We enjoyed every moment of our week long stay at this accommodation. Instructions and contact from owner was wonderful. Position of apartment was perfect with both the pool facilities and our own beach within steps of our stay. Also we were within walking distance to restaurants and facilities which was a plus.

For our first trip to Kauai, this was a great condo in a perfect location. Easy access to north and south and some great restaurants and shopping conveniently located nearby. The Lae Nani grounds and pool and beautiful and well maintained. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedroom was a welcome touch as it was quite warm when we were there.
The view from the lanai was stunning and a great place for coffee or a cocktail. We would stay at this unit again.

Spent a week here and loved it! Very well stocked kitchen, awesome view, pool was large and kids loved it, small protected area on beach was also great for little kids, great location, would stay again. Only thing to be aware of was living room was warm in July and couldn't get any windflow through. Little warm for kids sleeping on pullout but fans helped and AC in bedroom was very helpful for that room.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful well-stocked condo. The view is terrific. The grounds are fabulous. It was lovely to sit and have our meals overlooking the pool, the ocean and the gardens. The A/C in the bedroom is great. The owners supplied easy to follow directions on everything. As others have said it's very close to shops, the farmer's market and a number of restaurants. We really enjoyed this condo and our holiday and we can't wait to come back.

Very gorgeous place. Nicer than pics show. Lanai gets evening and afternoon sun. Well stocked. Clean. AC in bedroom keeps bedroom cool. Nice pots and pans. TV is smart tv so watching things was easy. Pool is nice saltwater well kept pool. No complaints at all. Hope our second place up Princeville is this nice.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. It was perfectly positioned for us to travel to all different parts of the island and then retreat back to our peaceful home base. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We enjoyed the view of the water and the mountains, visiting the beach, and having the ability to walk to the farmer's market, cafes, and restaurants all nearby. We hope to return again someday!

This 2nd floor unit is well located, comfortable, and the ocean view is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked and furnishings and decor is cozy and home-like. Our interaction with the owners and check-in was easy. We would stay here again.

Excellent condo to rent.
Booking process and rental instructions/information made settling into the condo very easy (precise details were given for directions, parking, access codes, etc).
The pictures don't do it justice....the grounds and view of Lae Nani property from the balcony lanai are breath taking.
Condo is conveniently located for easy travel around the island and for walking on paths along the ocean.
Will definitely rent this condo again.
It was a great place to spend Christmas.

Aloha…Our eleven night stay was pure beauty and relaxation. Pristine manicured grounds abounding with tropical flowers and even some fruit! Great location for day trips to north and south shores or just walking along the beach!! Everything awaits you for a fun filled day at the beach. Visitors and owners really friendly. Happy noises from the pool meant they were enjoying themselves.
Hope we can make a return visit for longer next time!

My husband and I loved our stay in Kauai. The unit was very spacious and we were so grateful for the bedroom a/c which we didn’t have during our stay in Maui the previous week. The view from the lanai was beautiful and we were extremely happy with the location on the island. Lava Lava beach club was directly next door and Passion Bakery just a short walk down the street (two of our favorites). We explored different areas of the island each day and staying on the East side made that very easy (other than dealing with some construction on the main road). Weather was beautiful as well for our stay. Only a couple minor issues with the unit: the microwave was broken (which the owner graciously told us in advance), several light bulbs were out in both bathrooms, and the dishwasher leaked from the bottom of the door. We also squashed several bugs but I guess that’s to be expected.
For those planning activities, we really enjoyed Captain Dave’s sunset dinner sailing along the Na Pali coast, hiking the Heritage Trail and out to Mokolea Point. If you drive up to Waimea Canyon, be sure to check the weather and go on a clear day. Our first attempt it was too foggy but the second try was beautiful. If you rent kayaks to head to Secret Falls, we recommend going on your own during a weekend and avoid all the tour groups. It was nice but rather crowded. Pu’u Poa Beach is shaded, secluded with very calm waters. We also enjoyed JoJos shaved iced, Chicken in a Barrel, Kiawe Roots, and the meals at Kukuiula Market (Da Crack, juice bar, poke bowls, shaved ice). Do not get breakfast at Starbucks at the airport on your way home! I had horrible food poisoning on the 7 hr flight back to the mainland. Overall, it was a great trip!

First time in Kauai, our condo was amazing. Super clean. Owners are so friendly and helpful. The property is so beautiful. Would highly recommend renting this condo. The view is breathe taking.

We loved everything about this property! We stayed for one week at Lae Nani and enjoyed the condo, the grounds, the convenience of grocery shopping about a mile away, and some fun and yummy restaurants, especially the Lava Lava Beach Club, that are walkable from the condo. We truly hope to return someday soon!

Pictures do not do this place justice. The view is amazing and the property is beautiful. I cannot say enough wonderful things. My husband and I enjoyed the week that we stayed here. The location is perfect for jaunts to the North and South Shores. The pool is spectacular and the condo is right next door.to Lava Lava Beach Club. Don't miss their Mai Tais!

We absolutely loved staying at 124 and hope to go back. The condo was very comfortable, well thought out, and obviously cared for. We woke up every morning to stunning views on the lanai, where we played card games with our kids and relaxed throughout the day. The location seems impossible to beat - we walked down to the beach, to dinners, and to the marketplace. Lydgate beach was 5 minutes away. The grounds are beautiful. We noticed the care in the details of the condo itself and hope we can make this our home away from home again on a future visit!

I have stayed at several VRBOs in the past and this has been my favorite one yet. The view that this property has is absolutely stunning for starters. In addition to the view, the condo was the perfect amount of space for a weeks’ stay and the condo/property had every amenity we could have asked for. The property was in a convenient location equipped with the Coconut Marketplace which was less than a 5 minutes walk away and a local Farmer’s Market sets up in the shopping center 2 days a week. We were able to cook meals throughout the week and the condo was supplied with every type of cooking utensil you could ask for in addition to an espresso machine which we took advantage every day. The property was extremely well managed and we had direct access to a beach area that we enjoyed throughout the week in addition to exploring other beaches on the Northern and Southern part of the island. Next time we are in Kauai we will be reaching out to Howard and Patti to stay at their condo, we had such a great experience!
