This beautifully decorated condo was so fun to stay in just like a model home. Absolutely beautiful! The property is lush and kept so clean. Our 2 granddaughters ages 10 and 7 loved going in the ocean and swimming in the pool daily. Getting up every morning to watch the spectacular sunrise was a highlight. The location to Coconut Marketplace was just a very short walk with fun shopping and eateries. Really can’t say enough. Great property and location

For the most everything was great except We were inconvenienced by having to repack all of our belongings after being there for a couple days because the pest control company's coming. And it was very hot because there was no air-conditioning

This was a great place for our group to enjoy our vacation. It is on a great area of the island - close to airport and major destinations on the island. Convenient to walk to shopping, bars and restaurants. Five adults, some with mobility challenges, all enjoyed the property. The location on the beach was perfect for those who wanted to enjoy some sand and water, and it allowed the mobility challenged to be part of the group. The condo was well stocked and parking was convenient. Denise was helpful and thorough. Would definitely recommend. 10/10!!

Once again, this location and staff were fabulous! We had issues with the terrible fire at Lahaina and Denise and staff stepped in to save the latter part of our holiday. The location is perfect, you can run around the island or just hang out at the condo, beach, pool or mall. Always something to do or better yet....just enjoy the location!

Our stay was simply wonderful (family of 4). The property is on the ground floor with a view of the beach. You can swim or snorkel (there are nice rocky areas where you can see fish.). There's also a tidal pool which we affectionately called "mini-Queens Bath." This was great for relaxing. There's a large pool at the complex as well. The condo was spacious for us and our girls appreciated having their own rooms. The location is just north of Lihue in Kapaa. Perfect location as you can easily get to Princeville/Napali coast in one direction, and Poipu in the other. It's a 200M walk to a mall like complex with nice eateries and shopping. One last thing, there were lots of kids when we were there! It was fantastic for my younger girl (8 years old). I would highly recommend this property especially for a family. And I surely return to it the next time we're in Kauai.

We loved our stay in Denise’s beautiful home. The ocean view was incredible. Our favorite memories were made sitting on the back patio visiting next to the ocean. We had a little problem with one of the beds and Denise was so quick to respond and so kind. We will definitely be back!

We couldn’t have been more fortunate than to find this gem of a Kauai property! We ranged in age from 3 to 76 and it was the perfect fit for us all. Handsomely appointed inside and the beach outside our door, it was perfection. One of the nicest pools we’ve experienced in a while. Terrific location. Ground floor condo with great views of the beach and ocean. Perfect for the five of us including a five year old. Access to the beach was easy. Beautiful grounds that were well maintained. Pool and rock grotto in the ocean were definite advantages for us. Owner and local management are very responsive. We would definitely rent again.

This particular property certainly exceeded our expectations and will be on our short list for our next visit to Kauai. There are great views directly from the condo, which is very well equipped and furnished. The ground floor location provided very easy access to the grounds, the beach, the pool, etc. Yet, it still provided a very private setting. The facility’s staff was very responsive and friendly. Overall, this is an excellent location that is well within walking distance to shopping and dining opportunities, including pastries and shaved ice.

This was the perfect property for two couples and two children. It was on the ground floor so the kids could run out to the ocean or to the pool. The unit was spacious and had a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our week at Lae Nani. The condo had all we needed. Space, beautiful furnishings, kitchen and beach supplies, and most importantly a ground floor lanai that opens to Lae Nani Beach Park. We enjoyed the beach the most with playing in the small surf multiple times a day, including some visits by the green sea turtles. Kapa'a met our needs of being out of the high tourist area but close enough to some things (Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Marketplace) for us to walk to some places. And Kauai is small enough that any place is a reasonable drive, especially once you get past the Kapa'a crawl (daily slow moving traffic through Kapa'a).

Absolutely stunning! So many activities within walking distance. The views from the lanai were incredible. Short driving distance to popular attractions. Denise was incredible to work with. This was our first trip to Kauai and we chose this rental based on its stellar reviews. It did not disappoint! We absolutely loved staying here: it has a super convenient location, it is a corner-ground floor unit which makes it easy to access and private, it is super clean and beautifully decorated and in a really nice complex. Our favorite part were the views out to the ocean. Awesome rental!

Delivered as promised. Loved every aspect of this stay. Minor suggestion to keep some consumables handy and stocked such as condiments, soap/body wash, detergent. We had to step out a few times to get some basic supplies.

The condo was a perfect place to stay. The photo’s don’t do it Justice. It’s right on a beautiful beach. The unit was Immaculately clean and had everything that you need. You should check the cabinets and fridge before you do grocery shopping as they had a lot of the basics. All the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed waking up to the sound of crashing waves. The unit is perfectly located walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We spent hours sitting on the lanai enjoying the spectacular view. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning to the future.

Mornings and afternoons spent walking out the back door to the ocean and playing in the waves. Loved this property, plenty of room, comfortable beds, nicely stocked kitchen.
Short walk to the little shopping center with cute shops and shaved ice. Easy walk the other direction to a bakery. Really just the perfect location.
Wouldn't hesitate staying here again and will miss our wonderful vacation oasis!

