Our stay at the Kauai condo was perfect. Everything from communication before arriving to check out was smooth and easy. This was just as described. We agree with the other reviews. It was perfect. We loved the lanai and watching wing surfers. We walked the beach, and appreciated the host us giving us tips on how to purchase breakfast from Passion Bakery across the street.
They thought of everything and gave us a nice gift. I do want to order a robe for myself like the one that we were able to use. I think it would be great for hot springs we sometimes visit.
This was at the beginning of a trip to Hawaii for a wedding on Oahu, where we met our daughter and son-in-law. We ordered a visit at this place for them when we flew home with our granddaughter, so that they could have some time to themselves at the end of our Oahu visit. They loved it, as well.

This place definitely deserves all the five star reviews!
Inside: tastefully decorated living room and bedroom; super comfortable bed and bed linens; great couch for relaxing; tons of small aesthetic touches that made this unit feel both homey and stylish; every kitchen gadget and beach supply you could possibly need; and a clean walk-in shower with good pressure.
Outside: the lanai is perfect, gorgeous view of the water hitting the beach, comfortable chairs, private and so comfortable to sit and watch sunrises and surfers; excellent pool area, with both shade and sun and an adorable tile motif; IMMACULATELY kept grounds - not a speck of dirt, even on sidewalks with beautiful, meticulous landscaping; the only downside is proximity to the highway and resulting car noise but that’s only noticeable in bed bedroom without the a/c on.
Hosts: Teri was friendly, super responsive, and provided great advice about local spots to eat and hang out!
My husband and I are already conspiring about when we can come back to stay again!

Portable AC in the living area and bedroom do help, as Kauai is very humid.
Great location to get to places easily.

One thing to know in advance, there is NO elevator. Be prepared to carry your items up stairs.

Just returned from our stay and I can't recommend this condo enough - would give 6 stars if possible. The pictures are spot on and the view is wonderful! Whenever we were in the condo, we spent our time on the porch watching the sky and waves and listening to the sound of the ocean.
Not only was the condo decorated beautifully, but it was immaculate. Not a speck of dirt or an insect or spider web to be found. But the most amazing part was the attention to detail from the owner. They've thought of and provided everything you would need for a vacation at the beach: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, water shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray. The kitchen was stocked not only with dishes and pans, but with condiments and staples needed for cooking in the unit. Each time I thought "I wish we had ......", I found it in the cabinet or the closet. And loved that the bedroom had AC! Even though the temperature was pleasant, was really nice to set the room to the temp we wanted.
Unfortunately, the morning skies were too cloudy to see a good sunrise. However, we picked up dinner to-go one night and took a scenic drive to Salt Pond Beach Park for a fabulous sunset!
We spent a week and traveled much of the island. The condo was in a great location for us to get out and sightsee each day. Do keep in mind that since Kauai is the less touristy island, finding restaurants that accommodate dietary restrictions was a little tricky. But there is a grocery store down the road and the unit is well-stocked to cook any meals needed.
All in all, highly recommend and if we get to chance to come back, will definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a great, central location on the island, there was some road construction on the main highway which made the traffic congested close by. The condo is great, beautiful views on the lanai where we spent most of our time when we were in the condo. The condo had all the things you would need for a beach vacation. The owners had lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. It was a great place to stay!

A gift of coasters and great Hawaiian Tropic products were such a nice surprise. My sister stayed in a different suite that coat a little more and ours had more extras. The place was spotless. We also appreciated the many recommendations provided by our hosts - most helpful!! Most of all, we miss the incredible view and ocean waves experienced from the comfort of the lanai...where we spent a good majority of our time. This property and property owners far exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, clean, well appointed and so comfortable! The ocean view from the balcony almost felt like being on a ship at sea - with sounds of crashing waves & beautiful sunrises! Generous resources for the area shared by hosts, as well as great communication!! Amazing bed, bedding, full kitchen with everything we needed, including coffee, wonderful tv options, beach paraphernalia, comfy living area and great walkability to shopping and great restaurants!! The only complaint was the local traffic. But otherwise location was great for getting to points south and north! I would stay here again in a flash!

