This complex is perfectly located in Kapaa. You can walk to most places you want to get to. Jay is great in responding to you. The setting is beautiful. Not a large complex, quiet except for the roar of the ocean!

I loved my stay here in this condo, and the location nearest the beach and pool was a bonus! Our host Jay was kind enough to allow us to tack on another few nights due to cancelled flights, and the manager Sheila was available at the drop of a hat to answer questions. This was a very comfortable condo, with the ocean breeze continuously cooling us. I will stay here again and look forward to repeating this amazing Kauai vacation! Thanks Jay and Sheila

This condo is amazing. The title said 20 steps to the beach. Wasn’t quite true. It was more like 15 steps. It was amazing. Seals on the beach in the morning. Every morning when the tide is out is an enormous amount of tide pools with all kinds of sea life. My whole family loved it and would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!

Lock to the door broke on the first night, but we worked with management and got fixed promptly. Everything else was sublime.
Lots within walking distance, beach right outside your door, the pool was also a great feature to have.
I loved the closet with beach chair and toys as well.

We loved this place! This is a great location for heading to either the North or South Shore. The condo was immaculate, so close to the beach and the pool, and the grounds well-maintained. Highly recommend!

My sister and I ( 2 seniors) just returned from a fabulous holiday in this condo. Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is great....right on the beach but also a very easy walk to grocery shopping and restaurants. Also a very central location on the island. We explored so much of the island and it was perfect to come back to the condo for a relaxing evening.

Where do I start? Great accommodation in a perfect location. Situated right across the road from shopping facilities and restaurants and importantly right on the beach, the position couldn’t be better. We were even blessed with a visit from a Hawaiian Monk seal every day of our stay. The ground floor unit itself worked well for 2 couples with a full bedroom and another set of single beds in the other room which can be closed off from the main living area. The patio is perfect to eat any meal and as the unit is on the end of the complex and on the ground floor, it is very close the beach and the pool. The host was extremely helpful and easily contacted for the silly questions. We don’t hesitate to recommend this place.

We had a lovely time at this property, the construction was still going on while we were there but didn't really affect our stay as we were out during the times they were working on the beach restoration. Definitely would recommend this place to others.

Good sized property with all necessary amenities. Washer and dryer an absolute must in Hawaii when most days are spent at the beach and sand gets everywhere. The beach chairs were great to take around. Due to construction on the beach, our beautiful view was obstructed on day 2 of 8 but Jay was easy to communicate with and immediately made it right.

This rental is just as advertised it’s ocean front in a small apartment/condo complex. Food and shopping are close and it’s near the end of a 10 mile round trip walking path. We brought bicycles and had a great time riding local roads.

The property was as good as advertised. It was clean and very roomy for ten of us. It was in a good area and very accessible to all of the Nashville attractions we went to. Will definitely look to stay again on future trips.

Central location, good amenities, good communication. Waterfront unit, steps to the small pool. Everything works in the unit and plenty of extra beach items and toys in the lanai storage (we added an umbrella and boogie board). Very central location on the island which made for a good landing pad for our daily explorations throughout the island. Walk to Safeway in 2 minutes. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This condo is beautifully decorated with granite countertops, lovely bedding and artwork! The washer and dryer are such a plus as well as the side window that provides a wonderful breeze! The negative was the window shade was broken and Sheila , our contact, said it would be replaced for our stay! There was no instruction manual in the condo! We had to ask maintenance for the code to access the pool!

My family stayed here and it surreal to see the breathtaking view of the sunrise every morning. Right on the beach. There was a seal that swam by every afternoon. The pool was clean, the suite was clean and stocked with everything you need including beach chairs and toys and boogie board. Had a very relaxing time here. You'll love the tranquil moments here.

We loved everything about this property.

Walking distance to Supermarket, Restaurants and Bike Rental.
No need to ask about amenities – they have everything (while not air-conditioned they have ceiling fans and good air circulation)
The property manager was helpful and always accessible.
The pool is small but adequate.
Would happily stay here again if we ever got back to Kauai.

Loved this spot, its right next to the pool and the ocean. The washing machine was down the enitre 10 days we were there so that was a bummer since we packed thinking we would have one.
Also we knew there was no AC but they only supplied one litttle tiny fan that made a bit of noise. Maybe a few bigger fans would be a great idea.