Denise's property far exceeded our wildest expectations, and we are already counting down the days until we can come back! Her property is absolutely magnificent and is in the most magical location. Although her photos are perfect, everything is even more immaculate in person! The condo itself is beautifully upgraded and exceeded all of our needs. The location is absolutely IDEAL! There are two natural pools at the beach that are perfect if you are staying with younger children, and the lanai is a magical place to watch the sunrise. There is also a beautiful restaurant just a short walk away. Again, just PERFECT! We can't wait to come back. Thank you, Denise!

We had 6 adult women stay in this condo and it was amazing. We've stayed on the North Shore before, but we'll choose this place the next time. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and living room. Wonderfully updated kitchen. The lanai overlooks the ocean - that you're just steps from. We enjoyed the beach and the pool daily. Centrally located on Kauai made this the perfect place to enjoy sightseeing in both directions. Working with Denise (manager) and Bernadette (cleaning staff) was easy and quick. We all agree this was a 10 star stay!!

This was an idyllic place for our family. The place is beautiful - the photos don’t do it justice. The beach is gorgeous and the swimming area of the beach was perfect for our young kids. This property exceeded all expectations! Not only was it clean and beautiful - but we all agreed it was in the very best location. The way the area is landscaped gives a private feel to the outdoor dining area as well as the lounge area outside the master bedroom. If you are wondering, this lovely unit is indeed on the ocean. The sound of the surf 24 hours a day was just the best. Also - please note that there wasn't a moment that we missed AC. In fact, we loved just using the screen doors (including the front door) to capture the natural breezes. We loved the salt water pool and especially the protected little beach area sort of in front of the pool where there is a breakwater and it is safe for children and others to enjoy being in the ocean. It is not terribly deep here but I loved swimming with the children here...my grandson and locals as well. I spent many hours a day in this location just reading, knitting, and being in one of the most blessed and beautiful places on earth. The fact that the Coconut Marketplace is right next door, and an easy walk, contributed greatly to the ease and enjoyment of our stay. While Safeway and the Papaya Natural Food Market are pretty close by - they do require a car unless you do delivery. We did a bit of both but enjoyed the market at the Coconut Marketplace as well. We took a few carefully considered trips to experience some of the best of Kauai but primarily relaxed and enjoyed being together on the property. Anini beach snorkeling was wonderful. If you are interested in learning about chocolate, Lydgate Farms is a great place to visit. It is a small 5th generation family run artisinal chocolate farm located in a beautiful area not too far from the property. We also loved the farmer's market at the community college. This condo has such an amazingly set up kitchen that most days we prepared our own food at least two of three meals. The opportunities for great take out abound - and we generally would plan one meal to pick up or have delivered each day. There is much to see and do here but we were just exhausted from the pace of our daily life here in the Pacific Northwest and really wanted to relax. Covid precautions are expected everywhere and we were pleased about this. We want to protect ourselves - and others - and discovered this to be expected everywhere we went. I can't say enough about the kindness we experienced in and around Kapaa - and with everyone associated with our stay.

With ages 2 to 64,this was the perfect location. Easy walk to Coconut Market and shopping, fabulous Lava Lava bar and restuarant right next to this property. Step off the lanai, 100 feet away from the beach and amazing waves to relax in. Easy for people to "do their own thing". Thanks for helping add another chapter to our wonderful family memories. With two young children this property was ideal. It was a beautiful view and the kids loved playing in the grassy areas around the property. There was a pool and a small ocean area blocked by lava rocks that were perfect for kids. The condo was a little busy with furniture but we didn’t spend much time in it. Denise was super responsive if we needed anything. I would love to come back here in the near future with our family!

Surfside Paradise is truly perfect in every single aspect. As an interior designer I am fairly discerning with my vacation rentals. Not only is the interior perfectly appointed and the most comfortable home away from home, the exterior is a dream! The property grounds are stunning, but the personal lanais have breathtaking direct views of the gorgeous beach and ocean. Being on the first floor means you are steps to the sea and sunrises. The property is located right on the beach and within walking distance to shopping, groceries and a great beachfront restaurant next door. The community has excellent security as well as perfectly cared for swimming pool and tennis courts. The icing on cake is the management, their kindness and hospitality is unrivaled. I have never felt so accommodated for and will stay here again in the blink of an eye. Bravo Surfside Paradise - you are truly one in a million.

This unit suited us beautifully. Ground floor gave us a fantastic walk out to stunning views and impeccable grounds. The unit is so beautifully decorated, inviting and comfortable. We made use of the pool, beach. Kiki pool , tennis/ pickleball court and the proximity to shopping, restaurants and bars. Communication with owners and management was excellent. Only hard part was leaving. We will be back!! Aloha!

We had a wonderful stay at Lae Nani! This was a lovely, comfortable stay for 6 adults. The ocean views were incredible. Great central location on the east coast within walking distance to kayaking on the river and biking along the ocean. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend!
