Hands down this is one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. Kara was so responsive and helpful. The property is AMAZING. Seriously stocked with anything and everything you might need. I found myself saying, "I wonder if they have..." and then I would look in the most logical place it would be and the item would be there! Truly they have thought of everything. The view is simply spectacular. We arrived when it was pitch black at night so we couldn't see the view, and when I awoke to the waves the next morning, the view brought me to tears. It is absolute heaven on earth. Location great for exploring both ends of the island and so close to airport. Lae Nani is DEFINITELY the best beach we could have stayed on the eastside. Beautiful little cove, gorgeous expansive lawn, beautifully maintained property grounds. Simply stunning. Beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have totally separate living spaces for our two teen girls (whose room looked like a bomb exploded with their clothes and we did not have to see it cause the room is tucked in the back at the end of the hall!) Perfection! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I think this condo is in the ideal building (for us at least) because it is so private and close to the sand. Loved! Loved! Loved! Our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the details like having beach equipment, towels and coolers available as well as night lights and charger ports in the condo. The beautiful and well equipped kitchen and washer dryer really helped our family for the logistics of life. We loved the beach access and the pool. It was all so picturesque and lovely. The location was perfect and access to groceries and restaurants as well island activities was easy. Mahalo for a great stay.

We loved our stay at Lae Nani. The condo was immaculate, in a perfect location, with views straight out of a postcard. This condo is better than the pictures, especially the patio and the grounds. The condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. Carol was responsive to any questions we had, including sending someone over to help us locate items we needed. We used lounge chairs provided by the resort to relax in the shade of palm trees, and we loved the kieki pond. There is a great beachfront restaurant right next door, and the coconut marketplace is a short walk with a store, restaurants, farmer's market, and shops. I wish we could have stayed longer !

The beach and surf is right there for you to enjoy. You can hear the surf all day long and and the swimming is fantastic.You can walk to the Coconut marketplace to hear some live music or get something to eat. This was an amazing vacation.

Great property and location if you want to be in the middle of both sides of the island. Host was great. Place had everything you would need - towels, snorkeling, chairs, boogie boards, skim board, umbrella. Only difficult thing about any place on the island is no AC. The air flow was good with opening the windows and doors, but if you are a sweaty person this might be hard to get used to with the humidity. The view was amazing and perfect of the ocean. The beach was nice and private and small pool ocean area was nice for the kids. Waves were good for boogie boarding. Front office staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the shopping center right next door was also very convenient. Highly recommend if you are wanting to stay in a good central area.

Lae Nani has perfect old Hawaiian charm and this unit was perfectly located and immaculate! Full ocean view from this location, I loved watching the tides and beach changing all day. Nice furnishings, kitchen very well stocked, good wifi signal. Wailua/Kapaa's is an excellent location whether we were going south/west or north to explore and meet up with activities. Best place to stay on Kauai!!

This wasn't our first visit to Lae Nani, but this condo will be where we stay moving forward. Completely private with the best views of the ocean and the property. AC keeps the rooms comfortable and it is furnished with everything you could need for your stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet, well maintained residence.

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and had the most incredible time! You can’t be more oceanfront than this property, the sounds of the ocean waves at night and during the day were truly therapeutic. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shops, plus you’re right in between north and south shore. The unit has everything you need too! We even stayed during pretty high temps, but the fans work really well in the living area and the AC in the bedroom was all you need. If we ever get the chance to escape the kiddos again, we know where we’ll be staying!

This condo was great for our family of 4. The AC in the bedrooms worked great and made it very comfortable for sleeping. The location of the building was a little further away from the ocean than we had thought we would be, but is was just a short walk. The ammenities were all great, loved the beach blankets! We felt safe and at home. The couch was very firm and not super comfortable, but luckily we spent most of our time outside or on the lanai!

Absolutely PERFECT stay at Paradise Found! I actually spent 6 hours looking at every hotel and condo in Kauai and ended up cancelling a hotel booking to stay here, and I have zero regrets. Our family could not have have rented a better VRBO! Just as shown in the photos, the views are gorgeous and the condo is very well appointed, spacious, and secure. The unit has EVERYTHING you need! Beach chairs, beach towels, games, books, a nice bluetooth stereo, two balconies with comfy and ample seating, closet space with hampers...and a huge folder of restaurants and local attractions with personalized reviews! Ken is so kind and helpful and will answer all of your questions. The area around the condo is quiet and safe, and we appreciated being able to walk to the Coconut Marketplace for groceries, Italian food or BBQ, or just to gift shop or get a gelato. There is also Lava Lava right next door. The kitchen of the condo, however, is chock full of every single cooking utensil, appliance, or dish you might need! The pool is quiet and clean, the grounds are immaculate and full of beautiful flowers and plants, and there is a lovely sacred site on the premises to reflect or watch the daily sunrise. Beds and living room furniture were so comfortable. This unit feels like authentic Hawaii!! I'm sure I forgot to mention something, but I feel like I covered all of the important aspects. The location was perfect to easily get to both sides of the island- Poipu and Hanalei. The condo was clean and the grounds were meticulously kept. The pool was great and the beach, restaurants and activities nearby were also great. For a family who spends a lot of time visiting different beaches it was good to have a high quality umbrella (thank you). The beach chairs, however could use an upgrade to the typical backpack style chair that reclines as the ones provided were extremely uncomfortable. A cooler for the beach would have also been greatly appreciated. I was also disappointed when I asked for clean towels on the first day because the current ones smelled musty that the response was to go wash them myself. We also requested an additional bed sheet for one of my kids to sleep on the couch and I was told that this could not be provided. Some updates to the interior are needed including AC added to the main living area.

