It is a beautiful place. Has everything you need, including washer, drier and a dishwasher. Location is right next to the ocean, and within a walking distance to a market place and some restaurants. The grounds are immaculate. Would definitely rent again when back on the island.

We had the best time in Kauai at this Condo. The condo is spacious, clean, and right on the beach. Perfect location to explore both sides of Kauai. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the best bakery, Passions Bakery cafe. Def make sure to try the Malasadas. Condo has 2 decks to lounge on and eat meals on. Did not miss AC in this condo. The breezes were great as you are literally right on the beach. Unit was stocked with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Was really nice the unit had tupperware, foil, and other storage containers. Also really nice to have a washer and dryer. The only thing we needed to purchase was shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Also had some boogy boards, umbrella and beach chairs which we used and we left and donated a bigger boogy board we purchased from Costco for our teen son who really wanted to catch some waves. Nice they have a tennis court there as well. You can use rackets and balls from the main office. We've stayed at multiple places on Kauai and this was probably our favorite location. We will definitely be back. Mahalo.

Highly recommend this unit at Lae Nani. It's on the 3rd floor, so you do need to walk up stairs, but you are rewarded with the best views of the beach and ocean, being on the top level. This is the first time we've found a unit with central A/C and in-unit washer/dryer. We didn't plan to do laundry, but it was really helpful for drying pool/beach towels and wet swim suits. Would definitely stay here again.

We love the these condos and have been coming here for years! The Murphy bed was perfect for our kids and the stand up AC in the bedroom was a nice addition that was not there the last time we stayed as were the new BBQs. We also appreciated the pool being nicely heated as it has not been in the past. The kitchen was really well stocked and even had a sippy cup for my younger child. In my opinion the ground floor building 1 was the perfect place so the kids could run around on the grass and jump in the pool easily or walk out to the beach. We had a lot of family staying in other condos and everyone thought we had the best one. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We had an amazing time on this beautiful island!

We totally enjoyed our recent stay at this condo. The view from the lanai and living room/kitchen was just fantastic. The grounds of Lae Nani Condos are impeccable and gorgeous - the landscaping, flowers, plants and palm trees - it feels like a perfect oasis! The vicinity to the Coconut Marketplace adds to the whole experience. You can conveniently walk to restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store. Don't miss the farmer's markets Tuesdays & Thursdays for your fresh produce! Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful and we felt taken care of all the way. Will be back!

The condo was great. It met all of our expectations. The view was outstanding; we enjoyed many morning cups of coffee and cocktails in the late afternoon sitting on the lanai.
If you like to cook, you’ll fine that the kitchen was well supplied with cooking ware and utensils . A newer fry pan would be nice, but I was able to work with what we had. The oven was level and the temperature was accurate. The knives were sharp!
If you don’t like to cook or have a short stay, you’ll find restaurants and take-out options close by.
The owner, Kirsten, was easy to deal with - it seemed like she anticipated our needs and questions before we asked them!
This is a perfect condo for two adults!

My stay was even better than imagined. You really are very close to the ocean and it's incredibly quiet and peaceful. It was so nice that my mom and I chose to spend most of our time on the patio listening to the birds and waves. We even saw a few cardinals!
At night, we really enjoyed seeing the stars and the pool, which was softly lit in a beautiful blue tone. The pool light shuts off around 10pm, and that's when you can really see the stars.
Kauai is known for its beauty, so choosing to spend quite a bit of time here says a lot. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
We plan to stay here again very soon!

This property was even better than advertised! The lanai was beyond belief, very large, great furniture and a fantastic view of the immaculate grounds, pool and the ocean…..we enjoyed many hours out there and loved hearing the ocean waves.
The interior of the property was better than advertised as well. Other than being very very clean, it was very well equipped…..we felt that we were missing nothing. The owners were fantastic too. I had a little trouble accessing my phone internet to get the email codes needed right before we arrived….Lina texted and phoned me back right away to help. I would love to stay here again!!

