The stay was so enjoyable. The views were amazing. The condo was well stocked with items need for the beach and for cooking, as well as sleeping comfortably. We loved walking to the coconut marketplace and everything was so convenient and a pretty easy drive to our adventures we planned for the week. We would absolutely stay here again. What a gem!! My family absolutely loved our home away from home. Walking distance to fresh market and cute boutiques. We were able to venture out and see both the north and south shores in less than a 20 minute drive. The last few days relaxing at the pool and beach was a great time. Definitely will stay here again. We have stayed at the Lae Nani complex several times previously (our favorite part of the Island) and would rate this condo unit as our favorite. The unit is very nicely furnished and both full bathrooms spacious & nicely appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking and the outside grill area was recently updated and has three grills and staging area which worked well for cooking fresh fish. Another big plus is the AC unit for the master bedroom and living room; much of the time not needed, but nice to have when you do. The owner (Ken) was very helpful and responsive, and left comprehensive instructions about the condo. I would recommend without reservation.

Beautiful condo that is upgraded nicely. Well furnished, well appointed with games, snorkels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Great location with a very nice pool and beach. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Great View!!!
I had two major issues that kept me from giving my overall rating a 5 start. 1) No air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom...diffifcult to sleep at night 2) The blinds in the master bedroom can be seen through so no privacy for you to change. You need to change in the bathroom.

We were able to find the property in the dark with only normal family direction confusion.
The condo was nicely a d comfortably furnished. The view from the balcony onto the bay was spectacular. The pool was fun.
Restaurants were within walking distance. Location worked for us, easy acess to areas we wanted to see.

We loved staying here and wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and well stocked. There was a beautiful pool and ocean view from the lanais, which feature lounge chairs. The pool is large and clean. The ocean is sometimes swimmable, sometimes not, depending on the currents, so do be careful. But there is a nice man-made tidepool that is great for swimming in. Highly recommend, and we hope we can return soon!

We had the most wonderful time! Our family of five with kids ages 14,12 and 9 loved everything about this trip. This condo was in the perfect location to explore the island. We also loved that there were some great food and shopping spots within walking distance. The beach was amazing and the whole property and condo were just beautiful. The owners are very responsive and have all you need supplied at the condo. We would love to come back and stay again!!!

The hosts were amazing to communicate with. They were quick to tell us that the washing machine would not be fixed until after our stay. They offered a generous refund that went through right away to help with the hardship of not having a washer in the condo.
We really appreciated the twin and queen size Aero beds for our two daughters to have separate sleeping areas in the dining room/living room, away from their brother in the second bedroom. Families with young children (ours are 3, 6, and 9) who are used to separate bedrooms at home would understand! It helped bedtime be more peaceful and less wild! We easy put away the Aerobeds in the large master closet during the day to save space.
We really appreciated the beach towels, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and sand toys! We felt like the condo had everything AND MORE that we would need for our stay! The grounds of the condo community are absolutely beautiful and the beach in front of the condo was lovely as well. Great tide pools just to the right of the complex that was fun to see fish, eels, and sea cucumbers.

We just returned from Leslie and Ken's lovely condo. We absolutely loved our stay. Kauai is beautiful and we found Lae Nani in Kapa'a a perfect central location to explore the island. This condo has a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. We had everything we could need - comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, all of the beach essentials, fans and a/c. As well as a great pool, swimmable beach and next door to the Lava Lava Beach Club. We are already planning our next vacation to Kauai and would DEFINITELY stay in Leslie and Ken's condo again! It was simply perfect.

Wonderful! Our hosts were receptive and helpful with any of our questions. Accessing the property was seamless with keyless entries. The home is equipped with everything you need and more, including storage containers for packed lunches for our excursions. The home was very comfortable, with loads of windows for that gorgeous ocean view. The grounds to the property are amazing…resort-like, and the community was respectfully quiet. I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering a visit to the island.

This property was awesome. Had everything you could want. Beach gear, snorkle, fins, games, well stocked kitchen items. 2 blow up beds, comfortable beds, pillows, great towels. Fabulous view, right next door to great bar and restaurant and the Coconut Market Place. When we didn't want to go anywhere, everything is right close, market, food, shopping, short drive to a Safeway and only 15 minutes to the airport . And halfway between Princeville and Poipu. I would 100% recommend this property, and we hope to be able to stay there again. It was very comfortable, accommodated my family of 4 with room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms had ample space and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious.
But the location and the view were spectacular! Simply can’t be beat for convenience and beauty. Loved walking down a flight of stairs and being at the pool or beach, BBQs too! The property is also close to stores and cute towns as well.

We found this condo to be convenient to Lihue, Kapa’a and the north shore. Safeway and many restaurants nearby. Farmers market made local produce easy and fun. LOVED Kenji Burgers. Best burgers ever. We absolutely loved our few nights in Wailea. The apartment was clean and comfortable but more importantly- in contrast to so many rentals - it felt warm and inviting. Truly like a home away from home. The location was excellent- the kids loved the pool and the rock pool as well, the views out from the lanai(s) were spectacular and there were east restaurants within walking distance. We stayed for two weeks in Kapaa with two adults, an infant and an elementary aged child. The unit was clean and well taken care of with beautiful views. The pictures don't do it justice. Communication with the hosts was quick and pleasant. The property has a fun vibe with a laid back family resort feel. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this to family and friends. The unit has everything you would need as a family with a young child including a pack-n-play, infant bathtub, beach chairs and all the other beach and water toys you could need.

