We had the most amazing stay here. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was so comfy. Plenty of room for a family of four and very peaceful. My only criticism would be the very unhelpful lady at the apartment reception. We were very keen to play tennis however one of the owners kept keeping hold of the key over night stopping other people using the court. The lady refused to do anything about it and was extremely rude to us after we complained to garden island properties (who dealt with the issue very promptly). We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone.

We had a great time staying in Kaha Lani! The view from the balconies are amazing and I loved waking up looking at the sunrise over the ocean!
Everything else in the property was great too - fully stocked kitchen, enough space for everyone, TV entertainment, the pool and the BBQ. Love it!

We really enjoyed our stay as this place was very secluded and close to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach area to snorkel and life guard was near (for us beginners) but a close drive to the town.

This condo is just lovely! Well decorated and equipped. Bed is comfortable, shower has great pressure, kitchen had everything we needed. The best part is the view and sounds of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. We have stayed in other parts of the island but this is our favorite!

We love staying at Bruce's condo Kaha Lani! We enjoy the breeze from the beach everyday and at night, and lovely to have the pool right outside the condo. Such a great location to get around the island, and so convenient to have the laundry right there next to the property (easy to use). We would love to return and stay at the condo again!

Some of windows we were unable to close because the handles were bent or broken. Kitchen stove had food spillage in plates under electric burners and underneath the stove and the previously mentioned plates had burned on food or liquid stuff and rust spots. Took 1 hour to clear the stove before using.

The condo had a lot going for it, so near to the water. Great sunrises! The only problems were jalousies falling out of the windows and lights not working. Some windows were inoperable and we have stayed in this condo before and used Kauai Vacations several times. They are wonderful! The door wouldn't lock properly and one time we came back from our walk and the door was open. Luckily, nothing was taken.

The condo is perfectly located for great unobstructed views of the ocean. A short walk to the beach which has swimmable areas, life guard, and is long enough for beach jogging and brisk walks. The pool offers a nice cozy alternative to the thunderous pacific. The interior layout and amenities were accurately described. Nice breezes flow through the condo. Conveniently located, just east of the main highway, therefore you do hear a bit of traffic noise at times. The bedroom looks out onto the facility parking lot, with associated noises. Would come again. Ah and yes, and the roosters!

We had a great stay! Easy beach access or stay on the lanai if you want to enjoy the sunrise from a lounge chair. Everything we needed was here, all we had to do was buy food. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The unit was as described and lovely. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We cooked breakfast and a couple of dinners - it was equipped with everything we needed. It ways spacious, very clean and comfortable.
We loved having the beach to sit just a short walk away in between our site seeing travels. It was a beautiful walk along the beach- very secluded and quiet. The walking trail to Lydgate park was a great plus for us as well.
We found the place to be conveniently centrally located to travel either way on the island which we did. We rented a car at Thrifty Rental by the airport. We loved being able to park right outside the unit. That was very convenient.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was in great condition. The evening breeze and fans made for a great sleep!
We enjoyed sitting at the table and lounge chairs on the back deck. Morning coffee with the sunrise was the best :-)
Communication with Kim and Mike was excellent!! Check in was very smooth. We loved the keyless entry during our stay. It was very convenient to come and go without worry of a key. Checkout was smooth and easy as well with just a few requests by Mike and Kim to complete before we left.
We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend a stay at this beautiful location and unit.

