Steps from the beach, Lae Nani 211 is a lovely, newly renovated and furnished condo on the beach in Wailua on Kauai's east side. We are only a short walk to a variety of shops, restaurants and resorts.
The fully equipped kitchen is both lovely and very convenient for preparing meals and snacks. And for grilling your favorite foods, the outdoor barbecue area is nearby. You will want to visit the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to include in your culinary creations.
The large heated salt water pool is surrounded by tropical plants and flowers. Enjoy a refreshing dip at your leisure.
When you dine out, there are many restaurants and cafes in this area offering a nice variety of cuisine, including of course, fresh seafood.
The bedroom sleeps 2 and has a California King bed, window AC unit, TV and its own private bathroom. There is an additional half-bath off the living room. The sofa in the living room is a pull out queen size sleeper, that sleeps 2 on a memory foam mattress.
There are many activities nearby to enjoy, including seasonal swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, boat tours and flightseeing aboard helicopters. Tennis enthusiasts will be delighted that Lae Nani has its own tennis court.
Lae Nani is centrally located on the east side of Kauai on the Coconut Coast, equidistant from the sights and activities on the north and south shores. The condo is less than 15 minutes from the airport and is close to shopping, golf courses, and the island's new walking and biking path that follows the eastern shore for miles. Our unit is perfectly situated within walking distance to restaurants (Lava Lava, Chicken In A Barrel, Street Burger, Hukilau, Monico's, Brick Oven Pizza, Kintaro's, Sleeping Giant Cafe, Trees Lounge, etc), shopping, golf, incredible beaches, and the Wailua River.
