upgrades recommended : new mattress on pull out (springs are coming through) , new mattress in bedroom , and larger washer and dryer. Instructions were to wash most of linens before leaving but it’s nearly impossible with how small the washer and dryer was .
Overall , beautiful place . Pool was cozy and refreshing . Wished there was a hot tub also

Waking up to the view every morning was breathtaking. Condo was stocked with necessities. Walls were kinda thin, but not enough that it kept me up at night. Having the path right outside was convenient, but did lack a little privacy. Manager was responsive and helpful along the way.

My husband and I came for our 25th Anniversary. We had a wonderful time in Kauai! The condo was in a great location. 5 minute walk to Conconut Marketplace for some shopping or dining. Passion Bread Company is just across the street. Fabulous pastries and fresh made malsadas on tue, thur & sat. Beautiful view of the ocean right off your balcony. Cindy was quick to respond to our needs. We would stay here again!

We had such a great time in Kaua'i. It was so nice spending all day out to come back to such a beautiful rental and unwind for the night. I will miss listening to the sound of waves crashing. My girlfriend and I created many memories together relaxing on the balcony while chatting or having dinner. The view is truly unmatched. Check in was very easy and we really appreciated how many amenities were included. A small bowl of laundry detergent pods were even left out for us to use. There is ample parking and the location was perfect for exploring the island as it is centrally located in terms of how the roads are laid out. The only negative experience was that we found a single strand of hair stuck to the side of the toilet at the beginning of our stay. The bathroom definitely could have been cleaned more thoroughly but otherwise the vacation was amazing.

condo was in a good central location within walking distance to some food, beaches and shopping but very near the main road. Other than that great view. Bed felt a little worn out and did not like the fact that it was fully carpeted, which in the humidity and sand was not a good choice. We did see a few roaches but in a rental that is pretty common. They weren't too bad. unit is on the third floor so if you have a lot of heavy bags, which we did it was a little difficult. All in all it was a good rental and we would not mind staying again.

After spending 10 days on Oahu, we enjoyed the relative peace and quiet of Kauai. The location of this unit is ideal for those wishing to explore all parts of the island, and close to shopping.. The views from this unit are SPECTULAR, and sometimes slowed our process getting out and about.. As noted in previous reviews, the A./C was not working as is should, and thankfully we were able to get by without using it by leaving the patio door and front door windows open at night. Kitchen was well-stocked, and bathroom nicely updated. Furniture is a little tired, but we would love to come back and hang out on that balcony.. Mahalo!

Loved the location of this comfortable and nicely furnished condo. However, I was unable to sleep in the bedroom. Not only was the air conditioner in that room loud, but it had a constant drip when in use. We did use a bowl to catch drips, but we could tell by the strong mildew smell that previous tenants had not. The scaffolding supporting the roof on the that corner of the building was a bit unnerving as well. A little maintenance would make this a perfect getaway!!

This condo is not a resort property, so if that’s your expectation you are in the wrong place. If you want a great place to stay while exploring Kauai this is a wonderful vacation condo though! My wife and I did not spend much time in the condo itself because we were mostly out exploring or doing activities, but it was comfortable and in a very convenient location to the rest of the island. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was incredible. We had everything that we needed. Location was good, we walked several nights up to the Market Place and wondered around. The only negative comment was the air conditioner in the bedroom had a red bowl under it collecting the condensation dripping from the bottom. Good thing I saw it and emptied it several times during our stay or there would have been a very wet carpet.

Location is good and central.
Seemed clean and stocked with plates silverware etc. so you can cook and even do laundry!
One frustration was the ac was leaking onto the carpet and someone had a bucket under it to catch it but it quickly filled and needed empty a couple times during the night.
Fix the ac and all is well!

Property was as described had everything you need for the beach Towels chairs umbrella cooler. The kitchen also had everything you would need to cook meals if need be. the location was great easy to get in get out, centralized on the island, can go to any part or any beach. The only few negatives was the air conditioner in the bedroom was loud sound like a Mack truck starting up every time it kicked on couldn’t hear the TV. And the stairwell that it was right next too, was closed for the whole two weeks we were there and I don’t know why nobody was ever working on it. which made us walk further everyday to 3rd floor. other than that it was a great place Great view.

