My family of four had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, clean and had everything we could have needed. The view and proximity to the ocean was definitely the highlight! We enjoyed most of our meals in the condo so it was nice to have everything including the spices available, access to the bbqs, and even a vitamix for smoothies. It was nice to do laundry as needed also. My four year old even found some books and puzzles to enjoy. I woke up each morning and walked around the corner of property to watch the sunrise on the beach in front of the lava lava restaurant. We can’t wait to return.

Heaven on earth, we did not want to leave! First, it is a gated condo community with lush beautiful flowers and plants everywhere you look, the grounds are immaculate, the pool..stunning!! Amazing views from the condo..just as pictured. The hosts are amazing, they ensured the condo was stocked with all the essentials and more..we did not want for anything, grab some food and drinks at the grocery store and you will be good to go! A short 3-5 min walk down the street were restaurants, a small general store with food and liquor and all kinds of souvenir shops. It was such a convenience having everything so close by. In addition, this condo is a short drive to and from the airport. It is so peaceful here. I was hesitant about writing a review because I want to keep this little piece of heaven for myself,lol! Rent it, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Ken and Leslie, you helped us out tremendously with our unexpected change in flights and thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This is a beautiful unit in a spectacular area, with an awesome lanei that we were on all the time. My one daughter even slept out there! Easily walkable to Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava Beach Club which we visited often. Easy checkin and wonderful, quick communication with the host. Everything was as described, and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is also huge and pristine. Highly recommend!

Our trip to Kauai was amazing and our home away from home was perfect! We had no need to reach out to the owners because the condo was exactly as described with no problems at all.The location couldn’t have been any better - 2nd floor looking directly out at the ocean.Sitting on the lanai, watching the ocean and listening to the waves was all that we had hoped for. It’s the perfect spot for rest and relaxation and we highly recommend this VRBO unit

The location is very convenient - walking distance to Lava Lava, Coconut Marketplace and the beach (with a kid friendly enclosure). Was well stocked with beach equipment. Condo is modernized with up to date appliances and bathrooms. A/C kept us cool. Grounds are well maintained and my toddler enjoyed looking at all of the flowers. Host was easy to communicate with and check in process was smooth. Cleanliness could be improved. There were a decent amount of dead flying ants on the kitchen ground/countertops, near/in the recessed bar lights, and in the corners of the bathroom (there were a few live ones as well in the kitchen and patio curtains). Bathroom rugs appeared to be stained or dirty. Shower was slow to drain (likely a clogged drain). It did not ruin our stay, but we did some minor cleaning to feel comfortable.

This top (3rd) floor unit was amazing. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, amazing views from the lanais. Beach towels were provided. The in-unit laundry was really nice to have! No a/c but it wasn't an issue with fans on and windows open. The property is gorgeous with easy close beach access, a nice pool, grills, and a protected little cove for snorkeling and calm waters for kids. Great location- a short walk to coconut marketplace and lots of good restaurants. The smaller (2 twin beds) bedroom overlooks the complex walkways and you could sometimes hear people walking and talking at night with the windows open, but turning on the fan helped. Overall an excellent place to stay, we would definitely come back!

This is an excellent property and I would have been happy to give it a full five-star review, but unfortunately both beds in the unit were pretty uncomfortable. A good night's rest is important to be able to fully enjoy your vacation. The bed in the main bedroom is extremely soft and the murphy bed in the living room is extremely hard. My daughter and I both woke up very achy on a daily basis. Other than the bed situation, this property and its management deserves a 5-star review. The location and grounds are stunning, the condo is well maintained, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food fresh from the farmer's market, and communication with the property manager was exceptional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Lae Nani oceanfront condo. The view from the living area and balcony is beautiful! The ocean breeze blows through from the slider to the kitchen slat windows and then we could close up and cool down while sleeping with efficient AC in each of the bedrooms. There was a new couch and loveseat in the family room. The beds were comfortable with plenty of high-quality clean linens and pillows. We appreciated hangers, luggage racks and beach towels. Both showers appeared updated and there was plenty of hot water for four of us. We cooked full dinners in the kitchen and used the gas grills downstairs. The kitchen is well-stocked with glassware, dishware, cookware, appliances and many other items. The induction stovetop was fantastic! We appreciated the balcony closet full of outdoor items as well. The two chaise loungers on the balcony offered a place to enjoy paradise and the sounds of the sea.The Host was very responsive and timely to messages. She really has thought of everything in her unit. Parking was easy right at the bottom of the stairs. The area is generally quiet for sleeping though we covered some road noise with white noise at night. We frequently saw the security guard and appreciated the gated entry. The on-site laundry room takes both quarters and payment through an app. Machines were more available early in the morning for guests before other unit managers started checkout laundry. The grounds are gorgeous and well-kept!

Great condo with great views. The best unit on the entire property!!It does not have air conditioning, but they provide fans and plenty of other supplies, beach items, etc. Kitchen was well stocked as well and the unit has a safe for valuables.Only complaint was that the sliding door from the master bedroom to the lanai would not slide so unable to access it, but there were two other lanai’s (corner unit) with chaos, loungers, and tables.Pool was great, beach was nice, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and ample gated parking. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the property's location (it's own beach and proximity to town) and would come back.. but stay at a different unit. The unit itself left much to be desired. There seemed to be water damage in the bathroom as the side of the casework was damaged and recessed can lights and ceiling fan were hanging out of the ceiling. In the main bedroom the floor material was peeling up at the entry and broke off consistently as we walked across it. The AC in the main bedroom is in need of servicing as it clicked the entire time it was on. It's a lot of money to spend for the unit to be in the condition it was, disappointing.

We spent a wonderful week in Teri & Ron's condo. Teri was so easy to communicate with during our stay. It is very clean and so cutely decorated. The view is right on the beach where we spent lots of time on the lanai watching the waves. We saw surfers and turtles. The condo has every thoughtful thing you could need. Paper products, starter coffee, tea, creamer, soaps, robes, hair dryer. The cabinet is full of spices and condiments. The kitchenware is all in like new condition. The entertainment center is full of books, puzzles and games like Yahtzee, Scrabble and dominoes. There is even a ukulele you could learn to play. There are beach chairs, cooler and toys in the lanai closet. The bed was super comfy with memory foam. With my joints, I always dread staying somewhere and waking up stiff and achy. We had the best sleep! The large salt water pool is heated to about 80. Three times we walked next door to Lava Lava for a meal. The food is good and so are the drinks. Try the Ube Lemonade. The only thing missing is a small washer/dryer in the room so I could wash at 5am instead of waiting for the ones by the office to open. Definitely marked as one we will return to. Mahalo!

This unit is even more gorgeous in person! The most beautiful and peaceful vacation spot we've ever been to. Super comfy beds, plenty of pillows the kitchen has everything you need and there was plenty of room for our family to all hang out together or go our seperate ways but still feel connected. The location was also fantastic, we loved exploring Old town Kapa'a among other places. Our hosts were wonderful - we hope to be back soon!