My wife and I probably looked at two dozen other properties on Kaua‘i before settling on Kaha Lani 310. We were overwhelmingly pleased with our decision!
This property was just the right size for the two of us, with 1.5 baths so we could both get ready for the day at the same time. The condo complex was quiet and far enough from the highway where we couldn’t hear any traffic noise. The third-floor location meant there was no one above us. It has a lovely view of the ocean, and the windows let the cool breeze flows through the entire condo. The pool is the perfect temperature. There was plenty of parking available when we were there (March), and a parking pass for the complex was left in the condo.
This is in a great location near the airport (but not so close you can hear planes taking off), with equal drive-time access to the north and south shores. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby in Kapa‘a. Lydgate Park Pools is ½ mile to the nortn; the ocean is enclosed behind a rock barrier, perfect for inexperienced snorkelers and families with small children. Wailua Golf Course is immediately to the south, if you want easy access to golfing.
I can’t say enough good things about the property management. There are thoughtful touches throughout the condo, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Late checkout was available for a reasonable upcharge.
We loved our one-week stay, and we’ll definitely rebook Kaha Lani 310 the next time we come to Kaua‘i!

We loved this property. We were just steps away from a secluded beach which we enjoyed everyday of our stay. The pool was very nice but we opted for the beach each day. The unit does not have air conditioning but we had a constant breeze blowing through the condo day and night which kept us very comfortable. It is a third floor unit so its a pretty good climb to get you luggage up the steps but once you are settled in the steps are not an issue {about 21 stair steps} There are plenty of food choices within minutes. We would return to this unit if our travels takes us back.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for us. The views of the ocean from the lanai were amazing. Also, being able to hear the ocean waves from inside the unit and out on the lanai was wonderful. The roosters were the only downside as they crowded as early as 4 am. We had to shut the windows so as not to hear them as loud. It would have been nice to have easier access to the tennis/pickle ball court. You could not play after 4 because you need the key from the office which closed at 4

Kaha Lani was the perfect location for our first visit to Kauai. My husband and I wanted a quiet condo as close to the ocean as possible and away from major resorts. Property is very good with new appliances and recent renovations. Ocean view from the lanai is also a bonus! Well equipped with boogie boards and beach chairs. Pool is excellent as it is heated. Nice to have sufficient garbage bags and dishwasher tabs for our entire stay! The gift for anything that was missing for our stay was a nice touch! We were fortunate that someone chased the roosting chickens out of the trees outside our bedroom! Reduced early morning noise significantly. Location next to Lydgate Park is nice but a long walk for any restaurants or shopping. Property Manager was very responsive and easy to work with!

My wife & I have been to the Big Island several times, this was the first time to Kauai! Not to be missed! Mike & Kim were pleasant and easy to work with. The condo had everything we needed. During our stay, the condo overall was good (no A/C needed with the trade winds), however, the cleaning staff could pay a little more attention to the tile floors, a couple of bath towels and oven mitts (all were a little soiled). Overall a very good experience at this location!

The condo was just like the photos—comfortable and well appointed—but it was the location that stole the show. Looking out at the ocean from our patio was a dream. The pool was lovely, and when we walked down to the beach, we often had it to ourselves. Also, the rental company was accommodating and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Cleaning fee should be enough to clean ocean facing windows between renters. Unshielded security light brightly illuminates deck all night. Gross sticky TV remote should be replaced.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here (well, except the roosters but that’s a Hawaii problem). From start to finish it was easy. Communication with Kate was great, the view was fabulous, the complex was well maintained. The beach in front was quiet almost all the time, and you could walk as far as you can see. Easy access to the east and south shores and all the great stuff to see and do. The unit was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully stocked with the things you need. Kaha Lani is the only condo, etc., along Lydgate Park, so it's unique in this respect. Nice big lani, never felt cramped. Good ocean view from lani; we thought the building in front would be more of a distraction than it actual was, so that was good. Nice second lani, on west side by entry way. Note there are steps to enter the unit (on the third floor). Like the tiki tourches lit nightly around the pool. Nice walking path in Lydgate Park. Great experience with the property manager (Garden Island Properties) this year and prior years. Short, convenient drive to airport. Would stay here again.

A very quiet and calm area of Kawaii with walking of the beach. Great communication with the host, Kate. We attended the Smith family luau which Kate recommended. It was by far the best luau that I’ve been to to date course. I’ve only been to four so keep that in mind :-)
