This condo was a nice place to stay near the ocean. You can see it from the condo. We saw 2 monk seals resting on the beach nearby throughout our stay. The beds don't look like much but they are very comfortable. I slept great and that is uncommon for me when traveling. The A/C is a huge bonus. Especially if you are not use to the humidity. It is a great location close to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. It is also a unit that is right next to the community center with ping pong & BBQ's which we enjoyed. There were lots of beach chairs and boogie boards. And I liked having a washer & dryer in the unit. The community in general is also very quiet and peaceful. On the downside, There is an adjoining room and the door is near the end of the hallway next to the half bath. I was fine with my husband but if I had been a single person I would have wanted to know about this. If it was in the ad then that is my bad but I don't remember seeing anything about it. Overall, for the price I felt it was a great value and I would stay here again.

Central location, great communication with owners. Layout of condo is a bit odd - No bathroom near the "master" bedroom. Paper thin walls, so pretty noisy with all the other tenants. Couldn't leave the windows open at night for the wonderful trade winds because of all the noise from the courtyard and the complex game room (which is next to this unit). Apartment dingy overall and needs a face lift. Past ceiling leaks haven't been repaired completely, walls are dirty, cheap furniture is scratched up, and the couch was filthy. It's nice to have AC units in the bedrooms, but they mounted the units right above the beds, so we had to turn them off when sleeping because the cold air blows directly down on you otherwise. A little TLC would go a long way to making this a place worth the price they are charging!

Great location. Beach chairs and camping chairs were great. AC was very cold but the apartment gets great circulation. Lanai was great and has views of sunrise.

Loved the accommodations. Everything as advertised. Had a great ocean view, only had to walk about 60 ft to see waves coming in and step in the water. Loved the condo and would stay again! David was very responsive to text messages during our stay! Mahalo for our great experience!

Condo was great for our stay in Kauai. It was very spacious and clean with an updated modern kitchen that had all the supplies. David and Leah were excellent hosts with great communication. We didn't need much, but I felt like if we did they would be accommodating. Location is ideal for accessing both the north and south of the island if wanting to stay central. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful ocean views.

First time to Kauai with my high school graduate son and his gf. Great location, close to stores and restaurants, and a nearby skatepark-clean and fully stocked. Would absolutely recommend this place!

My friend and I visited Kauai to celebrate our birthdays. Dave was very informative even before we arrived and provided some tips on sightseeing.
The condo was the perfect size for us and was in a great location. There was a Safeway and Starbucks right across the street. It was very easy to get to the main roads to go North/South. It had most things that we needed on the kitchen and was only steps from the beach right outside the patio door. We had a reserved parking spot included not far from our condo door.
We had some issues the first two nights with the a/c units not working and leaking on one of the beds. Dave and Leah did their best to get a repairman out to fix the units as soon as possible and after they came, the A/C units worked great. The trade winds are pretty strong at night and will keep the condo cool; however, since we were on the first floor, we were not comfortable leaving the patio doors open over night. The condo has a lot of standing fans as well to help with air circulation.
The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. The beach is little small but there are so many other beaches around, we didn’t mind. We got to see a Monk seal snoozing on the beach, so cute!
It was a great place to relax and enjoy beautiful Kauai.

My friend and I visited Kauai to celebrate our birthdays. Dave was very informative even before we arrived and provided some tips on sightseeing.
The condo was the perfect size for us and was in a great location. There was a Safeway and Starbucks right across the street. It was very easy to get to the main roads to go North/South. Really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were pretty comfortable, place was spacious and well-stocked with kitchen items (even has some basic spices, cooking oil, etc), beach toys, and plenty of patio seating and room. The shower water pressure is AMAZING! Ran into the owner in the parking lot and he fixed a squeaky door for us on the spot! Thanks Dave! He/his family respond to any messages with surprising speed. This seems to be the only place on the island where I haven't seen any chickens, so early rising roosters weren't a problem. However, noisy neighbors might be. One of the bedrooms is next to the elevator and parking lot, so people talking in the parking lot and rolling suitcases around made it harder to sleep. This is probably the case everywhere though. I always travel with earplugs. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning, which you can see from the patio. A totally unobstructed view is just a short walk across the grass. Highly recommend this property!

The location of this unit made our first visit to Kauai even better than we expected. Clean, well stocked with every day and beach necessities and is conveniently located walking distance from shops, eateries and the Coconut Market.
