My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at this condo. It was spacious, clean, private, and quiet. We really appreciated the gift basket that was waiting for us when we arrived as well as the fully stocked of beach items and snorkeling gear. This saved us a trip of having to rent snorkeling gear; thank you. It made a huge difference having st ceiling fans and air conditioning in the unit! We absolutely loved this condo; the washer and dryer were definitely a bonus. We cooked dinner a couple of nights during our stay as the condo had all of the kitchen amenities needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Poipu, Kauai. We hope to come back in the near future. Future. Thank you again!

Great location, love that there is a washer and dryer. There’s a closet full of all the beach stuff you need. Thank you for that. Great location. Right next to the shops. Very close to the popular Poipu beach. We loved our stay and have already recommended it to a few people. AC worked great!

The condo is conveniently located for visiting many places in southern Kauai like Poipu Beach, Hanapepe, and Waimea Canyon. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. The condo itself is a bit dark and smells damp, but the grounds are lovely.

We were thrilled to be able to stay in this place. It was the perfect size for the two of us with a great lanai off the back overlooking the koi pond. There was easy accessibility to beaches, food, shopping, etc. but the condos were very private.
The closet was stocked with everything we needed for the beach (body boards, snorkel gear, chairs) and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed.
The host provided great advice for places to hike and visit - were great to speak with.

We were thrilled to be able to stay in this place. It was the perfect size for the two of us with a great lanai off the back overlooking the koi pond. There was easy accessibility to beaches, food, shopping, etc. but the condos were very private.

Overall, it was definitely worth staying here. We loved the location and the size of the place. It has AC (we didn't need this) and a nice patio and pool area. The kitchen was not as well stocked as we would have liked the place and would benefit from a few minor updates.

We found the rental to be comfortable and equipped. We enjoyed the larger space. However, when we entered the spell of must and mold knocked me over. I was not sure we could continue to stay there. when the condo was open and aired, it was better. the smell was still obvious. We did enjoy the grounds and would consider renting another unit sometime. closet were very full of stuff and it was hared to find hanging space in the bedroom.

The unit is spacious and well laid out. Lanai is beautiful. Kitchen is very well stocked with kitchen equipment and supplies. Pool area is well maintained, offering sun and shade, however the water is not heated and quite cold. Nice once you’re in, but it takes some doing to get in! Grounds are lovely and location has easy access to shops, walking areas and attractions. Pictures are not accurate as TV has been updated to a large wall mount and sofa is now a new sectional - very nice upgrades! Bedding was clean. The place needs a deep clean, though. Carpets are dirty and areas behind dressers etc. have accumulated dirt and leftover items from past travelers. Hard floors were dirty so I washed them. Scatter rugs should be removed, especially the one in front of the toilet. They are old and soiled. Toilet brush and plunger were leaking nasty water onto the floor. Unit had very nice beach chairs and great items for babies. Very small hole on left side of exterior door lets geckos in. Bathroom fan and stove need replacement. Overall a great property, just needs a deep clean!

My husband had a meeting at the Grand Hyatt which was about 2 miles away so the locale was good for us. The unit is spacious and pretty comfortable. There is a great shopping center a few steps from the complex with a Long Drugs which we seemed to need something from everyday! The unit has not been upgraded and feels very dated. The kitchen was difficult to use and there are two ratty kitchen rugs that need to be trashed. The pool was too cold to use but we did use the BBQ.

Property was dirty and run down. Husband had to fix a light so it would work he had to try to clean sliding door so we could open it . Kitchen dirty from the floor appliances cupboards not very sanitary. Mould around bathroom sink. Rugs dirty old and stained. Had to pay for two cleanings and all they did was change sheets and towels, we were also not advised when they would be coming so things were left out that would not have been if I was advised that they were entering our place. Would never stay there again.

After a bit of confusion with the check in procedure, I was pleasantly surprised of the accommodations of this condo. All the little things you need for the beach to have fun, from coolers to boogy boards and snorkel gear, it was all there. My son lost interest in his iPhone and everybody had a ball. Great condo!

Excellent location to leave from to go to all other sites on island. Our Villa was quite dated but it’s outer property and overall location made up for it. All essentials were there. Great to have 3 beach chairs , beach umbrella , rain umbrella, 4 very thick beach towels, big backpack cooler as well as snorkel gear there to keep in car for all the road trips we went on…. You never knew what you’d need or what you encounter on the road and could be ready all the time. Very helpful contact person when we locked ourselves out: note to all- keep key in the lock box outside the door.

