Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was great that there were beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler to use. An automatic ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge was great to have, along with a washer and dryer. When our key didn't work in the lock and we couldn't get in the unit, the response from the management company was very fast. The location was great. The elevator was always fast. Down sides: The unit could have been cleaner, the furniture was old and worn out and not very comfortable. There was no ceiling fan in the living room and the fan that was on the floor sometimes didn't work right. The standing fan in the bedroom was very dirty and rusty and often would only go on low speed. It really needs to be thrown away and replaced. The unit was very hot; we couldn't really feel much of an ocean breeze and fans that didn't work properly made it worse. It was even more hot when using the dryer because it appears to not be vented correctly--heat and lint from the dryer went into the bathroom.

We had a very good stay. The building is not new, but was well kept up. Had all of the amenities that we needed. It was very warm when we were there, and AC would have been nice, but not essential. When we go back to Kauai in the next year or so, I would stay in the same Condo if it were available. Really liked the 5th floor, and for our purposes, it was well located.

The view was amazing! The unit and all public areas were clean and cared for. The pool was great to. Our unit included just about everything we could need. My only negative was the pull out bed (couch). Not comfortable at all! Other than that we had a wonderful time and hope to go back again soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great. The Moipu beach is within 5 minute walk. The view from the balcony is excellent. We also found the unit is clean, well-maintained and functional. Overall very positive experience.

This place is on the older side and has no AC. Just open all the windows and run the fan's At night and it surprisingly comfortable. Easy walks to Brenneck’s and Poipu beaches to see the turtles. We were gone early and came back late and this place was great!

Lovely in every way. I only wish our grandchildren (ages 9 and 11, and under supervision) could have been allowed the use the pool. They were ejected when their mother ran to put something in the garbage can. They are well-behaved but probably making noise, at 10:00am.

The location was perfect, we were close enough to walk to Brennecke's and Poipu beach and nearby restaurant. The property was well-maintained, clean, and very well-stocked, with more than enough supplies to last us throughout our weeklong stay. Don't let the apparent age of this building fool you! This condo is beautifully updated and maintained. The views and location of the property were incredible. The service was incredible as well. We didn’t have dishwasher detergent and we’re delivered some to our door within a couple hours of notifying them. It’s a very short and beautiful walk to Poipu beach.

Property was exactly as advertised. While in an older complex, it was clean and comfortable. The lack of air conditioning, while not a deal breaker, is something that one consider when renting. The location was extremely convenient for access to all the Poipu beach locations. The view for sunsets was excellent.

This condo was great for us to celebrate our anniversary, although the decor seems a bit dated. It had all the amentities we needed for our stay, excellent views of the ocean, and was walking distance to Poipu Beach where we were able to make use of the beach chairs and umbrella provided in the unit. The property manangers were very responsive to questions via text.
I did miss having AC as it got quite warm during the day, but the fan and open doors/windows made it tolerable.
Koloa/Poipu was a good, central location to stay and see the sights around the entire island.