This property is the stuff of dreams. Right on the beach, with a cross breeze that keeps the condo naturally cool, you can hear the waves crash from everywhere in the unit. Checkin is a breeze, the pool is nice, and you’re steps to all kinds of restaurants and shops. The hosts are the absolute best and help you feel welcome from booking through checkout and are super responsive for any questions you may have before or during your stay. This place has everything you could possibly need. I believe they have thought of everything! From the charging station and robes in the bedroom; to the soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom; to the crib board, ukulele and playing instructions in the living room; to the sunscreen, bug repellent, first aid kit and laundry pods in the closet; to the cooler, beach chairs and umbrella, and snorkel equipment on the lanai; then the kitchen: spices, oil, condiments, excellent knives selection, pots, pans, ... I can go on! The décor is very inviting where you feel you are in a home, not a hotel room or hotel condo.
The area is great! Within walking distance to many delicious restaurants and satisfying shops. It is about 15-20 minutes from the airport. You are also very close to beautiful beaches.
I have but one regret: not staying longer. I hope to be back on this beautiful island and would definitely check if Teri and Ron's place is available. Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of heaven.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect. And being able to sit inside or outside and hear the roaring waves all day and night was exactly what we were hoping for. We were able to either walk or take a short drive to several fabulous beaches. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and will certainly stay here on our next trip to Kauai.

Nothing and I mean nothing can be as soothing as falling asleep to the ocean waves right outside this condo. Really, there wasn’t much else we wanted to do other than to sit and listen to the crashing waves. The grounds and pool so well kept. And such a clean, well equipped condo: more kitchen gadgets than I have at home, more beach gear than we could use. Easy to find, good access to both ends of the island, walkable to our favorite bakery(across the street), restaurants and grocery. We did very well without a car for most of our 10 days, got a car for only the last 3 which really saved us a lot of money and didn’t hinder our excursions at all. Had excellent communication with the owners and along with a binder of helpful information about Kauai and email suggestions we very much enjoyed celebrating hubby’s 70th birthday in such beautiful surroundings. Thanks Ron, Teri, Marvis and condo manager Mark for a great winter getaway.

We loved this condo. The location was perfect. - within walking distance of many restaurants and within a short drive of many others. Also very near a protected beach which was great for a swim workout or snorkeling, and close to a running/biking path along the ocean, and many options for kayak rental. The condo had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels, a well-appointed kitchen, Wi-Fi, and lots of outlets and USB ports. We never needed the air conditioning since the breeze going through the condo was perfect! And the ocean view and getting to see the sunrise every morning from the lanai completed the perfect picture of the relaxing week we needed! So glad we rented this condo!

My mother and I had a great stay at Teri and Ron's Wailua Bay condo! It's a nice place. in a great central location, and the unit had tons of amenities that make you feel right at home! There's lots of great activities and food in the area too. Make sure you check out the Bakery right across the street-- fresh made to order malasadas on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays! Lava Lava Beach Club is also within walking distance-- great food, live music in the evenings, nice sandy beach. For first time visitors I highly recommend the Shaka Guide App (Kauai)--- it provides lots of great info on this area and other parts of the island. Mahalo again, Teri! Thank for making this a great stay and for being such a wonderful superhost!

We had family staying in two of the other condos in the same complex and they were jealous of certain amenities Ron and Teri had compared to theirs - namely two air conditioners, a nice new bathroom, and a French press. My wife and I had an amazing time staying here and exploring the beautiful island of Kauai. The condo was exactly as described and the complex it is located in is great. We loved being so close to the airport and anything we wanted to do on the island was a quick/easy drive. We spent most mornings and evenings on the back deck watching the ocean. The AC in the unit works great, but we actually didn't use it much because we got such a great breeze coming off the ocean and loved hearing the waves. There is an awesome digital message board located in the condo which gives you a ton of information while you are there. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Just a short drive from the airport in a central location between north shore and south/west part of the island is a perfect condo overlooking the ocean. The balcony is very private with amazing views. The place felt like home since we walked through the door. We happened to need a few random things that you typically don’t find at rental places and it ended up being at this one. Very clean and thought through home.
It’s located across the road from the Coco Palms resort that was destroyed by hurricane and later caught on fire so driving up to the place we had some doubts but it’s actually pretty neat to learn some history behind the hotel and it ended up having its mysterious charm.
Just minute walk away from the property are some private beaches and a cozy beach front restaurant (Lava Lava) that has live music, great food and ambiance. We are very happy that we found this property and will absolutely come back to it again.

