Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It's a walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and it has a full kitchen and any extras we needed (beach chairs, towels, etc.). The only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses in the second (smaller) bedroom as they were not comfortable and the sink in the master bedroom seemed plugged up (it took some time for the water to go down). Otherwise, great place!

The suite was very well set up with pretty much everything one could think of on hand. Nice and open and well decorated. Great views with full on sunset.Only issue was the construction right next door, first two days was not stop jack hammers, could not stay in the unit until work was done for the day. After that is was distracting but not as bad. We were told we could ask for compensation but given that we had been given an upgrade and early check in, we are good with it all. Once the renovations are complete, we would highly recomend.

This older property was ideally situated to watch beautiful sunsets and the action at Brennecke Beach. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. There were adequate dishes & supplies to start with and is was clean. Unfortunately, there is work to be done inside. During our month stay, the 6 month old dishwasher did not work, one stained glass cabinet door(rental picture)fell off, the side window leaked leaving huge puddles on the floor to be mopped up, the window screen in the small bath fell out twice into the bathtub and that bath has a huge "band-aid" on its ceiling to cover up an apparent leak issue. The Kauai Vacation Rental company was very good about communication, both before & during our stay. Unfortunately, these issues need a long term solution, some of which will be resolved when new windows are put in. When things are fixed, it will be a good choice for vacationers.

We spent one week at 508. The view was unbelievably awesome. We used the fans and opened the door and window to cool the condo. King bed was comfortable. We did not use the twin beds. The Master shower was perfect. We had a great time exploring the South Shore and Waimea Canyon area from here. It was a fantastic stay and the checkin was easy. We will definitely use Kaui Vacation Rentals and Real Estate again.

The condo is clean and well kept. It is very well equipped. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Everything you need for cooking. Perfect location. I would suggest you rent a car so you can explore the island. So much to do here.

Stayed in August 2023 and this property did not disappoint. The view from 408 was beautiful. Sunrise from the sea and sunset on the lanai. Hear the waves crashing as lay down for the day.
The ice makers were a plus for our daily outings and not needing to stop for ice. All beach essential we enjoyed, our toddler loved the beach toys.
Kitchen was a bit small, but we hardly used it.
No AC but was manageable with the fans and breeze at night.
I would say the only con was getting in and out of the parking lot. There is a big dip and with our rental (mini van) it was scraped every time going in and out of it. No matter which way we angle it lol.
Great place, I would stay again.