We had a little family reunion here after not having stayed in close to 20 years. It was a perfect homecoming. Jay was fantastic to work with, as was Sheila, the on-island manager. The condo was a perfect location on the end of the bottom floor. Just steps away from the beach. The pool was even closer. My parents stayed in those until with e king bed and two twins. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which was a huge benefit. Some units do bot have one so you would need to travel off-site to do laundry. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels, so no need to bring your own. There were plenty of sand toys, snorkels, and body boards for use also. That saves a lot in rental fees. Perfect for couples or those with a small family!
The location in Kapaa was perfect. Easy walk across the street to Safeway, Subway, Starbucks, Ross, ice cream and shave ice. Numerous restaurants within walking distance as well.
We couldn't have been happier here and will book again the next time we are on Kauai!

We have stayed at Kauai Kaihlani before, but this property takes the cake! The location of this condo within the complex is the best of them all, if you ask me! Steps from the beach and the pool. We really appreciated all the extra touches that the owners and property manager put in to making sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will be back! Mahalo!

The condo was wonderful on the inside. Unfortunately the complex was crowded, a lot of kids all playing in the center court yard. I felt like I was in a fish bowl when outside on the lanai. I understand parents and kids should have fun, but some of us go on vacation to rest.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Beach access within a 1 min walk plus easy access to north and south island. Lots of restaurants around to choose from (relative to anywhere else on Kuaui). The beach directly in front is under restoration but adjacent beach is a short walk away. We didn't use pool mich but was directly in front of unit. We liked the first floor access.

My partner and I had a lovely vacation using this rental as our home base. It is pretty small for a family but good for 2 people. It’s right on the water so we were able to catch the sunrise every morning. It’s also close to some great restaurants that are in walking distance. There’s a Safeway across the street and a Costco not 15 minutes away. Overall it had everything we needed and the experience was fair for the price.

The condo was very comfortable and just as pictured. It was spotless on our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals but don't expect anything in the pantry. There was salt and creamer but it would have been nice to have pepper, sugar for coffee, saran wrap or foil and maybe a few spices. Also, we didn't think to look in the closet on the balcony until near the end of our stay - there you will find beach chairs and boogie boards! Being on the ground floor was wonderful in that you could walk right out on the grounds but there is a loss of privacy with people walking by. Also, we couldn't make the screen door lock so we didn't feel comfortable leaving the patio doors open at night, cutting down the air flow. All in all, a lovely stay and we wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Our flight arrived late, so it was nice to have one less thing to worry about—that we could just arrive at the condo, type in our code, and go to sleep in comfortable beds. It was a bit humid and warm, but I think air conditioning would sort of ruin the vibe of Hawaii anyway. Plus it’s bad for the environment.
Anyway…
The condo is a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants! The view in the mornings was amazing. The condo had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. Washer and dryer was wonderful to have!

Wonderful condo, and property. Just a suggestion: dishwasher is loose, needs anchor. No key to storage shed but it was unlocked. Incorrect internet information, we used the TV router info instead. Could use a stick vacuum. Love your property Jay, count on us staying again and again. Nash family

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was really clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The overhead fans helped to keep the temperature reasonable. We loved the close proximity to the pool and the great view of the water. This condo met all of our needs and helped make our stay on Kauai very comfortable and relaxing! Highly recommend staying here!

This condo had everything we needed for the two of us. Even a coffee grinder which enabled us to sample fresh local coffee and decide which ones to purchase for home.
This place is in the perfect location. Walking distance to a major grocery store, and Papaya grocery where we were able to buy stuff for our specific diet. We enjoyed walking to Kauai Juice Co. for daily fresh juice. We drove to a couple of farmers markets for produce to support the local farmers.
Most of the time, we just sat outside in the chairs by the ocean to read, nap, and enjoy the sunrise.
There was also a nice collection of books if you didn’t pack a book. I left the book I brought and started another book from their collection.
We slept in the twin beds next to the living area because you can hear the ocean and get a nice breeze. They were very comfortable beds.
When we found out that AA had canceled our afternoon flight and put us on the 10 PM flight, the owners were so accommodating and let us hangout for the afternoon in the condo. Thank you so much!
We plan to go back in January but had to book a different unit as this unit appears to be unavailable.
We hope to see you again when we are there.

We had a lovely time staying at this property , we loved having the ocean so close, sunrises were stunning and the lounge chairs to sit and enjoy the waves and the trade winds.. unit was right next to the pool which my kid loved and we enjoyed having such a full kitchen along with washer dryer. Lots of places close by for good grinds , overall great stay for its value.

The condo was spotless, had a closet with boogies boards, beach toys etc. Was in a very central location which made travel very easy. There are multiple beaches very close by as well as the grocery store and some super yummy restaurants.
Jay and Sharyn were very accommodating and responded quickly to all of my messages.

Property was perfect for what we needed when it came to space, size, location and amenities. The until was well taken care of and spot on in the description. Slept with the windows open and hearing the sounds of the ocean at all times made the stay even better.