The location being centered on the east coast was a good starting point for all our trips going to the north and to the south. Made for easy driving each day. And quite literally was the easiest drive to/from an airport that we've ever had!

Let’s start with the amazing updates, fabulous! The bed is so comfortable, the bathroom is beautiful and thank goodness for A/C in the bedroom AND living room! We sat on the lanai every night having drinks and listening to the crashing waves. Walked to Coconut Market and Lava Lava no need to drive. I have never felt more welcomed and special than the way Ron and Terri did with the extra touches they do to make sure you have everything you need. All the beach stuff you need they have too. We will DEFINITELY stay here again, mahalo!

Our experience renting this property was excellent. It was more than we expected and we felt very taken care of. Everything we needed was there and the views and sound of the ocean were spectacular. The AC in the bedroom made for a very restful sleep. The condo is within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the nice walk to dinner and to Passions Bakery which was right across the street. Perfect location to explore all parts of the island. We loved having a washer and dryer, and the beach equipment was very useful. The location made short day trips up north or south very do-able. There are lots of food options within a 15 min car ride.

This was our second stay in this beautiful oceanfront condo, and our first with the new owners, Ron & Teri. They were just as responsive and accommodating as the previous owners, and our rental process couldn't have been smoother! They even have the same on island caretaker, Marvis, and she is wonderful!
We chose this condo again due to it's central location on the island, as well as the beautiful location right by the ocean. We started and ended every day sitting on the lanai, enjoying the scenery and sounds of the waves. It was such a gorgeous view, and so relaxing for us. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. We also made use of the beach equipment that was there, and that was much appreciated.
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone going to Kauai, and hope to stay there again in the future if our travels bring us back to Kauai! Mahalo for a wonderful trip to celebrate my retirement!

Such an awesome condo in a beautiful setting. It was stocked with all you need - everything you can think of for the beach, first aide and toiletries. Fully stocked kitchen, games, books and binoculars to enjoy the stunning view. Just waking up every morning to the sound of the surf from the lanai made this location so perfect. Our on site contact was friendly, and our hosts welcomed us with small personal touches and a gift that truly made our honeymoon special. We love all things Hawaii, and Kauai is our favorite of all the islands. This trip really focused on finding a place to stay as close to the ocean as possible. Surprisingly, there are only a handful of places along the edge of coast, like really on the water- one in Hanalei that seemed very isolated from everything, a couple on tbe south shore Poipu area that either were priced too high (like over 1K per night) or were lacking in amenities like a washer and dryer, or a/c in tbe bedroom, or had poor reviews. And on the east coast, this smaller boutique-type complex in Kapaa (it was only 45 units - 15 per floor) is the closest to the water of anything; I would guess that the lanai is only 25 feet away from the water and is up on a slight bluff. Plus,, the end of the building we stayed in (north end of the building) was even closer because of the angle of tbe building (and it has a/c and a washer and dryer!). I know this is a long description, but I hope to help others who research like I do! The condo is obviously very well loved and taken care of. The bathroom looks like it's had a recent renovation, and the kitchen was better stocked than ours at home. The bed was comfy, and we slept like babies because it had A/C (as you can tell, cool sleep is important to me). So we look at it like this- Location (Kauai), Location (Kapaa), Location (Ocean) - all wonderful! We stayed 10 days in Kauai, and when we return, I hope it will be here!

We loved every second of our time on Kauai and being at this condo! This condo is a nice central location for visiting everything on the island. AC in the bedroom was extremely nice to have at night for sleeping. We enjoyed the ocean views and breeze in the living room once we were back from exploring all the different places. This condo is within walking distance of several restaurants, some shops, a beach, and a grocery store (if needed). We enjoyed the lanai each morning and evening with our food. There were many amenities provided (beach chairs, umbrella, towels and snorkeling gear were some of our favorites). Lydgate beach is a very short drive from this condo. It was perfect for snorkeling for us beginners. We highly recommend Passions Bakery for breakfast a few times while you are staying at the condo; it is a super short walk (across the street). Teri and Ron are wonderful hosts and easy to work with. They made our anniversary trip a blast with all of their recommendations found on the electronic concierge. We highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Kauai!! It is a trip we will not forget!!