Fantastic! Condo has a fantastic view and has a central location to most activities on the island. It was clean and all the amenities that were needed for a great stay. Once the sun went down we stayed on the deck for hours just listening to the ocean, so calming. The only issue was one night we came back and found the light and ceiling fan on that we didn't turn on, so not sure if someone came in when we were away and didn't inform us. Other than that, the stay was fantastic!

Excellent location, central to amazing hikes and the best sunrises! This may not be the place for you if you are looking to lay on the beach and have umbrella drinks brought to you. But if you are looking for a clean, adorable, well stocked, convenient place to call home while enjoying all the beauty of Kauai this is it! Conveniently located at the foot of the Sleeping Giant and Wailua river. An hour from Waimea and 30 minutes to Princeville. Excellent communication with Cindy. This is our 5th visit to Kauai, and 1st time in this condo. Highly recommend!

Great location in Kapa'a! My wife and I have been to Kauai many times, but never stayed in Kapa'a previously. We stayed at this location in early October 2021. The ocean seems so close you could almost touch it from your lanai. Maybe not the best swimming location, but the relentless waves are extremely relaxing. Watching the surfers is also very entertaining. A good ocean breeze helps cool the property, and the A/C in the bedroom is great for sleeping. The property has pretty much anything you could need, with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. For future Kapa'a stays, this place will be on top of the list for sure.

We loved our honeymoon stay on Kauai and loved how centrally located this place was to so many fun shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to travel either north or south on the island! Very quiet room! I do recommend staying on the top floor and to the far side away from the road as there was a lot of construction on the road but the ocean was loud enough to drown it out! We loved the sunrises and sunsets! I only wish we could’ve more easily kept the bedroom door open so we could hear the ocean at night but that was not possible with the A/C unit but that is my only complaint! The kitchen and bath were very nice as well and we ate on the lanai many times! Make sure you try Avalon Gastropub and Passion Bakery across the street behind the gas station! Mahalo, Cindy and Premier Kauai! We will be staying at one of your properties again!

We loved staying here- close to luaus, waterfalls, and hiking. We stayed on 5/23 week, and there was some construction on the main highway. This condo was still accessible, but needed to allow some extra time around construction. Definitely worth the views! Nice, quiet place if you want to slit your time between North and South parts of the island!

A clean convenient condo close to lots of activities or just sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view and listen to the surf. Want swimming but don't want to battle the waves Lydgate State Park is almost within walking distance. You can see it in the far distance of the intro picture and it has several types of fish. Paradise bakery is just across the street, yummy.

Quiet complex in central location for optimum sightseeing in either direction on island. Can easily walk (2-3 blks?) to Coconut Market Place shops and restaurants. Don't miss Happy Hour (or B, L, D) at Lava Lava Club in Kauai Shores Hotel in the sand. LIve music, good food and great staff!
Very clean, fully equipped 3rd floor unit. Comfortable bed, nice soft towels and linens. awesome view over the reef and waves crashing right below lanai. Perfect place to have morning coffee and ease into the day. Worried about loud neighbors? NOT HERE! :)

The condo was as described in the listing and previous reviews. We enjoyed the sounds of the ocean from the condo and lanai during our trip. We did not use the A/C in the bedroom since it was cool enough at night with the ocean breeze. The location is convenient to stores and shops in Kapaa or Lihue and it is easy to get to the north or south sides of the island from this location. Wailua Beach and Lydgate State Park are all a short walk from this location.