Lots of space in this one-bedroom condo-- had a full living room and a dining room, plus the lanai overlooking the central courtyard rainforest/creek. Plenty of kitchen amenities, plus AC. The bullfrogs and roosters outside were a little noisy, but luckily I am an early riser and my girlfriend is a heavy sleeper, so no problems there. Location is just close enough to the shops at Kukui and right down the street from Poipu and the resort walk along those beaches - just under a mile, which is a nice morning stroll (or a really easy drive). Would stay again!

Overall, this is a solid choice to stay!
Good location:
You can easily walk to Keoki's Paradise (an absolute must - book ahead of time!), Little Fish Coffee (great breakfast but prepare for an hour long wait in line), Da Crack (good Mexican) and Kiahuna Beach. You could technically walk to Poipu Beach but it would be a long walk.
Good amenities:
This place has all the beach stuff you will need. Chairs, canopy, snorkel stuff, boogie boards. Okay they don't have surf boards, but basically everything.
Kitchen is stocked with appliances so you'll be able to cook whatever you want. You'll need to supply your own food, condiments, alcohol, etc. There's nothing left over from past guests unless it's like salt/pepper, tin foil, sandwich bags or coffee filters.
Furniture is all fine. Yes, the headboard is ridiculously loud but whatever. TV is on the small side but has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Samsung TV channels. I did a 3 hour zoom call with zero drop outs so Wifi works well.
Now the caveat:
The bullfrogs bellow at night. They're down in the stream under the bedroom window and because those windows are slats (they don't seal) you will hear them all night long. And they are quite loud. You kinda get used to it after the first night. We brought ear plugs and never ended up using them. But if you're that type of person who can't have foreign noises haunting your dreams...this might not be your spot.
Everything else is quite good! But those bullfrogs. Yeah. It's no joke.
Still, I would stay here again.

The location is very convenient to several south shore beach areas, as well as being central to west coast and east/north excursions. Or if you like staying put, the pool/patio area are also very nice and well maintained. Sitting on the Lanai overlooking a Koi pond and lush well established flora makes for a very relaxing and elegant feel.

We lived in one of these condos in 2014 for 3 years. Great location. Condo is dated and needs some grout cleanup. No lights on the deck so dinner after dark doesn’t work. Kitchen well stocked. Could use a water filter pitcher. Bathroom fan was loud and finally quit working. Bed very comfortable with great linens. Being charged twice for cleaning was upsetting. Pool was great along with a beautiful place to bbq. Lots of improvements on the property has been done since 2014. Will not use VRBO as the fees are too steep.

This place gets 5 stars for location and a lot more. Best features: 5 minutes from Poipu beach and a great shoreline hike to unique limestone caves. Wife loved using the pool every day (there is no hot tub, that's a baby pool).
Balcony is really great and better than the photo. Place is fully stocked and we especially enjoyed having a full beach set up including backpack cooler, chairs and an umbrella. We brought our own masks and snorkels and were thrilled to find fins here! Saved us from finding a rental place. But masks and snorkels were also in the closet.
Kitchen is well stocked! And they even provided a welcome basket with chocolates! MMMM.
Communication with the host was excellent. They were very helpful when needed which was minimal.
I reserve 5 overall stars for perfection and this place is just a little dated and lived in but we liked the character. Ideal vibe for Hawaii. Our adult son stayed with us and he reports that the pull out couch was comfortable enough. I think what was once a little dining nook made the perfect private area for him - bar sink worked for him as a private sink.
Place has A/C but we did not need it. Ceiling fans were enough. Overall very excellent stay.
Travel note: The Hawaiian islands are inundated with invasive species. This now includes chickens (ROOSTERS) and at this place BULL FROGS. I swear the bull frogs sound like the alien space craft from War of the Worlds. You will need EAR PLUGS if you want to sleep. Closing the louvered windows is not enough. These issues are not isolated to this place. The Roosters are everywhere.. Expect COOCKADOODLE DOO at 4 am. But this place had water features where the frogs lived right under our balcony. Seemed charming at first. Frog legs anyone?

Good location in a well equipped, updated unit. Comfortable, attractive, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Lots of mature vegetation and well maintained grounds. Fairly quiet, but we used the air conditioning in the bedroom at night for sound sleep. Days, we opened the unit up to enjoy the breezes. Lots of parking right outside the unit. Would stay here again.

Loved the setting and gardens surrounding the property. Felt like being in paradise. We used earplugs to block out the bullfrogs at night. Definitely can hear them. There is a short 10 min. walk to the ocean to catch sunrises. About a 20 min. walk to Poipu Beach.
The one issue with the otherwise beautiful condo is the headboard is not attached well to the bed and can make a racket. Not sure why this has not been fixed or removed. I would stay here again but prefer ocean views.
