The location was excellent for early morning sunrise views & walks along the beach! Parking onsite was wonderful & the easy access to a laundry room was definitely a value add for a week long trip. NOTE that it does NOT have A/C & a number of the outlets need replacing so charging devices was a learning experience.

This is the best decision we took for our Kaui visit ! The place is just felt like totally integrated into the beautiful nature. Everyday we can just wake up and walk either side in some calm & serene setting.Some long term residents interacted with us and were so kind. We did not feel like vacation renters at all. When we landed in the pitch dark, the gentleman at the office helped us to find our unit and so nice !The entire resort is in pristine condition. The upkeep of the grounds and the garden was amazing. The unit itself was awesome from kitchette to cleanliness. The entier unit was pretty nice and clean. Property contact was prompt & wonderful with our communication.There were many thoughtful things such as a hose connected to a pipe - tha thelped us a lot to wash our feet before getting into the unit.I can keep writing more. Simple way to say isHere is where I would stay on our next Kaui visitand if I end up buying in Kaui I would certainly do in this resort !

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was in a great, central location to so many different beaches and towns, but still very peaceful and so beautiful. It was very clean, which made it easier to relax while there. It had everything you will need inside the home, with the added bonus of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, small cooler etc. which made our time there so much better! It did not have AC, however, with the windows & ceiling fans it wasn’t an issue at all. We did not have any complaints and will absolutely stay again!

You really can not get much better. This property is "authentic" Kauai. It's a very well-appointed one-bedroom condo with a sleeper sofa, and 1.5 very convenient bathrooms. It's on the 3rd floor (yes, there are stairs), looking right at a breathtaking ocean and beach which seem touchable...about a 1 minute walk. The property grounds are immaculate, quiet and rather quaint...nothing resort-like...it's like your own place. From that 3rd floor balcony, the views of the beach, ocean, and especially the sunrise are absolutely stunning. Open the sliding glass door, turn on the living room ceiling fan, and open the bedroom windows and you get a welcomed breeze. You can be self-sufficient there if you prefer to cook yourself. Everything is very convenient from this location. Just north (5 minutes or so) are ample restaurants, food trucks, and a Safeway (Costco is just south). Further north is simply heaven, with Princeville and Hanalei towns...all only about 45 minutes drive or so. The east side is equally rewarding, and again much within about 45 minutes drive. Then there was inland, where Kauai folks actually live...we knew some people there, and found country stores, charming views, met locals, and hiked glorious trails.Each day we came back to this exceptionally convenient condo to great comfort, views, and rest. Extremely private, and the communication with owners and property management dependable and excellent. My wife is talking about buying a unit there now (uh oh!).

Unit is as advertised. Great views and excellent beach access. Close to a legendary kids park/playground and small kiddie beach pools. Not having AC wasn't an issue in May, the cross breeze was strong. The couch and chairs aren't cozy but I would recommend pulling out the couch and making it into a bed so it provides some level of comfort. The ocean sounds were amazing, never been able to hear the waves crashing so loudly. The roosters were as expected-a constant presence and authority in the area, lots of baby chicks in May. We were able to check in early which was a huge relief and we really appreciate the help with that, thank you!! Lacking: Places to hang purse, keys etc. The rug is a tripping hazard as it constantly rolls up. Decor is meh, its one of those units that frames rules and regulations. The bathroom shower screen needs to be cleaned, as well as the master bed headboard.

Amazing property!! We absolutely loved staying here. It felt like home and was the best home base for our Kauai adventures. We were so sad to leave and would come back without hesitation. Definitely a must stay!Even though there was no a/c, between the fans provided and the wonderful ocean breeze, it was never hot and we slept well. We're not from humidity so were worried about that, but it was no issue at all. The additional amenities the host provides are so nice - the beach supplies, coolers, everything was super helpful and made it a stress free week. And we already miss the chickens! They were the best part! 10 out of 10!