Our family of five (four adults and a seven-year-old) had a fabulous stay at Leslie and Ken's beautiful condo! We were breath-taken when we first walked into the condo and saw how close and beautiful the ocean view was from the living areas and master bedroom. The two lanais are so nice and the living room lanai housed our family meals and gatherings perfectly. The condo was very clean, modern, spacious, and had all the needed amenities and more. It was nice to have spices, oils, and other kitchen items stocked. The pool is clean and big and the Lae Nani Condo grounds are well kept. The location on the island was perfect. We were able to travel to Princeville and Hanalei for a day and Waimea and Poipu for a different day. Wailua Falls, via Kayak, was a great outing activity and was just down the road from our condo. We walked every day to the adorable Coconut Marketplace; there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, coffee, and groceries. We highly recommend Leslie and Ken's condo to our family and friends!

Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely condo! It was clean, spacious and well stocked with anything you could wish for. Two bathrooms and two lanais made this even more comfortable. We spent many mornings on the beach boogie boarding and our evenings taking in the ocean views and sunsets from the lanais. Our kids were in the pool every day! This is a great central location if you are planning to explore the island and check out some of the fun activities Kauai has to offer. Everything at this condo resort was wonderful and inviting! We hope to be back soon and stay again!

The owners made our experience seamless. They were responsive and helpful at booking. They contacted us shortly before our arrival to ensure we had all the codes needed to get in the gate, pool and condo. A couple days after arrival they emailed to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The condo was very well stocked, with dishes, pots and pans, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, towels, beach and pool equipment, as well as first aid items.
I was a little leery of a salt water pool, but it was amazing and the perfect temp. We spent many hours poolside taking everything in.
We would definitely stay at this unit again if we find ourselves back in Kauai!! ❤️🌴🐢

The LaeNani property is close to all sorts of fun activities on both north and south shore of Kauai, as well as some decent snorkling out the back-door! The condo was perfect for our group of 2 couples. Beds comfortable, 2 baths great crosswords so we never needed the AC. Had all things needed for a trip to the beach cooler, chairs, etc. We loved sitting on the balcony for meals, coffee, etc. Really appreciated the spices, oil etc. Grilled fish and vegies several nights. Also enjoyed the Lava Lava beach club next door and the short walk to Coconut market place. Great free Hula show there.

The condo is just as is shown in the pictures. Lovely view, lovely location, lovely condo. We truly enjoyed our time in this condo. The location is convenient for all things to do on the island of Kauai. There was a small issue with the provided entry gate code, but otherwise no issues. Condo is stocked with enough utensils and dishes so you can cook "from your vacation home". Condo has plenty of towels and other items for you to enjoy the beach and pool. Well stocked! Again, great location - near grocery stores and the Coconut Marketplace. We were truly sad to leave Kapaa :( Can't wait to go back, we'd definitely stay here again.

What we loved: Plenty of space, comfy beds, extremely clean, cool air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, ice maker, beautiful updated home, 2 large patios, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys/towels, view of beach and mountains in the distance, keyless entry, and the owners were helpful and replied quickly to emails. The location was perfect. It is close to the airport, central to everything on the island and a short walk to a variety of restaurants, a market, and many shops. The pool and beach area were beautiful and relaxing. Lae Nani will definitely be our first choice when we return to Kauai!

The best thing about the property was the view of the ocean from the bedroom and living space balcony, living room and pool. Sometimes you go to an ocean front property and there isn't a beach but just a rocky area in front. This condo has actual beach to walk on just beyond the beautifully landscaped grounds. Also a lovely bit of Hawaiian history is right there to be seen. The location on the central east side made it a quick trip for us to go North or South. There was nothing we didn't like!

This property far exceeded our already high expectations! The grounds are gorgeous, the pool is fantastic, and the unit is large, clean, and full of amenities! Ken stocked his property with boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a rain umbrella, pool noodles and sand toys. There was nothing that we wanted for during our stay. The extra blow up mattresses were a generous touch for my large family.
Kenneth was extremely attentive in the months leading up to our stay, always answering my questions within hours. My four kids loved swimming in the pool, surfing in the ocean, walking to get Shave Ice at Coconut Marketplace, visiting the local Farmer's Market, etc. My husband and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary with dinner at Lava Lava Beach Club next door. It was a truly amazing week in paradise!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. Highlights include gorgeous views of the ocean, swimming in the pool, breakfast on the lanai every morning, boogie boarding with our kids at night during high tide, great location to travel north or south for the day, and nearby shopping center/farmers market. The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. It was really the small details that made our trip so comfortable. There were small tupperware in the kitchen to use for lunches on the go, cooler bag in the closet, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys, and board/card games for the kids. We loved having the in-unit washer and dryer because after a long day at the beach with the kids, who wants to go downstairs to the laundry room and wait around to wash clothes? All we had to do was unpack our flip flops and start living Kauai-style! Leslie & Ken are responsive to all our questions and have truly thought of everything we could possibly need or want. The unit is pristine, beautifully appointed and well stocked. Gorgeous views of the pool, immaculate gardens and the ocean just steps away. Falling asleep to ocean waves, morning walks along the beach to our fave coffee place Imua, breakfast or evening drinks at Lava Lava, delicious Thai take-out to enjoy on the lanai at sunset, the walking convenience to Coconut Marketplace for snacks, entertainment, Jojo’s shave ice and the Farmer’s Market. Minutes away from lively Kapaa and all it has to offer, easy location for day trips to Hanalei, Waimea Canyon, and so much more. Mahalo nui loa! Can’t wait to return again soon!

