We rented this beautiful condo for our first wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Firstly, the patio with the amazing ocean view was where we spent most of our time while at the condo. For coffee and breakfast or sunset drinks it was the perfect setting. We loved having chairs and a cooler available to take down to the beach, this was such a nice surprise when we checked in. The bed was very comfortable and sleeping with the windows open allowed us to hear the ocean! Check in and out was easy with the office location right next to the airport. Would definitely book this place again!

There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai, with the sound of the waves hitting the ocean wall. Our host is definitely a super host, who responds immediately to your questions and has great suggestions on what to see on the island. We wanted to stay another week.

I have stayed at this location before, in another condo, so I pretty much knew what to expect in the little town of Koloa and in Poipu. There are grocery stores, local produce stands, plenty of restaurants and almost everything you need in the kitchen is provided .The queen sized bed is very comfortable, plenty of beach towels and equipment, and having a washer/drier stack in the unit is very much appreciated. For me, the best part was the lanai/deck with the incredible views and the sound of the waves available at all times. If you are new to Kauai, don't expect air conditioning; breezes are available via the windows and the fans!

Nice peaceful and beautiful location with only a small number of units on this property. This condo had a large deck with view overlooking a plush valley and mountains in the background. It was a few steps up to our unit so hauling a suitcase up wasn’t ideal, but was completely manageable. The condo itself had everything needed for a great stay…spacious bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen and dining room and minus food, everything was supplied! There was an outdoor grill and patio area onsite, but we didn’t utilize during our stay. The unit had beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels which was nice not to have to rent this. The property manager provided timely and good communication and we were privileged to have had the opportunity to meet him at one point during our stay. Very kind! Tight quarters for parking, but we had a place to park every day. We hope to travel back and would definitely recommend this unit! Mahalo!

We hope to return someday to this cosy nest overlooking the southern tip of Kauai.We saw whales,dolphins, and turtles from the lanai. Great walking trail along the coast is 5 minutes to trailhead while wonderful Poipu beach is 5 minutes the other direction. You will want a car to get around. Kitchen is well equipped as we ate in frequently to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

As with so many others, we loved the place. It had all the things we needed for our two week stay and more. We loved listening to the sound of the waves 24/7, looking for whales, and watching the beautiful sunsets. With such close access to Poipu Beach! We walked there almost every day of our visit and enjoyed looking at the basking turtles and seals. We are looking forward to our next visit there!

Older building but well-equipped condo with fabulous view! Appreciated the non-bamboo furniture which isn't comfortable-instead, a power recliner, nice couch and even an adjustable bed. Cookware in good condition. Swimming pool cleaned daily. Dedicated numbered parking-no hunting for a spot! And just a short walk to the beach. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

I really didn't care for this unit and complex in general. I was very uncomfortable with all the mirrors throughout the condo. Way too much. The wicker made chairs were terrible also. The most uncomfortable space was out on the Lanai, where the neighbors lanai was only about 5 feet away and it's like i had no privacy, nor did they. I was constantly worried about the TV being too loud also. Just a very weird place, in my opinion. Never again!!

We really loved staying at this condo. The views were even better than expected. Although the weather didn't entirely cooperate, I'm sure the sunsets would have been awesome. You could easily see whales out in ocean and we witnessed some breaching. It was even better looking through the binoculars provided. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The beaches are an easy walk down although be prepared for a bit of an uphill climb back. For the most part it was a quiet area although two nights there were some guests that didn't appear to get the memo but overall a really lovely place to stay.

Beautiful view from lanai, great amenities (especially the in-unit washer & dryer), a short walk to sandy beach and bar / food, good staging area for all the activities we enjoyed. Glad we were here this time of year, though, and didn't need the available AC --- having the windows open for the breeze and being able to hear the ocean was much better. Would definitely book again on our next trip to Kauai!

Nice ocean view condo near Poipu beach. Most of what you need for the beach is included. This is clear in the listing, but make sure you're ok without A/C if you stay here. We underestimated the heat and were quite hot in the evenings.

Overall our stay was nice. The location is great for the beaches and nearby shopping etc etc. The only issue that wasn’t completely clear was the cooling of the condo. The listing does indicate there is AC. However, the unit is located in the bedroom, and only sufficient for cooling the bedroom, if the windows and doors are kept shut. It cannot cool the entire condo. The cross-breeze through the condo was great most of the time, but if you are someone who prefers to have a cool place to relax, you may want to book something with central AC if at all possible. Otherwise the condo stays quite warm, even into the evening, despite having all windows/doors open to allow for the breeze. That being said, I realize very few places have central AC, but it is something that seemed fair to let people know so they are not taken off guardOtherwise, it is furnished comfortably, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice having such a close drive to the beaches and old Kōloa town. Also, the unit has all the beach chairs, umbrellas and even snorkeling gear you could possibly need for a nice Hawaiian vacation. Overall we had a positive stay