Our trip was amazing, we got in late on our first night, but getting to the condo was easy. We could hear the ocean but couldn’t see it. The next morning we were up early and got to experience the amazing view from the deck. Ron and Teri were great hosts. Helping us with places to go. The location is great, having quick access to the north and south shores. Neat shops within walking distance and a public beach 3 min walk away. This was an awesome place and would recommend it to anyone.

This apartment lived up to everything that other reviewers said about it! Things we especially loved were the comfortable bed and living room seating, the balcony where we could watch the ocean (including whales and wind surfers), all the beach gear that was provided, the washer and dryer in the room (this was really soooo nice), little snacks and gifts that Terri provided, the bakery across the street that also served breakfast and lunch, fun books and ideas for things to do, the town of Kapaa (although the road construction made it a little challenging; allow extra time wherever you're going!), and the cleanliness and attractiveness of the apartment and property. We would definitely try to stay here again!

We have traveled to Kauai many times, and have loved every trip. We've stayed in cottages and hotels, resorts and condos, and on various parts of the island from Hanalei to Waimea, Poipu, and Kapaa, and I can honestly say this, surprisingly, was our favorite trip yet. We found a hidden gem with your condo.
We took a last minute trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary, so it was especially nice to stumble on to this, especially since lodging opportunities were so slim. With 3 days on Kauai., we were wishing we could stay in yout condo for 3 months.
Your unit is clearly on the quiet side of the complex (a concern I had from reading reviews) and it was so clean! Neither of us sleeps well while on vacation, especially the 1st night, but we both slept like babies all 3 nights. The hum of the a/c, coupled with the luxury bedding and mattress (and what seemed like a larger-than-normal king-sized bed) and black-out curtains had us thinking we need to change things in our own home!
We really appreciated the extremely well- stocked kitchen and it was especially nice to have a Kuerig coffee maker and some Kauai Coffee K-Cups and creamers there for our first morning- thank you!
We were surprised that we could see the sunrise from the Lanai, and I believe this is the closest to the ocean we've ever been on any vacation - ever. The lanai was so private since all we could see was ocean. Many places overlook the property and pools, and so those can feel so much more like a fish bowl.
Thank you for providing binoculars. While we didn't get to see any whales, we did see some dolphins and we also watched the kite surfers have fun in the bay.
We didn't have an opportunity to swim in the pool, but it was very inviting - very clean and surrounded by lsuh plants and trees. We did use the BBQ, so I also appreciated the BBQ utensils you provided.
We also enjoyed other luxurious special touches you had for us, like the light-weight robes, soaps & shampoo, beautiful beach towels, the digital concierge, and even a help- yourself bin. We used some sunscreen and my wife grabbed a rain poncho.
Finally, I think what impressed us most was the extraordinary customer service that you provided from our 1st inquiry until the end of our stay. Your manager was so helpful, and she definitely takes pride in her work. She even had the lanai windows open and Hawaiian music playing for our arrival. Overall - WONDERFUL!

The condo was super clean and so well stocked and equipped. Marvis the unit manager was very attentive and personable. We slept like babies on the comfortable, roomy bed and never needed the air conditioner since the sea breeze blows through so sweetly. The pool area is lovely; but we spent most of our time visiting the beaches. Our favorite beach spot was a quick walk from the condo. The owners provided beach chairs & a cooler which were put to good use during our stay. They also offered suggestions for nearby dining and recommended activities for us to consider during our visit. It was relaxing to watch the surfers and kite foilers from the lanai. GREAT OWNERS who are fantastic invisible hosts.

The condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay so much, exploring all of Kauai with our home base in Wailua. The lanai is very private due to the position of the building on the coastline, and you get a great view of parasailing athletes going hard in the afternoon/evening, so that was pretty entertaining. The ocean was very active and therefore quite loud during our entire stay, but it was actually still very peaceful despite the volume, and if we closed the window and lanai doors at night, it was muted to no longer be significantly audible if the noise were to bother someone. Otherwise, it had everything we needed: ocean view, comfortable bed, washing machine, tea kettle. Also a great location on the island to make trips to the north or to the south and west. Across the street from one of the better bakery/lunch options that we found some really great malasadas and a decent loco moco plate. Also very close to the bus stop if you find yourself wanting to explore without a car, although the rest of sightseeing on the island and getting around does require a vehicle (ie. after returning our car the night before, we could not get a taxi to pick us up to get to the airport at 6:30am so we just took the bus which was easy enough).

This is a comfortable and well-maintained condo with a spacious lanai right by the ocean, where the surf breaks onto the rocks. It's clear that the owners have spent time here as it feels homey and has many personal touches. The place is well-stocked with everything from kitchen items to beach gear. It's close to the main road, so some traffic noise is to be expected, but the sounds of the ocean drown it out. Several restaurants and beaches are within walking distance.

It took us over a year to get there, but it didn't disappoint! The view was spectacular! The sound of the waves was spectacular! Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance, including the Wailua kayak tour we took. And when we felt like just chillin, it was so homey and comfortable! Mahalo, Crystal and Jim!

Our first time to Kauai, we have had this trip and location booked twice before and had to reschedule due to COVID. The owners were more than accommodating and we were very happy with our 10 day stay. It is centrally located so heading south, west or up north was about the same distance. Bed was heavenly, the air conditioner was nice to have in the bedroom but we didn’t need it every night, the trade winds kept the whole condo a nice temp..great shower and kitchen set up….we did a stop at Costco and Safeway and did breakfasts, most dinners and drinks (used the barbecues at the pool which was great for a dip) on the Lanai to enjoy the waves and view…can’t wait to go back and will stay here again for sure!

This condo has everything one would need for a successful Kauai vacation. The view from the condo is amazing and the sounds of the waves crashing provide great background noise to an otherwise quiet location. A well stocked kitchen, as well as the gas bbq's on site make cooking easy. The bed is very comfortable and entire unit felt clean and cared for. This condo is a great location for those looking to explore the entire island as it's centered to all of Kauai's stunning state parks and beaches. Jim & Crystal were great hosts and provided a lot of helpful information to ensure we had a great stay.

We loved staying at Jim and Crystal's condo! The pictures don't do it justice at all! This is a modernized unit with updated windows to keep the sound of chickens outside where they belong (there are chickens and roosters all throughout the island) we didn't hear them during the night thankfully and slept so well on their super comfortable King bed, the only sounds to lull us asleep were the crashing waves. The unit also had an updated bathroom which made showering an enjoyable experience. The kitchen was well stocked and had all of the essentials, which was very convenient.
The location is fantastic, Kapa'a has everything you need and they are centrally located being walking distance from restaurants and shops. Having access to chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella made going to the beach easy too!
Thank you so much, Cyrstal and Jim for making our 7 nights there so enjoyable. We will come back for sure!

This place is exactly what it appears to be! Great location, clean, and breathtaking views! I broke my ankle the second day we got there from hiking to the Seceret Falls, and let me tell you, if I was stuck in a hotel room instead of this beautiful condo, I probably would have gone crazy. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know and can't wait to be able to come back and finish all the activities we had to Cancel. We did do The Na Pali Experience and I highly recommend that too.

The unit was very clean and has amazing views (just as depicted). Location is great for adventures to the north and south shore (about 35 min drive both ways). Local coffee and cookies were provided to enjoy with the sunrise on the lanai.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was clean, in a great location and had all the comforts of home. The lanai is to die for! Beautiful view and crashing waves. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. It was the little things that made me appreciate the attention to detail. I was experiencing some bad allergies when we got there and it was so nice to have high end tissues and not the rough, thin hotel ones! Soft toilet paper and thick, plush towels too. Thanks so much for such a great place.