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Missing the view from the lanai, bedroom, and living room/kitchen. Loved hearing the waves, seeing the blue water, and walking around the property.
Very well kept. The microwave was not working but we just used the stove to cook and re-heat food. There was also water kettle available to boil water for tea. Didn't get to drink the welcome wine but still greatly appreciated.

Our stay at Lea Nani was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautiful - immaculately maintained, decorated beautifully, wonderful art, comfortable beds and bedding, all the amenities... The little touches like spices in the kitchen and a welcome bottle of wine was lovely. Plus the unit was well equip for pool and beach days with boogie boards, beach chairs, pool towels, toys and games. It was great!
Lae Nani is a beautiful location as a home-base on Kauai. The pool large and was picturesque, situated right on the lawn above the ocean. The beach was nice for a swim or a stroll. Follow a path to the north of the property and there is a wonderful stretch of sand and paths, leading all the way to downtown Kapaa and beyond. Plus sunrise from the point was spectacular.
The hosts were unparalleled. Communication prior to our stay was excellent and continued while we were there. They checked in to see if everything was working well for our stay and were extremely attentive. We would defiantly stay with them again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This apartment was a true gem! The views were spectacular of the ocean, pool and mountains. Every detail in the apartment was taken care of and felt special. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine upon our arrival, a helpful binder full of local information and menus, a closet full of board games, beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards! There was also a twin and a queen aerobed if we needed it. The kitchen was fully stocked with up to date appliances, cooking utensils, etc. The only problem we had is that we had to leave and go home!!! We can't wait to come back and highly recommend this unit!

We had a wonderful stay in Kauai (Kapaa) and the condo was perfect. The owners (Leslie & Ken) have done a great job with the unit and have stocked the place with everything you will need. We had 3 adults and 2 young kids - the place was perfect for our family vacation. The two bedrooms are both large and they are slightly separated to give some additional privacy (great layout). Our family have done a number of VRBO's and we can tell the owners have put in the extra effort to provide everything needed including 2 boogie boards, masks, beach chairs, board games and more. The kitchen is well stocked too. The owners were also very responsive to any questions we had and they checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. The binder including all the information for the complex and the restaurants was a very nice touch too.
The Lae Nani complex has a great pool and the little beach is great for kids and boogie boarding. The view off the patio is actually better than what is shown in the pictures. The Lae Nani complex is within walking distance to the local market place and only a 2 or 3 minute drive to Safeway or other shops / restaurants.
We used Lae Nani as our home base but we also traveled to different places and beaches around Kauai. For reference, the drive to Poipu only took us ~30 minutes and the drive up to Princeville was ~40 minutes. For this reason it is a great central spot to be and we would definitely recommend this location and this condo.

There were 5 of us - my husband and I, our daughter and her 12 & 14 year old children. We all loved the condo. It is inviting and comfortable. Great to have a large dining table for family meals. We were impressed and pleased by all the extras the owners provided. Boogie boards and great beach chairs, snorkels and bags to carry our stuff to the beach. I also appreciated the basic cooking items with the request to replace what you use up - a great touch! The pool and swimming beach right outside the door were great, too. And the owners couldn’t have been more responsive. Finally, we all agreed the location was so convenient. You can walk to some shops, Kapaa is a short drive away. But the best were the easy drives north and south to see the beautiful island of Kauai, coming back to lounge at the pool, perhaps use the grill and enjoy.

Perfect location, beautifully furnished and updated, and excellent ocean view. We enjoyed the keiki pond every day as well as the swimming pool. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and farmers market. We particularly enjoyed happy hour at the Lava Lava Beach Club next door. The condo is equipped with lots of extras in the kitchen and lots of beach gear and games. We will definitely book this condo on our next trip to Kauai!

We enjoyed staying here very much. The condo is in a beautiful location. It is centrally located on the island making it really convenient for sight seeing around the island. It is a short drive to the airport and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The ocean and pool are in sight and just a quick walk away. The hosts make you feel very welcome. We found that the condo had everything we needed. There are many nice touches. The hosts provide things you can use during your stay like beach stuff, games, and we really appreciated a guide book on Kauai. It really helped us navigate around the island. We would gladly stay here again.
