Bob's place is FANTASTIC! It was very clean and exactly as described with everything (and more) that we both needed and wanted for our 5 day stay. The air conditioner worked well and quickly cooled off the room. There was plenty of room for storing our clothes, shoes, cosmetics, etc. The kitchen was great... lots of room for prep and all appliances were nice and worked well. We also loved the shower... plenty of room and nice towels (including beach towels).
Best of all, the location was perfect for accessing sites and beaches all around Kawaii. The condo complex is well-maintained with gorgeous trees and flowers, a beautiful pool, and easy access to garage parking. Our stay was simply wonderful and we will definitely attempt to rent Bob's place the next time we visit Kauai. We highly recommend this vacation home. You won't be sorry!

We appreciated all the extras in the condo such as beach chairs, towels & umbrella. We especially enjoyed jogging and our time on the beach. Breakfast on the patio was really nice.

This condo was everything and more. Anything we could dream of needing was there: full kitchen with appliances, small appliances, bowls and even storage containers with lids and baking sheets. And of course the amazing body boards, beach chairs and umbrella, and even a beach bag and coolers to make the beach days effortlessly fun.
I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again on a future trip to Kauai.

We arrived after 11:00 at night, exhausted and ready to fall into bed! Prince Kuhio was easy to find, our condo was easily accessible and the bed was a welcome site. The next morning we found our place had everything we would need to make our stay close to perfect. Will definitely stay here again! Mahalo 🌴🌺

The studio fit our need of a place to stay while we explored the island. Parking was tight in the garage for our rental jeep. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes - way more than 2 people needed.

Condo was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The gardens were beautiful. There was some signs of wear and tear. Some chips in floor tile and wall paint, but, nothing off-putting. The only real negative was the spotty wifi. A hot tub would have been nice to have but, again, not a big deal. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We really liked what we called "Home" for 3 weeks.
It was very spacious , nice layout. Only downside was the beach across the road was not very big, but we found other beaches we enjoyed. For warning between 6:00-6:30 pm some kind of bird come home for the night , they are very noisy , we kind of got use to them , then 6:30-7:00am they would leave. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our large efficiency condo. It was secluded on the second floor overlooking lush landscape and pool just as described. Very well stocked kitchen and beach towels and chairs and coolers etc. Only suggestion is to have cleaners dust mop under bed and headboard, and move the two chairs with ottomans and clean better. Just a little more cleaner effort would make it 5 star.
Beach access right across the street.
We really enjoyed our stay. Condo property laundry a bit expensive but nice clean facility.
Would stay here again.

As great as described in the accurate listing. Excellent location, can walk to Baby Beach for great snorkeling in about 5 minutes. Gorgeous landscaping and amazing, usually empty pool. This particular room overlooks the pool and is right by the stairs so you can keep an eye on it and jump in whenever you want. Backs up to the Lawai Beach Resort which was FULL of loud and obnoxious douchebags (our friends were staying over there so we got to experience that, too) BUT you cannot hear any of that from the serenity of the Prince Kuhio. Very quiet, calm, respectful families and couples at the Kuhio! Just a wonderful retreat. Easy parking to boot. Book this room - you won't regret it!

It is a very well stocked and located place. Near all the fun spots in Poipu. Bed and mattress could be more comfortable and the space looks smaller than it is due to all the big furniture but outside of that very good stay. Do park on the parking lot as per instructions. Much closer to the unit that is all the way on the back of the complex. Just a tip for other coming to the island. If you have a Costco card bring it. The cheapest place for Food and gas in the island

We really enjoyed staying at this location in Koloa/Poipu on Kauai. I like the "drier" side of the islands and the weather was great. Would recommend this to people looking for a nice and affordable place to stay in Kauai.

Property was clean and well stocked with utensils. Well laid out floor plan provides plenty of space for 2 people. Centrally located to beaches, restaurants, a grocery store, shopping and sites like Spouting Horn. The A/C unit was definitely a pleasant surprise.

Absolutely great! The property owner thinks of everything you need for a great Hawaiian vacation. I read the reviews before I booked. One said something like, “just do it, you won’t regret it.” So we did! We just loved our stay. Great location to see Waimea Canyon and to do a Helicopter tour and a sunset dinner cruise (but book that in advance - they sell out.) Comfortable bed. AC really cranks - not a crappy window unit but wall unit professionally installed. It’s a studio but very roomy and totally upgraded. We thought the pool was actually heated but just warm from the sun. It was July however so thank God for the AC. Parking was easy. Cool restaurant across the street and shopping centers nearby. We got some fresh Ahi Tuna and grilled it by the pool. Snorkel beach across the street is nice but very rocky. Balcony is about two feet too narrow but still able to have dinner outside. Worth every penny.

This is a great place to stay and centrally located in the SUNNY south side of Kauai. Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Remodel is tasteful with a very quiet NEW air conditioner. Be aware that the kitchen and bath hardware are installed a little poorly- don't tug on the kitchen facet and be careful with the shower handle. Other than that- a great place- would for sure stay again!

Condo is in a good location, near Poipu Beach. It had all the necessary features, kitchen, shower. The balcony was small and the beach chairs and boogy boards need replacement. We were not able to connect to the internet. The internet connection instructions in the condo and the email sent beforehand were different and neither worked.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Condo is in a great location and it has everything you need. We stayed during some hot days so the A/C was a huge plus. The bed was comfortable and the closet was stocked with beach chairs and a cooler. Parking was also a cinch. Just book, you will not be disappointed!!