The location is central to the island and many things close by. The view is exquisite and the sound of surf was pleasantly constant. The ocean was right there, only steps away. An extremely nice rental. While you have to be able to carry your bags up three flights, you have no people above you that can sometimes sound like elephants walking around.

This house is so close to the beach, open the curtains and look at the waves.
The private pool is awesome and always clean.
You can just go throght the back gate and you are at the beach, no need to drive anywhere. The beach is great for snorkeling with tons of tropical fish.
You can also walk to many restaurants and stores.
The kitchen is full with everything you might need.
Plenty of towels and beach supplies are available for the guest to use, as beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, Umbrelas and more.
I my room for improvement I see if the couch is a little uncomfortable and old, and the main bedroom suit shower could use a better shower curtain system. The shower is so powerful and awesome with 4 shower heads, but when you use all at once it spills water outside the shower into the toilet area.
I would still book this place over and over and be happy with all.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The first time was in 2021 just after lockdown ended. The condo is just as lovely as we remembered. You can’t be walking out to the lanai and having the ocean in front of you. We basically could sit near the ocean or sit on the porch under the shade and enjoy the view. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms, but the property manager was responsive, and the problem was taken care of. If you’re looking for a great place to stay on Kauai, that is right at the ocean, look no further than this place.

When you have never been to the island it is hard to know which area to choose. We stayed in two locations during our stay and this condo location is hands down worth choosing. Not only was it centrally located to explore both ends it was right on this beach spit where one could jump the waves without all the people. The decor could have been a little more updated and though it didn't have AC it didn't matter. We will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later.

Lae Nani is a little slice of paradise on a gorgeous tropical island. The area is amazing with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo complex has a pool, tennis court, laundry, and direct beach access. Our room on the second floor was perfect for us: beach views within earshot of the waves and easy access to walk to the sand. We had breakfast every morning on the lanai listening to the waves and watching people on the little stretch of beach. We even saw a turtle swim by one evening when we were in the water around sunset.The host was very responsive to questions and requests. The condo was clean, with everything I needed in the kitchen to cook while we were there. Keurig coffee maker was nice to have. They provide some k-cups as well. We saw tiny ants during our whole stay in the kitchen and bathrooms. But they were not bothersome. We saw them all over the island while out too. It's just part of life on an island.There were only 2 of us, but it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. I wish we had more bath towels though. Everything takes so long to dry, and towels get musty. I didn't want to pay for the laundry machines to do towels. We had a great visit and highly recommend this condo and this complex. Great place to relax! And great location when exploring the island.

The unit was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked with nearly every utensil I could ask for! And the storage closet on the lanai contained four beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, three sets of snorkel gear, and an assortment of floatables for the pool or ocean! We stayed 10 nights and having the washer and dryer was huge! GREAT stay!

We had a very nice stay in this unit! Check in was a breeze with great communication from the owner and on site property manager. The unit was as described, compound had beautiful landscaping and the pool was perfect! Nice bbq area as well. Location is perfect for exploring the island. We had a few very slight hiccups, namely no dish soap and no dishwasher soap, but the local manager personally delivered those items within the day. There were also some dead batteries in the AC remotes, also provided sane day. Some instructions on how to use the AC units would be helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with a rice maker, lots of pans, and plenty of plates and silverware. We added a few insulated drink cups for pool cocktails to the collection, as well as a small igloo cooler for beach and pool trips. Overall we would highly recommend this unit! It was a great spot with lots of amenities nearby!

This is a second floor condo with a partial view of the ocean & a beautiful garden view from the lanai. The full kitchen (with ice maker and Brita style water filter) was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and appliances (toaster, microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher and more). The pantry had various oils, spices, coffee, etc. There’s a high top round table on the lanai & a large round table in the dining area that was perfect for family game time! The instant inflatable bed was very impressive! You just plug it in and step back. It inflates and expands itself, turning into an elevated bed. It needed to have some air added to it each morning, but that seems pretty standard for any kind of inflatable. It was very easy to stow away at the end of our trip as well - just turned the dial to “deflate” and it folded itself back up! We enjoyed the numerous games, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, pool noodles, and more that was available. I was very impressed that there wasn’t any sand strewn about the unit! The cleaning crew must do a very god job! The beach was like our own private beach! There were some others around but there was enough space to separate ourselves from the others present. The waves were pretty big, perfect for boogie boarding. We also enjoyed going down to the beach for some stargazing on clear nights. Coconut Market is just across the parking lot, with an ABC store & various little shops. We enjoyed going into “Old Town Kapaa” for some shopping