We loved everything about this place! 3rd floor end unit had great view from private lanai. Watched the sunrise with our coffee each morning. Heard the waves through the open sliding glass door (24 hours). Never needed air conditioning with the nice ocean breeze. Walked to beaches, restaurants (on the beach) and Coconut Marketplace for the farmers market. Excellent pastries and lunch at Passion Bakery Cafe across the street. Neighbors were quiet and rarely seen. Highly recommend this unit! Aloha

You can see and hear the beach from the lanai. We found so many incredible beaches nearby. You can walk to one up the street. We had a rental Jeep and drove about 20 minutes to a new one every day. We tried to find more private ones and were successful each day. The poke at Foodland was really good and reasonable. There are good hikes nearby. We had some rain so they were super muddy. There’s a hose to wash the mud off conveniently located around the corner of the bottom unit.We cooked in a majority of our stay and the pots, pans, utensils, knives were very high quality. SAFEWAY, Foodland, Walmart and Costco are all close by. The washer and dryer was really nice. They had beach chairs, beach towels, mats, snorkel stuff.. It was nice to save some money on buying/renting all that stuff. Lava lava beach club had fun drinks and was an easy walk. The only AC is in the bedroom, but they have a fan so you can blow the cooler air into the other living area. I found the temperature to be perfect after a hot, humid day outside. Property manager takes really good care of the grounds. Owner is super responsive and helpful. Loved our stay here.

You can’t beat the ocean view! The property had everything we needed for a one week stay. You can walk to the marketplace down the road in 5min to have bars, restaurants and shopping. The beach isn’t directly accessible but is a 2min walk around the corner. The sliding doors are a little old and require some delicate adjusting to open and close. We would stay here again!

This condo was exactly how the pictures portray it. It has the most beautiful view and a great location to explore the whole island. We had a couple minor issues with our stay, like our washer not working but Manager Cindy was very helpful with helping resolve it. The sliding glass door is a little frustrating (not a big deal), no elevator at condo so made for a lot of walking up 3 flights of stairs, and no AC in unit besides bedroom were the only complaints we had but overall this is an amazing condo and we can’t wait to come back! Very clean and has everything in the kitchen that you could need.

This was our second stay at this condo and it was just as great as we remembered.
There is nothing better than to watch the sunrise on the lanai with a cup of coffee and then watch it set 12 hours later with a cold beverage. People go to ocean view bars and restaurants and pay big premiums to do those things in Kapaa, yet you get the view and privacy just staying here.
Cindy was very attentive and responsive when we had questions. She’s great.
The bed is so comfortable and the kitchen has all the utensils if you decide to make meals.
The condo is also in a great location in relation to getting around the island. You can stay here and easily get to either the north/south/west without spending all day in the car.
We can’t wait to return for a third visit!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was very clean and had everything we needed. (Including boogie boards and camp chairs)
Some days we cooked our meals and ate on the lanai with the ocean just below us. Breakfast was always eaten with the sunrise hitting the water and beach. The waves are LOUD but awesome!
There is a wonderful breeze that comes off the ocean, but in July the air conditioner in the bedroom was most appreciated for cooler sleeping conditions.
It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the unit (Wet swimsuits can make luggage too heavy! ;)
Overall a fantastic stay! (FYI--it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so we definitely got our steps in!)

The building is very well maintained and the condo is provided with everything you possibly need for cooking, washing and beach! Everything is clean and functions well! We had a problem with the fan and the owner promptly let the fan be repaired! Thank you!
The condo is well located when you come by car and there are restaurants, a marketplace and a nice bakery nearby.
Though you don't hear the road, it is nearby and it makes the location a bit less peaceful.
The view on the ocean is great but the water looked a bit too rough for us to go in.

The view from the lanai was absolutely incredible! The lanai was the perfect spot for breakfast while watching the surfers in the distance or a nightcap while listening to the waves crashing. The location was great: just across the street from Paradise Bakery which opens at 6:30am! (I'm a morning person), short walk to shops and restaurants, and a short drive to hiking, kayaking, etc. We didn't get to spend much time at the beach that was just outside of the condo, but it was very convenient! We'll have to return to spend more time at the beach!

We absolutely loved staying here! Our favorite activity was the Captain Andy Snorkel tour. The condos are in a great location because it is in the middle of the main road Route 50. There is a Safeway (same as Vons and good prices), ABC store, and Ross 5 minutes drive North of Condos. We definitely recommend staying here. Aloha!
