This clean and comfortable studio is perfectly located for exploring the south shore. It had all of the basic necessities needed for a great stay. The studio and property were well maintained and attractive and the parking was easy and plentiful. We would happily stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. There were lots of things to do right around the condo and this area is beautiful. The condo itself was cute, clean and just what we needed to enjoy our experience in beautiful Kaua’i. This was one of our favorite vacations ever!

We absolutely loved this place. Great location, nice private end unit, cute decor, comfortable bed, gardens and pool are gorgeous! Beach across the street and lots of shops, restaurants and beaches a short drive away. If I had to criticize anything, the A/C unit is a bit loud so it may bother you if you're a light sleeper.

The perfect location for our short stay. We mostly used the rental to sleep at night but was in great proximity to all the hot spots on the southern part of the island. It was quiet at night and had everything we needed.

The prince kuhio condos are recommended. Great location and can't be beat on price. This unit is nice but small. We stayed in this condo for 1 night, and then as previously planned we moved to a different condo in the same complex for 9 nights. The other condo was much bigger and more updated and the price was nearly the same as this one. So, this condo is good, complex is clean and beautiful, location is great. Best snorkeling is right across the street in front of the restaurant.

I stayed in PK137 for 6 weeks and didn’t want to leave! It may be a studio but it is comfortable and well planned. The private lanai and orchid garden adds another room that gets lovely morning sun with a distant ocean view.

This house was perfect for our two-family (5 kids, 4 adults) vacation to Hawaii! The spaciousness, hot tub and game room pleased everyone, as did the proximity to the ocean; the cove across the street is beautiful, and Magic Sands Beach is a short walk away and perfect for boogie boarding. The house was easy to access and close (but not too close) to downtown Kona. We ran into one little snag - the grill ran out of propane - but the property managers responded immediately and got a new tank to us the same day. We also really appreciated the AC units in the bedrooms, helping us cool off for bedtime. Highly recommend this house! Thanks!

Great location. Room was comfortable. Having been rained in a few mornings/evenings, we wished we would have had better lighting and wished the TV provided more than one channel, but if it weren’t for the rain, none of that would have mattered as who wants to be indoors while in Hawaii?? Shauna was very easy to work with and very accommodating, we would stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Great location just across street from beautiful ocean views, and just a short drive or walk to Poipu Beach which had great snorkeling for beginners. The unit was nicely decorated with a beachy theme. The tropical landscaping on the walk from parking lot to the unit and around the pool was beautiful. We loved our stay here!

Great Location - right across the street from awesome sunsets. And we loved the parakeets that flew in each evening. The unit is smaller than it appears but was fine for just the two of us. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Loved having good coffee making options. Bed was comfortable and the Turkish towels for the beach were a win. Look forward to getting some of those at home.
We were close enough to things to explore and enjoyed having this unit to come back to each night.

Place was nice a bit smaller than anticipated but had everything we needed as we were not even there much. Snorkeling is great right at the beach access. Good spot to tour the entire island. No extras in the pantry like other bnbs we have been to but thats likely due to the high costs. Very clean And lovely grounds comfy bed.

I was attending a wedding in Poi’pu- I was able to walk everywhere! Long’s and The marketplace wa d close by, took the aloha sunset shuttle to the wedding- walked to Little Fish coffee too. The property is gorgeous with lush tropical gardens- quiet and well maintained. Hosts left a cooler, beach towels and an iron as useful

We had a great stay at this property! It’s a nice central location for the south shore and a quick drive for more westerly activities. We liked having the small Lawai beach right across the street for days we didn’t feel like driving anywhere. Great snorkelling here and the option to sit on the grass behind the beach house restaurant. Baby beach down the street was great for sunset and fewer people than Lawai/beach house at sunset. The apartment is just as described with a well stocked kitchen. We spent all day outside the apartment but I could see if you’re the type of traveller who likes to lounge in your accommodation, this place might be a little dark. Overall, a great place to stay!!

The studio unit we stayed in was comfortable with a great location. There was a full-size kitchen so we were able to prepare our meals. Additional amenities included beach towels, chairs and cooler. The Prince Kuhio grounds were nicely maintained with a very nice pool. We were across from the Beach House Restaurant and beach so we could just walk across the street to watch a sunset.

The condo at Prince Kuhio was a fabulous stop on our honeymoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials. There are amazing fast drying Turkish beach towels, water bottles, chairs, etc. for a relaxing day on the beach. We were pretty entertained by the roosters/chickens running around the area, and we weren’t even upset about their early crows 🤣 There’s an amazing small market called Living Foods right up the road with a pretty good supply of charcuterie board snacks and essential groceries. It also has a restaurant and coffee/juice place. As others have said, Beach House, located directly across from the condo, is also a really delicious place. Parking was always so easy, day or night. We highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved this condo! Everything was so clean and the air conditioner made warm days very comfortable. Having a full kitchen was nice to make some of our meals while on vacation. We enjoyed having a cooler, beach chairs and towels to take across the street to Lawau Beach. We had the best snorkeling experience here and had fun swimming with the turtles! Awesome studio cannot wait to be back!

This was a lovely place to stay. The mattress was comfortable, it was quiet and felt private, and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The building’s facade has a wonderful 1960’s feel, but the inside is modern and lovely. The best thing by far were the beautiful gardens in Prince Kuhio condos—we spent a lot of time just walking around and looking at all of the plants and flowers. The parking is a little tricky, although we may have missed instructions about it somewhere—there is a small lot out front, but if that is full you may have to drive in the next condo complex over and park in their garage, which does have spots marked for Prince Kuhio. We highly recommend this place!

Super great at communicating. We had a dinner tour we had to get too before the scheduled check in time. They were kind enough to help us make arrangements to drop off our bags so we weren’t carrying everything around! The space was clean and cute. We got great directions about parking, super easy. The unit was very pleasant and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.. The owner gave us excellent detailed instructions for finding the unit from the airport, however it rained, we got our car by 11:30 pm, signage is not great on Kauai, the car's GPS didn't work and we got lost, a good samaritan helped us find our way and we ended up parking the vehicle outside at 2:00am hoping the birds wouldn't find it before we got to it the next morning. We were wrong-however there is a place to wash your car just outside the parking garage. We loved the roosters and chickens that gathered each morning outside the unit.