Great place. It was slightly more expensive than the other condos I was looking at but it was well worth it! No freeway noise just the amazing noise of the waves. The condo stays generally cool and they have an AC unit in the bedroom (I only used it once in the week). Like others have said, the condo is centrally located. It's a couple of mins from Kapaa and you can walk to the Wailua River to kayak or SUP. You can also walk to the coconut marketplace where there's groceries and a good restaurant that local's recommended (Hukilau Lanai).
They also have double paned windows upfront so you don't hear much of the other foot traffic (many condos don't have this and it feels like people are walking in your bedroom). The kitchen is fully stocked and their beach toys came in handy. I also LOVED the two high chairs and bar they had outside that allows you to see right over the railing.
Not much to recommend for improvements but if I was fishing for things I'd recommend a place to put your suitcase off of the ground (a luggage rack), a magnifying mirror for makeup, and maybe the kitchen could use an upgrade (the bar area is quite low and looks like it was made for handicapped individuals).
I spent a week here and it was really an amazing place and location to stay overall. Oh and the owners are VERY nice and responsive.

Our time in Kauai was amazing and this property was just as amazing. The location is great as it is right in the middle of the North Shore (Princeville)and South Shore (Poipu). The patio was perfect to start our day with breakfast or order dinner in after a long day. The beach supplies were a great addition and we took them with us to our multiple beach spots! Property owners were very responsive to any questions also. Would def stay here again!

We absolutely loved this condo in paradise! It had stunning views along with the relaxing sound of the ocean. We spent every morning and night enjoying the perfect lani, they really thought everything to make the space comfortable! The condo is in a great location no matter where on the island your headed. Plus it has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The owner was very kind and gave us a lot of valuable information especially while traveling during COVID and even checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. We're already planning our next vacation back!

Great one bedroom apartment that is central to many of the towns in Kauai. The apartment was spacious and right next to the ocean so you can easily hear the waves. Many shops and restaurants are within a short walk or drive from the place as well which is nice if you done want to drive 30+min for food. The hosts were great and quick to respond when I had questions.

We stayed in this condo for a week over ThanksGiving, and enjoyed every minute of it! We had selected this condo for its location (convenient driving distance to all parts of the island), and got a lot more than that. The closeness to the ocean was awesome, and we really enjoyed the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. We were able to drive to the far north and far west of the island in less than 1.5 hr, which made day trips very practical. With a lot of restaurants being closed while we were on the island, we mostly cooked and ate in the condo, which had everything we needed. It was nice to have a large shower in the bathroom, which was really well ventilated and we never had any issues with too much humidity (although it rained a little bit every day while we were there). The owners were able to accommodate our request to leave late on our last day: we actually stayed until 9:00pm to catch our flight), which allowed us to enjoy a full day of activities (including a kayak trip on the Wailua river, which was a 5 min walk from the condo), which we very much appreciated. Overall, this was an activity packed stress-free vacation thanks to the friendliness of the owners and the great location of the condo!

Pictures don't do this condo justice. As soon as you walk through the front door, the world disappears and all you can hear are the waves. The lanai is to die for! We watched the sunrise in the morning, and sunset in the evening while rooting for the various surfers and paddlers.
The air conditioner in the bedroom was a godsend. We had high humidity the week we were there, and being able to sleep comfortably made our days even more enjoyable.
The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, and the residents and other guests were so friendly and respectful of each other.
Crystal and Jim thought of everything any guest would need for a perfect stay. We felt like royalty! Thank you so much for making your amazing home ours for a perfect anniversary week!

This was our second visit to this lovely condo overlooking Waimea Bay. The condo itself is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with unique touches such as intriguing photos of early 20th century Hawaii, a lovely balcony where one can watch whales breaching and surfers riding in the bay. There are many excellent amenities: a library of DVDs and books, more than adequate cooking facilities and a new king-sized bed. We were happy to have the washer and dryer, the beach umbrellas and chairs, the exceptionally well-cared for and beautiful grounds and pool. We felt completely at home, and look forward to our return.
The condo is perfectly located, whether you want to go to Princeville and the north shore or west to Waimea Canyon and south to Poi'pu beaches. All of these locations are within a pleasant hour's drive. Here you are very close to some of the best beaches in the area--Lydgate Beach is literally around the corner and Keala Beach is a few minutes away by car. We love the town of Kapa'a, just down the road. The property is safe and well-cared for, and we can't wait to return.
