Stan has a beautiful condo on a perfect slice of beach very equidiatant feom both the north and southe sides of Kauai. The view was perfect. The grounds very tropical and spacious. Most of all the beds were amazingly comfortable and had really nice linens. We really had a wonderful stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location was just as described, very clean, views of the ocean. The pool and ocean front were both great to enjoy. The waves at the ocean can be strong so keep those learning to swim close by and maybe in a vest. There were a few excellent food options within walking distance and plenty more a short drive away. The condo also came furnished with all the beach going equipment one could want which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely return with our children.

Beautiful property! Convenient location with shops nearby, and the ocean at your doorstep. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. This property is exactly what the description says and much more. The condo space was perfect for our family. The property was beautiful, so nice to have the easy access to the beach. The owners were very helpful with things to do in each area of the island along with places to eat, location of grocery stores and gas stations. We would defiantly stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations. Great location. Third time in Lae Nani was the best of all. Everything needed was provided. Unit was comfortable and roomy. Had a mid stay cleaning by two pleasant women who did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this unit as a great place to stay. Owner was attentive and free.

The condo was in the perfect location-right on a beautiful beach, about 15 minutes north of Lihue airport, less than 10 minutes from Kapaa. The condo was near Coconut Marketplace (necessities and lots of fun shops to explore), next door to Lava Lava Beach Club (fun place for a meal and drinks!), near other resorts with restaurants, and close to Long's Drugs and Safeway. You can even walk along the beach all the way to Kapaa. The condo grounds were beautifully maintained, along with the pool and tennis courts. Inside, the condo was nicely decorated, had all the necessities, was very clean, and the supply of beach chairs/towels/boogie boards/beach toys was very extensive and appreciated! The view from the third floor was wonderful. After spending a week on Kauai, we discovered that the east side of the island is less busy, and easily accessible to Hanalei Bay and the Princeville area. We would definitely stay here again, and we appreciate their helpful suggestions on places to eat, to visit and things to do. Thank you.

What a nice home base this was for our vacation on Kauai! The Kim’s condo is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the lush, beautifully landscaped lawn and gardens and beach. Everything was spotless and in good working order. Stan and Jeanie use this as their own vacation home, and so it’s fully and completely equipped. We had all we needed and more. Safeway, ABC, restaurants, and essentials are all close by. This is a small, oceanside, gated condo community. Other residents and visitors were all friendly and respectful of quiet times and appreciative of the beautiful accommodations and surroundings. As nice as the beach itself was, I really enjoyed the saltwater swimming pool. Stan and Jeanie are wonderful hosts who are happy to share their little slice of paradise with other lucky visitors and offer any hints or tips about Kauai’s many good restaurants and activities. We paged through the guest book and really had nothing to add but “Ditto!” - It seems everyone who stays here has a wonderful time at this perfect little get-away and would prefer to stay much longer!

We had a lovely time at Lae Nani #435! It was easy working with Stan. So helpful. Enjoyed mornings on the lanai. Great view of the beach. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Easy, short walk to the Coconut Marketplace for shopping and dining. Condo was clean and welcoming. Loved swimming in the pool everyday to cool off.

The property was all and more than presented in the listing. The grounds around the complex were beautiful and extremely well kept.
The condo was very clean. Stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies. Loved the large living room & the bedrooms were perfect for our group.
The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sky at night was spectacular. The closet off the balcony was filled with all sorts of beach chairs, floats for the pool, etc.
Convivence to stores, restaurants was very good. If you are debating between this condo and another one, take a 2nd look at the listing. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful location walking distance from grocery store, shops, beach, and restaurant. The place was so well stocked with everything you could imagine wanting or needing. Tons of beach stuff including boogie boards, beach umbrella, chairs, even extra sunscreen! Communication was wonderful and Stan got back to me with answers to my questions almost immediately after sending them. He even sent us a list of things that would be good to do for my younger son who is only 4.
The only thing that I could say was a negative would be the lack of A/C. I knew that the unit didn't have air conditioning and didn't think it would be a problem. It was a bit too hot for me at night even with the fans turned on and the windows and balcony door open. If you are used to hot weather you will be fine.
Overall I would say this place was better than advertised and highly recommend.

This unit’s location is great since it near several beaches close by and short drives to other scenic attractions. This unit is very clean and has a great floor on plan. We enjoyed eating all our meals on the lanai with a beautiful view of palm trees & ocean.

We had a really wonderful time. It was the perfect spot for my husband and me and our two daughters (12 and 15). The views and atmosphere are really incredible… the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the resort itself… the grounds are really pretty and it was very family friendly. The unit was clean and comfortable. We cooked every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Stan's condo is one of the best VRBO properties we've stayed on. The unit is lovingly cared for and well stocked with essential supplies to make your vacation easier. We loved the attention to detail such as the USB charging port (so we don't have to search for outlets) and a variety of outdoor equipment (usually we stop by walmart to buy some sand toys but they were available in the unit). Stan communicated well and answered any questions we had. Great condo complex on the beach. We'd give this place 10 stars if we could.