My wife and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Finally went to Hawaii on our 40th anniversary. Went on spur of the moment and came across Kirsten's property. She was very helpful and was extremely prompt in answering all my emails.....and there were quite a few.
The view online is exactly what you see. It's a great location and is centrally located on the east coast making it easy and relatively quick to get to most locations. The condo was clean and the property quiet at night. That was nice as we kept the windows open for the cooling breeze that kept the condo comfortable 24/7. The queen size bed was very comfortable.
We couldn't have picked a better location for our first trip to the island and if we come back we'll be sure to look up Kirsten's property first.

My husband, 2 young boys and I stayed here for our spring break and had the best time. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, there were beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, sand and pool toys, plenty of beach towels and even beach bags we could borrow. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shops and the beach out front was beautiful. My boys loved playing on the beach and swimming in the pool. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

This is a great location and a great condo right on the beach. We were so happy with the 180 degree Ocean views, the crashing waves, and the beautiful breeze. Everything about this place felt relaxing. We also loved that the location was in between Poipu and Hanalei making it great for day trips and adventures. The condo itself was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. I also want to add that it has a wash and dryer which I didn't initially see on the listing but was super happy about when we arrived. The complex has great amenities and is very well kept.

We loved our stay at Lae Nani! We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 8 and 6 year old). We wanted a property that did not feel overdone/too large/resorty, with a pool and a nice beach that the kids could enjoy no matter the surf conditions. Lae Nani is that perfect property! The gardens are wonderful, the pool is fabulous, and the two beaches right in front of the property are fantastic and always swimmable for kids. The kids ended up spending a great deal of time on the grown up beach, and it was never a problem on the left, near the rocks, even on higher surf days. The beach to the right forms some small tide pools at low tide. The ruins next to the property were fabulous. Lava Lava Beach Club is a short 50-yard walk down the beach for a good meal or drinks. The nearby Coconut Marketplace is also walkable, and has a fun free Hulu Show twice weekly that the little ones enjoyed (not so long that they got bored but it also had kids their age performing). Additionally, I was able to run every morning to the north along the coast on a combination of paved trails and well-treaded soft dirt trails, all along the ocean except at one point where you need to cross over a creek back at the main road. This condo is tastefully designed, modern, comfortable, and clean! We loved the first floor lanai for breakfast, lunch, and quick pool access. Grilling area was nice. The kids slept on the pull-out couch, a tad uncomfortable but worth it. Jody communicated well throughout the process.

We stayed at this condo in March/April 2024. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The master bed was comfortable and my teens said that their extra long twin beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a very quiet dishwasher. The unit does not have its own BBQ but there are shared grills a short walk away. The unit had 4 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 6 large beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a mid sized cooler for our use. Despite not having air conditioning, the many fans and strong ocean breeze was more than enough to keep the condo cool. The condo is on the second floor of a three level building so we could hear some footsteps above and were advised to tread lightly for the guests below us. It was convenient to have a large washer and dryer so that we could pack lightly. The lanai looked directly at the ocean and the beach was clean with soft deep sand. My teenagers boogie boarded, swam, and played catch on the beach daily. There is a tennis court in the complex but it was occupied every time that we tried to play. The pool was small but very clean. There is an awesome restaurant at the hotel next door and the Coconut Market shops (with ABC Store, free hula show, farmers market, shave ice, restaurants, etc) are couple blocks away. Overall we had a great experience staying here and would highly recommend it!

This condo was the perfect base for our three-day visit in Kauai. Sunrises on the beach were gorgeous and the pool was refreshing. We walked to Coconut Marketplace often for food, coffee, adult bevs and souvenirs. Definitely recommend this condo!

