However, getting acclimatized and being happy with the ocean breeze and fans is easy. Also, #109 is right in front of the pool, which makes evening Tiki Torch swims super convenient. Great Hosts.

Nice location. Very clean. Very quiet. Close to most of the Islands shops and activities. Long beach for walks. Like much of the island in the surf there were rocks that made playing in the water a challenge. Overall great island and great place to stay while you are there.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here while we vacationed in Kauai. It was in a great cental location within driving distance from all the different coasts (North, South and West). Super clean and easy to access after our long travels. Within walking distance to the beach where we watched the sunrise every morning. Quiet at night. We did hear roosters at 4:30/5 in the morning, but it is what it is. They’re everywhere on the island! We were able to stay cool at night opening the windows and keeping the fans on. It was a fantastic place to stay with it being our first time in Kaua’i. I would absolutely stay here again if we came. Muhalo!

The pool was so close too and perfect for taking a quick dip and hoping out to our lanai. I honestly can’t wait to stay here again, it was the perfect size for my husband, daughter and I. The kitchen amenities were wonderful as well as the beach items. The towels we had to wash midstay (we were there seven days) but it was no big deal and we just washed them with a load of our own clothes. We absolutely loved Kaha Lani!!

At this time of the year,(February ) the windward side of the island has constant and sometimes fierce winds. If you are a lite sleeper, the roosters will likely awaken you at 5:30. Location is convenient to the airport and other island attractions.

It was small but suitable with a full kitchen, decently sized bedroom and bed, the bathroom was updated with a lovely shower and the view was amazing! It was clean, homey, and conveniently located by the airport. Perfect to leave the screen door open and listen to the ocean. There is no AC! This may be obvious, but can be easily missed in the description.

This place was perfect for us! This was the first time we’ve had a ground floor unit and we loved the flow of space from inside, to the patio, to the pool, boardwalk and beach! Never a problem with parking at this complex. Location was in the middle of all sights we hoped to see. Would definitely stay here again!

Unit has louvered windows (poor sound barrier when closed) but have to stay open for airflow. Woken frequently by roosters crowing at all hours. Bedroom window also 15 feet from parking so heard all coming and going including car lights shining directly in from clueless neighbor arriving late. Limited privacy from foot traffic past sliding glass doors near pool. Otherwise unit is well stocked and management was very friendly and responsive. If you sleep like a rock, you should enjoy this unit.

Average rental for us. As described but needs a good deep cleaning. Would like to give 3.5 stars. Pros: location, easy parking, pool and BBQ, nice shower and towel set. Cons: couch squeaks with every movement (needs to be replaced with a non-sleeper and realize this is a 2 person rental) chickens poop on patio and get on furniture (realize that is what it is) Recommend they spend a little money and: buy new pool towels that are larger and thicker, provide shower gel or small bar of soap(most places do, or note in listing) Property management responded quickly to my email of no paper towels, dish soap and light bulbs out. Said just fix for next guest and we moved on.

We have made numerous trips to Kauai over the years, but have never stayed on the Coconut Coast (we almost always stay up in Princeville). Decided to try something new this trip, and we are so glad we did. Unit #109 was splendid! Loved having a condo on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and bbq, not to mention a very quick walk to the beach, which on most days was completely deserted! Unit was clean, well stocked, and very functional for my wife and I. The grounds themselves are meticulously maintained, with lots of open grass for a quick stroll. We loved sitting out on the Lanai each night, taking in the sound of the ocean, and enjoying the tiki torches around the pool area. Sunrises each morning were also spectacular! Highly recommend this unit and the property as a whole. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back again soon.

Everything was as advertised. Location is great if you're planning to visit all portions of the island. Only 30-45 minutes to the far north or south ends of the island. Stunning sunrises. Pool is right sized for a quick dip in the morning or afternoon. This unit fronts the pool making access super easy. The property could us a spot to charge EV's. Even a standard 120v exterior outlet would help. My wife and I would stay again.

This is a very well maintained condominium property - the grounds are beautiful, the location is serene with the ability to walk long stretches of deserted beach. The unit itself was furnished well, clean, stocked with everything we needed, hearing the waves crashing on the beach wonderful. It was very relaxing hanging out on the chaise lounges enjoying the view, the tropical breeze and listening to the ocean. Good value. Good location on the Island to get to where we wanted to go. Very happy with our choice.

This unit was in a perfect location. It is very well kept with everything you need. We especially liked the way the kitchen was reconfigured to get a view of the pool and ocean while preparing meals. A very short walk outside the slider is a beautiful walking beach that is at least 1.5 miles long.

I would stay at this property again and again if I could. Perfect views of the pool and ocean. Never too loud, everyone was so friendly and the house was perfect for us. No complaints at all! And there were an ample amount of fans in the house if you are worried about the A/C.

Great location! About an hour drive from the Waimea Canyon or the Napali Coast. Close to Lydgate Park where there is a lagoon for kiddos to swim in which our daughter enjoyed. Could watch the sunrise from our patio every morning. Will definitely recommend Kaha Lani to others!

The condo is perfect for 2. We chose this location after walking 🚶‍♀️ by many times on our previous trips. We were not disappointed. Our view was spectacular! The grounds are beautifully maintained, we are next to a walking path, near swimming/ snorkeling beach. It is central when wanting to travel to the other parts of the island 🏝. We will mention that for some reasons there are drones flying near by. And we were startled by the banging of the trash disposal in the night.

Great location. Quaint, walking distance from Lydgate Beach. right off the highway. Perfect location to get to North/South Shore. Very close to the airport.