Everything was poorly maintained.The blue couches have a musty/mildew smell plus they were dirty. - Bathrooms were stocked with only items left from previous renters. The bath was mirrors all looked old; losing the mirror finish on the sides. - While the balcony indeed had a million dollar view, it stopped there. Lounge chairs were rusted & dirty. The wicker table was coming apart in the corners. One of the chairs was completely broken (the back of the chair). - The kitchen appliances were peeling in areas. There were perishable foods left in the fridge. I had to clean the counters to remove the crumbs and sticky film. The microwave makes a terrible noise and then gives off a plastic burning smell. - The screens in the condo are absolutely filthy & in the shower, the screen is actually coming apart. - Some of the light switches were nasty dirty. AND FOR GODS SAKE, put a curtain on the big window by the front door. It looks directly into the guest bathroom!!! No privacy!We chose this place because of the great reviews & photos provided. I’m wondering now if they were real reviews?! Either way, the people who come in to clean are doing a terrible job. I expect, at the very least , a thoroughly clean & sanitized area. If I had thought for one second I could have asked for my money back AND been able to find a better place to stay, last minute……I would have packed up and left. Very disappointed

Ideal spot to put you between the north shore and south shore. Super easy access to all main roads and routes that you need to get places. Beautiful views of the ocean and overall beautiful property. Had all the stuff we needed for the beach so we didn’t have to go out and buy stuff we weren’t going to be able to bring home. Very affordable.

Location is perfect. Easy and quick to anywhere you’d like to go on the island. Beautiful view, walk and beach right outside your door. Property has nice beach towels and beach chairs for your use. Kitchen has all items needed for cooking—-.if you like to cook with spice, you’ll need to pick some up but basics of salt, pepper, garlic powder are there. Cooler for your use as well. Would absolutely stay here again—-perfect home base to explore the island and a nice place to spend a quiet beach or pool day, too. My family and I loved it here!

The view from this condo is amazing. It was very windy for our entire stay so the beach was not swimmable. The condo did stay cool by leaving the sliding door and most windows open. The kitchen was well stocked, standard coffee maker. We didn’t cook, there are too many amazing restaurants and food trucks to try. Beach chairs, cooler and some kids beach toys are available. This condo is almost exactly 1/2 way between Waimea and Hanalei, which makes getting to everything easy. DON’T be in a hurry. Traffic is slow but just gives you time to soak in the views. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location to visit any of the attractions, yet away from the main crowds. Coconut Marketplace was also a nice spot for free hula and fire dance as well as great food and shopping. We love our stay in Lihue. The location was ideal for seeing all of the island while we were there. The place was clean, and beds were comfortable. Plenty of fans to keep you cool being there is no AC. It was also very quite (with the exception of the rosters that are everywhere on the island) and very close to a beautiful part of Lydgate beach with very few people if anyone on it or you can drive a very short distance to Lydgate park where they have a great place to snorkel for beginners. It was nice to have a cooler and ice packs to take with us on our day trips. And a beach umbrella and boogie boards to use at the beach. We would recommend this place and would stay here again. This was exactly as described, and we had a terrific time. The bed in really comfortable. We kept the hose on hand to discourage the chickens that wanted to join us on the lanai or even in the unit. This is a fact of life on Kauai.It is a great location, with ocean views and a wonderful walking path to the nearby park and golf course areas, all along the ocean. The only thing we wished we had was some sort of floaties for the pool and maybe a few more spices like garlic and Old Bay in the kitchen.

The staff was amazing and very responsive. The location was right near an extensive beach which was very nice for morning walks. The only issue was the lack of an evaporator system. The unit, being on the ground floor, was a bit damp.

My mother and I had a wonderful time. This condo was lovely with spectacular views, a comfortable bed and living room area, and a fully stocked kitchen. There was good use of fans throughout the house and a nice breeze that came through. I was concerned about air conditioning, but it was not a problem. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided by the host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here. We had to call maintenance one day to fix a closet door, and the property manager had great communication, was very timely in their response, and sent someone to fix the problem quickly. Overall, they were really aware of anything we needed. We highly recommend this wonderful place for your stay in Kauai.