Had a great stay everything in the condo was great nice clean well acomidated. especially enjoyed the locAtion was great for first timers to the island. As Close to the beach as you can get and excellent dinning and shopping option near by. Enjoyed the pool and hanging out there. Nice and quiet, everyone one was super friendly. If I had to say one thing bad would be the air conditioner was pretty load while sleeping but nothing really can be done about that. Defently will come back if we come back to Kauai

Nice view of the pool, and beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed this property! The bed is very confortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment, much better than any other vacation rental we've stayed at before.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved the location of this condo. Lawai Beach is directly across the street and is great for snorkelling. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Pool and BBQ area were clean. We rented a car and there was always a place to park. Be sure to reserve supper at the Beach House at sunset, which is also right across the street. Lots to see and do in Kauai, can't wait to come back one day.

This property was very clean, well stocked and updated. It took a back sest for us based on size and cost. It was the snallest of 3 condos we rented in hawaii. And the most expensive. Popui is expensive and crowded compared to north shore locations we stayed in. But this property is very nice. Just tight for two. The deck is barely usable. Pool is small but very friendly people. The beaches in this area are crowded.

If you are looking for a quiet comfortable studio in an excellent location, search no further. We were extremely pleased with our stay in this nicely updated Prince Kuhio condo. Of great importance to us is a good night of sleep, so we were happy with the supportive, comfy mattress we had to sleep on. The condo was well stocked, and although we only took advantage of the cookware and barbecues a few nights, one could easily prepare all of your meals there. Walks to the Spouting Horn, Poipu beach, and Kukui'ula Village shopping center were pleasant, and at night we enjoyed a bit of star gazing not too far from the condo. The Prince Kuhio Resort isn't a luxury resort, but rather a smaller, charming locale with a lot of friendly people around. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo to our friends.

This condo was fantastic!!! It was within walking distance of cute little shops and delicious food! Bubbas was great along with Uncles shave snow! Beautiful snorkeling was minutes away on foot. Also, the spouting Horn was visible from across the street. The condo itself had anything and everything you might need in order to prepare food. There were beach towels, body boards, beach mats, beach chairs, etc. The balcony overlooked the pool which had a very calming water feature. Overall this was beyond what we expected and enjoyed the convince and friendliness of everyone we incountered.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The room includes beach chairs, body boards and a cooler which was perfect for days at the beach. The pool at the resort was refreshing and nice, this location is perfect for those who want to go out and explore the island or for those who want to stay at the condo. The location was perfect and all the amenities in the room made our stay perfect. This was the perfect gateway after a long winter in Indiana.

The Owner Bob was super friendly and helpful, he provided us with great ideas of what to do in Kauai. The Unit itself was in excellent condition! Is exactly what it looks like in the pictures, close to the beach, has its own communal pool, and parking. Bob was also able to accommodate a late check out at no cost after I explained that my flight did not take off until the evening, also because there was not another person renting the unit right after me. I would definitely rent from Bob and this unit again.

The unit was very nice and newly renovated. It had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I was disappointed that there was no ocean view. The pool was closed due to renovation so I cannot comment about it. Beach has great snorkeling. Be sure to eat at the Beach House restaurant!

We loved this condo, it was truly amazing. Very clean and nicely decorated. Has everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The pool view was nice, quite and the landscaping/grounds was beautiful! The Koi fish were pretty and relaxing to watch. Everyone was friendly. The two beaches right across the street were awesome and the ocean views were breathtaking. Lawai beach was great for snorkeling and it's across the street. The beach house restaurant was nice to have across the street too. Everyday we'd see and family of sea turtles, even monk seals. The snorkeling was great, lots of sea life. We will stay at this condo again. Very affordable and extremely clean, with all the kitchen amenities we could ask for. The owners have really out done themselves with this rental. Also, the location is perfect. Less than a mile down the road in either direction we had more options for beaches, shopping and restaurants. Just an overall PERFECT place to stay in Kauai!!!!

We just stayed here for 10 days in June and had the best time. The place is clean, cute, and has everything that you might need for a perfect little home away from home. There is plenty of storage space for your clothes and the bed is really comfortable. We also found that the pool was almost always empty so it was a nice little private pool for just us most of the time. Landscaping is beautiful and I found that it was in a great location for exploring all parts of the island. I would definetly reccomend this place to others. The Beach house across the street has amazing food and drinks and it is perfect if you want to go walk across and watch the sunset and surfers in the evening. Thanks for everything!

This condo appears to be newly remodeled. Everything was clean and new. It had all the needed amenities. Has air conditioning which is nice at night. It over looks the pool. The renter was easy to work with and answered all my questions. Location is perfect, it is within waking distance to the best snorkeling on the island.

Beautifully designed condo with everything needed for a great beach vacation! Location is great, nice snorkeling right across the street. Remodel was very well done, everything seemed brand new -- unit is clean, décor is stylish and great use of space. AC unit was a plus, since it was humid during our trip. Everything we needed for the beach was there, including nice chairs and quality boogie boards, so we didn't need to rent anything.