This condo was so lovely, it has everything you need. It has a fun beachy feel and decor that was perfect. Waking up with the beach view every morning was heavenly. I would definitely come back to this place. I loved being equal distance from North and South shores as well!

Just want to thank Stan for his great attention to detail. The unit was immaculate. Every convenience of home, from "cool" blue tooth retro Marshall speaker to heavy duty blender (for those tropical drinks), even a charging station and great wifi, and in unit washer & dryer, plus closet full of buggy boards, coolers and beach chairs. Of course this is not why we visited Kauai but all of these amenities sure help make the stay one to remember!

We loved our stay here! The view was amazing and the place is decorated nicely -- it feels like home. The condo complex is great, close to town, has a restaurant next door, has it's own beautiful beach and pool and the grounds are impeccable. Some extra perks were the in unit laundry, shampoos and conditioners, and lots of hooks to hang our wet bathing suits. We hope to return!

We had a family vacation with myself, wife and two kids. Great stay and awesome location. Owner was very responsive and helped out with planning our trip. The condo was close enough to everything but far enough to be away from any crowds (minimal issue on Kauai). Condo also had a great supply of beach gear from chairs to body boards to coolers to umbrellas. As stated in description there is no A/C so depending on weather/winds it can get a little warm (mid 70’s) inside the condo at night. Regardless, we would stay here again without hesitation.

A great location with good view of beach. Easy access to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We loved Lava Lava Beach club just a short walk away with good food and live entertainment. The owners were awesome and communicated well with us as well as the property management staff. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed including laundry. The whole house fan cooled the unit down well in the evenings. Very well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again and likely will....

Great beachfront/ocean view location, and well supplied with items we'd need for our stay like a stocked kitchen, beach items, bath and shower supplies, and in-unit laundry. We loved the beach right next to Lae Nani condos. Two shops were a walkable distance nearby for breakfast, coffee, meals, or shopping (Kinipopo and Coconut Marketplace). Stan and Jeanie, the owners, had great communication before the trip and shared advice for the island. I was able to reach the property manager with a question. Great stay!

Exactly as advertised. Great place for the price. The complex had a nice pool, access to the ocean (and a "baby" beach area created by large rocks), and was a short walk or drive from everything in Kapa'a. The hosts were fantastically communicative . The apartment was well stocked with kitchen necessities and (importantly in Hawaii) all kinds of beach gear. I would stay here again (family of four with two kids under 4).

We enjoyed our stay, however our plane did not get there on time so by the time we got our car and came to the resort it was very dark and hard to find the condo. I think if the light outside would be left on we could have have found it alot easier.

You spend a third of your time exploring the North, a third exploring the South, and one-third relaxing at this amazing condo... because the location is beautiful. Oceanfront, on a nice beach, large pool, and a great restaurant right on the ocean next door. Quiet too, even though one bedroom faces the parking area. It would be 5 star if it had A/C... but the ocean breeze is constant, and it has fans. And my personal preference is all wood floors. This unit has tile and wall to wall carpet. Everything was very clean and very traditional decor too, which I loved.

This condo is a great find, we had all the convenience of home in paradise. The beds are comfortable, the space is big and clean.
Stan is quick to answer questions, and communication was great. We felt so welcome, everything was ready for us to explore and enjoy our time together. Our grandsons played tennis for the first time, we swam in the pool, took walks on the beach and checked out some sights in Kauai. Both sunrise and sunset on the beach right outside the lanai was breathtaking. Making memories forever. Thanks you, we look forward to stay here again!

I cannot say enough about this property. My family and I were lucky enough to be able to spend 7 wonderful days and nights at this amazing property. The pictures they provide do not do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the beach was literally a hop skip and a jump away. The beach was perfect for my toddler, as there were multiple shallow lagoons for her to play in while my teenagers enjoyed the rest of the beach. The condo had everything you could think of as well as a couple of things you might not consider. It is within walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants and souvenir shops. The beds were extremely comfortable and the views of the property from the lanai were amazing. Stan was extremely easy to get ahold of and answered all questions in a very timely manner as well. The entire check in process is so easy and really allows you to start your vacation on the right foot. Every comfort from home is provided for you. We look forward to staying at this amazing property again in the future.

Our family of 3 LOVED staying here! While there is plenty to do on the island of Kauai, and we were out adventuring often, we also enjoyed spending time right here at Lae Nani. This upper-level condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The decor is great, the beds were really comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything we needed, including everything to take advantage of the beach and pool right here. The view from the lanai is incredible and you will never forget that you are on vacation.
