Everything you need to have fun and relax including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, children’s toys, etc. We didn’t use the tennis court but we really enjoyed the pool as well as the jewel of a beach. Our stay was comfortable at best. The view is nice, great location for the pool. We used the ceiling and floor fans, rarely the AC (a bit noisy). We experienced some noise from neighbors and the parking lot unfortunately. Don’t think the “facelift” took place recently; everything needs an update! The unit was surface clean (not the stovetop) but requires a deep clean. Kitchen had the necessities. However, one usable blender but leaked and the other had a mismatched jar and base. Toaster was hard to work. With a major update, new furniture and decor to make the unit more like home - this would be a greater stay.

This is our third stay in the Lae Nani complex. The complex itself has gorgeous landscaping and the beach is wonderful. Path along the coast is a pleasant walk. Sunset view from this unit overlooking the pool (the pool was quiet most evenings). This unit is well equipped (noodles, towels, etc), very clean, and has updated furniture. The bedroom has a small portable AC unit, which we didn't need to use... ocean breezes keep the unit at a nice temp. Location offers easy access to/from airport and to either south or north island. Owner contacted us directly via email with simple check-in instructions and codes. Very smooth rental process. Laundry onsite was clean and very inexpensive (1.50/load).

We were right on our own private beach yet still walking distance to many restaurant and bars. Also, an easy 20-30 min drive up to the north and 20-30 min down to the south. Very centrally located and host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

The location is great for traveling to other parts of the island, to stores and restaurants. The view is excellent overlooking the pool and ocean. You can her the ocean waves crashing on the beach and are only steps away from the condo to play in the ocean. The accommodations met our needs and was very clean. The unit could use a few updates but we would not hesitate to stay here again

The condo was perfect. The AC in the bedrooms was welcomed and needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some. There were all sorts of pool toys and supplies for whatever guests would need. The view was amazing. When booking, I was a little concerned about the location being too quiet and not easy to walk to restaurants, etc. Turns out, it was great. Plenty of places within a 10 minute walk! Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

Our stay at Lea Nani was amazing. The location of the condo was perfect. Centrally located on the island so that nothing was ever more than a 45 min drive away.The beautiful gardens, landscaping and lawn view opening up to the beach right in front of the complex was so convenient. The condo itself was so nice and spaicious. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. I just wish we could have stayed longer! We absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave. Hopefully we’ll be back sooner than later!!

I stayed at this condo with my dad and my husband. It was a lovely and comfortable space. We loved the condo's proximity to the pool and beach. We also enjoyed walking to the beach bar next door (Lava Lava), a brewery, and a host of other restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace. The location on the island was also excellent. Having stayed at this unit last year as well, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. The Lae Nani condominiums are located in our favorite part of the Island (Kapaa/Wailua area), and this unit is an especially nice one. In particular, the furnishings are very tastefully done, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Two features that are special with this unit are that it has an in-unit washer/dryer (with many units, you have to use the group laundromat facilities) and the unit has AC in in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Although AC is not really needed/useful for 90% of the time, it is a great option to have when needed.We have also found the owner/manager of the unit, Ken Wachtel, very responsive and helpful. We are hoping to stay in this unit again.

The property is right on the ocean with beautifully landscaped grounds. It has a heated swimming pool, a beach, a protected swimming area in the ocean, and a path connecting the property to nearby beaches. The condo itself has beautiful views of the ocean and is well appointed. The location is excellent for touring all parts of the island, and the owner was very responsive to our questions. Perfect location in beautifully tropical grounds within feet of the ocean! Unit just has been remodeled and has it all. Walls of glass leading to huge lanai for magnificent views.
The complex has a large pool (at waters edge) and BBQ’s for those delicious dinners you can make listening to the sounds of the surf! Next door is a beachside restaurant and bar with music daily and lounge chairs to sit back and soak in the surroundings as well as your drink! Perfect location for singles, couples and families! Shopping Center within walking distance for groceries and many eateries. Reasonable rates where you get a lot for your money ……. Don’t hesitate!

The condo is centrally located and complete with all amenities including swimming pool , shared laundry , tennis /pickle ball court. The grounds/property were immaculate and secure. The unit was very tastefully decorated and had everything needed to make great meals.The king size bed was very comfortable as was the bathroom.