Beautiful views and easy access to warm, sandy beach with a rock shelter area for little kids to play too! If the beach isn’t your thing, a nice pool overlooks the ocean as well! I don't expect perfect conditions at a rental, but the main bathroom's shower door clearly has been leaking every use since it was installed. As a result, we had to mop the floor with towels after every shower, wring them out, and dry them on the lanai. The vanity's feet are rotted from the constant water damage, showing it wasn't just our mistake. The top of the vanity is not attached with any adhesive, so it shifts if you touch it (or grab it!). I won't list some other minor issues that are more or less "typical" for a rental property, but we felt these two were unacceptable condition.
Beyond this, we had a good experience, as we've stayed at this same condo property before at a different unit. We do feel the property lacked some small personal touches that could help, such as a host book with tips on the area/things to do and an easier way to use the television (streaming, local DVD/Bluray collection, or any instructions+cables for connecting a personal device) if you wake up at an odd hour due to time zone differences.
The property manager checked in several times, including before the trip, so communication was perfect. We just wish hope the bathroom is fixed for future guests.

Great location if you want to explore the whole island. Relatively equidistant to Poipu and the North side. Kapa’a is seriously underrated for food trucks and bakeries. Everything in the area was very walkable. I was surprised that even the touristy Coconut marketplace was decent. All in all, wonderful stay.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with this trip. This was our first time traveling to Kauai and we chose this condo due to it’s beautiful grounds and views of the coastline. The location was perfect for exploring the island as its central location allowed for easy day trips to the north or south shores. The Coconut Marketplace with shops and restaurants is easy walking distance from the condo and the very popular Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant is just steps down the beach.
The host was great to work with and very responsive. We requested a late check out due to our flight being a late evening flight and they were very flexible to allow this. Only downfall for some could be lack of an elevator.

I spent most of my time just watching the waves and looking out the window at the view.
There was no A/C however we found we didn’t need it at all with the windows opened there was always a wonderful breeze. However, for those that may need it they offered several fans along with ceiling fans.
The condo had all we needed and was nicely appointed. The sofa and beds were comfortable.
Parking was a little hard to find but you can’t complain when you don’t have to pay the extra parking fees like everywhere else.
We walked next door to Lava Lava and had a bite to eat and also took walks to the Coconut Market a few times as well as the boardwalk. We saw several seals sleeping on the shore.
We also enjoyed using the grills out by the pool. They had lounge chairs throughout the yard that were available to use which was so nice. I also enjoyed walking the property with all the beautiful landscaping and the breeze coming off the water onto the property.

Tina provided everything we could possibly need in this unit. The only problem we encountered was a mix-up in the checking in process. I am not sure what went wrong, but I did not get the check-in instructions., After this was resolved, everything went very well and we really enjoyed our stay this beautiful island, it was everything we dreamed of, and I hope to visit again in a year or so.

The condo is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large balcony for our morning coffee. We even had the pleasure of watching a seal swim by 1 morning. The location is so convenient to walk to the market and several restaurants. Teri was very quick to respond with questions as well. Would stay here again!

The description of the unit was advertised as exactly stated. The location is great and the balcony view of the ocean was beautiful ! The unit is nice and clean but dated. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. The kitchen was small and lacked cooking ware. That being said, I would stay at this unit again.

This is one of the best properties on the island. The facility is great, good security, the grounds are well kept, there is a laundry, and wonderful pool. You can walk out of your condo and down to a nice swim spot in the ocean. The breeze comes into the room, and at night you can view the ocean and sky colors. The condo is clean, and the kitchen has what you need to cook meals. There is a half bath and full bath, a good set of beach towels, and several other items such as a cooler to make your day trips easy. The location allows you to travel to the North Shore in 45 mins, and the west side in under an hour. There are near by beaches, and a variety of snorkeling shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The nearby river marina has kayaking, etc. opportunities. I love this condo and the owner, manager, and staff are easy to contact and are very helpful! It is easy to enjoy Kauai staying here!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this lovely VRBO. The beds were super comfortable. The AC in the bedrooms made it so nice to sleep after a day of exploring. We loved walking to the coconut marketplace and everything was so convenient and a pretty easy drive to our adventures we planned for the week. We would absolutely stay here again. What a gem!!
